Excellent experience and value here. I bought monthly wash plans for two vehicles and had the premium interior detail done on one, which was excellent. Only suggestion is to provide a floormat washing machine or high pressure spray wand near the vacs for customers to self serve. Five stars.

I have little Ford focus and I understand sometimes the contour of the back will make it a little difficult to wash your car wash. This car wash I went through three times still never got it cleaned and we're talking about three times in a row. I went back to my car wash which was suds they actually put mine through for free I've never had a problem with suds I just thought I'd try out a different place period sometimes it's not worth trying out a new place

First thing we as a customer experiences the conduct of people with you My mast got break and I covered my face with my hoodie and they don’t let me wait inside till my car got ready , i have to wait outside in cold. I agree , it’s my responsibility to have a mask but if a customer don’t have it they could have provide me but they said you can’t wait inside instead

Extremely rude attendant, as I was about to enter a wash bay, I was screamed at to be informed that bay was “CLOSED, NO, DON’T GO IN THERE!” Personally, to keep repeat business, I would have much preferred to have been told that bay was out of service, or needed a wash down - whatever the case may be, kinder words would be appreciated. I waited a while and watched other cars enter other bays so I know they were definitely open, I managed to clean the interior of my own car with my own supplies while I waited, but to be screamed at by an employee was down right rude. First and last visit here, Valet will not be receiving my business.

My car was disgustingly dirty inside-bathroom renos and multiple trips to the dump. Dropped my car off at 9 am-picked it up after a couple of hours. I now own the monthly pass for our cars. Wow that SAVINGS! We go at least once a week and that easily pays for the monthly pass. You can even wash it twice a day. They offer interior cleaning and free vacuums after the car wash is a nice touch.

This review is only for the Ultra Clean which I got only my interiors done excluding my Trunk. Not satisfied for paying 60$. Please see photos after the cleaning. The girl told their vacuums are not equipped to reach tight areas. Overall I prefer a 2$ vaccum instead of 60$.

Went in for an Ultra Combo clean this morning and am very impressed with the service. The whole process was friendly and expedient... it was about 45 minutes from the time I said hello to the time everything was done. The results were great. My Matrix feels nice and clean again after about a year of neglect :)

I think it's one of the best car washes available in Cambridge. Car washing is very good at very cost. I have got the pass for the month and it's pretty reasonable. Moreover, there is free vacuum cleaning stations out of the washing center.

I prefer to hand wash my own car as I enjoy it. Valet been around long time now. Fortunately for them they are always busy. Lately (I'm a 5 days a wash usually) I'm finding that the diy wash bays have all been close at the same time everyone of them? And there drive thru wash is lined up to eagle st almost. FYI if you have a valet gift card( I was told this 3 days ago after driving down there) "it can't be used for oil changes only washes". I had to ask why because eit made no sense to me. I was then told the oil change place is not actually the same company as valet? Ummm the gift card was given to me by some one who assumed it could be used for any of valet advertised services and had spent a fair chunk of money thinking perfect gift for the serious car guy. I can't be the first this has happened too. They should be more forthcoming on there web site, or at least mention it to someone who is dropping hundreds of dollars. Also I've went to check there web site before I left my residence to go there and it reads to me anyways that the oil change place and valet are 1 in the same. No refunds available either!

The automatic touch car wash scratched my car up and they denied it was them. Started using wash bays.. pretty good until they removed the triple foam wax .. if you wash your car and pull it out to vaccume.. some guy will be spraying the dirt out of a wash bay on to your clean car..

Needs to be dried afterwards to remove water spots, trunk / tailgate never is 100% cleaned. Overall good value. I’m happy to report that when I brought the issue I was having to Valet management, they called out the maintenance crew to adjust the sensor as needed. Car wash is much better now. Thank you! Rob

Just went through the car wash. I have been there multiple times and even had my interior done. Today was the first time I've ever had an issue with it. During the car wash my driver side mirror popped off during the wash. I'm not sure if it was from the pressure from the air or the brushes. The employee and supervisor were extremely kind with me. She went to talk to her manager and after a few minutes she came back and said they just told me there must of been previous damage this is not our fault. She was extremely apologetic and polite. My issue is with upper management not bothering to come out and look at it themselves. Also a bike pump came flying out from underneath of my car. I don't know where it came from as my car was serviced earlier that day with no issue. So I don't know if it came from another car but that also could of been what caused the damage. I didn't ask for a refund or discount even after paying for the most expensive car wash as I was having a day and didn't want to take it out on her. But to be told to come back with a mechanic to refute their decision is a little ridiculous. Management should of come out and apologized themselves and looked at it before making a decision. I won't be back

I went today for a car wash and as we were finishing, we saw the towels at the end of the lane and we stopped quickly to grab couple towels to dry the car outside as it was still with soap and one of the attendants almost break my car window and yelled at me as if I was stealing the towels!!! I calmly told him I was just gonna dry the car outside and he just took the towels from my hands and kept yelling at me that I was not allowed to grab the towels. If the towels are not for the customers then why they dont have them inside??? He was very very rude!!!

I took my vehicle to the self-service portion of Valet Car Wash on January 12th, 2022. I will outline my entire experience... I purchased $5.00 of tokens. The machine in Bay No. 1 would not accept one token. I then had to purchase an additional $5.00 of tokens. Once I finished rinsing my car, I noticed that there was no soap left in Bay No. 1. As you can probably imagine, it is very difficult to wash your car without soap. Unfortunately, I will have to rate this car “wash” experience at 1/5.

I had an appointment here this morning for a full detailing. Tanya was quite rude and condescending. After she complained about how far I was parked from the door (an inconvenience for her I assume), she requested I remove minor debris (ie straw wrappers, coffee lid) myself. Sorry - this is a full service car wash??? I left and am currently now at Suds which has much better customer service and also cheaper! Received no call from Valet to ask where I went. Clearly they couldn’t care less and neither could I! Not recommended.

After a few washes, i realized my car is getting swirls like scratches Plus it never does a good job at the rear end of the car. Air dryer needs to blow water at the rear of the car. If you own a vrand new car, be prepared to get swirl scratches on ur car. But if they can turn it to touchless one.... at this price its gonna be the best service. Management please look into the request. Rear end of the car is never cleaned well. Loyal customer.

I brought a dirty car to this place and approached the reception staffs and bought superior package for both interior and exterior cleaning the cost was less than 100 dollars. No appointments needed and No long waiting time. I entered this place and learned about service explained by reception staffs. Drive thru exterior wash followed by and dry and interior cleaning. Phenomenal job for the price that I paid. Its was a very good experience and best service.

Went there today changed a $20 for tokens, put 20 tokens in get the part where you use the soap brush and it doesn't work. So basically they got a $20 dollar donation and noone around to fix the issue or reimburse me. Then I have to drive home and do my truck myself in my own driveway. Lately I've noticed the rags they use to towel dry your car leave a ton of lint on your car. Shouldn't they just use shammois instead? Overall it's good except the odd time. OMG! YES! I used to go to SUDS. Now I swear by Valet Car Wash. The CSR was very helpful and took the time to help me decide what the best package was for my current needs including coming out to where I had parked my car and give it a quick look over. After the fact they inspected it for quality assurance and asked me as a first timer if I was satisfied with my serivce. WAS I EVER.... I went out and bought the whole team a Take12 Coffee Box and a 50 Pack of Timbits from the nearby Tim Horton's. Bon Appetite! YOU GUYS ROCK!

Caution- the coin / change machine only dispenses car wash coins. I trued to change a $10 bill to purchase a $4 car wash and I received $10 in car wash coins. They refused to refund. I will not wash my car there again and I'm stuck with $6 in car wash coins.

In and out very fast, you have lots of options to chose from also, undercoat spray, wax, hand drying, they also have oil change bays, and when you are all finished with the car wash, they have about 10 bays that you can drive right up to and made use of their vacuums and get the inside of your car clean also.

I spent $115 today on my Nissan Pathfinder and it was not worth it, I am extremely upset. They told me that they will wipe the seats but they didn’t do it. After extreme wash which supposed to be their best quality wash, the guy did not wipe my truck properly. And I have to complete his job once I realize that all the water marks are there. Will not recommend this place to anyone and never going over their again.

Terrible service at uHaul counter. Entered at 5:50 on a Thursday and stood in a long line. Was told to take a seat as uHaul would be a while. Once uHaul line cleared at 6:20 I was told uHaul was closed at 6pm and the counter lady tried to refuse service, and then was extremely rude and ignorant. Would not come back.

I had interior cleaning. They did it good but not good as they said. I took ultra cleaning for $59.99 instead of basic light cleaning which was for $29.99. They said they will clean more throughly including vents and cup holders. But still my ac vents has little dirt in it. They did it good but not like $59.99, it’s quite like what they do for $29.99.

Best car wash if you live near by! Try to go at off peak times, Usually there's a long line up if you go in the afternoon, you can be waiting for 15 minutes or more sometimes. so if you live more then 10 minutes away and can't go at any other time other than the afternoons I would think there's better options for you. But I drive by the car wash almost everyday on my way home from work so I just go when i see that's it's not busy. Totally worth it for me, I can definitely recommend if you're in my same boat! I'd also recommend getting the "protect" car wash option. It does a under spray on your car and is great for the winter to get all the salt off you car!

Poor service. Wash is out of date. The wheel track does not fit over sized tires. Attendant warned me as my tires were jammed in and she said I could have damage. The cloths used to clean the interior of my vehicle were filthy and left streak dirt lines everywhere. Zero customer service. Terrible cleaning job. Will not go back.

Let me start by saying the people are fantastic. Very friendly and there to help. I took my black truck in for a wash and hand dry. Dry job was decent for the allotted time they had sand the dude was super friendly. I got out of my truck and there were scratches all down the side. They were in the clear coat so I know they will buff out but that’s not the point. It’s either a day of my own time or pay $350 to have someone else do it. Black vehicles beware. They refunded both my washes so that was decent but, I am left with fixing the problem. Flying brush car washes inherently leave micro scratches but this was beyond that. I thought I had a sweet new car wash spot but, it looks like hand washing for this black truck. Again, staff was great it is the “state of the art” rotating cleaning brushes that are the problem.

If you don't mind micro scratches on your new cars paint then by all means use this service. I find touchless washes to be less aggressive. The "Triple Foam Application" was frozen half the time I used this carwash. I drive an SUV and now have to ask for a plastic bag on my rear wiper (to prevent damage) because they are apparently too expensive. I won't be renewing my membership in the near future.

I took my car in to have the carpets cleaned after winter salt. My vehicle is a Acura RDX which is a smaller SUV. The cost was 45.00 to have all 4 rubber matts, carpet matts and foot wells cleaned. They did a great job and the people who work their were very friendly and I think the price was reasonable. I definitely will be back and I’m glad to find a good car detail shop.

I went for a basic carwash that is advertised as $29.99. When I got there, the person at the desk asked to see my car to ensure I had everything moved out of the way. When she opened my first door she said with a pretty rude tone "That's a LOT of dog hair.". I have literally never had my dog in my car. My cat has been in the car with a carrier. There was a very minimal amount of animal hair. I was charged an extra $10 for a small amount of pet hair. I'd hate to see the charge if I'd actually allowed my dog into my car. This turned into a $45 interior clean. When I got the car back, the mats were clean and surface level it looked shiny inside. When I took a closer look I noted dust on the dashboard, on the doors, and center console. I also noted the small amount of pet hair mentioned above, still in the car. I'd attach pictures if I knew how. I had been advised by a friend not to go, as a year or so ago they brought their car in and their car was returned missing an original car mat. Once they realized and called back, Valet could not locate the mat and would not reimburse them for it. I will not be returning in the future, unfortunately. I was pretty disappointed with my visit. I appreciate the response, however I do not wish to return. It is not worth the stress, which is why I did not argue the upcharge, or immediately point out the issues.

Okay!! This place use to be amazing!! Let me see where to start! First thing, if you like to go bird watching this is the place for you. All the bays have pigeons nesting right above the handle for the high pressure wash, hence all the birds pooping on the handles and people are toughing this after. Second: once your done washing the car there is a high chance the bird will poop again on the car once cleaned, so this defeating the whole purpose of washing your car and spending your money. Lasley: the staff use to be good here. There is this very rude blonde lady. She wasn’t rude to me, she was rude to the person who was in front of me, they must have been new to the country for still learning the language but the undertone of rudeness stopped once I spoke to her.

One of the better auto washes in the area. Its very quick, you have a selection of car wash options, free vaccuums, and you can get interiors done (I have not tried this). The wash does a reasonable job, but some parts of my car get missed, such as the area behind my side view mirrors on the window, and sometimes areas on my trunk - but I think this is par for the course for auto car washes. The air driers also miss some of the droplets on the windshield, but do a reasonable job elsewhere. I had the premium wash done where they wipe your car and wheels and shine your tires - wouldn't recommend for the price. The towels they use on the car are kind of dirty, and probably scratch up the clear coat. Overall, it gets the job done if you need something quick, but handwashing will always be better.

What can I say. Top Notch customer service and workmanship. I brought in a pretty much worst case scenario full size pickup that is a work truck. Hasn't been cleaned in a year and for the same price as a little BMW they made the truck look like new. Best 80$ I ever spent. Can't explain how bad this truck was and should have taken before and after pics. They definitely lost money. Good job guys!

Had a 5 package car wash ... expired Dec. 2020 ... would not tell me if I had used all the car washes and would not extend the date so you better make sure you use all the car washes you paid for ... guess I won't be buying that 5 card package again ... will take my business elsewhere in Cambridge. They followed up with me and gave me a good explanation about their expiry policies. I am pleased to report that they will give me 2 courtesy coupons to make up for the unused washes I should have used. Obviously they are are back in my good books and I am very happy with their decision!!

I have a monthly membership for unlimited washes. I go in with my pick-up truck to get a wash. I’m told the half-centimetre of soil in the truck bed is to much to go through the wash. The irony of being too dirty to get a car wash is not beyond me. He explains why. The excess dirt will get stuck on the brushes and potentiality scratch the vehicles behind me. Makes sense. He advises me to go around the side of the building to use the spray gun to get the dirt out, then he’ll allow me back in. I go around, and the gun cost 5 bucks. Now I’m quite frustrated. Paying to clean my car to use the prepaid unlimited monthly wash membership I already pay for is too much. I call to see how I can cancel my membership. I’m told it has to be done 4 days before the charge comes off, as the day you go in to cancel is the last day for you, regardless of if you just prepaid for the next month. I check the billing date...it’s in two days. I’m now stuck with them for another month due to their sub-standard cancellation policy. I decide to go in to see if they can work with me to resolve the issue. I go to the customer service desk. Explain the situation. I ask if they can give me the tokens to use the spray gun, as I felt it was unfair to pay twice for a wash. She informs me she can’t. I can’t believe she is willing to have me cancel a monthly membership ($15) for $5 in tokens. She tells me it’s not actually $5, but one dollar per minute. She tells me though that I will need the whole $5 to get all the dirt out, which is funny as she hasn’t even seen the back of my truck. I inform her there is not that much dirt, and one minute will be enough. I ask again for $1 in tokens, to which she, with great disdain, almost painfully, takes from the till. I go to the self wash station and Insert the $1 token for one minute, as I was told it would be. The gun doesn’t start. I see on the machine that the minimum amount is $4. The key take away here is that she knew damn well the machine took minimum $4 minimum . She made it seem as though I was asking for her first born child when I asked for the one dollar token. Now I am left with nothing but a horribly handled customer complaint resolution. I hope the three dollars in tokens that the despicably repugnant women I dealt with saved is worth my on-going business. Absolutely shameful. (6/6/19) Update in response to “issue resolution“ below: I am glad you took time to breakdown the cost benefits of the monthly membership. You mentioned I made it a point to express I was not happy with the monthly membership fee. I have one question for you: At what point, in the entire review, did I mention I was unhappy with the cost of the monthly membership? Did you actually read the review that I obviously took time to articulate my complaints in? I at no point expressed dissatisfaction with the monthly fee, and in fact believe it’s a good value, which is why I opted to pay it. The issue I did have, as outlined in detail above, is the fact I was expected to pay an ADDITIONAL fee on top of the membership. The other, clearly defined complaint was how the attendant was willing to lose my business over $5 in tokens, which would have been immediately returned in one of your spray stations, incurring your business practically zero cost. Lastly, there was the issue of her attitude and dismissal of me by giving me the $1 in tokens, knowing it would not be enough to activate the machine. I have over 18 years of retail experience, several of which was as management. Never in that entire time was going straight to cancelling a clients membership the first go-to solution to any client complaint. The fact that you did so, with zero effort to save my business is just lazy. If you had taken the time to actually ready my complaint, you would have realized that simply offering me the $4 in tokens to get the dirt out, along with an apology for your workers poor customer service, would have a) given me a feeling of resolution in the matter, and b) kept my business. In the future, I hope you value your clients patronage more.

Everyone was really friendly and the price was right for all the work they did. They had wifi so by the time I was done checking my emails it was done and it looked like new :) Love my Volkswagen even more when its all shiny and clean

Took a basic exterior car wash and my car ended up getting scratched. I took it back to Valet car wash and they completely denied saying "it could be your snow brush", the marks weren't there before the car wash and I can't get scratches all over my trunk from a snow brush!. Becareful people, this isn't a touchless wash...my rear wiper almost came off...won't go here again..the scratches look horrible...

Great prices for car wash, especially during winter times when there’s so much salt on the streets and you need to wash your car very often. The reason that I didn’t give 5 out of 5 is because the hours of operation could be a bit longer and they requested that the snow should be off your car before you go and wash it. Honestly, as a customer, this makes no sense to me. Why would I need to take off the snow to wash it when I can go to any other touch less car wash and have it done with or without snow? A little pointless but still worth the price though!

Called the Cambridge location on a Friday hoping to get a wash and full interior detail. I was told that if I dropped it off by 5:30 pm (same day) that they would get it done by 7pm. Now the inside of our car looked like hell; stains, child car seat grossness mushed into the seats, melted crayon wax, etc.. They got the car at 5:20pm and worked until 7:15 (15 minutes past closed). They then proceeded to apologize for how long they were taking. Ridiculous considering our nasty car was keeping them late on a Friday night. When I got a look at the car it looked amazing. There were a couple small areas where the stains didn't come out but given what they had to work with the end result was fantastic. Change and important things they found was left neatly in the center console. The staff was super friendly and the cleaners work ethic was fantastic. I would definitely go back (although I plan on not letting the car get that dirty again).

I want to preface this by saying that I have the top off my jeep at least six months of the year, and when I put it back on in the fall I get it detailed so its clean for the winter. And my car gets dirty. Got the ultra combo for 60 bucks because I didn't trust the basic package to get it sufficiently clean. Looks like your standard job at the dealership, just for about half the price. Staff was friendly, though I had to move it for the girl doing mine since she doesn't drive standard. And she dealt with the giant nasty dock spider that somehow found its way in with little fuss. And she cleaned the inside of the roof for me too, even though its not part of the package. Overall, good service, decent price, they missed a few little hard to reach areas but given the level of dirt I don't blame them. I will be coming again next fall.

Generally I'm satisfied with the wash but the detail is hit or miss. Lately the cloths they use to wipe down the car leave residue wich is especially annoying on the windows. I have to follow-up a visit with my own Windex wipe down. There is a film left on the car as well. Might be better off with a basic wash.

The bays are horrible!!! None of the soaps work. Waste of money. Go to the wash in Hespler with hot water and cleaner brushes. This place while washing, a pigeon flew across my head and went above the Spring zone. So at this point I was scared to even complete the wash. Plus they scam you in the area where you can get towels, I inserted their tokens three times and none of the towels came out. I will take my business elsewhere.

The best wash in town. The monthly membership is the way to go. They have 4 different monthly wash passes ranging from $17/mth to $50/mth taxes included. The best pass is the unlimited protect pass, For $25/mth you get unlimited washes (2 per day) that includes triple coat wax along with many other applications all year long. They have a Double drying system that really drys yr vehicle unlike many other drive thru washes. The line up can get quite long in the winter but moves very fast so don't be discouraged when u first arrive. It might sounds weird but I find it therapeutic. Oh and free vacuums for members. One last thing they also have an app u can download and purchase singles washes for non-members, monthly memberships and add-ons for members making the whole experience contact less while collecting points for free washes. They also offer detailing, monthly oil change packages and other vehicle maintenance services. If you love having a clean ride all the time Valet car wash is the best hands down.

Today is third time in the last few months that I went in to use the coin wash and for the third time I drove away without washing my car because i tried to get 5 tokens by inserting a $5. bill into the token machine and out of 3 different five dollar bills that I had, the machine would not take any of them. Since this is the third time that this has happened to me, I believe that this is a scam to make you purchase $10. or $20. worth of tokens when you only need 5 tokens to wash the car once. I was also not impressed with all the birds flying inside the bays dropping bird droppings all around but I'm not sure if anything can be done about that.

HUGE mistake. $277 is what i payed. told about 4 hours which seemed normal and perfectly fine with me as i was getting seats and carpet shampoo and interior clean and i have a van, they told me 4 rows, problem is they called me back after 1 and a half hour and told me to come pick it up. right away before even seeing the work, i told them its a very short time, thats like 15 minutes a row. also my toyota sienna was not even that dirty as i usually clean it myself. but then i went to go see what they did, still had stains, insanely wet everywhere. still had the door handles on the inside half way up with water, then i turned on the car and engine and traction lights on. guy tried to blame me, then told me it was just a coincidence. then erased the codes with his machine and they did bring it back and clean the stains better. however the job they did was garbage and who ever did the job is not trained or doesnt care. best i can do i dry it out and hope i don't have issues with my van. what a nightmare this place is. there regular car wash is ok, thats the best i can say, also woman at the counter is rude and im sure im not the first to notice. NEVER AGAIN. if you think they can do better than you or maybe even as good as you, you are way off. WHAT A JOKE hope this doesnt happen to others.

Do not go here ! I pay for the premium wash and towel dry . After being closed for almost 2 weeks for maintenance I went through with my truck . While in line the attendant told the guy in front of me to go power wash his wheel wells out because dirt has been getting stuck in the brushes and scratching cars . I went through not thinking anything of it. I was supposed to get the premium wash but some how I got the Express. I had nothing to do so I went through again . When I got out of the wash i noticed 3 big scratches down the side of my new truck 1 in the box and 2 in the lower door . I pointed out to the girl running the place that day and she said those are consistent with the wash and to bring it by on Tuesday and they would try to buff it . I didnt think the could be buffed but I was trying to work with them and let them try. I did not receive an email or call from the manager over the weekend witch I thought I would have . I took it in and they buffed it but the scratches were too deep . They told me that the manager said that those were not from her car wash as the brushes do not hold stuff so it was impossible. I emailed the manager asking her to contact me . She did not so when I went in she told me there is nothing she will do for me . They have a big sign out back saying they are responsible for everything except antennas accessories and a bunch of other stuff scatches in paint was not on there. Obviously they are not responsible for anything! I understand that I can not prove that it happened there but my truck has 7000 kms on it and it's not one scratch its three all in lines that look like swoops . Since there is nothing else she will do for me I will continue to let people know that their vehicles are not safe there and will be looking into small claims court Btw another carwash told me that those look like they are from the wash and that vallet doesn't use enough water so it's quite possible that dirt can stick to their brushes.

Great deal on the wash pass and good hours. They could be open a little later at night and that would be helpful. Friendly folks. Also do oil changes, eTest and rust protection. Sometimes on a nice day the wash line gets long but they get everyone through quickly.

I have been with valet from last 2 or more years never had any issue untill now. Within laste 4 months this is 2nd time i had a very bad experience with one of your employee first time that lady argued us, i thought its ok and i forget, yesterday that same lady again argued with us just because i went for the 2nd time in one day and reason behind that was in first wash there was no soap and first cleaners were not working so i decided to do it again and that lady said i have to upgrade to do it again however i know i have 30 wash per month. And she said to me that i am rude. Then i reached to there office and asked for manager that lady again start argued with me and the manger was standing there and did not came up. I tried to talk to her also she said whatever that lady is saying is right. Even they did not gave me there names when i asked. Total waste of my time to talk to them so just for that reason i am posting it here. So please review this and let me know if i am missing here something.

So disappointed ???? I got a gift certificate to valet for an interior and exterior clean as a birthday gift. I redeemed it today and found that I could do a much much better job myself. My car still had lots of dust and dirt on the carpets and mats, as well as in the centre consel. It seems like they barely vaccumed it. Also the rearveiw mirror was definitely missed. It’s still had smudges all over it like it hadn’t been touched at all. I unfortunately will not be back to valet. The staff were very friendly, however they do a much better job at Suds. There was even a card left in my car saying that it had been checked for ‘quality control’. I wouldn’t waste my money here again.

I came in to the lobby and saw 2 of employees behind the counter, and saw the one woman vape in the store and the other one which said she was a manager not say anything about this. I asked a simple question to make it look like I did not see and left and did not come back. If that is what goes on in the lobby I do not want to see what the could be doing inside my vehicle.

Great price for car wash pass. There are long line ups at peak times. Sometimes I go and have to turn around due to long line. It would be great if hours were longer during the week (8pm). RFID tags are a good idea but I'm not a fan of it being yellow. Sticks out too much. It would be nice to have an option for it to be black with white writing on it.

I’m a member here and usually it’s good. Today i went around 7:45am - Aug 22, 2019. The car wash was open; however, it only sprayed soap onto the car. It did not rinse it. The machines worked so my car came out covered with soap. I went inside and the guy told me that they are looking into it and come again another day. Wasn’t impressed with the customer service as he seemed to not take my concern seriously.The car wash should’ve been closed as cars were going in after me and coming out the same way.

Terrible! Never again. I have been here 4 Times for a basic interior clean with a purge and dash dressing... the first and 3rd time were great the girls did amazing.. the 2nd and this LAST time were terrible. Especially this last. Worst clean. So much dirt on my carpets still. Had to take it back in... as they didnt even wipe everything even with the touch up it still did not look as good as the first and 3rd clean. Miss the girl who must have used to work there. I understand it's a basic but $50 for not even properly vacuumed carpets and mats still have dirty in them. Wanted money and time. My car was in there for 35 min. And back in for another 10.

No issues with the car wash itself. However, I was very concerned when a employee approached our vehicle promoting oil changes. My concern was that he came within a foot of our vehicle with no mask (and leaned on the vehicle's mirror of the car in front of us) and then proceeded to hand us a card. These practices are not respectful of the current situation and made me very uncomfortable. It is imperative that all businesses be following current Canada Health guidelines with physical distancing or I will not be using their services. Additionally, there were signs up asking customers to respect social distancing and to keep windows up to show the attendant our receipt. It was very contradictory. Please do your part to keep your customers and employees safe.

Matters is that, theire electronic chip scan system is not working to get receipt. So I proceed in the bay for wash. Their attendent girl crying on me , ask me to go back & get receipt. Manager coming & she also threat me move your car , I cancel your membership & call police to move your car. Is I am criminal ? You with draw money every month from my account. & I am your customer. Electronic scan receipt not coming out, this failure your system. Manager harassing me & my wife. So many time electronic receipt system fails, but staff boys helps & asking what type of membership you have (3) & they wash.but today we totally disappointed. I request owner of valet car wash, pls take attention on this matter. I appreciate your bussiness & have great weekend. What a poorly managed car wash. No body to support you here. Credit card token machine does not work. Cash token machine does not work. Vacuum stations say to put $2, so i inserted $2 and then i saw it also says to put tokens as well. The machine does not accept cash but it ate my money anyways. Most are f the handles on the vacuum hoses are broken and i had hard time cleaning my car. Oweners do not care about machine maintenance but wants the money from customers. The wash stations say to pay with phone but does not have any instructions on how to? Never coming back to this wash station.

Just visited this car wash for the first time. I must say I left very happy. Took my vehicle in for a inside cleaning. Staff were very helpful and friendly in helping me figure out what I might need. My vehicle was in desire need of a good cleaning and that's exactly what it got. Was a long wait time however considering I didn't have an appointment and I noticed how hard the staff were working to get everyone out. Free WIFI in lobby and the manager gave me a free coffee while I waited so that helped. Thanks again Valet I will return.

CarWash Will Scratch New paint and They Will Not Fix it. Great place for OLD cars with scratches and paint damage. Wont recommend for anyone who likes their paint. Management agreed to buff out scratch then did not honour their own promise. To cancel you need 4 day notice and you pay for a month. So when you cancel you only get 26days or less. Dryers don’t completely dry the car and lineup at best is 20min at worse an hr.

Closed the past 4/6 times I’ve gone due to being broken. I live out of town so normally go after work when passing off the highway. Not very convenient. Price is the only good thing about it.

Tired of paying for a monthly service and never being able to actually get in! Line up is always to the street these days, if your lucky enough to actually get in it seems to be just a basic wash even though I pay for the premium version and more often then not the car isn't dried properly. Pretty much have to turn around and go to suds. Unless there is a resolution to this situation I don't see the point of the monthly payment.

I was referred to Valet Car wash in Cambridge, by a co worker. As I am new to Cambridge, I have to go on recommendation's from others. I was first met by the reception, already impressed, then Nicole came and spoke to me. Well this young lady was very professional, and made sure to keep contactless precaution's in place. I am a nurse and Nicole noticed my name tag, and informed of the free service for healthcare worker's. So now my car has been disinfected by this great service, free for healthcare providers. Service remained very professional as I went through the motions of this establishment. I highly recommend this place of business, and will pass the word around at my work .

Today I visited the wash shortly after lunch and the woman working at the entrance seemed to be having an incredibly bad day! She was yelling and screaming at a younger girl and the profanity she used was horrible. I can't believe that people talk to their co-workers like that! At one point she called this younger girl useless and stupid. I was very embarrassed for the young lady who seemed to be trying to keep this lady calm. The people here are usually so pleasant this was definitely NOT a good experience!

I went for an Oil change and the service was awesome plus you get free carwash coupons!. Got to wait in the lounge and it was very comfortable. The ladies in there were welcoming and all smiles even with a mask on! I recommend this place.

The computer screen at the entrance was totally blocked by the sunlight and very confusing. I had to continue on because of this without using the screen. The dryer at the end of the carwash was very weak. My car was dripping water, majority of people were wiping down their cars at the exit area. Also the area where you can vacuum your cars, the vacuum suction was extremely weak
