My experience was just okay. I think it was over priced. I found them extremely slow. However, my battery died when I went to leave and they helped me to get it working again, it took 3 mechanics to figure put how to jump start a car. They are just over priced for the lack of clean i recieved.

Fast car wash and I like that they have the"backyard" area to clean the interior of your car with vacuum and reusable cloths and solution for the inside of your car. I like the interior mat cleaner especially since dirt can build up and the brushes get it off.

That was excruciating...almost an hour...and there was only 1 car ahead of me at the door. One car on the conveyor at a time. One or two people working on my vehicle...3 others wandering around seemingly looking for something to do. Absolutely no sense of urgency. Get a membership!!! Went on a beautiful day... that’s where it went wrong! The lineup was almost full both lanes. Members came right by us to the front. We paid just over $20 for a triple(?) and a $3 extra, my wife was upset at me. The wash I would say was good, my wife disagreed! Under the wheel wells (?) wasn’t cleaned and where the water streams down from mirrors, door handles etc was on a dry stream of dirt. Now and then I can see myself do this but to be fair my suv had a month of dirty country backroads dirt on it. I give 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ my wife gives... me hack. I will come again.

I have a dog who loves mud. That's only one of the reasons I love Suds. I leave Suds my SUV interior looking and smelling amazing. The staff at Suds are fast and thorough. The waiting area is comfy and convenient. The dog even waits in there with me. Worth driving from Kitchener, but I'd LOVE to see a Suds closer to home! My time is valuable and I'd way rather go on an adventure with my dog than clean the inside of my car.

I put my car through and it and out amazing .. I really like their service. For me, anytime I have to deal with anything regarding my car, my number one priority (next to proper service) is whether I feel respected as a woman. They employ young men and women, and the place is super family friendly. Before the pandemic, they even had a small child area with toys and a little table for children to play in, while moms like me waited. The service is always excellent.

Updated 10/23/21: Been going to the Hespler location in Cambridge for years now and have always had a good experience. However yesterday, the attendant at the carwash started yelling at us as we were pulling into the wheel track at the carwash. He was telling us to "Go! Go! Go! Hurry up! We don't have all day!" I've been washing our vehicles at this place for years and we've never had anyone scream at us like that. Apparently he expected us to drive in like a NASCAR pit stop?! He was rude and very unprofessional not just to us but also to the car behind us. Children were in the car with me so I couldn't react to him the way I wanted to. This was 10:30 am on Saturday, Oct 23/21. I hope management did something about it after I called in to complain.

After today’s visit, not sure I will be going back. 15 employees grouped together (instead of working) 1 on his cell phone, 1 vaping and a couple arguing. Not very professional especially, considering MOST of them had their mask down to their chin (why even bother wearing one!) Also, paid to have my mats cleaned, but they’re still dirty. Not impressed after today’s visit!

I was here yesterday. Paid 50$ to get my bf car cleaned. Came back today and paid 64$ to get mine cleaned. I asked the girl if she could kindly pull apart my brand new floor mats that are stapled together so that they can clean that too. She said they can't do that because it requires a knife and they are not allowed to do that. I am a patient customer normally but sometimes these "store policy" crap just gets to me. Kindness goes along way people. Little kindness and passion creates happy people all around.

I was there May 16...about 650PM. I drove up to see the prices and decided on the 14.99 car wash as it included the "back yard". I went through the car wash and then proceded to the back yard to do my car mats and vacuum. The assistant manager came over and said that they closed at seven. I asked why the young girl at the till didn't tell me that. He had no answer and was willing to do nothing for me. I was not happy. Never will go back.

They always do a great job. I love the triple action wash and express interior clean. It feels to me like my car is professionally detailed but it only takes 15 minutes or so and costs a fraction. I do it all the time. I also like that they added the two self serve kiosks so the line moves fast!

The tall/short haired gentlemen seems to be a great leader in keeping the younger staff motivated. Very good at what he does. They just released a car wash club which I will be signing up for. Great place overall, they just do things right! All other car wash/detail venues seem sub-par compared to Suds!

As I’m standing here waiting for my car not one employee has walked by me without asking if I’ve been helped yet. They go about their business with such good manner and are always willing to help. Not only that but they do a great job. Although they close at 5pm in the detailing center, the staff cleaning my car said they weren’t satisfied with the quality it was at right now so they were going to stay and finish it. It’s obvious they’ve attempted to use automation to cut staff to save/make more money. The guy who sets up the wash and does a pretty-soak could barely be bothered to get half my car wet with a mouth full of orange Doritos. As I went thru the wash I was stopped midway and when I looked at the blue brushes I could tell they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, as they were covered in a green mould or algae. I’m not sure I’ll return again as I can’t be confident they actually clean the brushes since an email directly to them went unanswered. If you care about your car I’d suggest you go somewhere else to wash it since washing your car with a dirty car wash ain’t it. A wash that uses dirty brushes can leave scratching or worse on your car since debris can get sick inside them. No thanks! Do better Suds

Wish they wouldn't lie about wait times to get you in to the interior wash. When contributed, they explain that for them a wait time is more than three cars. Good to know, but if you get stuck waiting 20 to 30 minutes when told there was no wait time it kind of reduces your trust in them.

Very disappointed in the services provided here Long story short I had to finish the car myself . Exterior wash was weak, my car is always fairly clean and it missed all bottom of doors ..Windows smeared , front windows not done, front carpets not cleaned after I paid extra .. trunk was extra that was a waste.. tires extra.. nothing. Missed wiping down crumbs off the seat even.. the bin with my articles rolled into my rear bumper countless times.. no respect for the customer vehicles .. my acura dealership does a better job after a service.. if you guys would have just spent a few extra minutes it would have gone a long way . If you have attention to detail and care about your vehicle I would avoid.. Clean your car yourself save yourself the hassle.

Went in to detail and shampoo my car. The underside of the trunk's lid and the visible from behind area below the rear bumper remained dirty. Also, just to drive the car in and out of the shop (I left it parked 10 ft away from the office), they changed the position of the driver's seat (both the cushion and back), and it took me a while to get it back to how I usually drive. After tax, I spent about Cnd$95. The rest of the car was clean and they did a good job with the interior.

I went here to see if I will get a better clean and value than the unlimited wash competitor. The wash has lots of brushes but I didn't get a better clean than the competitor and the vacuums were not included or at least I didn't get the idea that it was. There was no place for me to park and wipe down my car. Seemed very restricted. Helped me make my decision though.

I got an express clean, and considering how cheap it is compared to a detail service, it is a great value. I was really impressed when I brought in a very dirty vehicle, and they went above and beyond to make sure that all surfaces were clean and sparkling. Went to have an e-test there and the ladies were wonderful. I was in and out within 15 minutes with no hassles and they gave me $8 off my oil change for the next time. I came back for the oil change and received the same excellent service from the staff. Again, in and out in 15 minutes. A little on the pricey side but I won't complain too much as you're paying for good service. I have used the Backyard several times and like the things they provide for you but... if you are looking for wet cloths... Bring your own as from what I could see there were only dry cloths available (which is fine).

I was a little disappointed with my interior detailing - almost everything looked amazing except for food remnants still obviously present in the cup holders, the white paper they left to protect the carpet from your shoes left tons of tiny pieces of wet/ripped up paper, and inside of windows had lots of obvious streaks. For $158 I didn’t expect to have to vacuum the floor of the driver’s side once I got home and removed that piece of paper. If they shampoo the carpet, they really shouldn’t put thin paper down on it. I wasn’t able to even get it all since my vacuum sucks (hence why I brought it in). Not worth the gas to drive back since I don’t leave nearby, so it is what it is! I just think price is steep for that. Really friendly and nice service though, they took a reasonable amount of time to complete the job and also got out a stain I’ve had for a long time on the passenger seat, so I appreciate that part!

My car was throughout cleaned and sparkled when I picked it up. It's great that they give you a free wash to use at a later date with a service. They did a great job detailing my car. The only issue was that they didn't use a fresh cloth when cleaning the inside of the windows, particularly the windshield. I had to clean them when I got home. I shouldn't have to do that when spending over $300 on detailing.

I went in for a car wash after a 40 hour road trip. There were a ridiculous amount of bugs on my car and I was afraid a car wash alone wouldn’t do the trick. So a young employee named Jack in the detail centre went out of his way to scrub the bugs off before my triple action car wash. He was a great help and made my time at suds very enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

Don't waste your money in this place. I paid 70 bucks for an internal cleanup with shampoo under the mats and they delivered my car so dirt that even the dashboard had dust.

The professionalism of all SUDS staff is stellar. They are polite, courteous and willing to please. The attention to detail is obvious by the end result .the staff made my vehicle look like new even after it experienced a winter of mud, salt and dirt both inside and outside. Oilchanges come with free car wash and use of the backyard (vacuum, towels and cleaner, mat washer) Makes up for the overpriced oilchange ;) Haven't done the interior clean in a while, but I remember it being a great service. What a nice experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I hadn’t been for a car wash since before the pandemic struck. No need to make an appointment for a regular or express car wash. I ordered the interior and exterior packages. Ordering was done by touch on a pad, along with payment. I then drove up to the exterior wash. The wash is all automatic and you stay in your vehicle. There is someone who checks your car has been centered correctly when you enter; then checks your receipt for the type of wash ordered. Pleasant interlude to relax while the sudsy machines do their thing — then off to the interior cleaning building. Staff are nice and polite and direction is clear. Professional cleaning job! My car looks almost new new again — very needed. I will definitely return again!

There was still mud on my.truck after the exterior wash and there is still mud on the inside after the interior wash. Much cleaner than when they got it but it seems like if they spent 5 more minutes it could have been completely done. For $65 I expect to not have mud and dirt in most places still. It really wasn't all that dirty when I gave it to them.

I forgot why I don't go here vey often, but really needed a quick oil change and Honda was busy. First, they try and sell you on EVERYTHING! They then said they could check something which you have to access through the glove box because is was "locked" which seemed odd to me since I never lock it. After leaving I checked and it wasn't locked. Then they tried to sell me new windshield wipers. I have small cable ties on them and they've been there since March (this was the end of August). I have had no issue with them. It rained the next day and when I went to use the wipers they loosened up and almost fell off. Fortunately I was in my driveway and was able to put them back on. Coincidence?! I think not. Not trustworthy. Better to wait a bit longer and get proper service from Honda next time.

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE of the Uniglass rep in the detailing express centre! He inspects your windshield and claims he can repair stone chips, he has NO clue what he is doing. I came in with a very minor stone chip and ended up with a cracked windshield on my new car, after he attempted to repair the stone chip. Spoke to the owner of Uniglass and he refused to take action to compensate me for the damages that they caused to my vehicle because I preferred to use a shop of my choice to perform the repairs - UNDERCOVER INSURANCE SCAM if you ask me - damage your windshield on purpose so that they can try to pressure you to use them to do the job so that they can get the insurance check for the job - don't fall for it. I have no idea why Suds would want to partner with such a company that has no integrity or accountability.

Weather it's 2 meters or 20 he should not be oporating a car, or be a work. Also extremely unprofessional yelling these things in front of costumers.. will not come again.. I went here for an interior and exterior car wash...the exterior wash did a great job and my car was nice and clean...normally I do the interior myself with their backyard (which is absolutely awesome and stocked with towels) ...but with it being winter now the backyard is closed so I cant do it myself... I figured I'd try their interior service.... they were done the interior in less than 15 min which is great if I had other things to do that day...they had 4 people on each car as the cars slowly moved through their shop.... it was fun to watch through the glass ....at the end my car was cleaner than it was going in but not for the price I paid (wasnt perfect)... I would have paid $30 (including exterior wash) for that job but paid close to double which for the price I shouldn't have to do anything at all but I did have to wipe the glass and exterior as well as take my handheld vacuum and do the back seat a little more. They should not rush through it as quickly. I'd go back if desperate for a clean and dont have much time in the winter.... otherwise I'd wait to see my detailer in kitchener or do it myself. Not the worst but not the best and you pay for the convenience and speed.

I made a mistake while using self service kiosk to pay for a car wash. I clicked on the wrong spot and ended up with only internal cleaning. I only knew this when I was the next car to be washed. I was informed by person after person the wrong information about how I could rectify this situation. I was first told that I should go to the express clean counter inside the building. I was then told that I needed to go to the auto detailing section. That somebody from the express clean department should come. finally I was told to go to the outside kiosk where someone was present to resolve the issue. Imagine this in the middle of covid they force me to talk to four or five different people to resolve an issue, while all the way along different members claim that it's some it was someone else's responsibility to solve this. Something has been solved for me I will never come back to a car suds cleaning location. I take full responsibility for my carelessness and clicking the wrong button in what I considered a not easy use kiosk. Before this experience I had looked forward to Suds because I felt I was treated with respect and esteemed as a valued customer.

I recently moved to Brantford and have a new car which I am trying to keep that way. I had been using gas station car washes and was never satisfied with the results. Someone asked why I was not going to Suds in Cambridge. I was unaware of their existence so I drove to Cambridge and purchased the car wash and detailing package. I was in and out of the car wash in no time at all and heading to where they do the detailing. I sat in line for about 45 minutes and during that wait said to myself I hope this is worth it. Finally I got into where they do this work and they took over. When the vehicle came out the other end honestly it looked better then when I bought it from the dealership brand new. I will return and if next time I have to wait an hour then so be it as they are worth it however I would like to make a small suggestion check their work because they missed some debris besides the seats and the doors. Had they reviewed their work they would have seen they had missed it. Hunter

i like going here since i don't know any other places at the moment, they do ok. my van was still a little wet on most spots that they wiped down for the interior cleanthey didn't get everything perfect. slighly pricy but it wasn't bad, however, becareful with the guy who comes to you telling you there is a chip on your windshield and your insurance will pay for it, at first i said ok but then i decided to ask to see it since i had not even ever seen it. so i went to see it, i can't even see it, there was a tiny speck that i'm not even sure if that is one or he just painted a little speck almost unseeable just because i asked to see it. also, i asked how much he was going to charge my insurance, he said $80. for me this is a joke, i bet they have got tons of people with this. probably even more than once. glad i came to my senses and will bring my car to my insurance company to show them and explain to see what they think of all this.

Always been a good place to wash and detail your car on your own. Triple action wash gives the best results if you are not in to detailing your vehicle. The downside is I find the dryers are not as good as the used to be and if you have a black car and care about swirl marks or scratches don't use this wash, also if you have rims larger than 18 inch or lower profile tires do not ride through the wash the rails will scratch the finish.

We recently went to Suds/Jiffy Lube on Hespeler Rd in Cambridge for a grease and oil and car wash. We chose this location as it is close to our home, and we always receive excellent service. We were the first in line so got in quickly. The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. Total time from leaving the house to back in the driveway at home was less than 45 minutes. We were completely comfortable with the Covid safety protocols they have in place. 5 stars for sure.

I take my work vehicles here quite often, service is pretty good however the workmanship could be better - they need to do a better job with the interior cleaning - they do a quick wipe down and a quick vacuum but miss a lot. I do expect more for the price I pay. Either reduce the price or increase your expectations for your workers. The wash is excellent though.

After...15-16 months without being detailed, weekly trips with my dog in the cargo area and a few loads of sod as well, you can imagine how messy the interior of my car was. They did an amazing job, in 30 minutes I had a spotless interior, fur and dirt completely removed! My floor mats are pristine and they even wiped out my cup holders and door pockets.

Got my car interior cleaned. Signed up for the complete package for $120. Called and booked an appointment for a week later. Service was quick, they were done within the hour. They have a decent waiting lounge, if one wants to stick around while the vehicle is being serviced. I had removed everything from my car prior to bringing it in. Only thing I forgot was my cellphone car mount which you stick on the air vent. I noticed a couple of days later that they had forgotten to put that back, looked all over the car and was unable to find it. Aside from that the service was satisfactory.

I went it for an interior clean with a work truck I just got that was not clean. After the clean it seemed to be good but after a deeper look I noticed that under the seats weren’t even touched and there was stuff left beside the seats there was even more stuff left. Do not get your windshield "fixed" here! I had the smallest chip in my windshield that I went and got fixed the day after it happened, when he fixed it I noticed it was a bit bigger and he explained it was from the substance they use to fill it and assured me it was fixed and wouldn't spread any further. 3 days later my crack was almost a foot long! I called expecting he would offer me a replacement but he didn't...He told me they don't even do that there and I would have to go to Hamilton and pay my $500 deductible. I ended up going to a different company who replaced it for $300.

Cleaned out my vehicle to go there and get an exterior and interior clean at 4:40 pm. Hours listed on website say open til 6:00pm. Told I could get exterior clean but no interior clean . Suggested to customer service rep they should post on their website what services they choose to offer up til 6:00 pm. Rather then the customer wasting a 30 km round trip visit.

Mom went there for an oil change, she was told she needed a cabin air filter and engine air filter replacement as well. I had changed both of these a month ago. Had high quality filters put in, they put in the worst, no name filters I've every seen. On top of all that they put way to much oil in, which messes up engine compression, so I had to let some out. Not cool to take advantage of a 78 year old lady.

Booked an appointment 10 days ago for a full interior and exterior detailing. Showed up on time only to be told they had no record of the booking. Was told by the individual that booked the appointment, he had no recollection of speaking with me in person and could do nothing but if we left the vehicle for the day he may get to it. No appology. I was pleased with the interior cleaning of my car- there was another issue (spilled milk on the floor) terrible smell- I was told that it would take spot shampooing to get rid of the smell. Sean in the detailing department went above and beyond to get rid of the issue. Thank you Sean. I will definitely refer family and friends to 'Suds' for interior cleaning and detailing of their vehicles.

Not sure if management changed here or what happened... when this place opened it was UNBELIEVABLE work on both exterior and interior. Not only has the overall outcome gone way down... it takes forever to get inside for the interior cleaning. By the time you get inside, all of the water spots have dried and exterior now looks terrible. I dont even go during busy hours or on weekends so I can just imagine how that goes. If you want your interior done... you might as well book half of the day off!!

The cleaning that was done was well done but I paid extra to have the 3rd row seats and rear cargo area of my van vacuumed and both areas were untouched. I wrote an e-mail about my complaint and received no reply. I was disappointed in the service and really annoyed about being ignored.

They tend to space cars close together.....wash operators are usually inexperienced.....small vehicles tend to scrape guide rails on the underside of the vehicles or the pulleys tend to jump leaving the vehicle stranded until the next pulley comes along in the track. Place caught on fire recently....no big loss????

For me to wash / wax and detail a large SUV your looking at a three or four hour process in your own driveway top to bottom. With suds the entire vehicle is done in less than an hour for a reasonable price. The local dealer will do the same job for $40 dollars more and you have to leave the vehicle. Great service and good recovery considering the challenges faced by this company in the last 2 years. Why would I go any where else ?

We bring our vehicles in for a triple action wash and express interior clean on a frequent basis. The service is great and staff are courteous. I have noticed lately that the wait is approx 45 mins just to get into the detail centre. Not sure if something has changed to increase the wait time. Other than that we are pleased with the end result.
