Not bad at all. They should improve their drainage system as every station had water leftover at middle which felt little unclean to me. Otherwise everything else was great. No complaints.

This is where I clean my car in the cold weather months when washing the car at home with a garden hose isn't feasible. Most of the time the machines work, but it's a hit or miss if you're expecting any soap. I don't think they supply soft water, as the spot free rinse just isn't. Decent coin wash, but nothing fancy. Well used.

They constantly break down and the coin inserts always seem to spit out the coins or never give the proper amount of time for use. I went to bay 1 today and put in $4 and it would not take any money more and it didnt turn on??? I went to bay 4 and put another $4 in and the time started at 2 minutes??? Not happy!!!! Guess I'm going over to Valet car wash from now on!!

I have been to this car wash a few times. this time I was very impressed. Garbage bins were available in every wash bay (and not overflowing- which seems to be the 'norm' at other car washes I've been to) This location uses warm water which is absolutely needed. and the wax is actually amazing. I originally thought they only took cash(coins) and I DID use the change machine, but my friend told me they have an app that you can pay electronically. I wish they would have a big sign outside to promote that, because a lot of people like paying with cards, not a lot of ppl carry cash around with them. Overall great location.

I have gone to this car wash since I was a kid with my mom. The vacuums could use some servicing/attention... As they all didn't work and the end of the tube was broken... The garbage cans were just heavily overfilled and spilling.. it used to only give you that run down vibe just from the set up and location ..lol!

A convenient little self wash, with all the basic wash options and vacuums. It seems well maintained as everything I have used has been in working order. It allows you to purchase time at the wash and vacuums with an app, which is far better that having to use change or tokens.

$1 a minute! $2 to start. Tiny bays that are exposed to elements so lots of ice. credit cards swipes didn't work in the 2 bays i tried. Had to get change from change machine. Only rinsed salt off and there was lots of pressure on the rinse.

Rarely do they have soap!! Water is not filtered. If you want to “rinse” your car then that is okay, forget about trying to wash it with soap as they never have any soap.

I came back quite numbers of time just to watch people washes with love.... So i came back and do my way at this time, i wipe and spray after the wash, just to ensure road film is off my brilliant white suv. Seem they improved with the service now so here is my new rating, plus the app tied to your bays. excellent!

I don't know what it is with car washes in Cambridge these days but it seems like this car wash has steadily gone down the hill over the past several decades it has been there. For what you paid what you get, it's definitely not worth it and the owner of this car wash keeps it filthy. It's pretty bad when you don't want to wash your car because you feel you'll be bringing more dirt into your car and washing off of it. The vacuums here definitely suck but not in a good way if you know what I mean. You're better off washing your car here and going home to use your own Shop-Vac.

Washed and used "spot free" rinse on both cars for at least 2 minutes, both cars are covered in hard water spots, just spent hour in driveway trying to get the worst of them off. Tried the phone number, not in use. Had this issue in past, that's why I used the spot free for so long this time, thought it was my fault before, but definitely not this time. Last time I use it.

Great place to wash your car, and unlike most carcass around there a a bottom that sprays water under your car to get it clean from mud and just road dirty that I found was a great feature
