Came here to escape the severe thunder/ hail/ tornado warning for 5 minutes. Was immediately yelled at and told “ this wasn’t a storage facility” but continued to allow other cars coming in also escaping the hail. Came back to try and have a conversation, he said he would have let us stay if we had paid a dollar, but initially just yelled at us to get out. Refused to talk further and said “ too bad”.

CC charged for $14.50, spoke to someone he said it is preauthrisation should charge what ever it suppose to. In day or two it should balance out, if not he will manually correct it. But it balanced out and charged the correct amount.

DON'T ever go here.. Fat East Indian looking guy is the RUDEst person in Calgary, maybe in whole of Canada. The place is OLD and DIRTY like the attitude of the owner/staff. Don't spend your money here, machines RIP you OFF... Takes forever for the soap to come out on soap mode and clean water on rinse mode. The rude owner should be deported.. his attitude has no place here in Canada, does not respect his customers.

Nice location.. The gentleman with spectacles at counter is very nice, kind and helpful.. he even understood I'm a new driver and new with a car.. But there is one more fella who is very arrogant.. I even forgot how he looks like.. he was wearing a mask.. anyways, it's good.. i have used both touch and self serve each 3 or 4 times.. but I will look for alternative options now..

ZERO Customer Service Skills. I went into one of the self serve bay, the machine wasn't accepting my card and the display on the machine wasn't clear at all. It desperately needed some maintenance. I tried 2 different card s and didn't work. I went in the office and spoke to the guy at the counter. Instead of being concerned and looking into the problem, he rudely said just use cash if your card is not working. It was my second visit (First one was fine) and not going back. Congratulations on loosing 1 more customer for your customer service skills. Great for your business.

I went though the touchless car wash the first time, was sprayed with soap on half my car and then it let me out of the wash. When I went to tell the attendant on duty, he proceeded to yell at me explaining what I ddi wrong when it was clearly an issue with the car wash. Customer service here is awful, and the attendant needs to learn how to deal with customers if there is hope of people coming back. I certainly dont plan to.

I used pre rinse, followed by foam cannon. I was using a sponge to go over the car and was told I can't hand wash. I didnt want to use the brush in the bay since it easily scratches your paint with all the debris. Other car washes never had a problem with hand 'scrub'.

When you switch between the options (for example high pressure rinse to high pressure soap) there is a delay of about 20-30 seconds which wastes your money. So I do not know if this is on purpose so they can pull in a new extra bucks but if they could improve this I’d be happier and not feel like I’m getting the short end of the stick

ZERO STAR RATING NEVER GO HERE. Well... He said go ahead and leave a bad review, so I will. The guy that, I was talking to was a complete jerk and will never get my business again. This place is a rip off and it doesn't matter what you say happened, once that money goes into the machine, there is nothing he can do about it. He can and should provide refunds if you do not get any service. DO NOT GO HERE. He seems friendly at first, but once you say his machine took your money, he turns into a jerk. I will make sure no one I know uses this place.

A lot of the card readers in the bays don’t work and the displays are broken or damaged so you can’t see how much you have been charged.

This place is basically a rip off. You start with a toonie and then before the time runs out you can add a loonie or you have add another $1 so basically another two dollars to start again. Which would be fine if it worked properly I tried adding a loonie with 4 seconds left it didn't register and prompted me to add another loonie. Which i didnt want to as I was basically done washing my car. I decide to walk to the office where no words of a lie in the words of the owner "not my problem, it says right there" I said but I did add a loonie when there was time left "not my problem" I'm one of those people that washes my car every other day and i just wanted to get the salt of car for a quick rinse and this place ended up costing me $5 I could have gotten a basic touchless at Jacksonport or Top gear for $6. All in own very bad management not worth it for the money.

I always use their touchless wash. $12 for the best one they offer, does a average job on a large pickup. Card reader for payment is very dated, and normally take several tries prior to accepting payment.

Update: The manager called me now. He is significantly nicer than the employee. Anyways, we talked about the credit card screens and the system. He assured me it is currently waiting to be replaced so let's wait and see. If I have spoken with the manager first without the employee, this would have been a 4 star rating. Hope this helps In the end, I am not going to file a complaint Older poster: Horrible customer service. The guy is extremely aggressive and defensive when I came to him with an issue. Anyways, I am filing a complaint to the Alberta Customer Service (I believe before was called Alberta consumer rights agency). Anyways, if you have the same issue file a complaint please: Their monitors for Credit Card charging times don't work on Bay 6 and Bay5. I am assuming they don't work on other bays as well. What that means is when you swipe your C.card. You don't know if you are being charged or not, normally the screen is off and comes on when activated. Since it does not work you could be spending few minutes swiping all directions. In my case, I walked back and forth to the office to inquire. Obviously mean while, i am being charged. Long story short, first time I was charged $8 and second time $5 for car wash of about 1 minutes and 40 seconds (on my clock). The service man refused to have a conversation and I am waiting for the manager to call. The violation is this: They can't charge you for a service you are not aware of or did not purchase. That's the argument the Alberta customer service told me I can file the complaint under as it qualifies as 'unfair trade'.

Paid for water and soap. Didn't want to use the foam brush because it will scratch your paint. I used a wash mit, to scrub down my car. No bucket wash was used. Big chubby fella comes out tells me I can't hand wash, I have to use the brush (using the foam brush to clean your car is still hand washing, because you're using your hands to hold the brush to clean your car). He couldn't give me an explanation as to why I couldn't use my own wash mit, even when I paid for the for water and soap. I asked him if I could finish, he let said make it quick. He said there are people waiting. This was already around 9pm, Hahaha. Basically no one was there(nice excuse), and I didn't even take that long to scrub dirt off my vehicle as he told me to do it quick. As I was finishing up, he comes out and acts arrogant with me, threatening to shut off the machine. This place has bad customer service, I will never be back. You lost a long time customer.

PRO: Relatively cheap. CONS: Long lines, soap brushes don't work sometimes, charges $14.50 on credit card regardless of what the machine pad says (I called them--I still wasn't refunded the remaining balance), and like what most reviewers here have said: terrible customer service, just rude and horrible.

The staff are friendly but the soap/wax selector machines don't function consistently. Also the water takes 15 to 20 seconds that has been paid before it starts flowing. The worst is that the hoses are dirty with lube oil and grease. My vehicle was washed but I had to go home to have a shower with degreaser and get my clothes laundered. When I phoned to complain, I was told to call back later.

The wash bays themselves are decent, I've noticed their soap is not as diluted as other car wash HOWEVER do not use your credit card, I THOUGHT I used 4$ but I got billed for 14$ reading other reviews it seems like it's a common problem. The air dryer doesn't work but overall it is my go to car wash, and complaining that it's busy isn't quite a reasonable argument due to it not being something the car wash can control and isn't necessarily a direct complaint towards them.

Their spot cleaner wasn't working. After I lost six bucks, I brought this issue to the attendant on duty that time. He said he knew it and refused to refund the money. It's not worth to fight for six bucks so I left, will never go back to this place. This place has Zero knowledge of customer service and openly scamming customers. This is second time it happens in last couple of months. DO NOT USE CREDIT CARD AT THIS PLACE. YOU HAVE NO CLUE HOW MUCH THERE ARE CHARGING YOU BECAUSE OF SHADY DISPLAY. Sometimes this place get really busy. Try avoiding busy hours. This place has all the things you need for car wash. Easy to get change (coins)and price for car wash is good. I has little trouble understanding all the functions and switches for first time. Few things to keep in mind on your next visit. First, you must driver really close to the door to automatically open it. Second, you may have to wait long if its busy. Third, $2 for each thing you use and you get only 2 min 45s for each service you use for car wash.

This place is a total mess now. Used to be one of the best ones around a few months ago. The bays were filthy. There were screws and nails all over the entrance of the bay and mud and grease inside. Now all that grease is on the sole of my shoes and the carpet of my suv. The hose was covered in grease too. Went to call an attendant but he was to busy talking over the phone with someone. Yes, grease inside the car bays, not talking about the truck bays! Looks like there is a new manager who doesn’t care or may be lazy new bay attendant who doesn’t feel the need to attend to the cleanliness. Used to be their loyal touch less and wand wash customer... but not anymore!

Took our dog to the dog wash on a wintery day . Found the water was ice cold and nearly froze our poor dog to death!! We were very upset that they couldn’t bother to have heated water for the dogs at least . Will never go back . This is close to my house but I would rather drive further instead .

This used to be a great car wash, but it’s slowly falling apart. Many of the pay panels only take coins because the card readers do not work. The transition from soap to rinse or wax is very slow. The automated wash bays leave lots of soap/don’t rinse well, and their pay stations are also problematic. I took the work can to the commercial bay and got 3/4 through the wash and it stopped. I tried swiping my card again and it wouldn’t read. Backed up to the first stall and it wasn’t working either. Do yourself a favor, go to McNight Village in Falconridge or Jacksonport.

It's an alright car war, they need to put a bit in to maintaining the bays. A few of the guns leak, and some foam sprayers are flat out busted, so you don't get a wide spray, just a stream of foam, makes it take a lot longer to full cover your vehicle. They need to have a faster transition when you switch settings from soap, rinse, wax, etc, sometimes takes more then 30 seconds (wasted time, wasted money) They need to upgrade they card scanning system, they don't always work the greatest, a few bays struggle to scan cards at all. Make sure you hold the card in for 10 seconds, and wait after you pull out hehehe.... before you try inserting again, have double charged myself unknowingly, because I scanned the card twice, but the owner explained what happened and did reimburse me atleast. Your vehicle can look really spot on after washing here, you just might need to spend a bit more, as it takes a while to switch the settings, I find you're waiting for the soap, or wax, to run through the hose. In all honesty the owners are very friendly, and staff are great.

Went to the truck bay to clean my trailer, ended up having smears of black grease all over my trailer and truck due to the hose has a coating of grease on it, tried to use the foam brush but the hose is busted and leaks soap all over the base of the handle, an overall waste of time and $12. Also the time it takes to prime the hoses for the soap takes about a minute already-rip off!!

The worst car wash in the area. If I ever knew they got the worst equipment, I would have never washed my car here. My car got scratches all over after washing with one of their foam brushes. When I went to see the store representative the door was locked, after waiting for a couple minutes somebody came over, and I showed him the scratches to which he said he cannot do anything and was behaving very rude. .

Like many others, couldn’t get the credit card to work and tried another bay. The attendant was extremely condescending, sexist and rude. He didn’t even know how the broken card readers worked, and instructed me to do the opposite of what the sign said (the thing says insert & pull the card out, and the guy was telling to leave it in). Followed the instructions on the sign instead of that jerk and got one that worked. Would give them zero stars if that were an option. The car wash in McKnight Village is cleaner, and not in disrepair.
