if you need to wash it yourself, then this is a great place. it cost about $2 per minute. how long does it take to wash your car? plan your wash well and bring towels. Consider the automated drive through wash.

Really great new car wash. Great value for money. I did the self serve car wash and loved that they had lots of bays so you don't feel pressured about taking too long. The machine was very ready to use. Lots of options to choose from, including a special bug-off option that worked great. Nice location as it's just off Country Hills. They also had lots of signs leading to the car wash for those not familiar with the area.

Literally the only car wash I will take my cars to. The automatic wash monthly membership is awesome value. When I need to wash my supercar I use the bay. The presoak soap foam is pretty intense. Throw that on your car then high pressure wash, your car will be sparkling clean! The price is right as well. If I were to open a car wash, I would aspire it to be like Top Gear!

Tried out the car wash with the free coupon we had. So glad we did as this is the best car was we know of now. It cleans our bigger SUV and smaller cross over, and even cleans the back of them extremely well! (other car washes only clean about 70% of the back). Definately better than all the other car washes out there and you can not beat the price!

This is a hidden gem. Great options in the self serve bays. Clean, spacious and bright. Pricing is comparable to the gas station washes but with a higher quality of cleaning! I get free car washed at the dealership where I bought my car but will be going here from now on! Have not tried the automated wash yet.

I purchased the washing plan through their app. That's suppose to give you a code to wash (twice a week) as you pay $35 a month. Everytime I would check in for a code it would just go back to the home page. So ultimately I had to pay another $12 to get my car washed and they've already charged me for the plan. Do not purchase the wash plan, cause its a scam.

Best wand wash I have been to, no doubt! Great options that most wash bays don't have. I recently had to shut down my own detail shop due to my health and not having my own wash bay available 24/7 sucks! This place has at least eased the pain. Facility is always very clean, good lighting for a wand wash and good value for your money. The touchless wash also does a decent job for less than your average gas bar touchless wash if that's your kinda thing too. I'll be back again and again... worth the drive from Airdrie.

I just discovered this gem. I can honestly say that I've never had better experience at car wash!! . I used the wand wash area indoors. In the washbay I saw a sign saying I'd receive $5 credit if I download their app and register an account. So I did. I had little bit of difficulty with setting it up but the guy in the office was more than helpful. He even gave me some free credit in the wash bay after I ran out of coin for my small wash but still had a little rinsing to do. I would definitely recommend this car wash to anyone. It has all the modern options that you would expect at a car wash and more. The prices are $1 per minute in the wash bays but you can get additional free minutes by buying prepaid packages. Sign up for the app and get $5. The app is kind of fun also. It has a built-in game to play in case you're stuck in line waiting to get into the wash bays

I would not recommend anyone to come here to wash their car. The foam washroom crack my side mirror and damaged the block heater cord. Form materials is not as soft as what other competitors used out there (Petro Canada). I rather pay a bit more and go somewhere is gentle on the my vehicle

This is not the cheapest car wash, but if your looking for a clean and dependable spray wash, then this is your place. Everything works very well and the staff are attentive to details. I find the water to be nice and hot and one of my pet peeves with other places, the switch over between cycles is fast.

I just paid my first visit to Top Gear. I told the team it was my first visit and they took the time to show me around the stall and explained all the functions of the wand wash. It was super cool that they took the time to do so. I appreciated the time they spent and showed off the top quality machines that run the booths. The fellow there also promo’d me the first two bucks just to show off the machine. I like that the booths run on credit and debt, and having tap is a huge plus. The machines are touchscreen and offer the full compliment of cleaning products. I went there for the power dry function as I prefer to not use cloths to dry the car. The facility is clean and there are tons of stalls. I had no wait time (noon hour on a Tuesday) to get a booth. All in, it was a positive experience. If I had one gripe about the place, it would be the location, but I’ll travel to go back for sure. Great place.

Had the interior detailed on a truck I recently bought. I was BLOWN AWAY by how good it turned out!!! The truck interior was disgusting before, after they cleaned it it looks like a new truck inside! All the stains are gone, they did an amazing job.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE, Each Stall has it's own touch screen machine where you just swipe your credit card and start washing. Best part for me was that there were mode suggestions for what to do next (i.e, during Pre-wash, it would suggest High Pressure Soap, Then High Pressure Rinse, Wax... etc) so there was no fumbling around for what to do next. About $1 per 60 seconds. Not bad in price either. Wand Wash Facilities were clean and heated, which means you can wash your car in the middle of winter, too.

I always come go to Top Gear because it's CLEAN. Every other car wash in the city is always dirty and the floor is caked with mud, dirt, and rocks. The Top Gear team is always very cordial and professional and there are plenty of spaces for you to dry your car outside. The self serve wash bays also have turbo dryer and undercarriage wash!!

Best experience i had was after cleaning my car i left it outside to dry off and clean the glass, before i had finished the owner had come out and noticed a couple spots that didnt clean right and gave me a free automatic wash. I’ve been to this car wash many times and it was great, but my last time there will be the final time. It was unsupervised when I went, which I have no problem with, but as I was going in my car got pushed out of the track and the corner of it went into the wall at the entrance and it being unsupervised the track kept moving forward pushing my car. Now part of my challenger has a scratch and dent in it. The wash itself was always great, but I don’t want to risk damage to my car again.

I asked a friend if he knew a good car wash, and as he recommended top gear car wash, I was skeptic with the price of the exterior and interior package for $100.00. I gambled he took the caravan with lots of beach sand from the California coast, Labrador dog (yellow &a brown), and more remnants from all out road trips this year. I got my caravan back the same day, but, I only saw it today the quality of service was beyond expectations, the caravan is back to its normal brand new car look and neutral smelling interior. I called top gear the next day I simply thanked them for their great work. I hope you all get the same experience I got when you drive in. Thanks top gear and team.

A coworker and I did agree that one staff member (Asian teenager) could be a little more helpful at times, seems nonchalant about everything. Not a huge deal, but the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Overall great place to give your car a full cleaning inside and out. Edit: Changed to five star. Took my Tucson in for a wax and polish. First off, the guys did an amazing job. While waiting, the owner of Top Gear (name slipping my mind atm) came and sat next to me and talked about plethora of car topics/tips/suggestions. Very nice guy and totally supporting his business.

I come here regularly even though it is 30 minutes from my home. Their self service wand wash has a specialized underbody wand which is surprisingly rare in Calgary self serve wand washes considering how much salt is used on the roads. Why don't more wand washes have this feature? Oh well, I guess Top Gear gets my money!

Not cheap on chemical! The foam brush creates a thick lather and so does the triple foam. Lots of places to park to detail after your wash. Also, the kiosk has lots of detailing supplies for sale. I've also tried the drive through wash and it does a decent job as well. Best is that it's doesn't strip your paint with too much pressure. Overall, a great car wash!

This is the best and good service place for detailing. We went there to detailing my Jetta. We just drop our cat off in the morning then pick it up in at 5pm Our car turn out to be like a brand-new car inside. They are some pictures from our car after it is done. FYI : we got air bag sign waning on after service but it was gone after 3-4 days. My assumption is the wire under seat are just wet from cleaning. So it was gone after they are dry. You have to book for appointment It's far and easy. They are really friendly. It takes 2 hrs for service Wren you get the car in. They offered you free car wash in machine on the day we pick up our car due to the rain. They keep our stuff inside the car in the bag and they it in the trunk. Yes we will recommend our friends to go there if they need cleaning service. ????

This car wash place has been here ever since we moved to Stouffville 10+ years ago. It's a great place to get your car wash with affordable prices, especially the packages they offer. The staff are very nice and friendly as well. The only criticism I have is that I wished their VIP Fast Pass was transferrable between cars within the family. Then I would definitely be getting them for 3 months every year during the winter.

Great car wash, especially if you have a small car and use the bays. I can wash my small Mazda for only $3 to $5. Only concern is that you should check your credit card statements after each wash as twice I have been overcharged. They charge $20 when you swipe your credit card right off the top, and then you see a credit for the $20 after you finish your wash, and a charge just for your actual minutes. The last time I went, the $20 charge is still on my card after 3 days, yet they have taken the actual minutes used charge too. So, now I have to go back again to get my money back. Without hesitation, I believe this is one of the absolute best car-washes in the city. It's incredibly organized, the lighting is on point (bright white color, perfect for washing), the touch-screen controllers are excellent - easy to use and responsive. The entire place is in immaculate condition, the wands produce strong pressure, the soap comes on quick and is *actually* noticeable (some others I go to use soap and it doesn't even seem like any is being produced). The pricing really isn't that bad. There's another wash close-by (Harvest Hills T&T), and I'd spend about $5 there. Keep in mind you might spend a bit extra to clean your car during winter as the roads are much more dirty. I'm averaging about $8 here which is still cheaper than going to the touch-less gas station washes. Also; They answer their phones (I've called once or twice to inquire their hours of operation), the hours are great (open until 10pm on Sundays currently - perfect), and they have the under-carriage spray as you enter the wash which I can only say is better than nothing (haven't seen that before at a self-wash place). I'm very OCD with washing my car, and I hope this place continues successful in their business. Some other reviews about the extra $2 or $3 you may pay - It's totally worth the price!

Booking an appointment was easy. I called in and I was able to get an appointment same day which I was happy about. Arrived for my appointment on time and the Staff at the reception was very polite. Took my keys and my car was taken back to be washed I paid $125 in total for the wash and also detailing. Customer service is top notch. Now the part I’m not too pleased about. 1. There are water streaks all over my windows 2. Also some left over gum streaks on my windows from tape. 3. The top of trunk had scratches & the side. Not sure what happened there but I am 100% certain there wasn’t a scratch on it as I have just bought this car, it is new. (WHICH I AM SO UPSET AND MAD ABOUT) 4. Not very pleased with the outside wash, little dirts here and there Not particular pleased as this was a long ride for me coming from main downtown. Interior was cleaned to my satisfaction and customer service was great hence 3 stars. [I have tried to attach some pictures, they’re not so clear as my parking is underground. But you can tell what I mean ] I’m currently in my underground parking scrubbing my windows clean and all the random dirt spots. Wish I could scrub the scratches off too as that’s the most thing I am extremely upset about.

As a parent of a toddler, I don't have the time to keep my car as clean as I'd like and I let it get to the point where I needed some professional help. I took my Volvo wagon into Top Gear to get it detailed and it legit felt like a new car when they were done with it. Top to bottom the care was immaculate, I don't think my wheels have been that clean since I drove it off the dealership lot. Very happy with the service and the prices are very competitive. This is such a great car wash! It's all on computer so you just put your credit card in the machine and tell it what kind of car wash you want, and there are 4 or 5 different car washes to choose from. It was my first time and I didn't really know how it all worked and there is an attendant there to help you through everything. My car was so clean and shiny and it's very affordable. Nice!

This is by far the best car wash in Calgary. I go atleast twice a week probably not as much as winter is approaching but still the car comes out always clean. Overall the best in the city

I have purchased the car wash membership for about 3-4 months now and I love it! My kids both under 3 love going through the carwash and when I'm almost near the end of the wash if there is an employee close to the exit he always waits for me to be done and pushes my passenger side mirror back out. Keep up the great work! And special shout out to that employee in the detailing bay. I don't know his name but he's the best! Edit: Also thank you for answering my email inquiry regarding when the weeks renews for 2 washes per week.

Good job on car #1, fantastic actually! But for some reason car #2 was not as well detailed. I moved the seat back to find the carpet had debris still there, the centre console I emptied wasn’t done. The two dash drawers missed, my tray insert from a console nook was in the trunk?? Still looked great but for leaving it all day I was surprised. Anyway, another suggestion: tell us to open the trunk, and remove plastic backed floor mats to allow drying. Pee-you...Stinky!

Perhaps the best car wash, at least that I know of. Accepts fleet cards and prints receipts. The lighting inside the self service area is inadequate though. The vacuums are a tad silly, but anyway best of what I tried elsewhere. Garbage laying around in the washroom. I drive up there from the core when I need to clean inside. Want to try their detailing some time.

Pretty good wash but I would not recommend going through the automatic wash to a newcomer. Go with someone first as sometimes the track gets out of sync and you have to make sure to exit quick if someone is right behind you. The lights are always messed up so you don't know when to go when in the automatic.

New facility that's very warm and brightly lit with LOTS of equipment and options for washing your car. From foam cannon to brushes to even an air dryer. Soap and wax is really strong as other people have mentioned, not watered down like most other car washes. However it can get pretty expensive, per-dollar does not seem to last anywhere near as long as other washes in the city.

I'm revising my original review after speaking to the owner Shafique. Due to misleading signage my black Audi ended up going through the car wash cycle with brushes, when I was expecting brushless. This scratched the clear coat across most of the car, as any brushed car was will do. Until now my car has only ever been hand washed or power washed for this very reason. Shafique messaged and called me and asked me to come in to examine the car. He agreed there were scratches and offered to cover the repair costs and they are looking into revising the signage to be less misleading. I've raised my review from 1 to 3 stars factoring how this was handled and the inconvenience.. It's rare to find businesses that take ownership of their mistakes and make things right. On that end, I'd give them 5 stars, but of course would have been better if it had not happened in the first place.

The facility is very clean and well lit. Like others have said the soaps and products that is dispensed is legit. I find some others in the city to be "watered" down or seems to be wrong ratios. Water pressure was excellent and with the proper products being used there's no wasting time. Car came out nice and clean the first time. It was quite the trek for me living in opposite end of town, but it gave me a nice cruise back home.

This place used to be a great place to go but it’s absolutely not anymore. It’s a complete waste of time and money. The last 4 times I have been there most of there stuff didn’t work. Bug remover rim and tire cleaner triple foam ext. I bring all 4 of my vehicles here and today I brought my Dodge Charger for a wash in there self serve bays and low and behold half of there things aren’t working. I went into the office and let them know and all they have me was a 4 dollar credit receipt witch was more of an insult to me than anything as I spend usually around 30 dollars per car I bring there so I ripped it up and threw it in the garbage as I walked out of the office. It is definitely time I find a new car wash for all my vehicles. I suggest staying away from this place for the simple fact when there utilities don’t work they simply don’t care.

If you haven't come here it's a must. I kept driving by the signs on country hills but never came by but what can I say. The staff was amazing and so helpful they took the time to talk about the deals and advised on what would be worth it considering the weather and wedding involved. Settled on something reasonable even when I was looking for something a bit more as it didn't make sense. They are very honest and very professions. Couldn't ask for anything more. It's a good car wash if you live near country hills/skyview. I believe it's about $1 a minute for a manual (do it yourself) car wash. Haven't experienced any bad situation, except the constant and obnoxious loud jdm cars showing off. But I guess it is what it is.

It was my first time recieving an interior vaccum and shampoo at Top Gear! Such care was obviously taken and I was very happy with the results! Normally a vaccum at any other place would have taken an hour but my vacuum and shampoo were done in 50 minutes. Overall very impressed!!!

Terrible car wash. Worst in the city! First you have to get a code as they dont take loonies or toonies. Hard to use, convoluted menus to find the cycle you want. Cycles take forever to start. It took a full minute to get soap flowing. Same for wax and I gave up on the spot free rinse. And you PAY while you wait! Low pressure leaves your car dirty unless you want to scrub like crazy with the brush. This place is a total waste of time and money. Steer clear and choose somewhere else.

Used to have a membership for a year with top gear then cancelled it when I got a new car.. I decided to go back a week ago and me and my dad share the same car so what I wanted was a membership for 1 car that both me and my dad can wash 1 car and the owner clearly understood what I was saying and kept telling me to buy 2 separate memberships so that we can have the app on my phone and my dad's phone... then when I told him why would I need 2 memberships for 1 car when me and my dad clearly both live in the same house the owner kept insisting we buy 2 memberships for 1 car because he can't do anything about that.. disappointed in top gear as I used to use them all the time but owner is clearly irrational and has poor customer service skills. I recommend going to iwash.

I came through tonight for a wash (Tuesday Feb 1st, around 4:30pm). It was my first time using the car wash so I needed some guidance getting on the track. The employee was extremely rude and hostile. He essentially was angry and yelling at me because I needed help to get on the track. I was so shocked to be yelled at when I kindly asked for guidance. It was very upsetting. I’m only sharing this as I also own a business in town and would certainly want to know if my staff treated customers like this. The carwash itself was great - I’ll be back.

I had the power polish under 20 min deal and was fairly satisfied at first as it was late in the evening and I could not see much of the detail. However after a few weeks I parked my car under direct street light and noticed horrible swirl marks on the side and frame of my car. My car is a brand new lexus and this was the first time getting detailed as I usually do touch less car wash. I went here because I read the reviews and expected good quality. Very frustrated with this as this is a new car and now I have to go get a full polish to remove this marks.

This is the best car wash. Staff is very helpful and polite. I followed enter sign but somehow there was malfunction coz no empty spot. When I tell the staff, he came out of office and guide me to back up safely. I was very impressed with his professional attitude. I love the high pressure soap which get rid of all the dirt on my car even before foam brush. And hot water was very nice! I wish they are closer to my place.

Wand Wash Review: Best car wash I have ever been to. You get the average amount of water and soap for what you pay. The soap quality seems superb, does a great job pulling off dirt, especially pre-soak. Spray Wax is great quality and lasts a while (at least 1-1.5 weeks). What I really like the spray nozzles are consistent and strong, but not so harsh that is tears the paint like some low quality washes. I only once had a problem where the presoak was sputtering. They politely let me switch bays and gave me free time, so I didnt waste any coin funds. Great company. Also, nice place if you enjoy car spotting :).

I heard a lot of good reviews of this car wash and decided to give it a try. Very big building with many different products! The complimentary undercarriage wash is definitely a bonus. The major problem that I encountered at the car wash was after using the spray soap and washing it off with the spotless rinse, I found that the soap left residue marks all over the exterior of the tail lights. This was even after I dried my car with a cloth. I ended up taking my tail lights off to go have them refinished in order to get rid of all the stain marks. Don't get me wrong, this is a nice car wash but my experience left me with stained tail lights that needed to be sanded down, polished, and waxed to get rid of everything. I guess be wary of the soap spray or perhaps take it off really quickly with the high pressure rinse. EDIT: It is extremely hard to see it through a picture but essentially it was a milky residue that was all over the tail lights and I tried removing it with different cleaners but none of them worked. I did not spray tire cleaner all over my car because I did see the label somewhere about it being very strong so I didn't trust it on my car's paint. The other pictures I had were very dark here is one in the daylight but it's hard to see in pictures.

Used to always wash my car here and unfortunately they've lost me as a customer for their dishonest advertising and their shady money grab techniques. DONT EVER DOWNLOAD THEIR APP OR ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, after you go through their money grab scheme you'd want to remove your credit card information from the app but it wont let you! They advertise to get $5 just by downloading the app to use towards your wash, after downloading the app and getting your $5, you won't be able to use it unless you enter your credit card information first AND make a purchase for it to carry over, which isn't told to you at all so you'd think you can use the $5 towards your wash just by downloading the app is the first catch..soon as you enter your credit card information you'll never be able to remove it. You wont get a receipt for your transaction either. Some of their wash bays spit soap through your spot free rinse cycle and their pre soak is watery and isn't working properly either. They used to be good but they will try every opportunity they get to fool the customer and grab as much money as they can out of you. Dont recommend going to this place

I recently had a car wash and noticed a series of scratches on the hood. The scratches are in the same pattern as the brush roller moves. Complained to the attendant there and of course the reply was “we are not responsible for any damage as written on the notice board” I need to get the hood painted again to fix this damage. Avoid!!

I’ve been going to this car wash for the last four years but I️ have never, never had someone speak to me this way before. I️ have also never pushed my mirrors in before. There’s another car wash (Stouffville Auto Wash) less than three minutes away where I will go from this point forward. I went to Top Gear yesterday to wash my car as i usually do it once a week, i was in a bit of rush so i decided to use the touchless wash tunnel (i usually wand wash my car and hand dry it) When i got home after using the wash i noticed the side of my car had some water spots and the mirrors had streaks from soap being left behind. then i looked at the front and back of the car and they were both covered in water spots and dirt. I immediately sent them an email with some pictures of the vehicle, they called me within a few minutes and asked me to come back when i had time and they would put me through again for free and see if the error was corrected. So today i went and the person that helped me was very kind and put me through the wash and when my car came out the same thing happend again. They gave me my money back and told me that they would make some adjustments to the machine, I went into the wand wash bay to wash all the dirt and water spots off my car and while im washing i notice that the some of the water spots are not coming off, so i am going to have to have the car polished to have all the spots removed. Their customer service and wand wash added a couple stars to the rating i gave them.

This car wash is great. As other reviewers have said, the products and soaps are much more concentrated and predictable than other car washes, and prices are reasonable. When I use just the presoak foam and hot water rinse, my car is clean for $4-$5 - much more so than using an automatic car wash. Bays are large and clean, definitely worth the drive even if you don't live in the NE.

Being in Calgary we aren't allowed to wash our cars in the driveway. The only option is to go to a wand wash but it's very hard to find one that will allow you to hand wash your car there. The place was not busy and I have been a customer in the past, and politely asked if I would be able to hand wash my car (using my own wash mit and bucket). The response was a hard no. I don't see the issue being as I am still paying to use your facility but yet again have found another car wash that won't allow this. Very disappointing. Not that it matters if one customer is lost but I definitely won't be using you guys again.

There are lots of bays and it's set up well, where you don't have to wait for anyone in front of you to finish first before you can get out. It's also very contained so you stay warm in the winter. Credit card machine wasn't working, no signs or anything up to warn you so I spent 5 minutes waiting while it said checking card. Went in and asked the attendant if it was down and it was so I bought a $7.00 time code. Went back to the machine and punched the code it and it told me invalid code, I went back to tell the attendant and he's nowhere to be found waited around a few more minutes before finally giving up and leaving. Waste of 15 minutes trying to get the machine to even work.

The add on's did not help in the clean either and the blowers to dry the car werent all working I think, because my car doors were still wet and dirty. Overall save your $18 and try the self serve bays instead.

First time going to this car wash because of the great reviews. First impression was great as the building was large with washing bays and an automatic washer. Went to try my luck on the automatic washing bay and purchased the turbo wash ($8) which didn't include the under rust wash, wax, and rain x. The wash cleaned the upper portion of my vehicle, however, it did miss the lower portion of it and a few other spots. In turn, the automatic wash is like others that I tried, probably best to just use the DIY cleaning bays.

Just went to this car wash with a newly waxed car and pressed touchless guess what got the touch wash water spots all over the freaking car attendant was spoken to who said that he gets more expensive cars than mine in so it’s fine ?!!!!! they use rubber and not cloth so it will be fine ... Very impressed with the service here, I came in with a particularly tricky issue and in my opinion they went above and beyond to detail the car interior and make sure everything was ok. My new favorite car wash! I'm an enthusiast who likes to keep my car in immaculate condition. Top Gear makes that a breeze. The heated bays are a god send in the winter, and each bay is equipped with a vacuum, shampoo, foam brush, and wand wash. The soap and wax is of great quality, not as watered down as other wand washes. It's spacious and a huge plus is that it accepts credit - no more scrambling to get $10 in coins! One star off because of the bays had a faulty vacuum (kept spitting out shampoo but no suction). I was able to move to another bay with a vacuum that worked, so not a huge deal, but it might be an inconvenience if they're busy and all the other bays are full.

By far my favourite car wash I have been to in the city. They have everything you need. Vacuum and shampoo, air dryer, great soap and good pressure, they even have a rig that rolls under your vehicle. The shop is stocked with cleaning products for your detailing needs. Also this place is in doors so you can wash in the winter. They have drive through bays as well.

Top Gear Car Wash is the worst in Country Hill area and would not recommend anyone to take their car there. Approximately 2:45pm Sunday afternoon, I took my new Toyota 4runner for quick wash. At the car wash, I purchased a $10 punch code with a debit card, and as soon as I entered pin number into the system $4 was taken away from the punchcard. I went straight to the Asian guy running the place to alert him of what happened but his response was extremely hostile, disrespectful, and quite unfriendly. To my surprise, being a regular customer at the carwash, he refused to reset the system but instead made up stories of me pushing the wrong stop button thrice. Immediately, I went to Stampede Car Wash nearby, their services was quick, less money and great customer services. Awesome car wash. Huge space, you can dry your car within the car wash bay. They never push you to leave or dry your car outside. The owner (Mr. Shafique) is a very nice guy and very accommodating. Also all the working staff are very nice and helpful except one guy. I don't want to name this guy but he is very rude. This is one of the reason for rating it 4 star. All in all one of the best car wash in the city.

Beware! I was very impressed by the options and facility. However I paid $20 for the topgear package and had to go into the wash bays to get the rest of the soap off. That's when I noticed a scratch down the side of the box of my new truck. I don't think they wash down the brushes in the automatic wash very ofter Reply- It isn't one long scratch. Its dozens of little ones. I prewashed in the bay, there was no scratch. After finding the scratches I did a little searching around online, and yes they definitely can cause scratches from debris from other vehicles.

Had a slight line today as it is stunning out but less than 15 minute wait. Facility is clean. Staff quickly and regularly check garbage bins in each bay and emptied them if required.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE if you love your car you will not want to take it here, the acid from the soap RUINED my American Force wheels and the water spots are so heavy on the vehicle it will have to be polished out. HORRIBLE CAR WASH AND WORKERS DIDN'T CARE!!!!

I tried Burnout package on my CRV, everything was reasonably good except that the spinners damaged the rear wiper. A few days later I did the same on my daughter's CRV, same damage was done on this car too. It's a flaw with their plant. Never again to this place.

Owners logic is flawed, says we need two memberships for the same vehicle since only one device is allowed per phone. Then proceeds to tell us we can change devices so we can wash the same car however, then tells us it's a headache for him to keep switching devices to wash one vehicle. I recommend iWash with their superior customer service and RFID tag that works. Will not recommend any friends or family to a business that values money over customer service.

They used to be great, and Mikey is always friendly but the after getting a huge rake-like scratch on my truck I'm not going back. Also the last few times the right side dryer system didn't work. Sorry guys. Fix up or let someone else do better. Your quality isn't good enough to make up for your owner's arrogance. Yes he wasn't great the one time I interacted with him but hey, some people are passionate about their business... or at least used to be.

People go to the automatic wash for a reason. To get their car clean and be a quick in and out. Not to leave with their car still dirty after and be told to go to the wand wash to clean the rest of it off. Especially when there is a line up. Waste of my time. Make sure you check your vehicle after you get your car washed here!!

This is a great carwash, its the only one i’ll go to now. It can get pretty busy but moves quickly usually. Today I went through the touch free and somehow nothing happened to my car. Thats never happened before. But the guy working inside was super nice about it, he came out and set me up with the wash again and made sure it was all good before heading back inside. I liked how it wasn't very busy so I didn't feel rushed however after spending $7 on vacuuming alone I had to stop myself and leave because I hadn't even got to the actual cleaning of the outside of my car, and knew it would have been more than what I'm used to paying for a wash. I sort of felt like I was going pretty quickly but ran out of time before doing a good job on the vacuuming of my car. I can see the great potential in this place prices are just too high to have this as an economical option for my taste.

Got the Express Detailing done today on my 2017 Honda Pilot. They did an excellent job cleaning out the interior and exterior. They take their time to do a very detailed job. I also got the power polish done, which is on special for $29.95 at this time (can't beat that!). Will definitely be back with my other vehicles.

Brought my van in to get washed, and the automatic wash did not even get the bugs off the front of my vehicle. They were not caked on and we're on my vehicle less than 24 hours. It also left streaks on my windows. I will never return to this car wash. Overpriced and the quality is not there. Now I have to spend more money and go to a different car wash to get my vehicle properly washed. I have attached photos of what they think is clean. I went to complain and I was told that I should have sprayed it down first. I should be happy that at least one half of my vehicle is clean

To me this is the best car was in the city’s northern section. Always attendant on site! When you select a product on the panel you will see the product coming out of the wand, sprayer or whatever your using. These guys car about customer service, the wax didn’t come out of the want and I talked to the attendant which fixed the issue right away and gave me two dollars of free time. I will always be coming back ????????????????????????
