Horrible car wash the machines eat your money and they do nothing correct the issue. No attendant working in the store when I went to advise. When he showed up I told him the issues I had he said nothing he could do about it. Won’t be going back to that car wash again!

Worst customer service ever experienced!! Never recommend. The staff over there is so rude he was rushing me to finish even though they are closing at 10 and I came there before 9pm. Never going to go there again. He treated me like they are giving us something free. No customer want to see such attitudes. We are also paying the money for the service. The management should keep trained staff instead of such people. Good luck .

Just cloned my husband's credit card and charged us $10 for a car wash we didn't have. We were all the way in the south of Calgary at the time, too! DON'T USE YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE TO GET A CAR WASH!!! UNSAFE!!! To the reply below, we weren't at your car wash at all. Someone from your business cloned his card, according to our bank. We had to literally destroy my husband's credit card because of this. You are no longer considered a safe business, especially considering my husband used tap on his card the last time he used your establishment, which was over 2 weeks ago. Please consider thinking about this from your customer's perspective and not your own pocket. We don't take issue to your business practice, but there is a huge problem if you're cloning people's cards.

Not all the bays have credit card readers that work. Specifically, the first bay as you arrive at the car wash. Be warned that none of the buttons to open the bay doors inside are operable! So, if your the second car into the two car bay, you better hope that the person in front of you finishes first or your stuck waiting....... just as I am doing while writing this review. Don’t bother calling the business to let you out as no one answers. I personally will not be returning.

Came here used soap ???? high pressure wash on the car. Spent probably at least ten minutes on the car. Probably closer to 20 minutes. Highly detailed entire cars outside with high pressure wand including rims. Went around car at least three full times. And at the end of the wash when it came time to shammee dry outside we come to find it almost looks like I barely washed the lower half of the car along with the rims. Wand pressure and concentration of soap mixtures must be fairly week on purpose due to adjustment. I was extremely disappointed in the results for the time and money spend using the equipment. Unfortunately couldn’t recommend nor give great rating.

REPORT THIS MERCHANT TO "THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU" AS I WILL BE DOING & DON'T GO HERE!! I got charged $10 twice on my credit card for one car wash !! I spent $5 & they charged me $20 total!! Vacuums suck and costs a fortune to just wash our van and it's brand new lol best car was is the one in mcknight across from the superstore!!! Can wash van and wax by time done and vacuums work great!!

unfortunately a bad experience using this car wash last sunday. owner does't wanna explain in english, the complex theory of their machines inside the bay, pretty faster in making bucks. I spent 5$ just for a 2 minutes vacuum.

dont use credit card it will charge you right straight up to $10 and its not worth it.i used their foam bristles later found out old and worn, leave lots of scratches on my car, brought concern to the owner but he seemed very very unfriendly he said its my fault.

Okay, the only thing about the place is that the car brushes are worn out and doesn't clean very well and will scratch your car..so just use a quick wash with pressure washer.

Terrible dump of a place. Barely any detergent mixed in the wash water. Equipment barely functions. Very expensive. Rude owners/workers who don't seem to speak a word of English and glare at you. I would give this place negative 5 stars if possible.

Good car wash, the owners genuinely take care of their bays and repair what needs to be fixed. Needless to say, best time to go is early morning or late night and go enjoy cleaning your car in peace ????

SCAM! Just got a quick wash, put in 2 dollars . Instant lost 10 secs due to waiting for pressure in the line.. then cuts 30 seconds if no extra money is added at .30secs left. So a total of 40 seconds is lost... never will I go back to a wash that not only cuts you 30 seconds short of your wash time but steals money... GARBAGE!

I got yelled at for asking the change like literally yelled at because the guy was cleaning wash bay please don't ever ever go at this place. very very rude owner that old man with the Turban and beard is really grumpy. I would give this place -1000.

Do not use your credit card, I got charged $20, but when I pressed the stop button it said that I should only got charged $6, that's probably the last time I would ever use a credit card at a car wash. I will not come back to this car wash.

Car wash is good . They need to clean it up on the back . Lots of trash . Nearby bottle depot trash is unbelievable and it dumps it’s bad smell and trash to this one . Wish they could do more clean up around .

BEWARE: Do not use your credit card here. Machine showed I just used $2 for my wash to hose off my car. But 4 days later, I check my credit card statement and I have been charged $9.95, and the balance has not been credited! No one answers the phone when you call.
