Don't waste your time or your money. Went through the "touchless" wash because all I had was some dusty water spots on my car. It couldn't even wash those off. So bad that I was looking for the hidden camera while wiping down the water (because the "spot dryer" sucks), thinking I'd been punked.

Used to be my favorite car wash but they've let their standards down. Multiple doors won't open causing you to back out into the line forming being you. Half the time there is no soap, and the wax is just hot water. The bays are always filthy and the property is full of potholes. Not a place to take your ride.

It's overpriced. There's no instructions, I had to spend some time to figure out how to use those machines and tools. And those time are not FREE. I spent almost $30 to wash my car, including 10mins to figure that thing. $1 per minute, more expensive than car2go, yay!!!

There's always some reason for this place to waste my time. Something is always broken. They use cold water so any road film is a real pain to get off. Foam brushes are always filthy. Crossroads car wash isn't too far away and it is better by miles.

I have gone to get Spin Lite wash on 2 occasions and have been told both times that it was closed, even though the car wash was open . The second time I asked when the Spin Lite closed, I was told 6pm .When I pointed out it was 5pm, I was then told it was actually closed at 4pm. Just a tip for the owner, if you want people to pay $30 for a drive through car wash, you may want some more flexible hours .

Probably one of the worst car washes I’ve been to. I rarely give 1 star reviews but I would recommend against this. There’s not really a place for the water to drain so it puddles very easily. The exit doors don’t open, and you have to press and hole the buttons to open/close the doors. The spot-free rinse didn’t work either. I mean I’m glad I was able to wash my car at the end of the day, mind you I will not be coming back. If there were maintenance upgrades and the place got cleaned up properly then I’m more than willing to change my review, until then it’ll stay the way it is. I’m not a fan of giving critical reviews but had to give this one.

This carwash was top notch a few years ago but I think it switched owners and has been on a downhill slide since. Get less wash time per loonie, overhead doors are locked open allowing the wind to whip through while you're washing the car spraying yourself with water in the process. and seems like half the bays are out of service permanently.

I would consider myself a frequent customer at this carwash as I work around the corner. Since being bought and under new managment, I've noticed the quality diminish drastically. Despite the setting (Soap, Wax, Presoak, etc) only water comes out of the hose. I went to the front office to request a refund & Amrit who was the only employee there told me I'd have to wait for the owner. Not impressed, really would like to speak w/ the owner.

Effective October 2017 Wash King is under new management. They have an automatic Razor wash in addition to the wand wash bays. They also have one 12 foot bay that can handle buses and transport rigs. Detailing and the front office is under construction.

This place has been great since the new owners took it over. Every bay is functioning, there’s hot water throughout the wash and it’s very clean! If you swipe your card you get a pre-auth for $15 but it only charges you what you use in the end. Also they excel in the detail department. I’ve used them 3 times this year and am very happy every time!

Worst car wash with the worst customer service in the world. Came to wash the van at 8:30 this morning Wednesday Jan 22, 2020. Went to use the automatic wash, paid with debit (thank god we did so we have proof, because no receipt printed). Door did not open had to open it ourselves. Drove into the wash and nothing came on, backed out of the wash and still nothing happened. When staff finally showed up, the first person we spoke to called us liers saying that we hadn’t been there, even though we have proof through debit transaction, a phone call was made and I took pictures. They also have security cameras in place as well. Second person came up and was told there was nothing they could do until the owner came in around 11-12 today. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and to be called a lier to my face is so disrespectful. I highly recommend spending your hard earned dollars somewhere that respects its customers.

Save your money and go around the corner. The hose in the first bay by the office has a wonderful sprayer, it's high pressure and nice and warm. However.... I can't justify going back due to three reasons. First off.. The hose to the soap brush isn't a hose ment for washing vehicles, Second thing is the quality of the brush is garbage, it's beyond needing to be replaced. Lastly, you HAVE to out at least 2$ in the machine for it to start, it doesn't give you as much time as the 24 hour carwash down the street. I wash vehicles for a living, so I am well aware of what I'm writing about. Save the money and go elsewhere people. Atleast until they fix the hoses and give you at least 1:30 a dollar

Their machine charged me 14.95 for a rinse that took less than 2 mins. I had washed my car with 2 Toonies and went through soap and brushing, then ran out of change. I just needed to finish rinsing the one side of my vehicle to see my card statement with a $14.95 charge. I did hit Stop at the end of the rinse*

Very dissapointed in this place went to wash my car today and no soap from the jet and the bay was utterly filthy mud and everything I understand a bit of dirt but this was caked in for some time. After wasting 5$and working with a mud filled gun and shoes and pants now smeared with mud my car was still dirty. Went in to talk to the laidy working and told her I wasted my time cleaning my car without soap and I was not happy and wanted my money back or something for my time. She brushed me off and was like that's what we have. Don't wast your time going to this car wash drive a bit further to another carwash never going again! On Sunday April the 7th after washing my truck I proceeded to exit the wash bay when the overhead door came down on my windshield and broke my passenger side wiper. I had no choice but to back up back into the bay because the overhead door was still trying to close. As a result of backing up the overhead door left scratches the length of my hood and ripped the stone guard off the front of my hood. I called to speak with the owner but was informed by an employee that the whole thing was my fault cause I sat under the overhead door till it came down on my truck. Overhead doors are supposed to go up if touched by any obstruction so it can't pin a person under it. So even if an idio sat under the overhead door they would be hurt. I called again to try and talk to Doug the owner but was informed by an employee he would contact me and that the accident was caused by me. Doug the owner never called. This is an unsafe car wash and should be avoided for the safety of your vehicle and for personal safety reasons. Please be safe if you do use this facility.

The 5-Stars is for the very nice guy that does the detailing. I have not used the car wash bays so cannot speak for them. The detail guy got me in right away. It was busy but timing was on the my side. I needed a quick full detail inside and out but no polishing. He did a very nice and thorough job considering I did not have an appointment. Well my truck looks 1000X worse than it did before the wash. There are steaks all down the sides and the back of my truck is still covered in dust! I get back to my work and look at my receipt and it’s dated at ‘August 11th at 10:24PM’??? I don’t know what kind of scam you’re running, but you can be sure i'm going to share my 'amazing' experience with everyone possible...

The owner/manager of this place can’t take criticism nor can he help with issues regarding this car wash. First and last time trying out this car wash. Every 1 minute is 2$ even tho it says 2min=$2, the soap is 95% water 5% dishsoap. I confronted the owner/manager and he walked away right in my face. Learn how to run a business or don’t run it at all. I wouldn’t recommend this car wash at all.

Washed a truck here myself in one of the wash bays. Washing pressure was useless, near zero soap and cold water for the "soap" option, the "foam brush" just sprayed out water with a tiny amount of suds - probably they added a bit of dish soap to water. I used a credit card, and they were unable to supply a Visa receipt, and had to hand write out a receipt based on whatever number I could come up with. Beyond incompetent.

Decided to use their drive thru car wash and purchased their premium wash (the royal - $14). Although they have a vast selection of rinse cycles the blower/dryer cycle is poor. Did not have enough airflow to get the windows dry on my sedan and also trailed a stream of water behind its directional path. Went to the customer service desk and explained the situation and he simply gave me a business card to contact. If you're paying this type of money for a wash...your better off using another service (Shell... Petro... etc).

I have been bringing my truck here for a bath regularly for a few years now. Thinking I will be using another facility. I use their card swipe and when I viewed my statement I see that I was charged almost $15 for a quick wash that was supposed to be $6 and this is the second time I have noticed I have been over charged. I aways push the big stop botton when done and it tells you what the charge is. I don't know if it's a glitch or a scam but I don't have money to just be throwing away like that. Another issue I have is a few times I go to use the soap or foam brush options there is no soap or foam coming out of the brush. So I end up paying to wash my truck with straight water. Wash King, check and add chemicals when empty so paying customers have soap which helps wash the dirt off.

Took in emphasizing to staff I wanted their $39 special but stated $50 budget for everything in front as priority but to vac back seat time permitting (it was). Late drove away and noticed missed spots on stick shift leather and corners of cup holders just not a good job. Called and owner Doug offered a full return & redo - both done PLUS he washed the car. Very impressed, will return. Just a shame cuz IMHO staff was just lazy and non observant. sorry Doug had to re-do at a loss am sure as they both worked on the car. anyway they deserve a second chance! call Doug if any issues. My take away - check your car over before you leave.

Update: Once the scheduling issues were resolved (for which they did apologize) they did an excellent job at a good price. I don’t need a “new car show room” Service for my old clunker; so the “vac-and-dash fits me well. I would say always call right before going. Original: They do a good job at a fair price but don’t keep consistent hours. They weren’t able to take me on Saturday and told me they could Sunday morning. However, there is no one here, they are closed. The phone recording says they are open 9-6 every day but that is wrong.

Horrible experience as the bay door came down on my vehicle while exiting the bay back in October 2014, over $4000 damage to my vehicle, and still the owners of Wash King won't take responsibility and still fighting with them; they claim on their website that they have security surveillance cameras on the premises, but they won't produce it to show what actually happened. The worst service and an irresponsible, scam artist owners.

This car wash is recently under new management and the experience has taken a dismal turn for the worse. Formerly it was a Kings Wash and you could expect, with confidence, a good experience when washing your vehicle. Since its rebranding to Go Detail it appears the wash equipment is not being maintained, at all. In fact, during my last visit the digital display/timer at the card swipe within the wash bay was illegible due to damage and following my wash I was unable to exit the wash bay as the door was unresponsive and I was forced to back out of the bay. Also, it appears as though a tenant(s) whom would otherwise be without a home has taken up residence within one of the wash bays. Yes, you read that correctly.

First time I went there I found it cost more than a usually wand wash. Second time I went there I did the auto touchless wash because I figured it’s the same cost but, it cleaned 2/3 of my car leaving the bottom 1/3 still dirty. The third time I went I used the wand wash again. This time I went in, swiped my credit card and the wand didn’t work and never sprayed out water. I thought nothing of it and drove out and went to a different bay. Did the whole process again and it still didn’t work. I went in and told who ever was working and they came out and swiped a white card which only then it finally started working. I thought “hey, at least I get a free car wash”. Nope. He just turned it on. So this third time I went, I got charged 2 times for messing around with the wand and trying to get it to work and the third time once he came and authorized it. Spent the equivalent of probably 2 weeks worth of coffee on this car wash, and I love coffee.

I have not been to this location and it is probably really good and can't do an honest review. But the location at Heritage Drive is brand new but the touchless wash isn't set up properly yet. I had my Jeep washed there and it did do a great job on the body but a terrible job on the running boards, bumper (mostly the rear) and the spare tire. I have contacted the manager and he took my # and said the owner will call. I will keep you posted. Excited for this car wash as I have lived in the area for 24 years, just hope it is managed like the new business looks.... impressive.

The credit card machine is clearly set up to scam people out of their money, you will be charged $2.00 regardless if the sprayer works or not! The water pressure is low and there is very little suction from the vacuum. This place is overpriced and you can get a better car wash anywhere else.
