The guys who own the joint are always present on site guiding cars into the quickest lane. They are also very observant to the conditions of each bay. The truck in front of me left a ton of mud in the bay, and the staff asked me to wait while they cleaned out the mud. Great attention to detail.

Typically don't write reviews, but the owner is a real piece of work. After spending $10 on soap and rinse, I began wiping down my interior. He insisted that I move my car despite there being no line up at any stalls. Told me to "get out" repeatedly while waving his arms as if I was a "bird" he had to shoo away. Been going to this car wash for years. Won't be going back.

Nice facility, good pressure, good soap quantity, well lit. Only problem is the stalls are about 3ft too narrow. Even washing a small Ford escape was a tight squeeze. Not sure what the rationale was behind that design decision. If you drive anything larger than a small CUV, go elsewhere.

The owner is very rude. I used Bay 1 today, I inserted $5 in coins but the system didn’t activate, I ended up using my credit card which worked. I saw the owner as I was leaving and told him the machine ate my $5, and he told me to not use cash only credit cards. He refused to offer any refund. I mentioned that a sign would be useful so future customers didn’t waste their coins and he just threw up his hands and walked away.

Haven't actually spoken to the guys working there so not sure if they are actually rude. I always see the owners there guiding cars to the fastest Bay when it is busy. Equipment is pretty good. Have never had issues. Decent rates for downtown!

Credit card overcharged! We didn’t have change so tried using our credit card. The process was simple and we hit stop just before 2 min since it doesn’t say how much time costs. The total remained at the starting $2. The next day we checked the visa statement and it had charged us $5. We won’t be back.

The customer service at this car wash is horrible. After washing my car I got out to wipe it down dry and the owner came out and got mad and insisted I stop or leave the premises. Keep in mind there was nobody else at the car wash!!!! I’m just trying to dry my vehicle quickly before leaving it’s not like I was openly detailing my interior. Would never go back.

I've been coming to this car wash for many years and not once had a bad experience. It's never jammed packed, and the bays are always clean and fresh smelling. The employee onsite runs a smooth operation and always available if needed. He will even direct your vehicle to an open bay. Today, I arrived with no cash or credit card and he brought out a debit machine and let me pay that way - no issues. Then he asked me if I needed anything else before leaving. My favorite car wash in Calgary, and great location, too!

Great all in one wash that accepts CC and even has the vacuum option in the bay, just switch from wash to vac or vice versa. The per minute cost seems to add up a bit as I average around 9 bucks for presoak, soap, bubble brush, rinse which is a bit higher than others but the equipment is always in great shape.

Owner is quite unpleasant. Went to wash my ATV there and instead of letting me know that they dont allow it, he start yelling at me and running towards me being on a parking lot still. Quite frustrating behavior. And on a side note: no ATV wash.

Worst customer service. I was cleaning my car on a very slow day, no line ups so I decided to clean my car as good as possible then the wash attendant comes and starts arguing with me saying i need to leave for no good reason. Also racially abused me. Both manager and attendant were extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend this car wash.

The owner of this car wash is extremely rude! He is racist and obnoxious. He started yelling at me telling me to go because another car came while I was still using the washing space. I was simple wiping my car off inside because it was cold outside. The owner came in the washing space and started yelling at me to go! I said no, I’m still using the area I’m not leaving my money has the same value as the person outside. He slammed my car trunk and was taking pictures of my license plate. DONT GO HERE you don’t have the freedom to clean your car to your liking you will be chased away

Great car wash right outside of downtown on 14th Street. All the bells and whistles inside the stall, along with the vacuum as well. Do not have to go to a different stop to vacuum.

Facility is clean and I find the water pressure & products to be above average. However the owner is rude, disrespectful and completely ruined my experience earlier tonight. I will not spend my money supporting this business. Shortly after the machine timed out, I dried my car and was applying some tire shine on when the owner told me to get out of the bay. I looked back thinking maybe someone was waiting to use the bay I was in. Nope, no car lined up to get in. Looked around the other bays, they were vacant. I chuckled to myself and told him okay i'll leave, but I won't support this business again. I got into my car, he tapped on my window, and started lecturing me or telling me off in a stern tone in another language. I drove off. Not really how you should treat customers putting money in your pockets. Too many options around the city to act like this.

I booked a detail and car wash, our car literally looks like new inside and out - and that's after not getting it cleaned since we bought it a year ago. It was seriously dirty, inside and out, and it had a few exterior issues with things I couldn't seem to get off. I didn't expect them to be fixed, but the owners (new owners I believe) went above and beyond my expectations and did way more than was promised. Excellent cleaning, and at the $100 price tag for wash and excellent interior detail - I'll be more than happy to bring it back in a few months for the same treatment.

Facility is good but the owner is an atrocity. Rude, overbearing and an awful, awful business man. The place was not busy and I vacuumed (which is in the bay, not outside) before washing and he demanded, not asked, that I do my detailing elsewhere as he was just too busy for this to be acceptable. There are six bays, all of which were full and one car waiting. I had dumped $15 into the machine already to cover my time there. I informed him that his customer service could use some work and proceeded to comply and wash the van so as to get out quicker. This gentleman stood and watched over me as I did and then opened the door the second I was finished. There was no one waiting at this point. I still had $7 worth of time on the meter. He informed me not to come back, and I will not obviously.

It was -2 Celsius, ask on duty guy if he would close door to bay as it is a bit chilly. Guy said cost too much money for power to open and close door. I asked again if he can close nicely, and he say if I don’t like I can leave. I said that I come here a lot and spend money, and that it is not very good customer service. He told me to leave. I felt treated with disrespect as a customer, and I became angry with him at this point. I was going to suffer through and wag my car in the chilly bay, despite his refusal but he became crazy in his behaviour. Don’t go here if you want help or wish to make any request or expect to be treated with respect.

The city has done a good job. Except they need to really do something about their Covid check stop.. Half of the time the security doesn't even look at your ID and proof of Covid. Instead they are too busy with their Instagram account. it’s just inconvenient pain in the butt for me to pull my phone out and then ID for nothing.

I'm not sure what's going on, but I think I'm being overcharged by this place for my car washes by at least $10. It's a great facility and I like going here, but the last few times I've cleaned my car there, I've only done a couple quick rinses and soap rinses, no foam or vacuuming, and I'm positive I had spent maybe $11 or so according to the machine, but I've been charged over $25 for these washes on my credit card statements. I know I put the dial at finish as well to end the transaction. Of course, I don't get a receipt at the car wash, so I'm not sure how to prove this.

I've been going here since they opened a few years ago. I always thought it was decent even if the bays are a little narrow if you have a large vehicle However, the older gentleman (owner/manager??) is rude and unpleasant. Almost every 1 star review of this place mentions the guy. I've often noticed him around the bays but finally had an encounter with him and couldn't believe his attitude. There are a lot of car wash options in the city, I'm done with this place.

Their card reader doesn’t work. I went through three cards, all of which have sufficient funds and it wouldn’t read any of them. Also they don’t have tap, or Apple Pay or nothing. There was no attendant to help with this problem. No office, nothing. Really bad experience, drove all the way out here just to leave with a dirty car

Great car wash, the car comes out nice and clean when it dries. Everything is good quality, only reason I give 4 starts, are the bays are not very wide, so tight fit when spraying sides, but otherwise the best cat wash I've used in Calgary.

Intentionally use low pressure and leech soap into their lines so you waste money. Had the misfortune of meeting the owner to report that soap was leeching into the sprayers of this car wash. After assuring me everything is fine and that soap should be flushed out within "two seconds", he tested it - I laughed as his claim was quickly proven false. Over the next 60 seconds until the soap stopped leeching out, I watched his face as he couldn't stand me being right. At this point he simply walked away and said "don't like it, too bad." Saying that I DO NOT recommend this place is an understatement. Treat yourself to someplace not trying to scam people out of an extra 2 dollars for every car wash, and with some proper pressure in their lines.

I put $4 into the slot but it did not work. I talked to the old gentleman (the owner) and he opened the slot panel. He took one of my looney stuck inside the slot machine and threw it on the ground. I told him that my second looney is still inside his slot bucket but he is too old to see it; he kept saying no.. noo Finally, he reached out into his pocket and threw a second looney to me in a very rude manner. This old man has really bad eye sight and does not know much of English. Try to avoid this car wash if you could.

Great carwash. Operator is constantly wiping down controls and ends sessions when people forget to press stop button. I have never found any of the detergents/waxes to be empty. Good pressure. Clean.

The owner of this facility is disrespectful. After spending nearly $10 to wash my car, I would appreciate the opportunity to dry my car off. After spending less than 5 minutes in the bay, the carwash owner came over and demanded that I leave, because I was not allowed to dry my car off. Personally, I understand his request if there was a large line of cars waiting, but I went on a weekday at 7:30 PM when more than 95% of the bays were open. He started hovering around me and grabbed my floor mats. At that point, he started trying to put them in my car. This is after I offered to leave if it got busy. I asked him to not touch my personal stuff, at that point he started yelling at me and told me to never come back. I have read a lot of reviews with other customers having the same experience, but I would highly recommend avoiding this place due to truly revolting customer service.

Place is a scam, overpriced with no water pressure so you waste all your time trying to get your vehicle clean. If you pull in a truck you maybe have a foot of space on each side. $14 in and trucks not even remotely clean. Don’t waste your time here.

One of the better washes. The father and son who run it are very attentitive and always there to help you find the quickest entry. They keep their chemicals stocked up and use ox tail for the brushes so your car doesn't scratch. Also very tidy and good value for your dollar fluid wise.

My battery died while washing my car today. He had a booster pack charged and ready to go and dropped everything to help me out with a smile. Great car wash and even better owner!

My SUV was covered in tree sap from camping. I frequent this spot usually as the wand wash was fine for quick cleans. I brought my own buckets and wash mitt to clean the tree sap. Prior to starting the wash I asked the owner if it would be okay to bucket wash as long as the meter was running. He said okay. I rinsed down the car but after 2 mins the owner came and told I could not use my own buckets as they had “chemicals”. This guy either did not understand what he was agreeing to or was purposefully being rude. Either way I left and he did not refund my money. Not sure if it was a language barrier or what his problem was but this was a very rude interaction

I Started washing my Car with $10 in change, which doesn’t get you much time. I had to use my credit card to finish it off but the machine just sat on a loading screen. I search the property for someone that looks like they might work there. I finally found them hiding in a seacan watching soap operas. After discussing that I just bought something with my card, the owner points down the street and just says “ATM”. In the end I had to drive to a different carwash while my car was still covered in Soap.

I used to go to this car wash once a week, never again extremely ignorant staff, the older gentleman screamed at me telling me to leave the car wash if I wanted to dry inside , it was a Monday at 2pm not a single car outside waiting to use the car wash , I know proper car wash etiquette when it’s busy don’t dry your car , I’ll take my business elsewhere and tell everyone I can .
