I brought my new Ram (which still had a decent amount of scratches from the dealership detailers) to get paint correction, ceramic coating, PPF and window tint the results were unbelievable. My brother just picked up a new Jeep, and after seeing how my truck came back from mikes shop, he wants to have the same job done! Truly great work! 5/5 stars easily!

This review is long overdue. I take my Camaro SS here just before the winter storage and I couldn't be happier when I take it out in spring time. Feels like a brand new car every time. Mike is the real deal, humble and very skilled, I did my New 2019 BMW X3 at his place and I was stunned at how new(er) it looked after the 5 year Cermaic Pro with full Paint Correction. Few days later of being exposed to rain prematurely and I was worried the coat might not have hardened, however upon returning to him he made a full wash at no charge and showed me how to care for my new layer of protection and there was no damage from the rain! I recommend Mister Detail and I'll be bringing my other Mazda CX-9 for a similar job that's how impressed I am!

They offered to make it right but I had already put her away in storage. Besides that the service was really top notch I appologize for the old review, we all have bad days. I was looking for a Feynlab installer for my new 2020 Mercedes CLA 250. I ended up choosing Mister Detail because Mike took the time to explain the process to me and reassure me he would treat my new car even better than the dealership. He wasn’t wrong. He took great care of the car, and the PPF, nano-ceramic coating, and top coat he installed made the car look newer than new especially a week after it had gotten to cure chemically. Mike is very knowledgeable and passionate about his craft, and he backs it up with personalized service. I highly recommend him if you are looking for someone who can do PPF/ceramic coating properly and will treat your car right. I’ll definitely be back for more when I trade up to a new car in a year or two.

Wanted my car Ceramic coated to protect it through the winter, and make maintenance easier. I did my research and found Mister Detail in Burlington had great reviews, and what sold me on this company was the owners response time and availability, I texted Mike at all hours and he always replied. Prior to pick up he informed me of a nail that was in the tire and was willing to assist me to make sure it didn’t go flat, luckily it did not puncture the tire and he made sure of it! He could of let me pick it up and drive off without saying a word Now that is integrity! I was very impresed with the service provided by Mike and his team at Mr. Detail. I wanted a Ceramic finish applied to my vehicle and was happy that Mike took the time to fully explain the services and all the pros and cons. They delivered as and when promised and I was completley satisfied with the finished product. As a side note. About a week later, my wife called me while she was driving in her car to London Ontario. It was raining heavily on the 401 and she wanted to thank me for putting Rain-X on her windshield. I told her I had no idea what she was talking about. When I hung up the phone, I thought about the previous week. When Mike's team finished the work on my car, I used my wife's vehicle to drive down to their shop. My wife was close by and would pick her vehicle a little later, so I parked it in Mike's parking lot. During that time, they must have applied the Rain-X. They did it at no charge and did not even mention it. Just a value added service that I really appreciated. Thanks Mike. I will be back

Mike's a great guy to deal with. I brought in a new truck for them to do work on, and it needed several visits, because it had to be done in stages. First stage was the PPF on the entire front end. Second stage and visit was to ceramic coat the rest of the truck. When I dropped by to pick it up after visit #2, the truck looked spectacular. It was better than I could have imagined. Interestingly enough, Mike pays attention to details, as his name suggests. He saw some things he wanted to touch up. Things that most might not notice, and he said he will do those refinements and finishing touches when I bring it in for visit #3 to do the tint strip across the front windshield. Not often you find people who do great work and still want to refine their finished product. It's why I'm bringing the truck back for him to do my windshield and will visit him again and again down the road. Great prices - great work - great guy - thanks Mike.

These guys were great, I found them after searching online for a long time trying to pick a place that was not over the top expensive but also did a great job, and I was very happy with their work. They made a mistake and also did the exterior of my truck when I asked for an interior only, they very easily just adjusted the price as it was their mistake and did not give me any hassle over it which was really great. My truck looks new again, and now even a few weeks later it still looks amazing and clean. You wont be disappointed coming here. My truck was ready right when they closed and I had asked about bringing it to them when the lease was up, to my suprise he took me outside despite being after hours and took the time to show me what I should be worried about fixing and what would not be an issue at all and to not let anyone convince me it needed repairing. That was the exact moment I knew for any detailing needs my vehicles would be coming here and I would reccomend them to anyone who asks.

I came to MISTER DETAIL a few days ago with a Honda civic that hadn't been cleaned in a year and a half. It was being used by a employee of my dads company. An employee who smoked 2 packs a day, and who knows how much weed. Oh my God!.. there was a quarter inch thick tobacco resin stains on every window, huge stains on the roof liner ( the liner and the leather was a tan color when I bought the car brand new 2 years prior) and worst of all the LEATHER!!... the leather looked resin yellow!....I won't even mention the floors and the little nook and crannies that were filled with sludge and grime from spilled pepsis etc... I knew this was a job I couldn't do myself, so I called around and found MISTER DETAIL. I called Mike and set up an appointment for 9 am the next day. After I had dropped off the car, no sooner than 5 minutes after I left, Mike calls me back lol ...he's like " OH MY GOD! This has to be top 3 of all the dirtiest cars we've ever cleaned!....I almost thought he was gonna say " we can't clean this, go to someone else"....but he didn't, he just said " no problem, we'll take care of it,....but I do need you to leave the car the whole day"...I said sure no problem. When the time had come to pick up my car I was excited, I knew it was gonna be clean, but I didn't think they were gonna be able to clean the stains on the leather or the headliner. I thought that stain on the liner is going to hang over my head like a tobacco stained cloud forever, and the only thing I could do was replace it, and that would be at least $1000....long story short its been 2 days since I got my car back and I'm still in shock!...my car is like completely new!!!!!...I can't describe to you what a great job they did...you had to have been there to see it before and after....Brand new!!...every stain was GONE!!...not a trace of a stain anywhere!..NOT A TRACE!!....ill go on and say I have never in my life been so satisfied in a service I've received from a company like I have with MISTER DETAIL....I recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be back...thank you everybody at MISTER DETAIL ...ALL THE BEST!!

I could tell Mister Detail was very busy but the gentleman that assisted me was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my truck, answer all of my questions, explain all of my options and even gave me recommendations on how to deal with the issue myself. Unfortunately part of today was spent wiping the remainder of dried wax off the doors and fenders As well as I would’ve thought the dead bugs and small spots of tree sap would have been cleaned off.
