The experience I have had with Majestic Auto Wash thus far has been horrible. Took the car through the car wash and upon driving home my fuel door was dangling off the vehicle. Went back right away and have been dealing with the Supervisor since the incident. I went in and WATCHED the video footage of an apparatus in the car wash popping my fuel door open, and then the air pressure blowing the fuel door off. Despite this video footage, Majestic Auto Wash is denying that it was their doing and will not be compensating me in any way for the damage that was incurred. I will be sure to continue sharing this story. To sum it up, unless you want broken car parts, with a complete lack of accountability, I do not recommend this business.

The guy who opens the place literally showed up at 9:02 am and then it takes him another 10+ minutes to open the carwash etc...brutal! The car wash finally opened at 9:15. Why aren't you here at 8:45 to get things ready for a 9 am open like your hours say you operate?

I took my car here for the first time a few days ago. I called to book an app. I have a large car, 2 messy kids and a dog, my car was despicable to say the least. I got the Superior Interior service, which came with a King exterior car wash. Bonus!!!! Iam soooooooooo happy with the results. I cannot believe how clean they got it. The detail was impressive. Iam very pleased with my experience and will be back!! Thank you

Watch out for the 33% price increase on the Ace monthly package. There are signs posted at the property which refer to a January 2022 price increase, however they increased my price in December 2021. It's unfortunate that they did not go to the effort to contact everyone by email or phone, it would have been a little more respectful.

It was fast, good job. But when we called the person didn't explain the prices. So everything in there have extra. I will recommend it. If they want to successfully run the business, they need to be more transparent. That place have a lot of potential.

Went in for Interior cleaning. Really disappointed with the work that was done in my vehicle. I was still able to spot dirt on the floor of the back seat more over my dash cam was mishandled in a way that a component is loose and it isn't working anymore. Would not recommend going here.

I Visited This Carwash For The First Time & Was Rather Impressed. Firstly, It's VERY Clean [Albeit Newly Built]. Secondly, Their Carwash Pricing Is Some Of The Best (If Not The Best) I've Ever Seen. Finally, Their Carwash ACTUALLY Cleans Unlike Some Of These Other Places That Do A Poor Job & Overcharge For It. The Only Reason I Didn't Give It 5-Stars Is Because Upon My Visit, I Waited Several Minutes To Be Served & Had To Go Look For A Representative To Assist Me. A Suggestion Of A Bell In The Waiting Area Could Easily Solve That Problem For The Future. Other Than That, This Carwash Is Definitely Worth The Visit.

Very pleasant and nice discovery of this place. It was fully renovated, very clean and efficient. A big plus was, there were staffs on hand to assist. All these pleasant surprises for half the price compared to gas station automatic car wash! $5 per wash or around $17 unlimited wash for a month!!! Can't beat this kind of value.

Don't bother going to Majestic Car Wash in Burlington. Their car wash scratched my car in several places and the manager denied this could happen. I had no scratches before the wash. Now i have scratches. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!! I was there on February 16, just after 200pm. I spoke to whatever manager was on duty on February 17 at about 345pm. He was rude and would not listen to any of my concerns!

Be aware. Carwash will scratch and remove paint! Went for the 5th time. As always I check my car to see how the wash did. Just to see that it's taken about a quarter sized mark of paint right off my car. I have spoken to the place and am still waiting to hear back! I also bought the King membership! The drive through machine is confusing. I have been in multiple drivethrough cleaning services across US and Canada but came across first time where they ask to put car in Neutral. I really struggled on that. My Car had auto-hold on & neutral would not work. Kind-of sets a panic in drivers as to what to do. Only if it was explained when getting started that turn off Auto Hold, Keep car on/off, use the neutral gear, now turn up your windows, dont panic or try to get to yada yada yada...something like step 1, 2 , 3. I also struggled to reduce the volume on the kiosk...TOO LOUD. Lady at the kiosk was very helpful.

Fifth wash I got got this dint on my drivers door. Mentioned it to them. He just shrugged his shoulders. Got the detailing done and they didn’t even clean my front passenger seat. And now they have been closed for the last 2 days. The sooner auto spa on Appleby opens back up the better. Attitude on the phone is. ‘Read your contract’ I would if I had one. Update. They reached out to me and were very apologetic about the issues, which was appreciated. But went for another car wash yesterday and yet again it was closed all day for maintenance ????

Ace package $29.99 a month Pictures attached Also added before and after pictures of the rims So I’ve seen this place being built and kinda couldn’t wait for it to open so I can try it out .. well I went and tired yesterday and let me tell you it is one of the BEST drive thru washes around . Even with my lowered suv it fit with no issues The best package wash is I believe 19.99 Also they have monthly plans 29.99 a month for unlimited washes to one car . Definitely a good deal !

Pretty nice for a quick auto Wash. Equipment is new. I tried it out today and it was $5 for basic wash plus $2 for underside. So 7.89 all in which is not bad for a one off wash...cheaper than the gas stations and the was was decent.

Did a good job on cleaning my car. My only disapointment was that they did not clean the inside of the windows. An attempt was made on the passenger side but not a good job. However they did a great job on the rest of the interior.

Majestic Auto Wash is quickly becoming my go to place for car detailing and washes. The price is very reasonable and I am starting to recommend them to my friends and family. The monthly wash club is a very good deal. If you like to keep your car's exterior shiny, this is good bargain. $18/mth for a wash day. The interior detailing that they do is very reasonable as well - they have two options. $35 (Basic) & $55 (Superior) Both services are excellent, I usually take the superior because of fact I smoke, and I do so in the car. My windows get dirty and I feel bad for them. Just recently, they proved to me that they want to earn my business even more by buffing out some faded clear coat. Next time I am go for a car detailing, they are going to get a bonus from me. Just because of the service they provided me.

Worst customer service! If you want parts of your car being broken, then by all means go here. The staff are so unprofessional and rude on top of that. The car wash brush rollers will break your side mirror and rear vipers. This happened to us about a year ago where it took out the viper and the motor! I’ve been fighting to claim this since then in a civil manner. Every time I go in they give me the contact information for the owner who refuses to reply or take ownership. Last time they offered a free basic car wash (whereas, a viper motor installation is costing us $260 from the dealer). We went in to use it and the coupon code cannot be honored work because the price recently went up…even though there’s no expiration on the coupon. We are all about supporting local and new business owners but after almost a year, this is just unacceptable. Please protect your car and avoid going here at all costs!

Took my Corvette in for a clean inside and out. Hand wash was $ 30.00. Wheels and tires were not touched. Interior was another $ 30.00. Didn't pop the hatch to vaccum the back. I will never go back.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from the owner. Been a loyal member for 6 months now and the car wash must have malfunctioned because it took my driver's side mirror off due to the brush getting too close. Instead of them owning up to it, they accused me saying my car must have been broken before, despite going through 100s of car washes at that location. Wanted to work it out with them however they were unwilling and rude about it saying they have a sign outside. They weren't willing to compensate any amount and acted like they didn't even care. Just terrible. Cancelled my membership. *BEWARE* Edit as per owner's response: I've owned the car for over 3 years and been through 100s and 100s of car washes, most of which were done at this location, yet owner still persists that my car was already broken. Unbelievable and incredibly ignorant. Goes to show what terrible attitude the owner has and the level of carelessness. This could have been a positive review if you actually listened to your customers and accepted liability. Instead, I've told all of my car friends to avoid this place like the plague and posted in multiple social media outlets.

2 employees were overwhelmed. Asked for the monthly wash. After paying, the employee then informed me it would be an auto renewal on my credit card. No indication on the pamphlets or inside that there is a 2 month minimum. Self paying machine is garbage. Doesn't work, employees have to man it personally. Employee took mask off in office and didn't put back in. Very unprofessional. After asking about why I wasn't informed that there would be an auto renewal or wht it wasn't indicated before paying his answer was " company policy" company policy to lie?! This place is a joke. Be aware when paying and question everything. Employees suck.

I really want to like this place but they make it very difficult. It's a good wash, one of the better ones in the area but, it could be so much better. They have someone inside the tunnel, sometimes, and they have a high pressure sprayer for pre-cleaning but they never use it - and they don't really listen when you ask for something specific to be rinsed off. AND, they won't go around to the other side of the car. But what makes it all worse is, they sold me a monthly package that is supposed to be for 2 washes, on one vehicle, each day. While I don't take advantage of it often, it was part of the package and, as of today, they've arbitrarily just said "no, we don't do that anymore". There was no notice given to members and they wouldn't budge. The car wasn't completely cleaned and I wanted to go through again - nope, not today, we don't do that anymore. What? These folks have no sense of how to treat customers and, while I will keep my pass, I'll continue to be ticked off that they don't live up to their promises.

Very unprofessional. The car was not cleaned properly. Trunk of the car was not cleaned and when ask why, they said that it is not part of the deal. And the carpets were thrown in the trunk without putting them back where they belonged. The car was running until we got there, not sure for how long. Never going back!

Car wash hours are 8:00am everyday, I have had a monthly plan for 2 months now and not once have I seen staff here at 8:00am like me. Usually I can't get into the car was until 8:10am. As I am writing this review I am currently going through the car wash, however now there is an issue of quality. I own the highest or 2nd highest monthly package available, on the way to work this morning I seem to have driven through a swarm of bugs. I have now gone through the car wash and not a single bug has been removed. If I had the lowest budget package I could see how they wouldn't clean it completely, but paying 30/month for their package should give me a car wash capable of cleaning a truck. Further on their quality I have a truck I originally bought the middle tier package, washed my truck the first two times and realized if you want the bottom half of your vehicle washed you need to upgrade to the higher packages. The higher packages include an extra side rinse, however from my experience the lower packages don't have a side rinse or wash at all. Overall I believe this will be my last month trying them out. Myself and my company's fleet will continue to look for a quality fair priced car wash. Which is unfortunate as majestic Burlington is a block from my office.

People, please don’t spend your money on this business!!! I gave them today my 2020 Toyota Civic for the superior cleaning and not only that they did not clean the front and the trunk, they stole 4 original Toyota mats and 4 rubber mats!!! The guy suggested me that probably they put them in a different car , but there were no cars when I left… I had to call the police and report a theft!!! The cleaners were extremely unprofessional in communicating with me . If I don’t get my mats tomorrow I will not hesitate to file a claim with small claims court. The original Honda mats are almost $250 and $100 rubber mats and I’m not letting it go . This people probably already put them on sale on Kijiji … Be careful!!!

Very good pricing for the “unlimited” packages. The $14 package for a single wash did a very good job for my very dirty car. There was no spots the car wash missed similar to what I have found with the Glide unlimited car wash. You can purchase single washes going through the drive through without entering the store which is very convenient.

This place was awful.. went there last minute and purchased what I thought was the premium package. Terrible aftermath. Half of literally everything had protectant wax wiped poorly on it. Had to go to Canadian tire and purchase a wax kit to fix it. Window-not touched Sunroof-worse then before Bumper- bugs scrubbed around and not off. NOT AT ALL WORTH YOUR MONEY

If you're interested in getting your car washed while sitting back and relaxing then this place is a must. You can visit up to 2 times a day 7 days a week. There are a variety of packages and the price is great. The only area I am not impressed with is how well the rims get cleaned, but other than that the was is great.

This month I had a crazy issue with my credit card that my subscriptions were declined thus this one got declined as well. The car wash was really good in the beginning. Now they started to cut the corners. Its not that great any more. They have reduced the hours. The place is not even open till 9am so forget about washing the car on ur way to work. My car got stuck in the wash once because they have faulty rollers.

Definitely not worth 10$ for my car to be sprayed with a little soap and then violently hosed off. Also there was no person at the front of the car wash to direct you in or to pre-spray your car down. So I was stuck to guess how to align my tire to tire conveyor belt thing because there are also no mirrors to assist you. It is no longer 5$ for a car wash, their price went up to 8.99$ plus tax even though it is the exact same car wash as the 5$ dollar one I got a month or so ago. Will not recommended this place anymore.

Have been in the market looking for a car wash since I have just bought a brand new car. My boyfriend had a membership with this car wash and I accompanied him on a car wash to see what the wash was like. During the car wash, the brush got way to close and took of my boyfriends mirror which was completely horrifying as a potentially new customer. The employees were very helpful and tried to fix the mirror but were not successful. They called the owner to discuss the issue. When my boyfriend was speaking to the owner, she ignored my boyfriend and his comments and kept interrupting him. She repeately said that it was my boyfriends fault and that there must have been something wrong with my boyfriends car mirror before coming into the car wash. My boyfriend is an extreme car enthusiast and takes car of his car extremely well so the fact that this owner would accuse my boyfriend of having a faulty mirror is completely unacceptable. She kept repeatedly saying that it wasn't their fault and there was nothing she could do. There was complete disregard for my boyfriend and she could care less about potentially loosing a new customer. After watching this interaction, there is no way that I would ever bring my car here. I would rather pay $50.00 for a decent car wash with a piece of mind knowing that my car will not get damaged. I do not like to support businesses where the owner has complete disregard for their customers and refuses to apologize or offer some form of compensation. I have told my family and friends about this interaction and have strongly recommended to them to never use this business. My brother has quite a few car enthusiast friends and have told him to tell them to never take their cars to this car wash.

Very unprofessional and unorganized place. As somebodys first time coming here it was very difficult to figure out where I was supposed to go and what I was supposed to do to get my cars interior detailed. nobody waits at the front desk to talk to and nobody inside the detailing booths seemed to have any clue what I was waiting for or trying to do. this company really needs to work on their customer service and communication skills to make the process go a little smoother for the customer as its difficult to figure out with no help.
