If i could give a zero i would. worst car wash I have ever been to!!!! bought gold package, car came out dirty and a black mark down the side. when I asked to speak to someone about it a lady came out and said there is no way that was us, we wash cars all the time with no complaints. I pointed out areas that were still covered in dirt and it was if I had asked for the moon!!!! never will I EVER go back or recommend this place to anyone.

I will never go back. I brought my car there for Platinum Wash costing $29. My cup holder was still VERY dirty. My mats still had a LOT of salt on them. When I took off there was still soap and it sprayed all over the side of my car. Very disappointed.

I just had the "quick clean" service. If my car wasn't wet, I would have not even known someone had attempted to clean the inside and the outside of the vehicle. It does not look any different. What a waste of time and money, never again.

Took my car there for the first time today. Had to ask them to do it again as the inside still had sticky spills and dust, outside had birdpoop not fully washed off. Noticed after I got back and parked in the driveway, it now has huge scratches and paint chipped off. Not happy ????????????

Took my car in for a much-needed interior clean, added on shampoo of the seats...car looks great and price was much more reasonable than the Hyundai dealership (where I paid about the same as at King for a lesser amount of work). Staff was friendly and welcoming as well. I will be back!

We went to have our car cleaned here. Not impressed with the service. They did a horrible job at cleaning our car and left dirty spots and then refused to fix it. When we went to speak to someone inside, the lady said she would send someone out to take a look but no one came. My boyfriend had to clean it himself. And to top it off, after the attending drove the car back to us it smelled like awful BO for awhile. We will not be returning.

I might have different standards, but there is little difference to the car being washed by rain only (maybe just that the floor mats are also wet). I guess the business model is "charge once, never return".

Alot happier this visit then my last. I had a small spill in car and needed it cleaned quick. When I arrived I told them I was not happy with my last visit, and what I didnt like. The man was very nice and made sure it got done right this time. Hopefully they keep it up.

My friend had her car washed - they broke her side mirror and when she called to speak to the manager, they never bothered to return her call. She had to pay $200 to repair it. A friend of hers also had an antenna broken there too. Both of these ladies are seniors and it was a difficult process. Not only that - beware! They have on their bill that they aren't responsible for any damage, so that doesn't exactly make you feel good that they can do whatever and then just use that as a way out.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning. When I pointed out some areas of the interior of the car that did not appear to have been cleaned and areas of the carpeting that did not appear to have been vacuumed, I felt like they were working to satisfy themselves that it met their needs. Not a great way to run a service business. I took the car home and finished cleaning job myself. I’m glad they were happy with the quality of their work, but it’s not somewhere that I will bring my car back to even though I live less than a minute drive away from there. Guess I will start making the drive up to Mainway and APPLEBY LINE to the big car wash there.

I have been going here for nearly 20 yrs and saw something Saturday Nov 17 I have never seen before. Since this place has been purchased the new people have increased the prices slightly, more attention to detail, and introduced an express line for people only wanting exterior. But what they have failed to account for is that the spacing on the belt has changed because cars are coming in express. There would be on average 1-2 min between cars allowing them time to pull them off before the next car comes. But with the express they are spaced randomly. I witnessed the result Sat when a car was not pulled off the belt in time, and the car behind smashed into it ... caused a dent in the receiving bumper (~likely $1000 damage to replace for a honda accord). I would avoid this place for the next few months as they work out the kinks of their new system. Otherwise they do a good to very good service but right now ... you really have to watch your car carefully.

Just paid $27 for an interior exterior car wash. The exterior looks great but they did not clean the interior. My husband is outside with soap and water washing it now because King car wash refused to fix the problem or let me speak to a manager. In fact when I asked to speak to a manager the receptionist hung up on me.

Please read this before you visit King's car wash in Burlington. I use to be a regular customer - biweekly visits as I worked relatively close and the service and quality of work was amazing. Life changes and it had been a few years since I'd been but was heading to Burlington for an appointment and stopped in for the TOP package for the in and out vehicle service. Afterwards I headed to my appointment. I reached into my console for parking meter change and the $25 plus dollars i keep in there for parking was competently empty. I had just checked it before leaving my city to the status of coins. I immediately called kings to explain what had happened. They apologized, said they'd follow up and offered me a free visit. Fast forward to the day I want to collect the free visit; I call prior to driving to Burlington and am told they have NO record. I ask BRAD (the so called manager) to have the owner call me to which he is very rude and gives me a hard time. I explain that I will continue to call until I reach the owner - his response is that when he sees my number on the call display he week pick it up And hang up on me and THEN DOES JUST that - HANGS UP ON ME! That right there is great customer service... they steal from you and then treat you like that! Be ware everyone before you go there!

Worst car wash I have ever been too. The staff wasn't friendly what so ever and my car didn't even come out clean. On top of all of that I left a tip and the attendant didn't even say thank you. I would recommend going to the Mapleview car wash instead. They're very friendly and your car always comes out clean on the other end.

Stay Away!! They damaged my bumper and denied it. What a joke. From out of town visiting my mom and decided to get our vehicle cleaned. Purchased $30 platinum with "rear truck vacuuming"?? Had to remind them to properly clean some surfaces that they missed and vacuum rear truck area that was included. I finally gave up moved vehicle and borrowed towel to clean off vehicle myself. Noticed damage to rear of vehicle but when I pointed it out, they explained that is was not the fault of the car wash, because I drove away. ??? What a joke. So unprofessional.

Don't go here. Period!! I wish I could give them a 0 rating. Went there about a month ago. Paid over $18 for the wash. I've never been through an automated car wash before but they scratched my Lexus which I only had for 3 weeks. (See pictures). The female manager initially took responsibility and said to go get some quotes and that they would pay for it. They needed the second manager (Brad) to come back and look at it. I guess he calls the shots. He said it wasn't their fault and blamed it on my paint job. That they were not going to pay for it. A huge scratch that wasnt on my car before it went through their car wash was now my fault?? I spent the next hour trying to plead my case. What was supposed to take five minutes now turned into an hour of my time and hundreds of dollars worth of damage. Eventually they agreed to pay half with a hand shake agreement, seriously?? On the receipt they give you it says they are not responsible for any damages. The problem is you don't get that receipt until after your car is already half way through. There's no signs that I saw pointing this out. Makes you wonder why they would need to put that on the receipt Anyways? Does this happen a lot?? I doubt it would stand up in small claims court anyways The worst part of it was that they didn't even give me a refund!! Didn't waste my time going back to these sketchy people. Just don't take the risk and avoid this place

I would rather take my vehicle to a coin operated carwash. Did a mediocre job. My vehicle was still visibly dirty after the "gold wash". The attendant drying my vehicle clearly saw it and did nothing to fix it. I will not be back.

I just got home from King car wash, Burlington and basically had to reclean my car myself. I had to wipe everything down again and will have to vacuum again, as the Matt's are filthy and seats still have some dirt! I paid $49.99 for the ultimate wash, waste of time and money!

Went there for the first time Monday. Paid 17 bucks for a decent wash,however when the guy opened the back door to clean the windows and such he knocked a bottle of window cleaner i had all over the floor and didn't say anything, didn't clean it up. Bald dude with a ton of tatts and some camo pants that were about 18 sizes too big. I watched him do it.Thanks a lot jerk. My car has smelt like window cleaner for over 24 hours now.

This is my only place for great, quality service in auto cleaning / detailing … my truck has never been this clean ever … they expertly detailed the interior and the polished the exterior to a shine. When they were done I could barely recognize the inside of my truck it was so clean and smelled better than new … which is amazing consider the amount of time I leave both sets of hockey equipment in the truck … Great job King Car Wash, I tip my hat to all of you.

The outside looks good but the inside looks like it was hardly vacuumed or wiped down. Such a disappointment. Spend the extra couple of dollars and go elsewhere!

I hate writing reviews like this, but for $50 bucks I won't even give them another chance. May be we had the one off bad experience. Went for the "Ultimate Package: 44.24 Vacuum, Floor mats, Dash, Doors & Jams, Console & Windows Wiped Clean. Free Air Freshener Spray 24 hr Rain Gurantee" (Cut and paste from their web site...) They didn't vacuum or if they did not well. Mats were washed but not wiped. Doors, jams, consoles and windows were not wiped down, at best had dry rag run over them. Pictures included. Unfortunately couldn't get a good shot of streaking on windows. Oh and the Carwash damaged the front license plate and holder. C'est la vie. Caveat Emptor

Got the platinum package nothing platinum about it. The console was not wiped the door jams were dirty and the floor was barely vacuumed. No dressing applied to dashboard and the rubber mats were rinsed but not washed as they state. Really rushed and poor quality job even though it was not busy. I regret giving the guy a tip. Not recommended.

Had my vehicle washed inside and out and the attendant was inside the car doing the interior windows while the car went through the wash. The attendant turned the wipers on by mistake which resulted in the wiper blade getting torn off and the then bent wiper arm scraping the windshield. After making two visits to the wash and 3 more phone calls, trying to discuss the problem by speaking to the owner, whom I was told by staff at the wash goes by the name "Ginny", I have yet to have a call back or even be told the full name or email address for "Ginny". Owner is absentee and evasive and certainly not demonstrating any professional conduct whatsoever. GO ANYWHERE TO WASH YOUR CAR BUT AVOID THIS PLACE AND YOU WILL BE DOING YOURSELF A FAVOUR!

Decided to give this place a try. I got the interior and exterior package. It was $35.00. The result was poor unfortunately. Mainly because the rags used left white lint all over the car. I mean covered! The customer service was sketchy too I am sorry to say. I did bring the issue to their attention and they chose to do nothing about the lint covering my black car.

They took some things out from under the seat and placed them on the back seat before vacuuming the seat and then never did. Also, we asked to ensure the back window was wiped, it was not. Would not come back.
