I have never been so disappointed with a car cleaning service. My dog was sick in the back seat of my Jeep and I called to see how much it would cost for a spot clean. They told me they needed to assess it first. I took the day off and brought them my vehicle..the mess was primary behind my driver seat and passenger seat. They charged me 200$ and then some and the mess was never cleaned. It has now dried into the carpet of my car and it still smells terrible. I will NEVER use this service not recommended them to anyone.

I am thrilled with the job KDetails did on my car! It is stunning. It looks better than the day I bought it. And not a dog hair in sight. Thorough, professional and took the time to walk me through what needed attention, what each of their services entailed, their methods and, most important when you travel with your dog almost everywhere you go, no chemicals. They may seem pricier than some but for me, worth every penny. And I appreciated their shuttle service and that my car was ready precisely when they said it would be. I am pleased, satisfied and now, a new customer. Thanks so much.

I had my black 2010 G37 in to get the 3-stage polish. After the first round there were a ton of holograms left. Took it back a second time and there are still some holograms.

WOW! I was so impressed with the service provided by KDetail Plus. They detailed it beautifully and it looks BRAND NEW, yet it's a 2012 model. I often have my dog in the car and have had spills on the upholstery over time. Now I can actually see the detail in the car seats and the floor has not a single speck of dirt. I highly recommend them for their service and was pleased with their customer service.

I was simply amazed by the results. My 11 year old car looks new again. Even the pastic parts are new looking. There is no nook or cranny they didn't get spotless. My aluminum wheel rims look brand new too. I am absolutely happy with the workmanship, and the gentlemen I spoke to were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I will definitely recommend them, and I will be a repeat customer.

July 2016 Brought twist interior package (upholstery, windows, trunk) for $199. Picked up car near closing time so only had time to do a quick preliminary check. Found a greasy substance in and around trunk. Asked if they did everything they said they would do. Was assured everything was done to perfection. After thoroughly checking when home: 1. Windshield and rear view mirror not cleaned 2. Greasy substance in various areas of interior 3. Scratches and paint chipped on inside doors 4. Trunk not thoroughly cleaned as suggested Called immediately and left message on their voicemail. They did not return the call. Went back in person to address the issues. Woman immediately went into denial and said she personally checked everything and it was fine. Had an employee check the car and then her and the employee had a discussion in foreign language right in front of us. Asked them to speak English to be part of the conversation and was abruptly told that she can speak to her employees any way she wants. I stated that it is rude to speak in a language customers don't understand. Asked for refund. Woman refused and only offered a redo. Left feeling frustrated after being duped out of a lot of money. Should have option to give a no star rating. Would not recommend using this service. Live and learn!

I have a brand new 2014 Range Rover, and I am very fussy about my vehicles, went to several places in Oakville and Burlington and tried almost all. This place is totally amazing and the staff is very friendly. They use the REAL industrial steam machines and they are the distributors of Twist for USA and Canada. My car was full of brake dust, had also some tree sap steam took all out and look sparkling now. The interior leather ivory color came like new again and the vehicle smells like new as they inject hot dry steam in the vent same like duct cleaning and sanitizing in your house. I love my car again after taking it there, I recommend everyone to visit and have the same experience that I have there. Good luck guys, you are amazing and well priced for such excellent service. I found at last with all modesty the very good detailing place not only in Ontario but the very best in Canada

OK, now my car is 6 years old and I went back to K Detail. Once again they brought my car right back to new again. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend the ozone treatment. The car looks and smells brand new again. Great job gents. I picked up my car on Sat. and I'll I can say is I have a new car. Now, let me be more specific, I went in one day and asked one simple question. Can you clean my car to such a state as it feels like the day I picked it up from the dealership? They assured me they could. I was impressed with their method of cleaning a car using very little water and no chemicals so I made an appointment. I bought the whole package and wow I am so impressed. I am a smoker and my car is 3 years old. I spend a lot of time in my car as I have a long commute. Every little nook and cranny was cleaned. I inspected it closely and could find nothing they missed. What really impressed me was the new car smell I now have in it. And, it's not some air freshener, it smells new because there is no longer any dirt in it. They did the outside and the engine as well and just a perfect job they did of it. I highly recommend KDetailPlus and will go there again. My brother came with me to see the results and he was blown away, he will be going there to have his Honda cleaned. Well done gentlemen! Jeff

I got the twist interior plus detailing package. The stains I had on the seats were gone. The whole inside of the car and the trunk were spotless. The best thing was the smell, it smelled so fresh and clean. They take pride in their quality of work and you can really tell. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone that needs a thorough detailing!

I have recently taken my car to get detailed at KDetail Plus. I was referred by a friend that has using their services before and would not stop raving about how impressed they are with the quality of work. I met the owner and helped me out with choosing the right package for my budget. I was not pressured and definitely did not feel like I was being sold or up-selled. With the date and time arranged, I left my BMW to get detailed and I was super impressed. Everything was paid attention to. I was a bit skeptical about the effect of steaming, but I am a believer now. It was exactly like when I first got the car! Overall, it was a very positive experience! I'm very happy and would be more than willing to give you my future business!

This place is awesome. As someone who works in construction, I'm always amazed at how clean they get my truck. The drive home and pick up is great, and the staff are amazing. I can't say enough great things about their work. Everyone should treat themselves and their vehicle to this service once a year!!!!!!

My 2015 CRV interior was a thing of great horror...75,000 kms of use as a mobile office, lunch room and work vehicle on muddy dusty oily construction sites, refineries and nuclear plants over the last 12 months had reduced it to a condition of "very nasty...well worn, and pretty much hopeless". Engrained dirt, stains, spills....horrible! Even my dog did't like it. As I say, it was a thing of great disgustingness. It was time to get it cleaned. To their credit, KDetail did not quail or quiver ( I guess thats why people take their cars there....because they are dirty eh)...they did look at it and (wisely) inform me "Hmmm, extra dirty....we shall have to charge you $50 more!" to which I quickly agreed thinking "Good luck if you you think you can get that clean.") KDetail did an unbelievable job...I was amazed.....the vehicle looks practically new (actually if I hadn't scratched it here and there inside it would look new)....the rubber mats and muddy salt encrusted carpets look factory issue....even the headliner looks clean ("is clean" I should say).....who knew! I had no idea such a good job could be done and best of all there is no stench of vile cleaning chemicals or petro-chemical based perfumes from hell that sear the nose and rot your brain cells....its just clean and new.....like the cleaning fairies had swept in and done their magic (and this in less than half a day!) I give them 100 out of 100. Fantastic work....really well done! I would recommend anyone go there...if they can get my dirt box (well, I would have used a more colourful word there) clean then I am sure they can handle yours with ease and you will be greatly pleased....they certainly exceed my expectations by a wide margin. Doesn't matter if the kids threw up all over the back, the dog did unmentionable things when you left him in the car or you simply trashed your interior because you are a pig....they can handle it. There is great hope. Help is at hand. You can have you cake and eat it too! Victory at last! Very fine service...go there!

Truck looks like brand new. The best part is there is no smells left from chemicals. Why? They don't use chemicals! Only dry steam. Salt stains gone! Just smells clean! So if you don't like the smell of chemicals. This is your best choice. Won't go anywhere else now that I've found them. The best!!!

Pricey but if you want your car renewed to almost new then this is where you come. Love the cleanliness without the silicone grease. Although making customers wait 4-5 hours for a job that I'm positive doesn't take more than 2 hours is excessive and why I haven't come back - no one has time for that.
