What I really liked about his service was how much value you get with any option (I chose the Professional option). I thought that it was a much better offering than the competitors. I also liked that it was a boutique place, which made me feel like they were going to do a great job. I was not disappointed! Eddie was there 15 mins before my appointment, he was incredibly friendly and offered fantastic customer service. He even went above and beyond by buffing out a few scratches and giving me tips on what I could do to fix a few aesthetics aspects of my vehicle. Will definitely be using his service again. Found Budget Auto Detailing through groupon and got a great deal on the ‘Econimico’ package and chose this after reading reviews. Eddie is the owner and operator and he truly puts the detail into auto detailing. He is also friendly and accommodating, offers good advice and you can tell he cares about the work he performs. My car had particularly bad salt stains in the drivers side carpet as I do a lot of driving as Eddie correctly predicted. He even offered advice on how to help clean the salt stains myself and recommended a better car mat. The cleaning was done on time just as Ed promised. And the car was absolutely immaculate when it was done. I take pride in taking care of my vehicle, but I had no idea how much cleaner it can be with a good detailing. The shine on the exterior, especially the tires and covers, was amazing. And the dash, knobs, and steering wheel are in ‘like new’ condition. The seats and interior was spotless and the salt stains were completely gone, which was what I was most impressed with. Eddie definitely takes his time to listen to you and I cannot say enough about his attention to ‘detail’. It is a little tricky to find this spot, as there isn’t a sign that says Budget at the address, so you have to drive around back to get to the place where the detailing is performed. I would highly recommend Budget Auto Detailing for your vehicle needs, especially if you are cost conscious but still want excellent results.
