The owner is SUPER friendly! I was lucky enough to drive by and catch their free car wash as a temporary promo. The first time I tried it I loved the service, the speed, and results to my car. So much so that I went again the following week in hope to catch their free promo again — but stupid me didnt realize it was only one per customer (Ive never gone to a car wash, okay?). Fortunately the owner was sweet enough to let me through, despite my insistence on paying! So generous and friendly. The cleaners were efficient and detail-oriented, which is nice to see. Will definitely be going back and am grateful they opened up right in my neighborhood!

It was a delightful experience. I had just driven up from California and wanted to get a car wash. My cousin mentioned this place had just open and I was willing to give it a try. Like a drive through car wash I was directed to go to a lane with stations. The first station used a water pressure gun to remove the heavy dirt. The next station proceeded with a hand wash as well as removing all the bugs on the front bumper. The last station they used microfiber clothes to dry my car. Overall I give it a 9/10. They didn’t get everything but it was pretty close. Much better than a drive through car wash.

I like how systematic their hand car wash is! You can also see how careful their staff in handling your vehicle. Great job! ???????? The only suggestion I have (for the safety of their staff) is to put some sort of a "wheel-stopper" in every vehicle and in every step of the washing process. In that way, it'll be safe for their staff just in case the vehicle moves for whatever reason and they are in front/rear of the vehicle.

Quick and thorough job. It’s like a long wash bay, but instead of an automated system, 6 guys come out and wash and detail your car while you wait comfortably inside your car with a hot coffee. Took 20 minutes.

First time going to this new place where Oasis used to be. Fyi this is not even close to the quick and quality wash I used to get at Oasis. I got a large SUV detail for $40. And I got what I paid for. Found several dirty spots where they had not cleaned. Did not clean any of the inside windows. The outside wash was great. Only problem they did not dry my wheels or my back window so when I got home there was spots all over the back of my car. There was 1 car ahead of me in line and my total time on site was 50 minutes.

*Disclaimer: I received a free exterior hand car wash as part of this review. I also opted to purchase additional wax service.* The courteous staff member gave clear directions to me during the wash. I stayed in my vehicle during the wash and observed them exhausting their elbow grease to get the dead bugs off my fender and windshield carefully and thoroughly. Nice to have my car back in under half an hour for a 100% hand wash service. ????

He was super patient in answering my questions and explained different packages offered by the car wash. The advise to no do wax due to forecasted weather was super honest. The whole staff was professional. The whole exterior wash took less than 15min. I would definitely come back for another wash.

Tried West Coast Wash today and took advantage of their free exterior wash. It wasn't very busy while I was there and I had at most, 2 staff members working on my vehicle simultaneously. My car was fairly grimy from the buildup of dust over 3 camping trips, 2 of which we had rain. Results were pretty good and the staff were friendly and professional. I'd come again to try out their other services.

Took my car for the free wash but I needed the interior and trunk cleaned as well... I also needed my engine power washed due to rodents where I park. The inside looked beautiful when they were finished, including all the windows, inside and out but the biggest difference was my engine! ..They were able to get the extremely foul odor neutralized and the engine was so clean, it looked like a new car!!... All the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and professional... I have told many of my friends about it and I will definitely be returning!! ..Great results for a great price!

I used to go to the oasis car wash for years and when it shut down it left me kinda disappointed. Then as I’m driving home I see it open up again. Long story short I tried them out and they are 10 times better than the previous car wash as they do everything by hand. Plus they offer a wide range of other detailing options. Been trying to find a good hand car wash for the past few weeks and recently i found a flyer for a free car wash from West Coast. Great timing! I read some of the previous reviews about yellow lint being leftover which i can only assume was the shammy they used to dry the car. I can confidently say they have addressed that. None to speak of on my very clean and shiny car. Overall a great job by the car wash staff who were very professional but in particular to the first gentleman who asked what kind of wash i wanted who is likely the owner. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend West Coast to friends and family.

Got a pretty good free wash from their promo opening and the wash itself was good. My car was relatively clean compared to automatic car washes I've had in the past. The service group was very quick and looked friendly. But Im unfortunately giving this three stars and not four or even four and a half because the first impression left me very uncomfortable. Upon driving up to sign up, the man who approached my car was not only not wearing a mask, but told me to roll my window down all the way and stepped up uncomfortably close, put his hands on my open window car door and began tapping his fingers impatiently as I signed up. So not only essentially breaking social distancing as he was also breathing very heavily in my space. I also did not see any use of sanitization on his hands or on the plastic piece of paper (that indicates exterior or interior wash). I went with the exterior so I had to do an extra wash on the part of the door he touched. I felt like I should of said something to him to back up.. but he was very rude and intimidating so I did not want to start any sort of confrontation in front of my girlfriend. I understand that the protocols of covid safety has been all but lifted and everyone is all comfy about the "recommended mask wearing" and proper PPE protocols.. but there are still a lot of people who are still not comfortable. Me and my partner were both wearing masks so we clearly wanted to be safe. As we looked back and around after the car wash, the man continued to do the same thing with other costumers. Again to summerize, three stars because of poor and non-existent ppe precautions/protocols that even small establishments are still following. But otherwise..got a great wash from the other service people (Who also weren't wearing masks but we were in the car with rolled up windows so that's fine for us..)

Worst customer service. They offer free car wash but I wanted to pay them for any paid service so they can make anything from washing my car. I asked them how much to wash the car in full inside and outside. THEY SAID IT WILL COST $19.99. I asked them to do it. Half of the vacuum was not done. They did not vacuum under the seat. They took the car inside the wash and asked me to pay $10 more to remove pugs from the front of the car. ITS KIND OF SCAM. I suggest anyone to goto other car wash because they will do better job and charge you less. THEY SAID FREE CAR WASH BUT AT THE END YOU WILL PAY MORE. For the reply to this review: I paid for the details cleaning for the inside car and half of the vacuum is not done. What are you going to explain. They can't reach under the seat. For the pugs removal spray because there is a lot of pugs on my car is not true because I took the car to auto wash which is available at most gas station and it was gone right away without paying for pugs spray. Lastly, it's not a professional when the customer was not happy with the service and stopped you from washing their car to call them stupid cheap Indian. I am not Indian and that is disrespectful to the Indian people by calling them cheap and stupid. Most important, you don't swear at someone and asked them to leave your store because they were not happy with the service you provide. Just be a professional and respectful.

Just got a car wash from these guys today at 10:40am. Friendly lads that offer a free hand car wash during their promotional period so decided to give them a shot However, upon inspection after the wash, there was yellow cloth lint that had been wearing and tearing from wiping down the car dry all over my hood. the cloth bits and lint melted over my hood as the summer heat radiating on top of the black paint and now i have yellow spots all over And to top it all off, in the process of the car wash, the sponges or clothes they used must have had rock or sand particles because my brand new car is now scratched in a circular motion on the hood quite disappointed i must say

Its overprice and overrated place. To be honest they don't deliver professional service for auto detailing interior: still stain on interior (easy to handle), window, some hidden area (inner trunk, door). Moreover, it take them longer then usual. window tinting is way too overprice, it take them more than a day to do the tinting. Hence the results is not satisfactory As a car collector.I don't reccomend this place unless they improve their services quality. go to Ace detailing

This was my first time going to a hand wash service, and it was phenomenal. The team did a great job getting dirt out of the cracks and crevices an automatic car wash would not normally clean. They also did a great job with the interior! This experience won me over, and I will definitely be coming back here as a regular.

Very nice people. Very poor quality. Yes, it was a free car wash. But they missed the entire middle section down the roof of my car. The cloths they used to wipe down the car after left lint all over. They were more focused on trying to get me to write a good review and on the girls they had filming a commercial in bikinis, than actually washing my car. It took 54 minutes for me to go through their car wash (3 cars ahead of me in the vacuum lineup - so not even that busy) Will not be returning.
