I received a call for an interview. Vivian asks me to go on cam, I do, she doesn't. No common courtesy or respect. Vivian says ok we'll try you out Sunday. Fails to tell me that even though I will travel 30 mins, my time will not be compensated. I suggest firing Vivian or teaching her proper etiquette.

Called them in because ice cream that was spilled were getting stinky and they did amazing job! Smell is gona and stains too! Highly recommend because since they are mobile you can get your car cleaned while working.

Such a great service to have your vehicles shined up conveniently while at home! They did a great job and even got my car seats steam cleaned. will definitely call shiny again because it is very convenient :) 4 star because after going into my car we noticed they didn't vacuum between drivers and front passenger seats. when you get your car detailed you kind of hope they would get the hard to reach spots that you can't get yourself. Showed up right on time and was extremely professional and kind about the entire service delivery. I didn't even have to lift a finger or do anything and in one hour my car was practically brand new. I highly recommend this service and this company, especially for busy professionals or families that just don't have the time to clean up the car anymore.

I was very impressed by the service from Shiny. They communicated extremely responsively over text, and i was able to book an appointment for same day online. The tech that arrives was super professional and did an amazing job on the car. I’ve had my car fully detailed numerous times and the quality of the work was on par or better than what I’ve seen from fixed detailing locations. The Shiny Vans carry everything they need, there was no need to hookup to my power or water. Overall: First rate service at a fair price. Will definitely use these guys again.

My car has never looked better! Tyson was prompt, professional, and super friendly and nice to chat with. I have an old car that has never been professionally detailed (and taken on many filthy camping/hiking trips), so it was safe to say they had their work cut out for them, but exceeded all expectations. It's so convenient that they travel to you, and the quality of their service is amazing. I will say it was a little bit pricey, but entirely worth it in my opinion. Would definitely recommend!
