Someone recommended I go to this place to get my car cleaned and I’m glad I trusted their judgment. These guys did an amazing job cleaning both the inside and outside of my car and their prices were reasonable for the amount of work they put in. I took my car there for carwash... I had to keep telling the guy working there where to vaccum.. As if he can't see the garbages in the car.... After they had my car through the machine, and they wiped the inside windshields, i noticed theres still garbage on drivers side along with dust and dirt... Asked them to vaccum it again, and was told "next time sir".... Windshield was greasy inside, they must have cleaned it with a greasy cloth....never coming back... Worst experience....

I went there because Honda dealer offers a free washing service at this location. They do a very poor washing and vacuuming work. My car still full of marks of big areas not washed. They not even remove the rubber mats to vacuuming the interior, can you imagine to clean the mats. I do not recommend the location.

They didn’t vacuum the rear of the car even though interior/trunk vacuum is listed as part of the basic wash service on their website. Large areas were missed including the entire front grille area. This would be a one star review except for the fact that it is a hand wash.

Really perfunctory work. Outside they did clean the alloy rim well, still with a lot of stains on it.Inside, only the dashboard is cleaned and the mat is vacuumed. The storage area, door arm area are not cleaned at all. The trunk is not cleaned. I will never go there again.

I have used this place for 8 years but recently it has not been a pleasant experience. Yesterday my car was vacuumed by 2 men who actually mocked me while I waited (apparently they didn't want to vacuum the trunk), then washed by another 2 guys who had cigarrettes hanging from their mouths. It's getting tough to support this place -- I hope it gets back to form soon

Not impressed. This place is approximately five to six dollars cheaper than a few hand car wash competitors however quality of work is poor. My cars are never really dirty and they were unable to do a good job with it. I will now go home and continue cleaning.

My partner wanted to 'surprise' me with taking our car to the hand wash. All I got was dirt patches under the hood and a musty smell inside the car. Also, I now have to spend my weekend to cut polish my black roof with all the new swirls they've added! AVOID

I have been here once. It is not a detailing-- but I brought my girlfriends filthy car and they did an awesome job for ~20 dollars of cleaning it up. In a matter of 15 minutes they did what would have taken me probably four hours on my own. Then I just did a little detailing afterwards to catch stuff they missed. Staff seemed nice too.

This car wash makes a great first impression. The owner and employees were smiling. The operation is a well oiled machine. The cars line up and move from station to station. You are in and out in 15 minutes. For $20ish you get an interior vacuum and wipe down, and an exterior hand wash. On paper it's great, but in the details, i'm left mostly disappointed. The especially dirty area between the seat and the stick shift was not vacuumed. This would have taken all of 15 seconds to do. The back seat area looks like it was ignored completely. That tiny torn piece of tissue is still on an open area carpet, as is general lint and such. Even a basic run over would have taken no more than 60 seconds. It was done, but not completely, and i'll have to go in there later and vacuum it again on my own to finish the job. I'd have happily waited an extra 5 minutes while each of the cars in front of me got this extra minute and change of effort. The exterior is much like the interior. It looks clean, but upon further inspection, the details are missed. The roof of my car has this big dusty smear across the middle where cleaning was missed entirely. The undersides above my wheels were also not cleaned. All of these areas are parts of the car that someone will miss simply because they are rushing. The general exterior and mirrors are obvious spaces that someone is likely to clean properly in their sleep. The undersides of the wheels are the area that is very easy to forget to spray if you're going through the motions. I paid $23 for my SUV, and the price is comparable to other similar offers. The business in general is friendly and appears well run. The trouble is in the details of the wash. I don't expect a $100 job, but i do think that some of the smaller details i mentioned should be done. Maybe they are sometimes done, or maybe they are never done at this wash. Maybe the more expensive packages are excellent. I don't know. They weren't done for me today. I want to like and go back to this Car Wash, but i will have to try others in the city and see if someone else is better with the details.

Terrible place. I needed to clean the inside of my van but they made a horrible job. The whole cleaning was around 5 minutes. They are doing very fast. They charged me 27$ plus tip for almost nothing.

I called, the person on the other side of the phone didn't speak enough English to be able to give me a quote. Not impressed, and going elsewhere. Great place place for a quick and inexpensive cleaning job. I was in and out in 10 minutes, inside vacuumed, interior hard surfaces wiped down. Only thing stopping a five star review is a missed patch on the roof of the SUV. For $25 I can’t complain, everything else was great and the staff are friendly.

It's pretty quick you stay in your car except when vacuuming it out. With many hands on deck it only takes 5 to 10 minutes so with a line up maybe double that if not too long.

Normally I’m happy with the car washes here but I believe they’ve changed their system and the quality is suffering because of it. Before, you would drive up and they’d do the vacuuming first but now they do it when you’re all the way inside and everything is rushed. When I was done with my car wash, my car was absolutely filthy on the outside. The guy who soaps up the car is not washing anything well below waist level. I was really disappointed. I actually had to wash my car when I got home and my rags were black with dirt after! I’m normally a fan of this place but something is off these days!

Went here for a much needed car wash on my Honda CRV SUV. There are so many people who have a hand washing, vacuuming, soaping, drying and window cleaning you feel very obliged to provide a tip! You can get in and out within 10 minutes when no line. I paid extra for washing my floor mats but they only rinsed them and there was still residual dirt left. Also the inside dash was still dusty as was the console. I give a 3 because of lack of detail in the inside of the car.

I suppose having 5-6 people cleaning the vehicle for $25 is a stellar deal however in the end, the vehicle didn't get that clean. They didn't bother vacuuming the lift gate area of the SUV, washing the roof nor did they wipe down the dashboard as it states they would on their website. They did do an alight job with the vacuuming however not the best. If you're looking for a quick, cheap and somewhat cleaned vehicle, then go for it. I was amazed at their process of getting vehicles through there so quickly though, it just unfortunate that they're not thorough. I imagine it might of added an extra 2-4 minutes to get the vehicle well cleaned.

I just wanted a simple clean inside and out for my car. The outside was fine but the inside was barely done. I arrived and it was a conveyor belt to get people in and out as fast as possible - but with this it meant no one explained anything to me: they didn't hoover the boot of the car because I didn't open it, they didn't clean the foot mat because I didn't ask, they didn't clean the inside doors and when I asked they did a rough job of it. It's not expensive, but it is for something I wouldn't class as clean - wish I'd done it myself as I normally do.

Sometimes Great other times not so good... It really depends who's working which station on the day. I've probably been about 8 times and on the whole I've had more good than bad but there always seems to be a weak link somewhere who isn't as thorough as whoever you had the time before. Like today for example, they only vacuumed half of each seat. So there is still hair and bits on the top half of each seat... I asked at the end to fix it but they told me that is vacuuming not detailing. I understand it's difficult to move equipment from one station to another when its line up style with just one job each station but disappointing after waiting so long in the queue. You shouldn't need to stand over them and point out the bits they're missing whilst they're vacuuming. Also the prices have gone up recently. $30 for exterior and interior is fair when they do a good job but when they miss half the interior then its a rip off. I'll now have to go and lint roll the rest of the seats to finish what I paid them to do.

They did a good job of cleaning my car. I did not notice they did not pull my back seats forward where there was a lot of leaves - so that was not vacuumed up. They have quite a bottleneck at the vacuum stage - the car washers were often waiting for a car to wash however they were double lined up to the street. They need some way of putting a barrier up so that cars waiting do not block the side walk - it is THEIR business and they should be monitoring this - people with disabilities or mums with buggies should be able to use the side walk along with the rest of the public without having to wait for cars to be processed into the car wash.

I had some chili spill on the mat and carpet in my nice new car. I didn’t want it to set in so I went by here. When I asked them how much it cost only to wash they spot they didn't know but said that they would know once they'd worked on it. 2 different people alternated shampooing the large mess on the carpet, then letting it soak for 5 mins before sponging it off. It too 4-5 applications and they worked real hard at it. It looks as good as new. Communication and a friendly smile will get things done when there's a language barrier.

Mediocre service. I went here today for an outside wash only (inside was clean already) and was told the inside is included for the same price. Upon arrival you line up and they start vacuuming/ cleaning the inside first were they do a very rushed job because there are 10 cars behind you. Then they wash outside. The whole process is rushed, door seals are not cleaned properly and I had to ask for the mats to be dried. The inside cleaning and outside wash should be two separate sections, starting by washing outside first then moving into the inside should you wish for that service. $26 is an okay price but I suggest cleaning your interior first at home before arriving here’.

Worst experience ever in a car wash. They say they open at 1pm after lunch, and everyone was waiting for them to open even after 1.15pm. A long line of cars was even blocking traffic. The service, the worst. They claim to vacuum, clean door jams, dust/wipe... on their website. It's all a joke. I don't know how to put so you understand how poor the quality of the service is. I will just say that they did not even open the trunk to fake that they vaccum it.

Ive been going to this place for several years now. For the price, i don't expect much--a light vacuum and quick outside wash. They are super busy, and sometimes there is a 30-40 minute wait. I get my car washed monthly, and ive seen a few of the same people working there for years, and i also see new staff. Overall, its fast quick and cheap. **They do not go into detail and clean the nooks and crannies!! DO NOT have high expectations. If you want a detailed wash, they do have detailing services available!

Specially when they know you have cine thorough Honda and have a coupon then half purple leave your car and go to next car and the interiors are just left unattended. They didn't open the back gate to clean the glass from inside. Did not clean the dash or the meter panel and there was still all the lint like before washing. Recommended to avoid if you have other option..

I wouldn't go back. While the exterior was cleaned pretty well, they did nothing but vacuum the interior (and not that well). They didn't even wipe the dash, nor the door vinyl or centre console area, which I had been told would be included. So I'll have to do all that myself. I kept thinking it might be wiped down at a later station, but nope. And one of the guys on vacuum duty was extremely rude and yelled at me when I took a couple of extra seconds to move my car up after he'd motioned to me to come forward. The other staff seemed okay though...not overly friendly but not rude. I realize the price is quite low, but they at least need to deliver the tasks that they promise, even if not impeccably, and have staff that are acceptably courteous.

The worst hand wash ever. The wheel wash was quick and didn’t even get the dirt. They never vacuumed my floors properly. The wash was half arsed and the dirt wasn’t even taken off. Waste of my time and money. Never again !! They hurry you through so they can turn n burn as many vehicles as possible. Disgusting offering a service like this and not following through !!

Although the cleaning job was decent on the outside and OK on the interior (not great by any stretch), but good ENOUGH I'd say, for the price), I had a very negative experience with one of the workers. At the end, when I asked politely if they could just wipe off one large smudge of mud that they missed on the interior (takes about 5 seconds), one of the workers blew up at me, raising his voice and speaking to me rudely. I was quite taken aback, and did not appreciate being spoken to that way. Especially after I had already paid and left a good tip. It was very unpleasant. I have never left a bad review for anything before... I don't like to hurt people's business. However, this experience was disturbing enough that I felt I should speak up about it.

The cleaners were such axxholes. I've never been to this car wash so I didn't know I had to request them to clean the mats, but then I saw them cleaning other people's, and asked if they could do mine after they've vacuumed very poorly (just carelessly vacummed 20 sec), they gave me this shxx axx attitude saying "well you should've told us" and waived his head away and started smoking. If their job quality was good, I would've just shrugged it off, but I noticed over 10 spots around the exterior of the car not cleaned with dust on it. Insides were same as before it was cleaned. Bunch of jackholes I swear

This place really not worth. The persons work here not up-to the work. I have asked them to ensure the vacuum is done clean. The guy reply back saying for doing vacuum, the car needs detailing and charge a 100$ bucks more. I silently paid 27$ bucks for the car wash . I went to carwash 600m next and paid 2.50$ to get the vacuum done clean and showed the person at carwash how vacuum to be done. I didn’t expect the service for what i have paid. You guys need to work interior vacuums at-least to remove the dust. The seats still had dust.

Dissapointing service. They seem to take as many cars as they can at one time which leads to lack of attention to the quality of service. Exterior remains dirty. Interior, carpets were vacuumed but pretty much everything else was left covered in dust and dirt. Trunk was not even touched with vacuum. Rude staff. Would not recommend.

My car was really dirty and they did an ok job to get it mostly clean, which was a bit disappointing because now I still have to clean it myself anyway. For example, when they vacuumed the interior, one guy vacuumed really well, the other did not. So, only half of my interior looks good. The guys who washed the exterior where funny and courteous, but they missed quite a few spots, which were really obvious and should have been caught by the drying crew but weren't. Needless to say the group that dried the car did a just ok job. I feel like they were rushing because they wanted to get to a big van that seemed to be in a hurry behind me.

They go for the quantity, not quality. Car was poorly washed: bumper and hood still have lots of flies and stains; whole interior was vacuumed in 30 seconds, so only halfway done; interior side of the doors wasn't wiped at all; windows inside were not wiped as well.

The staff were jovial and friendly. The job however was a bit of a rush. They did not power wash the floor mats( I had to ask) or run a quick damp rag over the interior for basic door scuff Mark's. I feel that the car wash around Quebec and 4th does a stellar job, and they charge less. This place did do a nice job of the exterior ☺️

It has been a year and a half since we haven't dine here at Barcelona. we missed it so much. Once again the food was delicious, lots of new tapas on the menu. The service was great, Isabelle our waitress was amazing. Good vibes and atmosphere too. Can't wait to go back.

Terrible service and poor quality car wash. They halfheartedly vacuumed the front areas of my car but never opened the truck or back doors to clean those areas. The windows were not cleaned inside, the inside dash/doors etc were not cleaned at all and after they were finished washing the outside, there were patches which had been missed. The alloy wheels had been quickly rubbed but were still dirty in-between the spokes and on the rims and the roof still had bird dirt on it. After I pointed out these areas they tried again but wasn't much better. This lead me to grabbing one of their cloths and following them around cleaning the car myself - all for the pleasure of paying $27. Highly recommend avoiding this place.

Not sure what's going on with the review process here for this particular business. I submitted a review two times and it has yet to appear. They ruined my brand new floor mats when I took my car in for a wash Christmas 2020. Then the guys doing the vacuuming simply put them back into place and didn't tell me about it. I discovered it a couple of days later when I noticed the floor mats would not stay in place any longer. UPDATE to original posting. Its now May 19 2021 and I never rec'd a reply from the owner/management. Seems they only reply to reviews posting positive feedback. Maybe they "manufacture" positive reviews?

Have been going to M and J for over a decade. This is a pretty good go to place for a car wash. The workers can be a bit iffy but then what you do you expect for minimum wage. They tend to have the more trusted workers doing the actual wash of the cars and cleaning of the front interior. For $20 (plus), this is a pretty good deal for a hand wash of the car. I notice some posters complaining about having a pristine car wash. If you want near perfection, try a place that charges $100.

The staff is very hardworking and welcoming! Got my car vacuumed and hand washed for $25 plus tax and tip. Honestly a cheap deal. People who are complaining about the vacuuming job, etc should actually pay more and get their car detailed not just the basic clean.
