Best place ever! I usually spend around 10$ washing the van myself which is a great deal. This business is also environmentally conscious when it comes to the waste water. The get the water gets collected and processed back into normal water after. All the soaps and waxes are also environmentally friendly as well.

Haven't used all their services, but you can use an app to activate the self wash bays! No need to take change or pre-pay, it is awesome. My first stop to blow the mud off after coming out of the bush.

This place is great if you are looking to wash your car yourself. Makes you really appreciate your ride and then I take it to get vacuumed on the same lot. They make it easy there with a credit card change machine. It is a one stop shop car spa date!

This is a nice little car wash, its a priced well and has a lot of options! You can vacuum and carpet clean your interior at the same station. The scrubbing station has a lot of option and good amount of pressure that isn't to much or too little. Each Vacuum station has a garbage can and racks to dry your floor mats. Inside they have vending machines for interior/exterior cleaning supplies and a change machine. It also has a drive thru car wash built in which does a decent job! (Review was amended 03/12/2019 due to great feedback from owner and overall experience)

I love this place!! I use there car wash and also have used there do it yourself car wash ;) I love that they have a vacuum cleaner and you can shampoo your seats. Good prices and you have everything to leave with a sparkling car!

On November 5th I came to get a car wash after work, Needed change for a 5 and the machine didn't give me my change(which I've never had this happen before), I called Rick around 7:30 and he answered quickly which i didn't expect that late at night, He was able to help me get the problem solved simply over the phone and provided me with some great friendly service. Best self serve car wash in Duncan!

You can't bring your own bucket and mitt to wash your vehicle. If you've occupied a stall for more than 2 minutes unpaid, the onsite staff will recommend you pay, or move your vehicle.the water pressure can be hit or miss at times, and the pre-soak option offers little in the way of water pressure.

Generally no line up which is convenient. It would be nice to see the attendant so the loyalty card could be punched... there's never anyone around anymore. The auto wash is somewhat awkwardly positioned and you need to get out of your car to us the payment machine. Also, turned a sharp left turn to get into the wash makes me less confident about my tires getting properly cleaned than if I were to go straight in.

I recently took my car in to have it washed at Island Auto Spa. Karen and Rick bent over backwards to accomodate me with my schedule and car situation. I have never experienced such personable, professional and quality work from any company before. I have always washed my own car in the past but will try to never wash it again myself. Getting my car washed with Karen and Rick is my new manicure/pedicure treat! Thanks so very much for being such great people and having really great staff!! By far the best car wash outlet on the Island! Not to mention they both have a wicked sense of humour! Looking forward to seeing you soon.

It's probably one of the better self wash places I've seen... They keep their wash bays clean and 95% of the time everything works ( washing, vaccuming etc). However it does seem to me that some washing options don't really do anything ( pre soak, tire cleaner, rainex). Prices are good....note! GOOD...not great... Overall for Duncan a good place to go...

This is my go to place for washing my car. If I am lazy drive thru wash. But for way less a little bit of arm muscles really great place to wash your car. Pull forward after done and they have vacuums too. Don't have change go in the building and auto change maker. The staff are really friendly and facility is clean. A must go to for cleaning your car.

Was shocked by the rudeness. Doesn't help that their brushes are typically filthy - scratches your paint, and often leaves you wondering if you cleaned anything. Used to go here, but just not worth it
