I have been not using valey's car service from 1 month. I called them to stop my subscription but nobody answered me and i tried too many times. They know in this pandemic, customer cannot go inside and if he/she will call on their office number they will not attend the calls this means they will.charge customer without providing any service.

Paid $75. +tax For interior cleaning ... they used same rag for all cleaning ... had to clean all my windows within 3 days as the polish they spray for the dash cleaner mixed with 2 more cleaners made windows impossible to drive ... waste of time and money to have to clean it myself anyways ... The car wash is great when it is working. I find every time I go there is something that has gone wrong. Either one of the spray nozzles isn't working, one of the soap dispensers has a problem, a terminal outside has been stolen, the system loses internet so it won't let anyone wash, or the system doesnt appear to recognize your profile and gives you only a basic wash. Just a few small things. Otherwise, it does do a good wash of my vehicle. Only wished they had more then one washer as at times - usually before work or after work - it gets to be pretty busy, with line ups to the road.

Good value for what you get, however the rinse is far from adequate especially in the cold weather, while the salt is gone there is always soap suds left on my vehicle and they do not run off instead they remain on the car and freeze often making the car look just as dirty as before I went to the wash

I went in for a car wash today and the machine that takes your payment was not working. The line up behind me was big and I could not back out. Two employees came out to assist and the one with the red sweater(sorry didn't catch her name) let me go through and informed that I didn't have to pay. Also was very kind and told me to ignore all the those other impatient vehicles/ customers honking at me to hurry up. After my wash I did go in and pay and they only charged me the basic wash. Very kind employees and would recommend this car wash to everyone. Thank you for your help

Extremely slow on the interior cleaning. an hour for a drive through car wash and interior clean. at one point only 2 employees cleaning cars. my car came out of the car wash looking like I had sprayed it down at home with water. still had black streaks and dirt that I simply had to rub with my finger and have it come off. I will chalk this up to an expensive lesson. I could have washed and cleaned my car at home faster, better and for a lot less money. No real benefit here.

Excellent wash and service when first opened. Now seems to be closed at peak times...repeatedly closed in the morning before work, call on my way home from work to make sure they’re open only to find they’re closed, but ran all day. Why aren’t they doing maintenance and repairs during off hours to ensure the running for customers! Also their hours of operation changed, they’re no longer open until 8pm, which makes it difficult to go for a wash after dinner. Bottom line is now the wash is down frequently for maintenance and repairs. Maybe they should get a different repair company.

Mixed results on the recent services. I can’t say enough how great they did on the interior. I personally feel they went above and beyond with the time they took inside.The opportunity was with the outside cleaning. I got the top package with their drive thru exterior car wash. I went through twice and it still didn’t get the job done . I ended up goi g to a coin wash to get it done right. I will go back for interior work but not exterior washes in the future

I recently took my car there and I thought everything was ok until I returned home to finish drying off my car and realized that the Factory Installed rear spoiler had been damaged from one of the side mounted brushes. It apparently got caught on the edge of the spoiler and in turn split and cracked it. I immediately returned to Valet and informed the Asst Manager Nathan of the situation. He went out an took pictures of the damage and proceeded to write out an Incident Report for their records. I have since ordered a new Painted Replacement and had it installed at Brantford Kia. I took in the Complete Bill to let them know what it cost Me, to at least see if something could be done in regards to helping me out with some of the expense being as it was a Factory Installed Option not Aftermarket. Nathan then took that to the Owner and they agreed to Refund the Total Cost of the Spoiler to assist in the Cost. I was treated with Dignity and Respect from day One from Nathan and the Owner of Valet Car wash. I will continue to take both of our cars there for Service. I have been a Member there since they Opened.

I got a 70.00 interior wash for fathers day. They did not even have the common sense to clean the floor mats. They were were all covered in white salt front and back and they thought this was clean. I will never take my car to get cleaned by their staff again.

Experience at valet has been great up until this point. Took my car through for a wash and driver mirror cover was broken off. I immediately showed the staff and an incident report was filled out, I was told I would be contacted to rectify the issue. Haven’t been contacted and I went back in to ask what’s happening. Was told to come back when the site manager is there. As far as I know nothing has actually be done to fix the damage. Valet is great until something goes wrong. If your vehicle is damaged, good luck.

Had my van detailed 2018 . Pretty good job . Staff is friendly and accommodating. ????????????????Update Dec 2 2020 . This is the 5th time in the last month or so using the wash . I complained 3 visits ago when lots of soap was left on my van .The girl on the phone said maybe u went b4 it was dried . I said the car before had soap too thats why I checked . She put me on hold and said when she came back ...nope didnt see any soap on the camera. Today I stopped after my wash went in and told her my husband and I were in last week and the wash seemed way slower. She said oh no its the same we cant change the speed so I brought the lady out to show her . As were walking she said I dont know why there would be left over soap because we literally just slowed everything down a few days ago.???? I said what? ????you just said you's didnt do that ....no response .So she continued and looked at my van . I showed her all the dirt and soap . The response was ya your always going to get that . I do with my van. She continued to argue with me saying well go through again thats all I can do. Except trying to convince me theres no one to report to. I said Im talking about my van and my service . She would not tell me who was in charge because she would lose her job. I pay for premium service and this is ridicules lied to and made to feel like Were the blame. Theres no accountability at all. Dec2 2021 Another stop at the wash and its closed at 430 pm . I went throgh 5 days ago and my van actually was clean and shiney . Which tells me the other times are probably not premium washes ????????

Good wash, like most touch car washes it will make micro scratches, especially on black cars, if concerned with that then you are better off paying for a wash from a speciality detailer.

Paid almost $80 for a deluxe detail on my car. They ripped me off and smiled the whole time. I was told they can't get to it right away because they are working on another car. My fiance drove me to Best Buy in her car and when we came back 20 minutes latter, we were surprised to see my car parked outside, in a handicapped parking space of all places . I went in and a cheerful young woman hands me the keys and says "all done". Manager at this point was requested, - how is a full detail done in twenty minutes - she was professional and offered to redo the detail after inspecting my car. Not a chance, I don't trust her staff at this point . A refund was given . Feel like they were intentionaly dishonest in this transaction and tried to steal from me.

Very bad experience. Signed up, and tried 6 times over 6 weeks - twice close, other times at least a 20 minute lineup. Went to cancel my renewal, which they did, but then I asked how long I have to go on my current month as they just renewed it on my credit card. The lady was very rude and told me it was immediate, even though I just renewed. When I questioned it she was absolutely obnoxious and said it was immediate and that it "was my choice to cancel, so tough luck". I was only going to cancel for a couple of months because I am travelling, but will NEVER go back.

They really lack consistency on their work, had my wife's car detailed and it was a great job. Dropped my 2019 Ecplorer off for the day and when I picked it up truly disappointing. They don't do the outside of the car, clearly understand that but when you pick it up and there are finger prints on the windows door panels and trim areas from the dressing they use on the jams and interior trim, the exterior looked better before they started. I was on my way to drop off the car to someone who purchased it and I agreed to get detailed. I had no time waste so delivered it with smear marks and finger prints new owner no more impressed than me. Guys take some pride in your work step back and ask yourself would I be happy.

As a person that loves having a clean vehicle, Valet Car Wash coming to Brantford was a pleasant surprise. Finally a wash that will let you pay monthly for unlimited washes instead of the others that charge you $15bucks each wash. Wish that the wash was touchless but nonetheless does a respectable wash at a respectable price. Wait lines are usually long but move at a constant pace and am usually out in 10-15 minutes at the busiest times of the day.

I cancelled my membership! So went in today! To have a car wash for my husbands truck and noticed huge line out in the street to get in. Lines are normally fast and they reduced it down to one lane. So I knew it wasn’t going to be to bad of a wait. As I proceeded I had 2 big pick up vehicles ahead of me. So the sign they had set up could not be seen until I was up on it and completely blocked in I phoned when I seen the sign as I was now stuck between pylons there signs and other vehicles and parked cars and curbs! No where to get out of cue! She answered. I asked if I could pay at the kiosk drive through she said no. I said well I am stuck how can I get through. Did not want to leave vehicle to go inside in the line up! I am sure that would of ticked many people off! If I had seen the sign before I got that far in I would of definitely parked the car and gone in and bought ticket! So when I tried to ask her what I could do next I really didn’t want to get out and line back up behind another at least 10 cars after I had waited through 6 or more cars all ready. She hung up on me. She had complete sarcastic attitude right from the beginning. I was in a panic not wanting to be the one stuck holding up the line! I was asking for her help as I was passed the exit part and was now only 2-3 cars from what would of been my turn! She was completely ignorant towards me. Hung up on me. When I came in to speak to her and commented I couldn’t see their sign till to late she continued to tell me that was too bad! I was the only one that happened to! She then told me I could of jumped out the vehicle and come in to pay. If she hadn’t of hung up on me! I could of! Her complete tone was condescending. She was clearly stressed and overwhelmed and could not handle her job. Ex. Hanging up on a customer when they needed help and guidance. And then be completely hateful and lie to the customer about hanging up! I could see her! So I asked to cancel my membership ! She was acting polite at that moment but her tone was still clearly aggressive! I have had pleasant experiences her before but especially not today! That particular employee needs some serious customer service training and more training in her job. When a crisis happens in a company that provides a service. They need to realize that inconvenience flows down on their customers they need to keep running. Therefor hateful ignorant tones is not how you respond and hanging up on customers and then lying about it is beyond wrong. Tried to say she was cut off! She’s on a land line not cell phone. And she didn’t apologize about it either instead immediately told me I hung up on her! So she started our in person conversation immediately into accusing me of hanging up on her! I was asking her a question! Your company needs to replace this employee or give her lots and lots more training! She lost your company my membership and the membership I was going to buy for my husband for Xmas! Way to go employee of the month!

Good and economic place to get car wash. A good place to wash your car daily with their monthly passes. However i dont recommend if you have expensive paint or vehicle. Because their washing bristles will cause minor scratches over time.

VALET CAR WASH BRANTFORD Stopped to get my pickup truck washed. paid $14. I went to punch in my code & the young man come out and told me with my trailer hitch on there, I would have to take it off. I told him I could not lift it. it's a heavy trailer hitch. I said I would just turn around and go back and get a refund. he said no problem continuing to wash, but next time i had to take it off. I go through the car wash and half of my vehicle was washed because I had a trailer hitch on. I complained and was told they had to change the settings so the machine would not get damaged because of the hitch. EVEN AFTER I SAID I WOULDN'T GO THRU. They failed to mention I would get half a wash. Scam

I’ve used the Carwash a number of time. But never used the service for detailing. Well due to an unfortunate incident with an unnamed fast food and a cold drink ending up all over me, my dash, my console, carports and me. Today was that day. Appointment at 10am, I meet this very nice Trish, who hair and nails are blue. I like it. I see my name on the board, I explain what happened and what needs to have special attention. She let me know that it will be about 2hours. Ok, no one mentioned that but. It’s all good, I’ll go home. Trish explained that it’s a larger vehicle, I added that I need the sticky gone. I arrived back at Valet, they needed a few more minutes. I could see Fiona, cleaning my truck. What an amazing job, I’m thrilled. No more sticky, no more odd smell. Completely new truck clean. UPDATE: shortly after sharing my experience I was contacted and offered to bring my vehicle back the same day. The action taken was quick and handled with kindness and understanding. I can honestly say that I would recommend Valet Car Wash after the exceptional follow-up and action taken. Thank you! Paid $146 for a 30 minute clean and completely mind-blown. For the cost the service was not to par. Noticed many spots that looked like they were missed/not cleaned at all. Considering it was only a 1/2 hour service, I am not surprised. Hard to believe quality work could be completed in such a short time frame. Trunk was completely left untouched (not vacuumed, mat not rinsed etc.). Other autospas offer similiar, if not the same service for same value and have proven to be much better quality work - which I imagine explains why they have a few week wait to get in. Pictures are just a few of the things I noticed right away.

Wash does a really good job, armour all applied to tires, unlimited washes all for 22 bucks a month ? Best deal in Brantford ! I've had my vehicles detailed with every level of service they offer and it's also good value. Every employee I've dealt with has been polite and respectful, I have not had any negative interaction with anyone who works here. Yes the line ups can be long but it's to be expected, there isn't a lot of real estate available. It would be great if a couple garbage cans could be placed out front where people stop after their wash to dry off mirrors. Keep up the good work !!

Expensive but it's good for the service. I understand they are busy, but they really try to cram as many cars through the wash as possible. At the end the drive off light never comes on, so people end up stopped in the dryer area. Cleaning service is great, but I wish they were open later.

At $160, it was at best a drive through car wash worth $15 and interior cleaning for $145.... I would expect incredible attention to detail which it was NOT. I'm sorely disappointed and have learned my lesson. When a vehicle is equipped with a moon roof, you clean it, windows should be cleaned and then rolled down a little to clean the edges. If your going to clean the door jambs then it is expected you clean the trunk jambs as well. All of this should be common sense. Clean the mirrors under the visors as well! Don't leave spots on leather seats! Pull down the middle console and clean it! I've been to other detail shops over the years, and this place was a true disappointment for the cost.

Well, I've had a membership for 6 months now. Everything was fine up until January of this year. Membership went to renew, but apparently they don't take Amex anymore so the sticker didn't register at the membership reader and I had to go in and update the card on file with a Visa. Ever since then it's been nothing but problems. The sticker never registers and I'm told the same BS about the system changed so they have to "update the expirey on the account". Apparently hundred of customers have this problem. There has been at least 2-3 people inside dealing with the same "expiry" problem every time Ive tried to fix it. We're going on 6 times now. 6 times in a row the reader didn't register. 6 times I've been told they've fixed it. Obviously that's not the case. If this happens next time it's cancelled. This is unacceptable and they don't seem to care about or even know how to fix the problem. Update: not to mention this place is always lined up onto the road. This isn't because they're busy (which they always are) it's because people are sitting at the terminals waiting to read their stickers, but it doesn't work because they're system is so bugged so an employee has to come manually enter a code. I've seen this happen to 3 cars in from of me now. Unbelievable.

By far the best deal in town. It's a good wash. I prefer to dry by hand towel after I leave because the dryer's aren't the best. Yes, it does break down sometimes, but the Facebook page usually tells you when it's out of service and I think it's to be expected for any machinery that has cars running through it all day every day.

Went 2 times and was told there was a 2 hour wait, I said great sign me up and I will be back in 2 hours, the rude little girl that could barely put her cell phone down long enough to talk to me replies, No you have to wait. I went back a 3rd time and discussed it with the Manager and she got me right in and did a great job on my truck and was awesome to deal with. She was very sorry for how the Employee acted and said if I had any other issue to let her know. Do not recall the Employees name but she had blue hair, facial piercings and was quite ignorant and was more interested in her cell phone than customer service! She is not the pick for customer communications I would say.

Had a terrible experience...but...I judge a company on how they act after a mistake. After I had called about service issues I was told I could bring in for a redo. The phone call was pleasant and the manager was quite apologetic. Time passed(pandemic style) when I followed up to get the redo I had helpful friendly service. My van was dropped off and they did a fantastic job of cleaning. It looks brand new. Absolutely thrilled with the service.

Started using this wash for 5 months on an unlimited $20 package. They changed their policy in February to no longer allow debit card use. With the account number and attached sticker on my car previously I was renewing my membership every time I came and it ran out. Today I was informed that I paid twice for two $22 single washes well my account was not renewed. When I inquired regarding the fact that I wasn't notified or the many other ways they could let me know, I was told there's nothing they can do and then I would have to put it on the credit card. They offered no credit or no means to reimburse me for these washes. Horrible horrible customer service will never return again.

No acknowledgment when driving into car wash after payment. Should the attendant not check which package was selected to ensure that we are given the correct wash?. Interior cleaning was not any better. We were told that our vehicle would be the next one in (15 minutes). Then the cleaning would take roughly 45 minutes. We came back 1 hour later and absolutely nothing was touched. Supervisor advised us that it would be another 1-1.5 hours before they started on it, as another car was already waiting for four hours. Asked for a quick vacuum of only the backseat (dog hair), but was denied as they didn’t have time. The supervisor apologized and said “they shouldn’t have taken our car in” and gave a refund. No offer to reschedule or even some type of rebate for a future visit. Complete waste of time on our part.

Very displeased with my service here. I have a brand new 2016 RAM and tried the place out. My original thought was to clean and protect my brand new investment, but instead I've been doing the opposite. The equipment used to "clean" my truck has been scratching it repeatedly instead. There are hundreds of marks from their equipment all over my vehicle and I am not impressed at all. If you go here regularly, go have a good look at your vehicle. Especially if yours is black like mine. Cut your losses, the management doesn't care enough about it's customers to do anything about it.

Decent place, definitely does a good job washing your vehicle. It isn't a touchless car wash however, so I always fear that the rollers will break something like the side mirrors or something, but haven't had a problem. I signed up for the monthly plan so I pay like $17 a month and get unlimited car washes for the month. It is great!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However my first experience with your car wash was not as good. After finishing my wash I had the inside cleaned as well. When I got to my mom's I got her to come out to look at the great job they did, and they did on the inside. But the car wash had left soap streaks all over my SUV, as well as dirt. It's like the water pressure wasn't high enough or something, cause I could rub the dirt and soap off with a wet one.. But we'ii give it another try, it was cold and they did have to close down 2 cars behind me, they said the water was freezing up or something, so maybe that was the problem. But they were so nice I'll try them again and see if I get better results. Thanks

I have been to a few car washes where they detail the interior and I have to say these guys know how to clean a car . First time i brought my car in, avg time I've waited was about 20 25 min and when I checked out my car, it was like brand new ..I was completely shocked how well they got into eveything ..I recently ended up buying a membership there and will be taking my car only to these guys from here on out. The staff are very friendly, and when its crazy busy they really try to accomodate everyone that is waiting. While I was there, a employee asked if he could take his lunch. It was almist 4oclock poor guy had been there since 9am and hadn't had lunch to try to help with the crazy rush they had yesterday with everyone getting their vehicles dewinterized and cleaned up. Felt bad for the guy but shows the dedication they have to their customers!!! i have already recommended them to a few friends who will be going there and checking it out.

On Friday June 24th. I took my car too valet car wash Brantford location l had a film of something that appeared to be an over spray of oil or tar. The car was a mess. Went here to get the inside of my journey done. Was told a price on the phone. When i picked up the car only the front and second row was cleaned. The third row and back was left untouched. I did realize on the web site that an suv was extra (while the car was being done) but none of the people stated that when I pulled in. Excellent customer service. Very good value for I paid for. I just didn't like the $50 cancelation fee. That's what I meant exactly: reactivation fee! It would be more reasonable if customers could use the service for 3 or 4 months and then cancel it. After that customers should be allowed to reactivate their memberships without a penalty. It is better for Valet because if I cancel my membership, I would never come back!

Called in to inquire about interior detailing, whoever was on the phone was great. Informed me the last car they take in was at 6. The call was at 545, asked if it’s ok if I come in right now since I was around the corner. Said it was ok. Came in, supervisor walked in 5 mins later looked straight at the clock and sighed 3-4 times while looking at the clock. Informed me he wouldn’t be able to do the more expensive detail. I was ok with that, just needed the interior wiped down and quick vacuumed. After I agreed to do the cheaper less time consuming job. He than informed me that I shouldn’t expect a clean 100% job. Said he won’t promise anything right now Dude, what do you mean!? Lol Anyways much more to these but I left unhappy and definitely not satisfied. Didn’t bother getting it cleaned because I wasn’t sure what the outcome would be. BS

Part of the car wash fell off and damaged my car back in May. I have reached out to the Manager multiple times. I’ve been to this local car wash staple a few times now. However, this time they hit all the right notes. I was promptly greeted by Dawn which was very informative and despite their system being down remembered our phone call booking earlier in the day. I was originally going to proceed with the Ultra-Clean package when a considerate employee by the name of Ethan stepped in to explain how I would benefit from the Basic Light-Clean Package as my vehicle wasn’t nearly as dirty to warrant the upgraded package. It was a very personable approach; which I especially appreciate coming from a customer service oriented background myself. Jolene, assisted on the front-desk side of things and made sure I was well taken care of and that everything ran smoothly. Keep up the great work everyone. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Friendly staff BUT they never explained how they operate. Not before I left my vehicle, nor upon pickup. My car was not washed. Later when I called, they told me I had to do it myself for liability reasons. But it's okay for them to drive it into the bay? I paid $158 just to have the interior cleaned and the carpet washed. What a rip off !! They advise I can go back to have a wash and they'll clean the tires. I will, but I don't recommend this place. Private places in town do the entire vehicle for less money.

Took my car in for the Ultra cleaning for the interior. The floor between the seat and console not done, or between the seat and door, still dirty. Everything looks smudgy and crappy. It looks like i paid my lazy teenager 20 bucks to do it. It cost me 70.00. I cant imagine what it would look like if i got the basic because there was nothing ultra about it. I bought a monthly pass today and after the purchase I was informed about their receiver hitch policy. Shutting off the brushes for the hitch leaves a totally unacceptable job. For the price of a single wash I might as well keep my pass for the month. Maybe 30 crappy washes will equal 1 good one. They say unlimited on the sign but It's only once per day. It's a total waste of money for someone using a trailer hitch. After going here for a month I'm finding that their trailer hitch policy is on the mood of the employee. Some employees treat the truck as a normal vehicle and no problem. Some employees pull brushes and do a poor job. Either way though a person should be told of their issues before payment. Over the Christmas Holidays they were closed way too often like many business but that's life. One day when I made it there 45 minutes before closing time with cars coming out the back end they threw the pylons up and told me they were now closed. I'm loving this place more and more. Today with the holidays finally over and hardly a truck wash this month I went down there and see they are closed again.I asked a detailing employee what their excuse was today for having the wash bay down she said it was was frozen, an act of God. That's a good excuse! With a 45 minute shut down period you would think they could purge their system to prevent freeze up. It looks to me like I'm not going to renew if they are still down today. I need my truck washed not a run around. Manual washes though wet and cold at least get the job done when it's time to be done not when ever.

I brought my truck in for the first time today. I did the Extreme carwash and Ultra Clean. I am so impressed by the job that was done. I have told family and friends and showed them my truck. Two have already booked appointments! Jen, Dawn, and Sydney were great, the two that were in the bay cleaning my truck I didn't get their names but a high five to them for doing such a spectacular job. I will definitely be back and be recommending to family & friends.

As much as garbage service you can say I wont give them 1 star ,I paid $67 for ultra clean service the girl didn’t even touch my dashboard finger prints on window glass no vacum can see clearly dirt on seats and screen .Man what you guys did for $67 .

Thanks for a GREAT job, my SUV was immaculate. Jen and her employees take great pride and care . There was so much salt residue and dirt on the floor mats I did not think they would ever come clean. Fantastic job for the price, would not go anywhere else and would not hesitate to recommend. Kudos guys and thanks !!
