One bay wasn’t working properly, called management and they sorted it out for me! Very helpful and friendly. Water pressure was great, and the soap worked better than any other car wash I’ve been to.

Just went to Rainbow Car Wash on King George Rd and lost $4.25 in one of their bays. Put in 4 loonies and a quarter and got nothing back. Just called the number and there's no answering machine. Ripped off & will never go there again.

Slow to start and ends early to timer for water from the wands. Bays are clean, takes a credit card now.

Spent $10 for what I thought was going to be a great car wash and enough time so I won't have to play beat the clock! Only to find out that that there was NO SOAP!!!!!.....NO attendant! Not even a number posted anywhere that you could call in case you had a problem!!!! I'll never go here again!!! ......no wonder they only have to work 15 min a day! They don't have to buy supplies and only come to collect the money that they just ripped off from people!!!

Time was going on but the washer was not working it happens 2 time for almost like 4 minutes. I thought maybe it took time to change but it does not they are just steeling money. I have a video but i do not know how to upload here. It took 12 dollars to wash my car. Are you serious. I will never ever recommend this.

My first time washing at this rainbow, the machine stopped working when I added my extra coins. Paid $8.00 to start, used all my time save less than a minute, put another $4.00 in the machine, time increased successfully, however THE HOSE COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN. Leaving me with a soap covered vehicle which I was (for some reason) unable to rinse. Out of change, after spending $12.00 on the wash, I simply was left helpless and watched my time slowly count down to zero. No matter what setting I switched it to, no pressure in the hose. Wasted my last $4.00 completely. Then I called the phone number, with no answer, and no voicemail set up to leave a message. GREAT customer service I tell ya. Save yourself the hassle DO NOT wash here. Still haven't received a call back from their number.

The car wash has taken the coins and not worked twice now. When I tried to call the phone number to make the owner aware of the problem you get a recording say that the number is for out going calls only. I won't return to this car wash

This is not the first time that we have lost money at this 24 Hour car wash. There is no number posted at the location to contact anyone except the alarm company and they can't give the number due to privacy laws. The number on line is out of service however in the past the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. Do yourself a favour and wash your car somewhere else that has working equipment and better yet customer service!!!

Worst car wash experience ever. Nothing works, but there's no signs that say out of order. None of the carpet cleaners work and the wand wash doesn't evern clean you're car, the outside looked worse. The change machines don't accept new bills. Basically just a rip off on all fronts, don't go here.

I also had the same thing happen to me, machine died after I added more money. I was half way through the wash. Had to move to another bay when one cleared, pay an additional $4 to get the soap off. It cost me $11 to wash my vehicle and it ended up looking like crap, probably. The only reason I went was that my usual Touchless Car wash was so busy, no wonder. Most frustrating that there is nobody to talk to to get a refund or fix the problem. I will not be returning.

This place is a rip off. Wastes 30 seconds of time switching between different wash settings on the hose, takes coins without giving time credit, hose stopped working with 20 seconds still left on the clock. Avoid this car wash.

Wash brush was broken and you don't know that till they have your money. And its cash only. I prefer to use cc then I don't have to look at the time.

Very bad place to get a car wash. It only give cold water to clean my truck. It freezes on contact and wont clean. The owner in Mitchell's camper trailers, and he doesnt care about people. Not very good.

A very reasonable priced car wash. It has a vacuum and a shampoo machine. It has a change exchange machine. A machine for dispensing shamies is also located on site.

Good for a wash, good for a vacuum. But bring your own supplies. Machines can't be trusted, swallow money, other don't give you change. Cords and hoses to the fragrance machines are torn, and when buying the Little Trees, the labels are wrong, so it's like little tree lottery. I've been to far better in town. I'd give it a one star, but the water pressure is good, spot free actually dries spot free, and the vacuum cleaners are good at picking up dirt.

Had a chance to visit Rainbow Car Wash today, Feb. 3/19 mid afternoon. Met the two young men, brothers who now manage the Car Wash. It was sold about a year ago, and these two are slowly working on major improvements to the facility. Two of the nicest young men we've met. Were directing traffic as well. NICE!, as it was 12C instead of the -29C with the windchill just two days ago. Because of the extreme cold Artic Vortex, cracking some of the plastic tops to the Soap Brushes. They told this to us before we got started. I was really impressed by, when you hang your water nozzle in the shoot, it doesn't constantly drizzle water out and causes large ice drips/block. And it CONSERVES Water. We were so impressed we went to McDonald's to buy them two coffee REGULAR, lol. and two Heart Shapes Cookies to support Ronald McDonald Houese Programs. Thanks Guys and YES I will be back and tell everyone to try this place again. Opps. Almost forgot! YES THEY DO HAVE A PHONE NUMBER POSTED NOW AND YES THEY WILL ANSWER IT!GOOD LUCK MEN! aLL THE BEST!

This is one of the cleanest carwash bays I've ever been to! I've also been to many others before and have never seen a manager or owner on site. Manager of this car wash was there cleaning up and was helpful and friendly....great wash and great service, will definitely recommend to friends and family.
