Pro: Quiet, great steak restaurant nearby. Cons: no squeegees, the cleanest thing in the washroom is the label saying they go the extra mile for cleaning due to COVID-19. However, it is obvious that the place (other than for the toilet which were very clean) hasn’t been scrubbed in months, if not years (see photos).

Excellent service in the store is the rule, not the exception. The folks here do a good job. The place is also clean, well stocked and given the current health situation, about as safe as they know how to make it. People complaining about the parking or parking rules, are the same ones who block the fire lanes, exit lane and prevent other trucks from leaving the pumps when finished fuelling. I am glad when these types promise not to come back, because they are an annoyance to everyone else.

Petro Pass is garbage! Always issues with them. The one star doesn't even apply. Unless you're running on fumes, don't even fuel here. 4 hour limit for parking...ridiculous. Companies like this need us, we don't need them. Never fueling or parking at another one again.

Bad road for truck driver parking.The road is rough, there are a lot of pit. No lights too. We can take a shower inside. But not good inside. I think they have to update. Lots years like this, lazy shop.

On 7th of June 2019 at 9.20am i pulled and parked in the overflow to go in and buy water. Little b***h comes out and tells me, "i need yoy in a parking spot. That's why we have them, so I need you in a parking spot." Theres only 1 available spot amongst 6 trucks and she wants me to spend 10 mins trying to fit between them while executing an unneccessary and rather risky, needless procedure. And all for a 2min purchase. There were no trucks waiting, I wasn't in the way and we always park there. But no...it had to be her way. Whatever... you just lost a regular customer fueling thousands liters of diesel there a month.

Polite staff, but utterly disgusting washrooms. Clumps of hair all over the floor. I checked every room hoping one would be decent, but all had scum and hair everywhere. I spent 20 minutes cleaning before I could feel comfortable enough to shower or even wash my hands. The sink, the floor, the shower, the bench, the shelf, and the toilet - all gross.

This Petro-Pass has clean showers, small laundry facilities and adequate convenience store and for the most part friendly staff. As for parking it is lacking with approximately 6 spots. Good for a quick break but bad for anything more as the employees come out and kick you off the property if you are there for more then 4 hours due to low amount of parking.
