I saw the reviews and visited this place expecting a perfect cleanup for my car. But at the end of service I have noticed that their service is disappointing and purely imperfect. I will never recommend this place to anyone who’d like to have their cars in a perfect condition. I picked package number 4, for $30. I asked the person who was there to receive my car, what they’d do and I specifically mentioned few things to be done. I asked them whether they’d wipe the surfaces, he said yes. (As application of surface finishes are in their package number 5, which I didn’t want to do.) I have pointed few places on the door sill and asked them to clean it specifically. I will mention a list of things. 1. They didn’t fix the driver’s floor mat with the locks - not even put up to fit into the locks. I had to adjust them and locked myself. 2. Passenger floor mats also were not placed properly and not locked with the studs. 3. Centre console wasn’t vacuumed or wiped properly so there was dust and the dried stain of coffee, which I cleaned with a wet tissue myself. Similarly the places which I specifically pointed out to be cleaned, was not at all touched. 4. Tires are just sprayed with water (with chemical) and that’s not cleaned at all. You can see all the dirt just staying right there on the rims. 5. Trunk wasn’t vacuumed at all. The dust and debris were there. And cargo mat wasn’t washed. (They charge additional to clean cargo area for jeeps and trucks, but not cars, but they don’t care about the trunk at all. 6. While cleaning they have struck or removed my dash cam from the bracket but never fixed it back and it was just hanging on with the charger cable. I am totally disappointed with their service and wanted to put no stars (but no options). I will never consider or suggest this car wash in future.

It's value for $ paid. Can it be better? Yes! Saying hand wash when it's not(-????). It's your usual car wash at a gas station plus a few neat features. Usual array of foaming cloths dancing on an overhead twine(like at any Petro/Esso station). Few guys on either sides of the car to do the interiors(+????), do the mats, vacuum up small dust particles, clean windows etc(+????) Machines does the job, no hands actually involved on the wash. Comes out of the automated-underwashed-overlycharged stage, only for a few more hands on either side to dry it(+????) paid for the extra wax polish, no stage did I see it happen(-????). Overall, I think until you sign up for the VIP package you won't see anything other than a regular car wash, only plus point is that they do an above average interior clean(cannot say detailing). Would I go again? Not the best first impression, would go back to see if in case the first impression could be turned around.

This is THE WORST experience that I have EVER had!!!! Firstly, I watched them scratch my car when I questioned the manager as to what I witnessed and asked for him to address it with the young man who was driving it, he became VERY defensive. He would not call the young man over and the other men there suddenly became mute. Finally I realized that the situation would not come to a resolution I just accepted my loss. Even though the scratch came from another young man trying to squeeze through the small space with their equipment . After quite some time going back and forth, the manager offered to wash my rims complimentary for the inconvenience . Okay - - - I went to do errands after, get home only to find out that they have sprayed one of my rims with black paint that won't come off !!!! So again I take it back to the manager only for him to tell me it didn't happen at his place . This is a WARNING very untrustworthy people .

I tried the premium cleaning package and although the cost point was at $35 including tax, I expected that the boot be vacuumed at the least. Apart from that, I did have to point a few spots (stubborn greases) that had to be wiped clean and they kindly acknowledged and did the same. Overall, I think it was a fair deal except missing the boot.

My tint was scratched off of my front drivers side window while they were cleaning the windows, as well as the windshield wasn’t even cleaned! I understand this is a quick in and out type service but I expect my car to be cleaned on the exterior at the very least. Very disappointed I will now have to have my tint fixed. I called after leaving and the woman I spoke to was very friendly and told me the owner will be in touch tomorrow to discuss the issues I am having so hopefully they are able to fix the problem they have caused. Would recommend to avoid this place at all costs. I’ll add a photo of my dirty windshield and the chipped tint as well

Have always had a great wash here and always go out of my way but today the wash was terrible. And to top it off, I realized my rear wiper was gone 15 minutes after I left. I called and they said they would hold it for me. I returned at 4pm and it was closed. WTH!! Closing time is 7pm. That's how you lose loyal customers.

I just had a VIP car cleaning service for my car and I have to commend this place for their service. Car is like brand new. The other comment I need to make is that a $20 bill was found in my car and the service guy was honest and returned it. This had always been my "go to" car wash.....a fair distance to drive from Mississauga (Sq1 area) but worth it....until recently. I often would get the (then known as) VIP service ($55-ish). Three times in a row I was told they "couldn't" do it for multiple reasons. Even after that, I went just because I was in the area. - I went 3 times to ensure I hadn't experienced a "one off" mediocre cleaning but unfortunately I did. With prices up and quality down, I won't be back.

The people are nice but the quality of work is horrible. I got my car cleaned wth their Works package, $25 wash and interior vacuuming package. The vacuuming job was horrible, my seats were still very dirty, the Wash was Ok but there was still soap on my front grill and body. The workers were nice enough to clean the soap off my car after asking him too. Would not come here again, not worth the price.

Brought my brand new truck there. Had to keep the windows open for hours due to the smell of old rags and lord knows what cleaner they used. Instaneously lost my 'new car smell'. As other have said, many areas were missed and it was already pretty clean. Tipped one of the guys without inspecting and I regretted that ever since. I know that you get what you pay for....but the smell...c'mon...use clean rags ????

Today my experience was terrible, the standards of this car wash has dropped but the $$ has gone up. A premium wash use to be $25, it's now $30. They didn't clean the interior properly, my dash looks dull my seats weren't vaccumed, mats were still dirty, the door panels looked dirty now polish what so ever. Overall not happy and will probably never go there again. People save your money and go to the in and out on Kennedy road. WASTE OF MONEY... the staff all looked like a bunch of doe doe heads smiling and grinning when they should be cleaning. If you know the value of a dollar then spend it better.

Way better than any gas station car wash with staff giving the car a final rub down. It's cheaper too. Family owned, not corporate billionaires of oil companies. So service is important to them. But please, if you do go pack a lot of patience. Always a line up. Plus, be a good person and tip those people all your coins in the car or at least 5 bucks. It's a dirty, thankless job to make your car look nice. You'll feel better for it!

Just paid $33 for in out car wash for a Buick encore which is the size of a car. Cannot believe how they go from $23-$33 in less than a year. Are used to recommend this place all the time I have for over 10 years not anymore and they have lost a customer with me yes. Also went to give my phone number to receive points and I’m told they no longer do that either. However the sign is still posted on the wall

The other day, my vehicle and I were assaulted by a group of East Indians I had witnessed/caught littering along the highway. I pulled along side of their car, confronting them about their disregard for Canadian values and they inturn threatened to kill me and then threw their remaining refuse at me and into my truck. After relaying the incident to the Peel region police, I went directly to Super Suds to get my vehicle properly, professionally attended to. It emerged from the detailing wash like a new truck. They made my day. As for the police, they did nothing.

I am updating to a 1 star. PRICE INCREASE !!! now it’s 34$ tax in for a premium wash?? Not worth it. They always rush , all your seats are moved , and everything is thrown in the car. I went there yesterday and truthfully at first I was skeptical, mostly because of the bad reviews and the way the place looked. But the prices were too good to pass on, also I really needed a wash and interior detailing. But I'm glad that I went to Super Suds, they did a fantastic job. I also bought some air fresheners that I couldn't find in gas stations. I have two kids who also make a hell of a lot of mess, and they made my vehicle look like it's brand new. These guys will be as frequently visited as my barber!

My experience was not very good at this venue. I visited this facility to wash my vehicle along with my husband's vehicle. My husband is very meticulous about his car, so after the guys completed their wiping and washing he took one of the cloths to just wipe off additional water stains and the manager promptly came out hastily and was very angry that my husband was doing so, he asked my husband to leave immediately. I was just looking at how angry the manager was that one of his customers was just merely wiping down his own vehicle . Although the manager mentioned it was a very busy day I do not think it warranted such attitude on the part on the Manager. I dont think that my family and I and extended family will be returning to this venue any longer. Very poor management on the part of this Manager.

What a joke.. while I was there there was another lady there trying to sort out a similar situation where there machine damaged her car to and she was totally ignored because she was a lady felt bad for her to looks like it's just another day at super studs I was told to come when the owner was there tried to get hold of him for few weeks but no luck. Every time I went there found somebody in the same situation. Please don't go there if you love your car. Waste of time and money

The quality of service has gone down. We took our car for a was- asked for the premium. Trunk and rear seats have not been vacuumed. No tire dressing. Floor mats were just wet and are still dirty. Matts placed back wrong. Centre console rubber matt was removed and left under the driver seat (???) and rims were not cleaned either. Very disappointed- will go elsewhere!

My dog had thrown up in my car, right into the inner side of the front passenger seat. While I was able to clean most of it, the smell and hard the reach places were impossible for me. Super Suds did an amazing job cleaning and shampooing that seat for me, removing any stains and odor as well. Gary attended my car and was very helpful, doing exactly what I had asked for. I have been going there for the last 5 years twice a month and I was really disappointed to learn that the prices went up 35%. I understand the price of things are rising but 35% is extreme. Not only did the prices go up the quality of work went down. My wife and I reside at the northern most end of Brampton for over 25 years. Prior to that we lived in Toronto. I have always taken our high end cars to full service car washes in Toronto, Mississauga and Brampton. I came to know about Super Suds Car wash on Hwy 10 about 12 years ago and gave it a try. I was amazed at the quality of people that work here and the excellent work they do taking care of the huge line up of cars, especially on the weekends and on bright sunny days. The owner, Paul, takes personal interest in ensuring complete satisfaction of all customers. There is no doubt that these guys are the best in their business!! I was at Super Suds this afternoon (December 23rd 2019). There was a lineup of approximately 40 cars before me. I thought it would be at least 90 minutes before I could possibly get my car cleaned. I was amazed at the speed and superb efficiency with which the crew were cleaning the cars. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. My Lexus SUV cleaned completely to my satisfaction. Great job by Paul and his men.

First of all my appointment was at 2 but because I had to work I dropped them off at 8 am. My first and last time at this car wash. Took my car for a car wash today i paid 30$ for it they didnt vacuum it or put tier dressing and on top of everything they left my window open so i got my truck completely soaked inside they didn't even dried dashboard completely i had to leave my truck running for 5 hours with heat on full blast just to dry it so it doesn't freeze because it was -10 tody they didn't even apologize or oferd anything for my inconvenience.

I feel compelled to leave a review. Honestly i thought if i paid for the full detail job my car would come out clean as ever. Wrong! What the hell was i thinking? I could have just done it myself and done a better job. They halfassed the entire job. My car's carpet was left soaking wet and when i say soaking, imagine pouring an entire water bottle out and letting it soak in. The seats werent even cleaned. Places not vaccumed. Smelly chemicals left behind. Now my car smells like a neausating headache every time i drive. I got to leave the windows open. Its been almost a week since ive had them clean my car and the floors are STILL WET. Seatbelts not cleaned. They started to clean the interior roof and stopped. I can see it clearly. The dirt was spread around and it actually looks worse. Im not one to complain much or even leave negative reviews but COME ON!!! This is an absolute joke!

I've known about this place for over 15 years but never went to it until last night. Closing at 7 at night, the online coupon and location made me want to try it. I was disappointed how dirty my car was when I brought it there. My kids helped contribute to the mess. I couldn't believe that they were able to vacuum and wash the mats as quickly as they did. When the wash was over, my car was swarmed by cleaners. They went in and did what they needed to do and I was out of there. The fastest experience I have had with this type of car wash. They even found my old cell phone and put it on the passenger seat for me. This is my new go to place! Thanks????

Absolutely awesome service! Spent the thanksgiving weekend off roading up north and after giving my Jeep a quick wash at home I realized it needed more work than I had time so I came here, they gave it a quick look and said no problem we can clean that for you. Will never go back to this car wash and I want to warn anyone thinking about going there. Their Jr. Worker ruined my rims using a corrosive chemical and stripped my rims. He also bumped my car while trying to park in the bay. Spoke to the manager who denied it happened, we ended up viewing the tape and he witnessed it and still didn't apologize. Saying it wasnt "that bad" . Avoid this place at all cost! And YES THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE! You are located in the same plaza as Wimpy, Shell and the auto shop. And I spoke to a person who claimed to be a manager. Please do not play games! I stand by my word. This is a horrible place to bring your car. The fact you have to question if in fact it happen just adds to my frustration.

My family has been going here for years so it was a no-brainer when I needed to get my car detailed. It was not pretty after 2 young kids had had there way of the back seat for too long. When I dropped the car off they were ready and waiting for me at my appointment time, gave me a proper quote and accurate time of completion. I just got my car cleaned inside out.. they washed the car nicely but when it came to interior cleaning they didn't vaccum or cleaned the back of the car properly I had to clean it my self. I had to point out the backseat not vacuumed properly and dust on the inside of the doors. When I pointed out the employee said it looks like that only once dried out.. "yes understood but it's not cleaned.. " I don't think so I would be going back again.

This is THE WORST experience that I have EVER had!!!! Firstly, I watched them scratch my car when I questioned the manager as to what I witnessed and asked for him to address it with the young man who was driving it, he became VERY defensive. He would not call the young man over and the other men there suddenly became mute. Finally I realized that the situation would not come to a resolution I just accepted my loss. Even though the scratch came from another young man trying to squeeze through the small space with their equipment . After quite some time going back and forth, the manager offered to wash my rims complimentary for the inconvenience . Okay - - - I went to do errands after, get home only to find out that they have sprayed one of my rims with black paint that won't come off !!!! So again I take it back to the manager only for him to tell me it didn't happen at his place . This is a WARNING very untrustworthy people .

I've been to Super Suds a few times this year. Staff do an excellent job and I'm always happy when leaving there. Today they showed me lots of tree sap spots on my car that did not come off in the wash. The owner came out to look at it and explained how the sap could eventually do further damage to my car's exterior. He explained what they could do to clean it up and that they could remove all the spots. This was done and then a second time through the car wash. Car looks great again and I'm a happy camper. I brought a car that was previously owned by heavy smokers. The car smelt very bad. The car was pretty clean when we brought it in, but wasn't shiny new that I would have liked. Dealt with Gary, who was very professional, he explained what he was going to do. We got the Interior Package and he "Smoke Bombed" the car to get rid of the smell. When we picked up the car it was no longer smelly, the Dash was Shiny and new looking and the windows was streak free. He filled in some of the Cigarette burns in the upholstery that he came across. We are very happy with the service and quality of work performed on our car. I would recommend Super Suds and will be back for cleaning.

I've been coming here for a few years now. This is the perfect place if you're looking for a last minute car wash. They wash and vacuum your car nice and quick with excellent quality. I've also taken my car with a manual transmission in for a wash and there was no problem. If you're looking for a good quality, quick wash at a good rate; Super Suds is the place to go. They even have lots of accessories such as air fresheners and car perfumes at the cash out before you leave to let your car keep that nice clean smell. Definitely recommend.

I drive an f150 and often go camping. Needless to say with 2 kids and a Rotti the truck tends to get messy. I usually get the in and out service and they do a great job. This time around I felt the needed a bit more so tried the vip service. After 45min I jump in my truck and was floored. It was like the day I pick it up. Next day I brought my car in same thing hats off to these guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very bad! After them "washing" my car I was left with dust everywhere (dash and doors not wiped) and the carpets were not vacuumed. I actually had a leaf still on the groud smh. When I went back to ask them to fix it I was told their vacuum didn't do corners and I would have to pay more to get that done. Next time I'm gonna pay my 10 yr old to do it... she would do a better job. I'll never go back!

I used to go during weekdays. For the first time I went on weekend, they did terrible service. I asked them if they can clean properly instead of giving me the good customer service, they argued with me. One of the cleaning guy ( Garry ) he was so unprofessional and don’t know how to talk to customer. I don’t even know if he gave me the right name or not. I wish I could give them a rating in minus.
