Great spot for cleaning and washing car. Lots of room to clean and wash bays. There's a $ change machine and a vending machine with car cleaning supplies. The lot has gravel at the back and some cars will speed by and that can kick up dust onto freshly washed cars but that's infrequent.

I gave the a 2 as this is just your average coin wash with more bays, I am also shocked for such a newly built facility its still using old technology. No high pressure foam from guns no bore hair bristles on scrub brushes etc.. This is not a car freaks dream coin-op. Even the web site has no info on any equipment they use or technology, just your run of the mill coin-op with more bays and vacuums than the rest so owner can service more cars. Love the comment owner would show guy how to use foam brush and give car wash tips when asked why no foam,(high pressure foam from gun like Europe) for a touchless experience!! In the age of 9H Ceramic coatings and 3m wraps or any waxed car with no scratches you don't use a nylon foam brush that cleans wheels and rocker panels on your paint period. Stoney creek has 3 available coin op with proper updated technology with high pressure foam. I'll use this place for a quick rinse that's it! Wait for it?? Wait for what?? Owner Blast ???? put more effort into your web site and equipment than comments unreal.

Had extremely limited time because the change machine now gives out Dominican pesos for Canadian $2 coins, they don't work in the wash units themselves. The staff around just said he only cleans. Pathetic. The brushes are now tiny and yes it's $4 to start for 3 minutes.

Kinda sad such a big car wash isn't run as well as it could be. Most of the features don't work, including spot free rinse. If all you want to use is a pressure washer for soap wash and regular rinse then it's okay.

Coins not available at change machine. They cant accept cards. The pre-soak and foam settings are designed to be slow so you spend much of the time using them. By the time you are on the rinse setting, you have already lost precious 2 minutes and now are down to 1 min. There is still soapy water coming out at the begining of the rinse setting. The machine warns you during the remaining 3rd minute but then you are racing against remaining time so you decide to keep going and it stops when you are halfway into rinse (or less). Once it stops, the only way is to add $4 again so you decide against spending them cursing yourself for using it and cursing the wash facility for developing such a bad system. Just get a pressure washer folks, you will end up doing much better without such constraints. Wish there was a zero rating available....Very much disappointed.

I am not sure what's with the negative reviews this is a great car wash with ample space for cars to wash and vaccum. Everytime I have been there I have been able to get change. I understand this might not be the case all the time and honestly that's expected unless it's a regular thing which I don't think it is.

I've just been robbed of my money at this location. The wash bay only gave me 2 minutes and single wash is cost 4 dollars and supposed to give you 4 whole minute. In another bay 3 or 4th next to mine another guy was putting money into the machine I just happen to see in the same direction and he didnt even get full 4 minutes he got 3:30 minutes on his clock. There is absolutely no one around to help a customer and the phone is constantly non responding. Poor service I'm never coming back here again.

Great car wash! Soap is good, spot free rinse is actually spot free & vacuums have wicked suction. The place is always packed so it must be good. There is almost always an attendant, which I have never seen elsewhere. The negative is that the change machine is often not working, so I would bring change with you.

How is this place even in business.?? There's no option for negative stars. First off, you're OLD machine malfunctioned on me twice. First time it didn't dispense the glass cleaner wrap from machine. Than, my money got stuck inside the coins. I kept pushing the, "return change." Nothing happened. Took 4.00 from me. I used the vacuum cleaner to clean my seats and it left white Marks all over my seats. This place needs to be maintained and managed properly. By having camera's in place means jack if you're not going to keep you're equipment updated. The vending machine looks like from the 90s when I was in highschool. I'll never return or recommend. Place is a dump. Please don't waste your time here!!

I've been using this 20 bay facility. 19 for vehicles and 1 for pet hygiene. Yes folks... One dog-washing Station(BAY#20) I've never used it but I believe it to be a great idea. Cameras everywhere..so behave. I have met the owner. He cares for his business and is responsive.

Was there last night - put my $4 into bay #10, nothing happened, machine would not start - no signs about the owner or how to obtain a refund - left a note with my phone number in the slot where you deposit your coins - put a pylon in the bay so nobody else would lose their money - after reading some of the comments I guess there is some kind of box - guess I missed it - the time allowed to clean is not alot of time - you have to rush like crazy to get the soap off before the timer shuts off - $3 seemed like a fair price but $4 seems a bit pricy - another 30 seconds on the clock would be fair - it will be interesting to see if the owner calls me to refund my money Update - owner called me (July 2018) and offered a refund - very nice owner - apologized for the error and explained how the coins got jammed in from the customer before me - all is great - yes, now I would recommend this place to go for a car wash but remember you have to work fast before the machine turns off

Went to vacuum my car. The vacuum I went to barely worked - it was too weak to even pick up sand that was in my back seat. It should have been shut off, or a sign should be up saying it's out of order. Definitely never going back here. Ended up using the one at the Petro Canada down the street. They always work.

I'd like to start by saying I would give this place one star but I had to go be able to give my opinion. I would have given this place a negative (-5) star rating if I could. I'm not the type of person that is always on social media writing some kinds comment and or complaining about something but this person that owns or that was managing the car wash that day really got to me. I would say that they were very rude and unperfessional as someone else wrote in one of the comment. I'm not sure if it was the same person but they approached me in a very forceful and threatening manner to tell me that I shouldn't be knocking snow off my car in the wash bay because if someone slips me falls they will come after me. Now I find what he said very stupid but more threatening because he only approached me to tell me that when there was at least two other people doing the same thing I was but with the water hose. I don't want to say it but it almost felt like he was being racist towards me and in the end because I challenged his stupid remarks to me he decided to turn off the water in the wash bay I was in even before I was able to start washing my car. Now if that isn't rude I don't know what is....... I just left because I couldn't be bothered at the time and decided to let social media deal with him and that car wash. I think Google should revamp their business rating system to include negative stars because that's how much I would rate this place -5 stars. Photos will show what I mean bay after bay of other people doing exactly what I was doing but this person decided to single me out.... so beware of you ever decide to go to this car wash.... I know I'll never go there again.

I've personally band this car wash for multiple reasons. The only time you'll see me come here is in desperation. First of all, $4 to start is ridiculous. Most places starts at $2. Second, why do I have janitors watching my every move, trying to rush me out of there..? Smh Thirdly, why is this place so large, only a third of the stalls are ever open for use..? How does that make good business sense!? I suggest you avoid this location.

came here for a wash. l left my backpack and a few things on the ground, and when I came back maybe an hour later the employee was super rude and told me he should have thrown it in the garbage. not to mention a hat was missing from my things and he refused to give me his supervisors number. Basically told me I'm petty for wanting to look at the cameras to find my hat. Half the wash bays are closed and in the bay I was using it didn't have an audible warning when you're getting low on time. I only used the power sprayer and it was effective, place looked clean.

I went today and tried to use the change machine. It wasn't working just like the last time I went two weeks ago. I asked an attendant for help and he just said "I can't do that". However, there's a sign where the change machine is that says we can ask an attendant for help if we're having difficulty with the change machine. I also called the number they have posted in the change machine area to get some help, no answer. I'm not wasting my time driving to this place anymore. This place is useless.

Until recently, I've been a regular here with my black SUV, coming about once a week. Last time I came, there was no soap coming out of the dispenser at all, and the startup cost increased to $4. I travel a lot and have yet to come by a carwash that needs $4 to start. Most are $3, and there are several in Toronto that require only $2. I've always had to pick & choose a stall with working lights above, since a bunch are burnt out (and have been like this forever). Staff has always been super rude - even threatening my father because they thought he was hand drying his car (he wasn't, and this was around 11pm when absolutely nobody was there) To the "owner" who's responding: Honestly, you guys lost a customer from me, and from all of my car buddies that I now steer away from this location. Take a good moment to read these reviews because they reflect on your business. Meaningless justifications won't solve your problem or your attitude.

Most people wash their cars in the winter. It is COLD in Canada in the winter. A car wash requires HOT water in the winter. This place has ICE COLD water, which FREEZES into a SOLID SHEET on your car and its WINDOWS. You will waste your money here trying to use more ICE COLD water to get your windows clear just to see enough to leave!! If you come on a day above freezing, you will discover there is hardly any difference between 'wash' and 'rinse', since they are stingy with soap as well. When I complained to the manager who was busy going from one bay to the next obnoxiously trying to get customers to 'hurry up and leave' about the ICE COLD water freezing into a solid sheet on the car, and I was barked at by the little chump wearing an OPP hat that water heating is only a 'convenience'. I told him he was a complete idiot and knew nothing about running a car wash in a cold climate, at which point he blew smoke in my face, which was a deliberate attempt for me to physically assault him in front of the bay's security camera. I won't fall for that little chump, but this honest rating is permanent on Google for all to read.

I'm not one to write reviews about companies but this place got me to. I've come here for the past year to wash my car as it is close. But over the years the experiences have got worse. I once washed my car on a Tuesday evening and was told not to dry my car in the bay because people were waiting. .there was no one there, unless the old custodian was seeing people in his head. I would dry my car outside if the driveway was paved but it has huge ruts and the dust automatically blows onto your car as you drive on it. Another time I came here during the winter/spring and I went to the vending machine where I deposited money to get a product, but neither did the product come out or my money come back out. I didn't even bother knocking on the maintenance door because I didn't want to deal with the old man again. My last time visiting this place was on May 11, and there was a guy taking a leak in one of the bays. My family was horrified at what we saw. Especially during a time when hygiene is top of mind because of Covid. Not to mention the old custodian was right across picking up garbage and didn't say anything about it. I was shocked because he was so angry about me drying my car in the bay, but apparently taking a leak is okay. Completely unhygienic as the urine is then sprayed and carried by the mist from the wash. By the quality of the equipment and the (bare) service you receive at a self-serve carwash (I can only imagine how terrible it would be if they were providing actual customer service) this place is not recommended. You're better off going down the street to Victory Lane at Steeles and Main.

Owner (old man) is very rude and unreasonable. After washing my car, was drying it up, when he asked me to leave. I asked him the reason he said "cause i said so..." The owner of this place is extremely rude, racist and unprofessional... my boyfriend had just finished washing his truck, not even 2 mins went by and he was already out in our bay rushing us to leave in such a rude manner ! Mind you, the place was empty .. there was no one waiting on us. We will NEVER go there again, I’ll rather drive the extra distance to go to another car wash. Learn how to treat your customers or don’t have a business.. simple ! LOL even his responses to people’s reviews are ridiculous, stop giving this man business !!!

The owner of this car wash is so rude. It is easy to pay 20$ for a car wash at gas station rather than 4$ which is totally useless. If we pay 20$ then we even dont need to do anything and even we get respect but this owner thought that only he owns a car wash. There are many in brampton which only takes 3$ and give properly 4 minutes. I just hope this car wash will close soon. All the reviews are true and please read the reviews before going there. Totally rubish place. I had to go to gas station for car wash after here. Please dont go there????????

Offers very little time for the money, parking lot not paved so car will get dirty as you try to dry while cars drive past rinse selection seems to spit out a little soap making it very difficult to achieve a proper timely rinse. Worst self car wash I have ever used. I will definitely not be returning. I strongly advise against this facility if you expect a quality wash

It's a good self car wash center. $4.00 is the minimum charge, which you get 3:30 seconds for, which is enough to spray clean your average car. On sunny days and weekends there is a line up most times. They also have quite a few vacuum''s there as well to vacuum out your car. One thing to watch out for is the grumpy attendant who works there. If you try drying your car while in the spray booth, or use the wash brush before putting money in the machine he'll be all over you, even if the place is dead.

I pulled up to wash my van and took the brush to clean my rims before I started washing. Like many people do... the owner so he claims was watching me like and told me you need to put money in before you use my service. Soory mr rube owner it was paid for by the previous user So I continue to clean my rims he physically got out of his vehicle and told me to leave. And snatch the brush from me. Please are you serious going to go broke if I clean my rims ????????

Everything worked and I did not have to wait in a line up like at the crazy gas station. They keep it clean and I liked the air freshener and glass cleaner in the vending machine. I forgot some stuff and you had it thanks

Came here today with the intent to wash my car inside and out. Did NOT do so due to the fact that whoever was working there today had the worst attitude and made me not want to support this business. He was wearing an OPP hat for reference. I tried putting a $20 in the machine and it rejected it several times. When I was about to leave to go get some change elsewhere and come back, a man working there came out and yelled at me for "breaking his machine" and then giving me change for my $20. All I did was put it in. The machine would spit it out, and I would try again. Regular vending machine stuff. By the reviews, this behaviour by employees and the bills being spit out by the change depositor is an everyday occurrence. FYI, if you do not want to talk to people without having a psychotic breakdown, do not work there. I recommend the car wash down Hurontario near Ray Lawson. Awesome service! Went there instead today.
