It's okay, they miss a lot of details to be honest. It's always a rushed job and they do not dry the interior well, everything is wet when I get back inside the car. It's not the worst job but maybe bring a towel with you if they're going to clean the inside.

Honestly sometimes they do a good or satisfying job sometimes they plain simple just “act” like as if they’d clean and vacuum and detail the vehicle….multiple times I’ve been bringing my ‘16 Pitch Black Challenger HEMI R/T there for both interior and exterior Detail and HandDry and all them senior uncles and some young folks do is pretend to be doing a “hardworking cleaning and detailing a vehicle job” but it’s actually in reality never done well AT ALL! and the owner carelessly wouldn’t do nothing about it except have you email them on there email address after reading these reviews….bottom line….I like the wash not the staff or Careless Management….hands down for all you owning lovely American Japanese & European Vehicles I’d say the machine wash service is Excellent but they sincerely and seriously in GODS NAME need to train and/or possibly CHANGE there workers staff as they’re fully doing a careless job and not paying attention to detail as you’d pay $30-50 for an interior and exterior detail you’d expect an Excellent hard work done as great as there wash machines are!!!! Am I’m horsedumping vehicle lovers? Than you for reading and have a great one….????????

Giving two stars coz quite a bit of car was remained even untouched. Dust marks/scratches were as is on the doors from inside. Cup holders weren't cleaned plus the middle cabinet wasn't even touched. Back side of the seats had marks as well. And this was works plus package I personally don't like to stand on someone's head and get the job done and if that's the case here I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS

Wow. This place is like night and day. Last time I was there I gave them a great review. The place was busy and they still did a great job. This time it looks like the decided not to vacuum or clean the back. My dash is full of dust. At $30 a clean + $5 for it being a small SUV. + Tax. We hit the $40 range. Not acceptable. Must be a different manager watching over the staff

Went there yesterday for a car wash and picked the premium package which runs about $60 including taxes. There was a pretty big lineup but they were getting though the line pretty fast. It’s supposed to include complete cleaning including shampooing the mats. The overall cleaning was good, but they did miss a couple of spots on the mat. On checking, I let them know and they immediately took it out and cleaned it. They also wrapped the wet mats in plastic to put in the trunk and gave us paper mats as well, which was great! I wish the waiting area was a little better because the seats were really dirty and the space smelled really mouldy and dirty. Would come back, but make sure you check everything before you leave and let the cleaners know if something has been missed.

I’ve been getting my car wash for over 15 years. For the past few years their service and staff attitude has been on a decline. Today I had visited the location and overall experience was DISAPPOINTED. Considering the tough times you would expect car detailing business to be more efficient with service they are providing. Car came out staff did the cleaning and interior doors still has dust over it and I had to call the staff over to clean. They just did one door and left the rest. Then actually have to ask if this is included or have they made changes as I opted for their #1 package. Just a suggestion if you care about customer opinion: 1. Change your staff at counter or have them more courteous to your customers. 2. Exit staff are just doing the job and not actually caring about the service you were known for. 3. Overall quality of car was is poor. 4. When you wash rubber mats it will not take much effort to wipe down with a cloth rather than loitering back with dripping water in car. Your other location on Airport delivers a far better and superior customer experience. Thanks for reading!

I was greatly disappointed in the service. I paid for my car to be cleaned on the inside and outside and for some reason the stains on the outside were still there and on the inside they didn't vacuum it properly, they used a wet rag to wipe and remove all the dashboard shine, placed wet rubber mats on the carpets and couldn't even clean the cup holder pockets. Felt like a waste of money!

Horrible service..it doesn’t look like my car had been in car wash specially interior cleaning was horrible. I was looking for premium service after they took my car they were saying , they don’t have enough time to do so ended up paid $32 bucks for their rubbish service. If you can’t give your best on your closing time please close early. Absolutely horrible service. Never be again..

This is an ok car wash for the money. Personally, I prefer the second location as its much bigger and more modern. This location has pleasant staff but still suffers from the same deficiencies like the previous location - arguably moreso than the second location. My car came out relatively clean but I still needed to point out smudges/missed spots. QC needs to be better and more stringently enforced.

My Sonata’s fabric seat had food stains (because of kids) and was messy. Initially I resisted because it was $200 for full detailing and wasn’t sure if this would be the right place. I read all the reviews here , called their front desk and the lady promised to do second wash if the first wash doesn’t remove stains. I am blown away with the level of details - Meticulously cleaned . All 3 year old stains gone. Worth the money spent and really happy how my car looks now. I wish I noted the name of the person who did the job - so I would have posted his name here.

Probably one of the most unprofessional places to have your things done. Got one Exterior Wash with Hand Drying. A person drove the car out after washing and left it outside to dry of its own. After a while the same person came and told me that it’s done, with no one ever came to even touch the car for drying. And as per that ‘unprofessional attendant” that’s how Hand Drying is done. Better avoid this place and save your money.

1st: try calling them to schedule a hand wash but be prepared to be on hold for 25 minutes with someone constantly saying "in and out car wash please hold" and then immediately putting you on hold. 2nd: inspect your car before leaving. They tend not to dry ANYTHING! And for the price ur paying they should.

Absolutely garbage experience, they don’t care about your car and when they do they forget how to use a towel to wipe it down. Don’t waste your money here, you’d rather do it yourself Enzo said it best, this place is night and day (Not so) often it’s a good service, when less busy Otherwise, waste of time and money

I went in and got a premium wash today and They did a great job of cleaning the exterior and interior of my car. Did a nice job with the leather and carpets and an amazing job on the rims. The rims had some yellow residue that wouldn't come off in a regular car wash, now my rims are extra shiny

I went to this place with my ford fusion and i brought premium package (top of the line ). I was surprise because no one even bothered to open the car trunk. Look the picture of centre consoles seems like never touched . Lot of other thing but i am attaching the pictures. So everyone can decide you should go to this place or not.these people do not respect for your time at all . I wish of i am able to give them one star... hows costumer know this place have policy to not touch the car trunk why don’t you guys advise your worker to ask costumer he want his car trunk vacuumed or not ...

Fantastic service, the people that first took my car were great then I went in to pay and the lady there was fantastic, super friendly and made me feel super comfortable especially being one of the few women there. The only thing is that the package I got took a lot longer than expected, they told me 45 minutes and it actually took and hour and half which was a little frustrating but I could see they were very busy. Regardless I’d still come again I just hope they provide more accurate time estimations just so we’re mentally prepared.

I was at the Car wash around 5:50pm and after they took my car to clean for Total Works Wash i found exact @ 6pm no one was taking care of my car as everybody left the car in the middle with no proper cleaning inside as the services they have mentioned on their site. There's one guy who was very rude to me when i told him that it still need some vacuum and Wipe out as he all cared to leave work. I had to take a cloth from them to clean it myself too. I am really disappointed with their carelessness for customer service. Definitely wasted my time and money here.

I went there prepared to spend almost $200 for the full detailing package. I also purposely went right at 8am when they open so that I wouldn't have to wait too long. When I went in I was told they're only doing premium wash at this time because the services required for full detailing wouldn't be available until 9am...ok, fine. I couldn't wait that long so I took the premium wash. Not too long later I get my car and I can literally still see blueberries (from my niece) and other dirt on the ground of the car. I point it out and they say to hang tight, they'll just finish up the car they're on. I wait a few minutes until I say forget it and just take the garbage out by hand. I sit in the car and then notice that the dash hasn't really been cleaned at all. I bring that to someone's attention they ask me to wait again. Now I'm getting frustrated. SOmeone else comes over and asks what the issue is and I show them the dash. They tell me they don't clean the screens because they don't want to be responsible for the chemical ruining the damage...I was like ok...not even just water and a rag? he says no, they don't touch them. FIne. I get in my car and leave. THeeeeeeen I look down and see that the cup dispenser hasn't been touched or vaccumed at all and still had stuff in it. Almost $40 later and this is how my car was returned to me :S

Unfortunately... this location is no longer as good as it used to be... when you pull up in a BMW, MERCEDES BENZ, AUDI the $ 37 plus change that you pay for a works plus wash seems to be ok, however when you pull up in anything less than a premium automobile ???? Unfortunately you are not treated as well. It seems as if the premium car owners dollars are valued much more than yours with a HONDA, KIA, TOYOTA.... but yet you both spent the same amount on the exact car wash. In full no one wants to hear your complaint especially not Tony... who you are told to speak to because the stay are told not to speak with the clients!!!! My disappointment as I write this review had gone down from 4 stars to 2 and now I feel like it should be a 1 star!!!!!! So in retrospect I will not visit this location anymore but will give the other brother a chance at the Airport and Williams site.

Easy, affordable and convenient! Do not take their $50 offer instead go for $19.99 and they do the same. Be prepared to pull your car aside for some final touches as they do it in rush. As I said easy, affordable and convenient!

If you have an hour at home and a waterpipe you can do for what you pay around $50 here. It was just ok, nothing awesome but if you are lazy and need basic cleaning for extra bucks, this is the place. I had some dirt under the matt after cleaning. When I asked I was told that is only shampooing which will take it away. After cleaning the seat heads were out on the seats which I had to fix myself. The attitude of the employees were as if they were obliging me. Overall comment - Just OK for basic cleaning.

terrible! messed my rear right bumper up. the machine press hard. can see on swirls on black paint edit: response to owner. That's just finding an excuse to void accountability. we've been to many many automated washes without issues. the crack is not in the way of the scrubber ive been telling you that. you're just blackmailing us to escape from fault. typical attitude of our culture..

Got the works Plus package done, guy did a really good job, a couple small spots were missed with the vacuum but the guys were glad enough to fix that for me once I asked them. My go to spot.

Took my car here to get detailed. Very poor quality job. Was not wiped down properly (and some spots not at all). Streaky windows. Not even sure if they cleaned the interior or not. Will not go back.

Always bring my Matte 440 here for the regular wash. The workers usually do an excellent job and whenever I do have any minor issues the owner is always attentive and more than willing to resolve the complaint. Tire shine is a must!

I always go here for works plus wash and always get my car detailed here once every couple months. Best quality washes here. They know how to treat your car right. I will never go anywhere else. Friendly staff as well. Five stars from me!!!!

Would have given zero review. Shameless n rude employees. Not willing to work at all. What an epic waste of time. Will never use them again. Feel sorry for the owner who pays employees to work and employees telling customers that they are not willing to work and wont do a proper wash.

Really awesome work, if just vacuum you can walk in but if you need full detail book appointment took over 5 hours but was worth it, just try to plan your day around it . They did a fantastic job , its as clean as if I just bought the car

Worst carwash ever. I went there as recommended by friend but this is the worst people to trust you with the car, put scratches on dashboard & charge money for polishing but didn’t even touch dashboard when i checked. Extraordinary worst carwash i have ever visit.

(Premium wash) Car went there disgusting on the INside AND dirty on the OUTside. Car left there very clean all over. The boss(seem to be in charge) kept showing a worker the spots he was missing as he worked one side of my car. Also a lady before me kept showing her guy spots he missed and he followed her around wipping all the areas she points at(shouldn't have to do those things but her job to down rate it) will try again.

I like what they offer and the price they offer it for. But for some reason, recently the quality has been going down. I understand when its busy people will miss out some spots, but I have gone on days when its pretty empty and my car has so many spots they just missed. For the past 2-3 times I've had to point them out and once we even had to go through the cash again because it seemed like nothing was done. BUT they are always accommodating and let us go through the wash for free. But I feel a lot of times I do not have time and just want the job done without any hiccups. But still, they are good for the value for sure. I just hope they pick up on the quality again!

I promised myself in early spring that I would not go back here to wash my car, but defaulted on my promise. The car was less than impressive . My tires and interior were poorly cleaned. I pointed out the dirt and the gentleman used a cloth to wipe away some of it but that didn't make a huge impact. You're better off washing at a coin wash.

Great carwash, amazing service. Went in for a detail today, the staff were very knowledgeable and the car came out amazing. The car came out like the first day I got it at the dealership. The owner even came out to make sure I was satisfied with the work. It really added to the experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! As you can see from the other reviews how people's cars have been damaged do not come here. I have just got my car and I come back to things broken. Not only after I message the guy he was rude disrespectful and said it was not broken. They do not care about you as I have sent them an email regarding the damage that was done with photos. They said it was not them and there is nothing that can be done. I know my car quite well and I know it was not broken before it was given to them. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. No money off for ruining someone's vehicle or compensate. NOTHING DO NOT COME HERE
