The actual wash is good, clean no issues that I noticed... However I wasn't impressed to put a $20 in for change and only get tokens! Most places at least do a mix... So beware of how much you put in for change!

Worst experience ever. The car infront of me got stuck and my car ended up hitting his vehicle.Management wasn't helpful and didn't try to prevent the crash. If the camera were being watch and emergency stop was conducted, this issues wouldn't have occurred. I will never go back to this location.

This is one of the best car washes I've been too . Personally, I've been going to this car wash for years and cleaning my vehicle, myself. Until now, I recently decided to try the full detail package, and it was perfect. Well worth the money and I actually gotten the vehicle at a much more earlier time then originally told. The owner explained everything that they were going to do, and it was done accordingly. After receiving my vehicle, I received a voucher code for a free wash next visit. That's what I call, customer service! Don't waste your time searching for Groupon deals.Noting is as good as this place. It's very clean as well. Thanks Victory Car Wash

It was okay. It’s just a normal coin wash for cars. I spent around $20 here today. The coin vendor machine; I put in $20 and I got 4 coin wash tokens and $16 in loonies. The vacuum is good for 4 minutes for $3 but any service in bay is good for only 2 minutes for $3. I just notice that when we put in $3 we get 02:30 time limit out of which the service usually ends way before the timer goes off say, 15-20 seconds before, which is kind of annoying. I had to take foam brush three times and rinse two times and should have taken the rinse third time but then I wouldn’t have money left for vacuum. Your car wash is alright except for time and the you need to get the pipes changed or something because they don’t have a lot pressure in them. Can’t even use it to clean my car properly as of low pressure.

Amazing coin operated coin wash. This place is sort of hidden behind a car shop so it's hard to find at first but with the large sign you can't miss it from a distance. The booth are a little small but enough room to wash your car. The wash gives off a lot of power to wash your car clean and the amount of options they offer is plentiful. The only feedback I would give is to update their payment system from the old swipe your credit card to the newer tap features which is in a way safer. These options are great for customers who wish not to use coins however is not a bad option since this coin car wash offers token. To start this wash you only need $3 which is very reasonable.

Excellent place to clean your own car. My husband and I went mainly to vacuum our car and noticed that they also have shampoo and stain remover available with the vacuum. That was a plus! Also the car was section was very clean. They provide a hose and suds for you to get the job done. I would recommend that you bring your own rags and brushes to do some more through cleaning.

Place is absolutly fine for car wash. But i got my car detailing done today. I bought the basic $49 package plus $10 for carpet shampoo. My car wasn’t that dirty but still affter they finished cleaning panels were dirty, seats were almost the same as before, glove box and cup holder were not touched at all. Overall im disappointed with the service, definitely not recommending this place for car detailing. Sorry let me make the correction, not carpet but Your guy charged $10 for matt shampooing. But he just washed it with water.. once it dried all salt stains were there. Dont give false replies to cover your self..

There are bees flying around all over each of the vacuum stations, cause of all the sodas and liquids spilled in the garbage cans. Unless your ok with trying chase bees out of your car afterwards and paying 3$ for vacuum all while trying to avoid getting stung go elsewhere.

Got my vehicle washed recently. I went on a Sunday, but had enough space to get the work done leisurely. Very easy to operate, especially liked the option to use the credit card for payment. Way better than a drive through car wash and costs about the same but you can get all the spots that the drive through misses with a lot more options in terms of tire cleaning, waxes and finishes.

I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I drive a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. If anyone out there knows us Jeep owners, then you know we absolutely love our jeeps. I did a bunch of research before choosing Victory Lane, and saw that their customer service and the cleaning they do was receiving really high praise. I knew they would do a good job, but my expectations have been exceeded. The Jeep looks brand new. The inside was getting pretty messy before the cleaning. It looks like every nook and cranny was searched for dirt or dust, and meticulously cleaned. The engine looks like a new engine after their engine cleaning service. Next time I go to this place for cleaning I'll take before and after pictures. Absolutely awesome. Also, don't pay attention to these 1 star reviews due to the coin or credit wash services. They don't do this place justice. These guys are great with customer service and they do their job extremely well.

Depending on the time of day, there can be a wait but you can usually vacuum the car anyway while waiting for a bay to open up. This place is clean and it's a quality operation. If you're serious about taking care of your car, this is the spot to pamper her up!

Nice car wash. The bays are always clean. Garbage cans are never overflowing. If you use visa option remember to hit stop or you will be like the other guy who got charged $30.

I have been going here for almost 2 years now since I got pregnant and couldn't handle cleaning my car too much. Prices are great but service is even better. Have never left there with any complaints and it is always on a timely manner. They also have great customer service and very sweet people . would recommend if you have to try anywhere in Brampton go to victory car wash .

We went for car wash today and we paid by card. After washing the car i hit the stop button and it showed me $4.28. And now when i checked my account they deduct $30. What rubbish is this. We just use the rinse for 3 mints thats it. And they charge us $30.

Its good overall i am giving 5 stars but they deducted $60 from my card, i used rinse for first and then i stopped after 5 mins and then i again tap my card to use foam brush and rinse. However i used both for approximately 10 minutes. I don’t know what’s going on but $60 has been deducted. I hope i get my money back as i have read some reviews regarding this issue.

I have been coming to this car wash for about 5 years now and my experience is always EXCELLENT. I don't have the time to clean my own car so I usually have them detail it for me. My son recommended it to me, he said they are the best detailing place he has ever been to, and joyfully I agree. I use to just walk in but now I always make sure I book my spot because they are always busy. LOVE THEM!!!

After today I will no longer be coming here to wash our cars or our dog. My husband went over early this morning to wash our dog. While using the change machine he was verbally harassed repeatedly by the owner. He was accused of just coming to use the change machine and even after showing the owner the towels, shampoo and brush he had brought (in addition to our dog in the back seat) the owner continued to be rude and disrespectful. Repeatedly calling my husband "buddy" in a derogatory manner and then telling him $25 was too much change to get to wash our dog and car. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the manner in which my husband was spoken to. You have lost a loyal customer and I will make sure to pass on this story to my many friends and family members who up until now also used this car wash. You should be ashamed of yourself for the manner in which you presented yourself. A warning to every customer, you may get a clean car but stay clear of the verbally aggressive owner.

I visited this place the other day to get an exterior wash only, get rid of the salt and such. I ended up getting it fully cleaned interior and exterior, and I'm glad I did!! I didn't realize how dirty my car was till I saw it actually clean!!!

Came here after a terrible experience at a different car wash and got the wash done! I did the works for the outside of the car, complete with waxing. I paid $3 on the machine which is cheaper than a lot of places I've gone. I also emptied out my car, purchased some cloths, glass cleaner, and inside car cleaner from the vending machine. Finally, I vacuumed the inside of my car. Everything was in working order and I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes (this is saying a lot because my car was a MESS before). Will definitely return again! Thanks for the great service.
