The sign does not clearly state that minimum amount is $3. So, until that amount is met the machine will not begin the first or subsequent cycles. Also, time provided for the price is comparatively lower than what is common at other coin wash business. In my experience, all the available options on the machine were not functioning.

Used to go here to was my truck one a week, the quality was OK back then, but there really were not too many options then. Now there are many more options and they have no kept up with the times. Unfortunately they don't seem to want to upgrade or even maintain the location. The only thing updated since I first went here are the prices.

It was okay. $3+ to start the wash. Other places are startimg at $4.00. My only issue was the safety. Winter it ices and no one salted the floor in the bay. It was scary slippery.

Decent self serving station. The lines take too long to clear up when you change modes from soap, to rinse, to wax etc. Which ends up wasting you total time for the wash tho.

All the tools and equipments are working properly. Location is not bad. The girl at the reception was not active. She didn't give any instructions or information. Even she didn't say to change gear to parking or neutral, simply took receipt, turn the machine on and left.

Car wash does not state how long it will work. The sign says only 3 or 2 dollars. I put $3 did work. After that I put $2 did not work. I person showed up saying he is the owner and did not believe me when I told him that I did not get my time. He ask to put more money or leave. Do not waste your money. Rude management. I WISH I CAN GIVE ZERO THEN ONE STAR.

Best car wash in peel region.try different car wash in brampton, Mississauga and toronto downtown so far this is best one. Totally worth it. Give these guys visit and try their no.4 wash it's the best , it make you car brand new. I visit this place for detailing, shampoo and car wash ( my car look like brand new). I have awesome experience there I can wait inside watch the guys (employees)in the camera that what they doing to my car. How much time they are actually spending and what they are doing in that time Totally transparent. Not like other car wash where you don't know what's happening with your car behind close door. Honest ,respectful,professional and hardworking employees and employer. Employer is so kind that he converse with customer and employees in polite and respectful way. Repect for Hardworking international students employees who work there pay attention to every detail.

Plus they have 6 bays for cleaning and 2 bays for interior cleaning as well .prices are definitely less than the competition. Owners understand the needs of their clients and have spent top dollar to make this place better than the others. While the bad reviews were for the old place. They have spent good amount of money to make this place into a very decent car wash place. As someone who cares for his car alot. I would recommend this to everyone. You will not be dissapointed.

The price is right. The drive thru do a great job of washing my SUV. I give four star because when I started buying the monthly pass I use to get from the day I buy it say the 20 to the 20 of the following month. Now for some reason wen I buy it am getting from the 20 to the 19 of the following month. I Kno it's not much but hard working people don't like to feel rip off even tho it's only a day.. But away from that I don't have any other complaints ????.

Nice high pressure wash. Coin operated. There is a clock but no warning buzzer so you really have to watch the clock. Has 2 high bays so I can bring my 9'2" tall Sprinter Van without worrying about the height. Always busy.

I've been coming here every once in a while when the car is insanely dirty. This morning I decided to go before work since it's covered in salt. I went in one bay, put in $5 and... nothing happened. Water didn't even turn on. I went around the building and found no one to complain to. There was no sign saying OUT OF SERVICE or anything. The super fast 5 minute timer worked, but the water didn't. I understand things happen and nothing's perfect but this is unacceptable, especially seeing it happened to many others based on the reviews here. Unless I get my $5 back, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The cheapest drive through car wash i have known in city of Brampton. Also, when you buy a monthly pass, they give you vacuum complimentary. The only thing is that it is super busy at times but that's okay when you get a wah for $1.. I definitely recommend this place for people who wish to keep their car nice and shiny ????????

No Hot Water always cold water even winter time. Doesn't even clean the car no matter what. The least amount of soap possible. Yes it has been worked on but there is way better do it yourself washes out there that use SOAP and HOT WATER!

Went there today to wash my car. Put $3 in, with dial at Soap. By the time the little bit of soap starting coming, time was up. Put in another $3 and barely got the car rinsed off. And with cold water, no less. Then I went to vacuum the car. $2 and I didn't get the back seat finished. The guy who works or owns it, says it runs for 5 min. But I disagree. He was nice enough to put $2 in the machine for me but I will never go back there again. It is a ripoff. Way too many more options out there.

Bought monthly pass for $33.00. The wash is okay but they close too early and not whats stated on Google. Been here at 7:30 pm and they already closed the drive through car wash. Most people leave work late and can't get here on time. For a drive through, it should be opened much more late than that.

i had my car cleaned at galaxy car i paid 60 for a job that was substandard when i went into the waiting area the man behind the counter was not wearing a mask serveral people that work there came i no mask on 2 customers came in they didn't have a mask on the person behind the desk did not ask anybody to wear a mask so i told him he should wear a mask as well as his workers and customers so he put on a mask and asked the customers to do so also then when my car was cleaned i watched a worker drive my car out without a mask so i told him again that due to my health i was not happy that they weren't wearing masks so he wiped my car with alcohol so i go to the store and opened the trunk and they didn't even vacuum the trunk and they broke the knob on my air vent on the drivers

Monthly pass is only for one car but Brampton Galaxy Car Wash didn't mention until I made the payment and this sucks if you have two cars. If you buy a monthly pass you should be able to wash once a day doesn't matter which vehicle and truly misleading advertising period! Also note it is a basic car wash and not that great.

do not go to this car wash, because I put in my 2 dollars and it didn't do nothing so then I put in more coins and it still didn't work so we went to the back to see if there was any manager and nobody was there so we tried to call the website the only phone number online was not in service so we gave up and then we saw a sign that said use at own risk that's not what you expect from a car wash.
