I purchased an automated carwash that was 17 dollars. I went through and my truck was still very dirty so I talked to the manager and she agreed to give me another code. After the second time, my truck had the exact same markings, so I pointed then out to her and asked if I could get a refund. She denied and offered for me to do manual hand wash which i was not willing for because I had paid for the extra service for a reason and didn't have the extra time to manually wash my truck. Overall it was rude management who kept saying it was not their problem. Poor management

One of the best places to stop for any vehicle needs. Competitive gas prices, nice selection of drinks and snacks, multiple touchless car washes, and coin/card operated vacuum cleaners. Also has a propane refill tank!

Not a bad gas station, just always busy and can be hard to get out of the parking lot if you need to turn left. Annoying that they keep the slurpee cups behind the counter.

They have unprofessional staff there, they attack there customers and the manager does nothing about it and allows it. Horrible horrible plave to go. Its worth the extra drive to shell. Esso is a very unproffesional place to go. Its like a bunch of people straight from welfare came to work there.

Unhappy with our trip here last weekend. Came to gas up and use their Air Station... nothing unusual about th $1 charge but barley got the second tire some air before it shut off, finished that one and got to the third before it shut off again. Clerk was unsympathetic. Washroom was also "out of service".

Extremely Strict. I went there to buy a Slushy on a very hot day during a walk, I went in and one of the staff employee told me to take off my bag assuming that i'd steal something. Very rude and impolite employee.

Went here it was not even 10 yet only 945 pm did not want to sell lotto and the lazy grave yard worker did not want to help me I have never seen such a rude or lazy person but everytime we go told there this guy is the same.a man with kid came in the store asked to use washroom he said was closing soon and his 8 year old kid could not use the washroom, wow just so he didn't have to clean it again nice service from the grave yard kid with the pony tail

I have washed my truck at this location for 20 years. Probably spent 50,000 dollars on fuel and car washes etc. I frequent this location 4 - 5 times a week to purchase last minute items on the way home. I buy my propane and other items here as well. My wife also shops here 3 times a week and she fuels our family car here. Today I purchased a Automated car wash worth 17 dollars. I went through and the wand hit my mirror. The car wash stopped almost immediately and I pulled ahead. Truck full of soap. No car washed. Keep in mind I have been through this car wash many times and the wand has never stopped nor hit my mirror. I pulled around went back inside and asked if I could have another car wash. They attendants asked me if it hit my vehicle and stopped. I said yes my mirrors. They than proceeded to tell me that it was my fault so they can not give me another code for a car wash. They have signs posted etc. I argued with them for about 30 seconds but don't really have time to lose my patience with the attendants. I let them know I have come here many times and spent many dollars here. They refused to let me go through so the soap could be rinsed off. I hope the owner reads this and realizes that he has lost a 20 year customer and about 10,000 in fuel every year. and I will be letting my friends and family know.about the customer service I received here. All for 17 dollars. Nice day to wash my truck in my driveway I guess. I viewed this as paying for a service and not receiving one. Its the same as stealing.

Terrible service, I just moved to chilliwack and have gone to this gas station 3 times. There is a middle aged woman who works there and has been there all 3 visits. She is rude, abrupt and stares me down every time I go in. I'm a very friendly lady and she has no reason to act that way towards me. First time I thought maybe she is having a bad day but 3 visits later I realized that is not the case. Today is the last time I will go to this gas station.

This is a great gas station stop at. I'm a night owl so I like that it's open all night. I don't drive so I don't use it to fill up on gas or anyting but I love the selection in store. My favourite thing though would have to be the Screamers. The employees know how to quickly move a line and they are always quick to be of assistance to anyone who needs it. It's a great place to go if all the grocery stores are closed and you need any staple foods.

Used to buy most of our gas and diesel and used the car wash on a regular basis at this place (5 vehicles) but stopped a few years ago after the owner refused to honor 2 car wash tickets that my wife gave myself and my son for Christmas gifts even though she was told when purchased that they would renew them if they expired. Now today I brought (2) 20lb propane bottles in to be filled that I purchased at this location because I was talked into their $2 off deal (I only buy propane there but not anymore!!) to come to discover that they've now decided to no longer honor their own $2 off deal!!! I won't support a business that treats their customers like this, Happy to support the Rainbow/FasGas in Yarrow or pretty much any other station in Chilliwack. I will NEVER spend a cent again at Sardis Esso!!!
