I had problems getting a hold of them by phone(Voice mail full) or in person but they did phone me at the end of the day by calls coming in and I got an appointment. It is for that reason that I did not give them the full 5 star review. The rest was just great. 4/5. But read on. Very happy with the Gold Service Product that I chose. Quality-price was right on! ------- Second visit about 6 months later. I took the Gold Package. The second most expensive package. I downgrade it from 4 star to 1 star. 1. The first thing the person talked about was a surcharge for cleaning the inside roof for 20$. Not needed in my view. 2. The second was VERY frustrating! Not initially but still. The person had to leave at 3. I said no problem. No problem although this was different from the initial RV where there was no mention of this. I turned off the volume on my cell and only learned later that I received no less than 5 calls, yes 5 CALLS before 3 pm telling me that car was ready. I arrived at 14:55. It was NOT ready and I had to wait till 3:20. Read point 3 for what was not done. 3. There were very few wax smears but some did appear. Since then, MANY have appeared. The console box between the two front seats was not even vaccumed let alone cleaned. The back seats of the SUV were not folded to clean the area that I actually use quite a bit. In conclusion, there is little gold about it! Please don't phone me 5 times ( I can't believe it!) to ask me to come at 3 if you are unable to deliver the merchandise! Imagine if I were working at the time or had other things on my schedule. A total lack of respect. And finally, everybody has the right to make mistakes but the person who pushed for the 3 pm pick up, who phoned me 5 times to pick it up , might have better spent his time finishing his job. And....apologized for a job that was esthetically less than Bronze. I will never return here.

Effectivement, ma voiture était sale lorsque je l'ai apporté au Centre Lavage auto mais elle n'était pas propre après y'être passé. On m'a dis que c'était très sale et qu'ils ont passé 6 heurs a deux personnes mais je n'y crois rien, j'ai tout fais dimanche seul et mon résultat était de loin supérieur du coup!!! -Difficile de prendre rendez-vous -Mauvais acceuil -Mauvais service non obtenus A éviter a tout pris

Horrible service and quality. One of the most sketchy places and experiences. The inside of the car seemed to have been vacuumed very quickly, and there was still dust everywhere. The outside of the car seems to have been cleaned with something too abrasive for the car, and has left tons of small scratches. Also did not include the air freshener listed in the package.
