I have never wrote a review before but for this company I had to. Used their service for the first time today. Got a car detailing interior/exterior and wax. Could not say more great things about the job they did. AMAZING JOB!! Car looks brand new again like the day I bought it. Went the extra mile. Very reasonable on price and speed! Wonderful! I arrived for my interior clean and they offered me a ride home and pick up once it was ready. I was fully expecting to walk home on this cold day, so it was a really nice perk. They finished quickly. When I got there, the car was warm, ready, and so clean it looked new again. They even washed the exterior and cleaned the tires, which they did not have to do. Great job! Thanks for the hard work and going the extra mile. I will definitely come back.

Patrick and his team did a fantastic job. My sports-car and SUV look literally like new. They cleaned even hidden corners and areas of the cars which other detailing shops do not even touch. I referred a friend's minivan to be cleaned and she told me yesterday that she is over the moon how her minivan looks like now. (she has three kids between 3- 10) .

They did a good job at cleaning the vehicle, but I was very unpleasantly surprised to find an eighth tank of gas missing, and the radio station on a channel I never listen to. I spoke with them promptly about it, supposedly it’s to dry the carpets, I was supposed to be notified before the detailing that they will have to idle my vehicle for a long period of time to dry the carpets. My truck has a 136 litre tank, that’s 17 litres of fuel idling. Seems a little excessive to me. Guess I’ll have to absorb the $20+ dollar fuel bill. I’ll be glad to speak with anyone about this issue further

great attention to detail! $180 and my mom's old Celica looks nearly new again, inside & out. I don't think the car has been cleaned in ten years. will be a great surprise for her! pleasant and professional staff. thanks for all your hard work!!!

Gave my car for full detailing. Rims were not cleaned. Not properly waxed. Dirt here and there. They had told minor scratches will be gone with buffing but I didn’t see much difference. Not happy at all with the amount I was charged for this kind of work. Good learning experience.????

I didn't recognize my car. I road warrior in my car, and I road warrior to muddy places. It was the first cleaning in a year (COVID). The car looks and smells brand new. BETTER than brand new. Serious attention to detail here. I have taken my other cars to other places in the past and been presented with work I could have done myself. I could NEVER have gotten my car this clean with a whole weekend to do it. Showtime has a solid process and fantastic people and it shows in their work. Great customer service, follow up and timely completion allows me to get other things done and fit a detail into my schedule. This is a huge value for me as an entrepreneur who has his own customers to engage during my day. I will be back to get my car cleaned again (hopefully not a year from now) and will be bringing my other cars in as well.

My girlfriend just purchased a 2006 Honda CRV! The vehicle had been mechanically maintained but the interior and exterior...not so much. Badly stained seats, salt and dirt encrusted carpet and mats etc... Showtime went above and beyond our expectations! Literally, with the exception of the 2 or 3 rusty bits, "ROY", could pass for a brand new vehicle! Don't let the exterior of Showtime's building fool you, this is a 5 star business! Obviously, the excellent work and reasonable prices are the focus of these folks!! Thank you Pat, and Melissa...and whomever else worked on our vehicle!

These guys are miracle workers. I am still in shock at what an amazing job they did. They cleaned my wife's car to a brand new condition. Brought my 4runner there for a full detail and buffer. When i got my vehicle back it looked amazing. After a few weeks i began to notice some buffer swirles (holograms)around the vehicle. I contacted them and without hesitation they took my vehicle back and rebuffed free of charge. A couple weeks after when the wax diminished I began to notice the issue was not fixed. Will need to visit another detailer to fix the issue.

The owner of the business (Patty) backed a customer truck hitch into a vehicle on the road. He voiced his intentions to not let the customer know his truck was in an accident (whether he did or not idk). If you own a lime green Dodge Ram truck license plate ending 44364 and had it in last week, it was used to accidentally damage a car driving by to the point it was not drive-able. Not too sure how a guy gets to own a car detailing place if he can’t even properly and safely back out of his own lot.

I'll start by saying they may very well do a wonderful job. I just didnt get the chance to find out. I made an appointment. Showed up and they forgot to write my appointment down. No big deal. Short staffed so they said it would take awhile, fine. It was going to be 4hrs. Seems like a bit much but my boyfriend who was dropping it off decided whatever he would just walk around town. 4 hours later they called.. they said turns out they cant do it today and i could reschedule. Noooope. If youre short staffed and cant do it just say so instead of leaving us without a vehicle for hours for no reason. I also was told keys were in the car when i went to pick it up. After searching all over i i decided i i should just go ask where in the car they put them. She looked and said oh, sorry they are in the office. ????????‍♀️ Not impressed with the service. Hopefully that was just a bad day for them, but I wasnt planning to reschedule and find out.

I hate this place.. I've been twice and both time it's never worth my money. They don't actually clean your car at all.. They didn't clean inside any of the compartments or vacuum it at all. My windows were full of streaks as well

I had made an appointment with this car detailingas i had read some of thevreviews and most were positive. I have never had car detailing done and wanted to treat myself. I showed up earlier than my appointed time. I left my keys with them and said id just be sitting nearby. I sat and entertained myself it was a beau day outside. As insaid inwas closeby and my car didn’t move from the spot i had parked for a whole hour past my appointment time! I was not impressed, asked for my keys back and as i did so wS told “ oh they were just gonna do yours next!” I took my keys and left, will not be recommending this company!

I paid for a full detail package which I was assuming was their top of the line offer. The inside Detailing was well done and would probably warrant a higher mark. The car wash and wax was ok however the rims were still dirty on all four tires and I would think there would have been a higher attention to details for the cost. I’m definitely satisfied with the service and I am a repeat customer, but not blown away this time.

Took my boat in for detailing and can't believe the finished job. The boat is 16 years old and it came out looking like new. I feel the money was not spent, it was invested and worth every penny. Forgot to ask his name but the big guy (gentle giant) was extremely helpful and congenial. Thanks everyone from the front desk to the cleaning crew. Job well done
