Lost a windsheild wiper on my Rover earlier in the week. Saw Kenny from Pennzoil in line at Timmies and mentioned it. Within 5 minutes I had brand new wipers on the Rover and was on my way. Better wipers than the stock I had on there. Thought it was going to be super expensive there. Not at all. All my oil changes, headlight restorations and car washes done right there. Wouldn't go anywhere else. In and out like clock work. The team there are fantastic. Kenny told me they are doing Auto detailing as well now. One stop shop.

Let me start by saying this review is about a mr patel working there. i bring in my nice van covered in stickers and he proceeds to tell me how crazy it looks ( i thought it was subtle). Then , of all thing, i loose my etest information. You know what this man did!? he gave me a new one ???? amazing service with free jokes! thanks for all the help guys

Top notch, friendly, professional & fast service. Prices were considerably higher than I was expecting to pay - $66 fees + tax included for a conventional oil change. They also charged me $5 to remove the skid plate (they did ask for my approval before removing it), which no other oil place I've gone to has charged me for.

A short time after my visit my partner and I began to experience engine trouble. Spitting and spuddering to the point of the vehicle dying on the 401 during our daily commute to work. Much to our surprise we learned from Cobourg Nissan that Pennzoil put the wrong oil through this vehicle causing the solonoids to blow out. While at the dealership I reached out to Pennzoil to be told there was no manager working and a supervisor was available. The conclusion of speaking with the supervisor was that the manager was going to gain contact with me with the information that was left the following Monday after the weekend. One month later and still no phone call.. much to my surprise. (Sarcasm) reading the reviews . I seem to have gotten the same remark everyone else has gotten. It's not possible that there was a mistake made... Truth be told it is. I find the responses back to these reviews both barbaric and one sided. This isn't something a free oil change fixes.. Paying the dealership would be a bare minimum start along with a phone call back from the manager..

Nice staff. Efficient at what they do. Sold me on upgrading some items that I don't believe needed to be. (Cabin air filter) having issues (engine smoke coming into cabin) since I had my oil changed but not sure if it's related. ???? Kind staff very courteous free coffee with oil change. Would go back if they don't upcharge me again. Basic synthetic oil change comes with fluid/tire pressure top up.

This is the third time I have had oil leaking. First 2 times oil filter not on tight enough. And now leaking oil from the drain plug. $121 for an oil change, I expect quality service. This will be my last time having them change my oil. Never again. No thanks.

Awesome customer service at this location! Quick oil changes along with thorough inspection of my car. Reliable services, very convenient location and minimal wait times as they’re open 7 days a week. I can go based on my schedule and never have to worry about making a prior appointment. I love the fact that they’re not pushy about selling other services or products, yet the knowledgeable staff would provide suggestions. Free car wash is always a bonus! Recently got my car detailing done along with oil change, they did a great job with it, just like any other services they offer. Worth every penny..will go back as their customer service makes them stand out!

takes advantage of person new to driving upscales them by putting in synthetic oil in a 2006 car. A person working hard for money gets it stolen. I give you up sell air cleaner okay not a big expense. but synthetic oil. what a bunch of thieves. happy customers is our goal another lie

When I got my oil changed, they put a whole jug of windshield washer fluid into my vehicle. So it must have been almost empty. A week later, the temperature got to -10 and my windshield washer fluid froze. I called them up and spoke to a manager. The manager told me there is no way possible that they would have put summer fluid windshield washer fluid into my vehicle. A bold face lie. And that’s all it takes for me not to go there again

The most ignorant service I can ever remember. Shorted me nearly 2 litres of oil and when I called about it I was yelled at, called names and passed from person to person. 2 days later I was offered $20 off my next oil change, I'd paid $30 to top it up. They charge me $126 for full synthetic and filter. I won't even buy fuel there again.
