Nice wash but it is NOT spotless. If I don't get out and wipe my truck down then there will be spots. Also they should power wash (and hand scrub) the front and back like Classic Car Wash on Anne St. does.

Bit of a rollercoaster experience. Matt, the manager of the car wash side, great customer service and was able to fix a pretty big miss. However, after two times getting my truck Rasheed, neither time was it clean. Disappointing.

Like others have shared, the facilities are very clean, modern and bright. The car wash itself does a fantastic job; at least the one that I have purchased which was the "Clean". I have bought a monthly pass and it is extremely easy to use. No need to open the window or scan a card, it recognizes the license plate and lets you through immediately. Additionally, the unlimited car washes are truly unlimited; you could, if you wanted to, get a car wash and then circle back through for another. My only gripe would be with the hours of operation; I don't know about you, but if you're like my husband who leaves for work earlier than 7 and doesn't get home until after 7 at night can't use these facilities (I would have bought him a pass for his truck). Since the car wash is only open from 7 - 7, it's not very helpful (I do understand why these hours are in effect, as an employee needs to be present at the beginning of the car wash to guide you in, and at the end to guide you out). Additionally, they are closed on Sundays, leaving only Saturdays to use the car wash. If this is you, the monthly pass is probably not worth it, though it is worth noting the free vacuum service outside, which I believe can be used outside of operating hours, but don't quote me on that one.

Staff vey nice, Jeremy is awesome but 2 months ive paid for unlimited wash and their drying and spot free rinse is just not there. Car is always wet when it comes out. I cancelled but willing to rejoin if that dryer signficantly improves and I get some kind of relief on buying the most expensive monthly car wash pkg going forward. I recently used Zenetec's services to re paint my truck bumper after I scratched it. I'm a very picky person when I comes down to my truck and they were phenomenal. The shop looks like an F1 garage spotless and the manager and staff on veterans are top notch. They back their work and I would recommend them to anyone.

I stopped in originally with a free wash coupon from my last service at Barrie Subaru. It worked well but is a little out of my way. I then got a promotion text for 50% off my next wash, I went and had a great experience both times. I had stopped on both visits and had asked some questions about the vacuums and pay machine and both employees were extremely helpful and happy to answer my questions. They also seemed happy to be working (nice change) I usually wash my own car religiously but it takes me about 1hr every time using waterless wash at home. It is not easy to keep up with during the winter months with all of the salt and slush… I love my car and want it to last so I looked into monthly options and they currently have a “Prancer” promotion which is their premium unlimited washes per month for 3 months at $120 total (plus hst) GREAT VALUE! I stopped in today to test it out. I had some troubles understanding the email confirmation after purchasing so I again asked someone changing garbages, they directed me to the manager inside, Matt. He was great and quick to confirm all of the steps were followed correctly. You drive up, it scans your plate and opens the gates. He also took the extra time to explain how payment details work and renewals options after the three months are up. I have nothing negative to say. Keep at it!! ????

Went today for my car interior detailing, spend around 60$ on it. Service was 0 almost. They did very poor detailings in my car interior. Spotted lots of spaces which was remaining for cleaning . When I told one of their guy they told me that I didn’t clean your car. Is this a way to treat customer and is this way they do their work. I will give 0 for professionalism. Now I know how’s their deluxe cleaning. I am planing to get their membership but now I will not for sure

Hi there the only reason why I gave it a 4 star rating is because there are numerous times where my family and I have received a different car wash then what we pay for. We have used your carwash for almost a year and have Protect that we pay for and there are times when the system gets it wrong and we receive a different one. That said though it is a great car wash and believe me the 4 of us use it constantly.

Because this Zentec car wash doesn't pre-spray the loose dirt off the cars ( even though there are 2 attendants present ) you end up with deep scratches in your paint. But the manager was awesome in jis resolve and I would still consider them the best in town.

Place is SUPER busy most of the times. Was told mornings were best. Had trouble trying to get an interior detail on trying for the first time. I guess they ran out of codes for online orders and then needed someone to help me through - only really worked out when it wasn't super busy. Detailing itself was ok, can't complain when it's an express service. They did a decent job in the amount of time, but skipped over a few of the interior pockets and couldn't figure out where the mats were supposed to go so I had to take them out and rearrange after. Went over a couple of these missed spots after as well. Think that I would go to a different detailer next time and pay the extra to take it to an appointment booked slot and have a little more time spent on it.

Car wash for regular clean was $12 but I have to say that's not a bad price for how clean my truck turned out still at that rate it's maybe a 2 times a year thing. Vacuums were free but didn't have time to do it that day so will go back again later. The free car wash promo does not work so don't. UPDATE was emailed a code but not sure if that fixes the text issue.

Go to the new car wash they said. Brand new vehicle for a brand new car wash. BIG MISTAKE, THIS CAR WASH DESTROYED MY VEHICLES FINISH. The supervisor said they could paint correct the vehicle but I would have to pay them $200. Beware, if you appreciate your vehicles finish go touchless. Our body tech said the finish was the worst she had seen.$500 to correct the finish and more $ to come.

If you go during off hours your in and out in minutes. Even during normal times the wait is not to long. Very slick operation, esoecially the plate reader. The car wash does a ggreat job. Next will be a complete ibside abd out wash.

Went there for the first time, did the wash and detailing. 50$ later, not the best clean on the inside, however the attendant was extremely nice. After the detailing, I noticed a scuff in my door, I also noticed one on the other side, they weren’t there before. I then spoke with the front receptionist and she told me to drop it off to buff it out, during the week mon to Friday 8-5 to just come in wouldn’t be a problem at all to fix it. My husband then took time off to bring in my truck, he spoke to Julius, and I then did via phone who first tried to brush it off as a door; I told him, both sides of my truck have the same scuffs, thats highly unlikely and they weren’t there that afternoon. I sent him the pictures, and he then told me (via phone) that someone would be in touch after he spoke to the manager. Well, nothing yet, If your employee has stated it will be a drop in and buff it out not problem, you should honour that word. For 50+$ I wasn’t expecting to possible have to pay out to get it fixed. The 3 stars are for only for the customer service I received in person from the receptionist and Mathiaus(sp?). Once I hear from someone I will update my review. (Tried to attach photos but it won’t allow me too)

Very convenient. The staff is really friendly and accomodating! And they cleaned the interior super well!! (minus the passenger side windshield - it was so streaky) Unfortunately the wait was really long - there were only 2 cars ahead of me and the whole process of waiting in line, car wash, and detailing took 2h30m. I wouldn't recommend if you are in a rush, it took up the whole morning. The staff in the initial lineup was really kind and apologetic about the wait, which I appreciated.

I brought my car here for a wash and detailing on a busy Friday afternoon. All of the staff were very communicative about wait times, and very friendly and courteous in all of our interactions. Very poor service. I paid for a deluxe interior cleaning and got a poor job done. Chips were still on the floor of my 3rd row seats (though I paid an extra$4.99 plus tax), kids fingerprints were on the back glass and they never took out my trunk liner which comes out easier than the floor mats to vacuum my trunk space. I went there because I was impressed with the marketing of the place and decided to give it a try. They gave me a free exterior wash for my bad experience but for me first impression counts. I'll probably use my free wash and I will never take another car there.

I had a bumper which needed to be repaired and painted. I am capable in removing panels but don’t have the skills or tools for body work. I met with Nick G and he was able to look at the bumper and give me a reasonable quote. I brought the bumper in and was told it may be available the next week but was completed the next day. I picked it up, paid, was on my way and had it reinstalled in the next hour. The colour match on the blue pearl paint was amazing considering they didn’t have the car there to match, just the paint from the bumper. Meh Experience. The car never seems to dry enough and always leaves water marks around the vehicle. The wash quality seems inconsistent. Even though its soft touch, feels like my paint is less shiny than before so my clear coat seems a little cloudier. I wish it was better for convenience but hand-washing is the best so far for me and my car. The mat cleaner also doesn’t clean all weather mats so that was a disappointment as well.

Best car wash setup I've ever seen. Drive right up to one of the three gates, put in your card, get receipt and gate goes up. Drive through is huge, powerful and brushes are soft and work great. Although place is less than a month old, its pristine condition is likely to be the norm. Car was really dirty with salt and grime and it cleaned it right up, including rear end, which is always a problem other places. I've join=ed the car wash club and will use it frequently, especially during the winter months.

Great value on the membership and having the auto renew and control through the app is nice too. The wash quality is pretty good overall, underneath vehicle wash is a little weak. Love the free vacuums. The facility is really nice overall. The licence plate reading system is a little finicky if you have a cover or your plate is dirty. Sometimes you have to wait for a couple of minutes for someone to come out and manually read your plate. Starting to see some scratches and swirls in my paint that weren't noticeable before I got my membership.

This place features automatic touch car washes and personalized interior detailing. Lots of vacuums outside if you want to do it yourself. Prices are pretty good. Service is pretty great, too. I came in primarily for an interior detailing but was told it would be a 45 minute wait. I declined to wait so they apologized and gave me a free car wash instead. Thanks!

Overall a good wash system, likely the best in Barrie. Fairly thorough and free vacuums. Also interior service is a good value. Suggest a power spray at the start of the wash to get heavy stuff off your car before the suds and brushes hit. Also I think the blower should be positioned better. Does do the best job of drying the vehicle. Angle them to the front of the car so the water blows thoroughly back. Might also be better if there was a little more time after spotless rinse, before the blowers hit the car. Then there's less water to try and blow off—more effective.

I just had my car detailed at Zenetec Barrie and they did an amazing job. I got the "deluxe" detailing package. It was fast and great value for the service they provided. They were extremely professional and handled everything at a distance (due to covid-19). I have only ever used their car wash before today but I would definitely recommend the detailing and I will be returning.

FREE VACUMMING! Really nice to not have to rush my vacuuming haha considering I have four dogs that shed like a maniac. Really spacious and so much options to have done all in one spot. your not rushing to do anything. Thereare seats for when they're doing your car. Never been there til today and it was fantastic. I mean it IS a carwash; they wash my car. They also scent the soap sometimes, I enjoy that. But it has plenty of downsides. Starting at the gate, their system of scanning license plates should be amazing but somehow the line is always a bajillion years long. They space the cars so close together that the back of your car never gets a good clean. In fact somebody hit us just inside the wash tunnel one day because a staff was out directing him to keep pulling forward. Zenetec collected our information but for a collision centre they refused to take off our bumper and check for damage. I don't know what they do to the tires but they're outrageously slippery when you exit the tunnel. And getting onto the road after you're done is a nightmare. Somebody always wants to turn left but that's impossible so the leaving line is always backed up. I'm also not sure why the wash system isn't just fully automatic. Why does it need human staff to supervise the process? Because of this, it's not open on Sundays or after 8pm. That's the owner's prerogative, but I mean I'm paying so much for a monthly pass and I can't use it at night or on one of the two days I have off

Confusion when I first pulled off the street for the first time but I found the Lane for non-club members were there was an assistant helping someone else and she was able to help me get the program number in however with the new vehicle having the hold the neutral button down for a few seconds before the car goes into car wash is a little challenging since it was so quick to take the vehicle even though there was an assistant there but all worked out.

This place is so friggen busy all the time, you can't get in or out of the parking lot. We got rear ended in the car wash, and despite asking for the Zenetec to have their collision people check our car for damage under the bumper cover they would not. Last I paid for a full month of car washes and their bull... system gave me a massive 3 days of car washes. Avoid this place it's nothing but frustration.

I signed up for a monthly pass and went there on a Sunday, they were closed. However, I have been around the block a few times and never have I seen anything like this car wash. I mean it absolutely blew me away. It's got to have thirty vacums(FREE) Not to mention this little machine that you put your car mats in and they come out the other side clean, oh(FREE) You can purchase monthly passes and clean your 'till the cows come home. I have had my car fixed there a couple of times and they did a fantastic job so when I seen this car wash I shouldn't of been to surprised. But I was! 10 out of 10????????

They made a very stressful situation easier for me, letting me know about the process, were very patient with me and all my questions. I recently purchased the car wash club membership and I am loving it. I can go as many times as I want and the line is super fast and you don't even need to show your card. All you do is drive thru the car wash club line and the attendant will check your license plate to verify its you and off you go. I will definitely continue the monthly membership as its worth it. I can do 3 washes or more and thats pays for the membership cost monthly. Great to have especially in the winter!

Such a great job cleaning! My car was awful...and it looks brand new! I am so impressed in how I was treated with Duke. He is training to be my service dog. Zenetec welcomes dogs and after he was nervous after coming through the washing portion and coming out of my truck he did so well, I didn't have time to vest him. The wonderful employees welcomed him and he loved all the attention. It was lovely to choose for him to have a "day" off. And he still loved doing his training (he was smiling!!) Thank you so much!

I have a monthly pass for the car wash, my issue is operating hours. Last Saturday Dec 8 I found the car wash closed at 3pm and it is closed on Sunday's. The other day it was closed and I was told it was because there were few customers. Apart from that the service itself when it is open is good but I'm unlikely to renew my monthly pass if I can't have a clean car on Monday!

Love this place! Just got the car wash package about 2 weeks ago! Nothing beats a clean truck! I use my truck for work and it takes a beating from the salt! So it’s nice to be able to run thru the car wash on the way home every night! Super clean and shiny when it comes out wash is best I have seen from any car wash facility. I have noticed a little left over soap like previous person wrote. But that was only maybe two times and those days it was super cold out! I think it’s freezing to the truck! I’ve been going every day since I got pass and it’s perfect every other time!

I was impressed with the process of recycled water. However. 1) The soap was never completely rinsed off my truck. 2) if I didn’t fold my mirrors in the gentle brushes would push them out. (If you have power mirrors this can mess with the gears and it may take a few try’s to reset your mirrors) 3) after a couple months of washes the side jets were actually stripping the paint from my rocker panels. 4) the Center of my truck was never clean. 5) it bent my antenna slightly 6) THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT: The scratches from the machinery hitting your vehicle and the time and effort it has taken me to repair the swirl scratches in my paint is not with it. In short if you care for the life of your vehicle DO NOT use this wash. My vehicle is a 2017

I thought my Jeep got scratched in the car wash but Matt (the manager) reached out to me and asked me to bring my vehicle to the facility. It turns out the car wash can't scratch your car and even though I was mistaken Matt got an employee from the collision center to buff out one of the scratches. The other one wasn't fixable or he would have fixed that too. This car wash is excellent! Highly recommend!

I went to wash my car this morning I speak to the manager because when I when the was the car West recommended by Nissan when I win Kelly car wash I stopped a few minutes when I come out of the store the car was full in white spots lights up I mean dry all over the windows every place brand new car and I when did it again they got they gave us okay but they don't take the effort to do the job the quality of the job was really low quality did Mama yet send somebody to clean it up the guy that his best but that was not a clean car I have to tell you I was disappointed I hope you're the older Anderson hundred people go there to wash the car for the amount of money they charge the supposed to do better quality control when the car came out of there car wash epic are you leave the car wash with it when the car is dry is full of white as dry soap all over the car and you paying that much money dies really no good bad reputation so I was disappointed

Free vacuums are excellent, if you bring someone with you each person can us a vacuum doing passenger and driver sides at once. Just wish itvwas open on Sundays but no big deal.

Tried it for the first time today . Was very easy to use and great results So impressed with results and speed of clean , went home , got wife's car and repeat . Will sign up . BTW , did see white Ford F150 of the previous reviewer and he did have some excess soap remaining , but the rest of the truck looked very good lol. Going on my 3rd month with this club and I noticed a slight overall change to the finish of the wash. Vehicle had more spotting than usual after air drying. Brought this to their attention and without hesitation the manager, Matt Scott, came and introduced himself and addressed my concerns. Being a new system I appreciate that it needs tweaking and it was more than adequately explained how it is being addressed. End of my concerns !! Cannot express the quality and costs of this operation enough to my neighbors and friends. From the camera recognition of my registration# (no punching in of numbers here!), to boom lift, in and out of the tunnel in under 2 MINUTES !! Great to have them in Barrie.

Vehicle is never dry when leaving, don't tell me I'm entering too quick because every single car that rolls out is still dripping wet. Also super annoying that you can pay at any of the two left kiosk. There should be a lane for members and a lane for people who want to buy a wash. Nothing grinds my gears more than 10 cars getting ahead of me because the guy ahead of me isn't a member and is taking his time buying a wash, I'm a member with 4 vehicles in the membership (I'm giving you alot of money) fix these issues or I'll be sad.
