WOW This place is just amazing. I had my Audi brought here for a detail and ceramic coating and the results blew me away! Worse experience EVER!!! Please be careful with those guys they will DESTROY your car! I’ve brought brand new BMW X5 to them to do front part with protection film and ceramic coating for entire body. At the time of pick up few issues were found and the owner promised that they will correct the issues. When I arrived home a scratch was found at the back of the car in the trailer hitch area. I’ve phoned the owner and brought that to his attention. The owner ALEXANDRE told me that it’s impossible that his guys scratch the car!! By the way the car was brand new from dealership and I have a video picking up the car where there is NO scratches on the car. After I asked to provide me a video recording from the shop area but there excuse was that they have records only for the last 24 hours and they can’t provide them. After a lot of going back and force they ordered a new part but refused to paint it! A lot of protection film started to pilling off after a week and AGAIN they refused to fix it even though they said that it’s under the warranty. I’ve spent almost $4000 dollars and received a DESTROYED car! Now I will need to go and re do everything at different place!!!! Please BE CAREFUL WITH THEM! They are pretending that they are professionals but they are just a group of SCAMMERS!

Absolute wonderful experience. I took my SUV in after a very salty winter and when the team was done it looked better then when I first picked up my SUV. I waited in the comfortable waiting room working away while able to witness how the team at Washmaster goes above and beyond for every client. I bought a groupon, went online to book as I had called several times and no one ever answered the phone, eventually I left a message and did not hear back within a few days. I went online to book and noted that there were many available appointment times so i booked one. The next day i recieved a call to indicate that their next available time was over a month away. I attempted to call back several times each time no one answering and again left a message. About 4 days later I received a response, they left a voicemail. I attempted to call back a few more times again no one answering and I left another voicemail. It is 4 days since I left the message and have not heard back. Very disappointed with their lack if customer service! Unable to get my money back as it was more than 3 days to hear back from anyone to tell me they dont have any availability till mid June.

Very poorly done. Exterior was terrible. For a detailer the key is detail detail detail what a waste of over $270 I have read your review reply. The appointment was made with your staff and was told it would take 2 hours. I never demanded my vehicle and when showed up patiently waited for your staff to come back from a lunch break. It is easy to say we require more time and more time would be granted. It took me an extra 1.5 hours re doing my vehicle and again it’s details. I stick by my review and the star rating they wouldn’t allow a no star review. Your business charged $270 for a job that my child could achieve a higher standard.

I got the complete rejuvenation package for my 2018 Tiguan and I am VERY pleased with how it turned out. It took almost exactly the time they predicted it would (3.5 hours) and they took so much care with my car from cleaning the outside to the inside. They even conditioned my leather seats free of charge for being a first time customer. 100% this is the only place I’m getting my car detailed from now on Also bonus points because one of the guys cleaning my car knew the meaning of my licence plate right away (talking to you Dave!). If you’re considering going here, definitely do it. Update: as I predicted this is the only place I’ve been getting my car washed since originally posting this review. Awesome staff in there. They are very hardworking, and if you aren’t satisfied with the job they will make it right and fix everything for you.

Highly recommend this car detailing service in Barrie! After salty winter and multiple camping trips with my family, my car became a mess. These guys made my car crystal clean and polished with wax, even took care under the hood. Moreover, heavy salted stains are disapeared. I have tried to remove them myself, but failed. I found Washmaster through Social media, saw some pictures of previous vehicles that they have detailed and those pictures caught my attention. I decided to give them a try today (March 4, 2019). I responded through messenger and they were replied to my message quickly, Made an appointment. Arrived at the location and was greeted by super friendly staff. I had the premium Rejunvation package which is a full interior detail and full exterior detail and engine shampoo! They have cold beverages and even handed me a TV Remote to watch Netflix while they do their magic with my car. Their lounge is spotless, welcoming, bright. The service bay and equipment are spotless and clean, the equipment was cleaned and put back in their appropriate spot, the floors was always cleaned. I had some salt stains, etc and they removed the stains and such! My car is better then when I picked it up from the Dealership. Thank you AGAIN For the welcoming atmosphere!

Wow, what an amazing result! My car was in bad shape when I came in, lot's of spills, salt stain's, sand everywhere from a trip to Florida, the rims were essentially black from break dust and there were stains that I was not able to take out for the past 3 years. What I got back was nothing short of a brand new car, it looked like I just bought it brand new, not s single speck of dust, not one stain, Rims are like new and every single grain of sand was removed. I would easily travel the distance from Toronto to get this meticulous level of service every time, Highly Recommended!

Used these guys for the first time this year. They were professional, nice guys, and they did a great job. I had used Klassic Car Wash last year and found them somewhat hectic. It took a long time to get an appointment and on the day of it took forever to get my car done. When i picked it up the inside was still wet. Washmaster got me in exactly when I wanted to, I dropped the car off, they called saying it would be ready by 6:30pm. I picked it up right on time! Definitely recommend these guys.

I learned about Washmaster Auto Spa from a Facebook group that I follow, Ontario Mustang Club, as they are a sponsor of the club so I thought I would give them a try. When the service was completed, they asked me to do a review based on my recent experience. My car, nothing less than gross, disgusting, coffee stains, salt stains, almost to the point that it was embarrassing to show up with a car this dirty. I would like to share two reviews with you, first as a consumer, and second as a business owner and employer. As a consumer, I arrived at there location and was greeted immediately from friendly staff that made me feel welcome and important. They reviewed with me the package that I chose and the extra service that I wanted (exterior wash, interior clean and an extra service to remove some salt stains) and took my car right into the shop. They offered my some complimentary beverages, gave me a remote to watch TV while they did there thing, and made me feel comfortable while I waited. Upon completion of the service, they invited me into there service bay to inspect my vehicle to ensure that I was satisfied with the service that they provided. I was overwhelmed with the exceptional service that they provided me. My car was spotless, certainly exceeded my expectations, and I would note hesitate to refer anyone that I know to them. My compliments to the team for a job well done. Thank you so much! My second review, as a business owner, is more for feedback to the owner, management and staff, but may help others make a better judgement when deciding to use your business. What I didn't tell you about myself, is what I have done for a living for the past 25 years, and that is wash cars like you. Although my business is an automated wash system, kinda like comparing apples with oranges, I did see a lot of things during my experience with your company that I would like to share. 1. You offered a very clean and comfortable lounge area for a customer to wait for there vehicle. More importantly, your waiting area not only had large windows to watch the service, but you also had a large LCD monitor that I could watch from as well. I think that this is an excellent approach to promote transparency to your customer and will certainly help with building trust and confidence with your growing customer base. 2. Your service bay and equipment was impeccable, top notch, and I could clearly see that there was absolutely no expense spared when building your facility. Again, this is the difference from someone that is in it for the long run, and I think you money was well spent. 3. I paid lots of attention to your staff while they did my car and I would like to compliment them on the job they did. I have a considerable amount of experience using high pressure equipment and I was very impressed with the handling of the equipment. You staff stayed at a safe distance from my vehicle at all times, ensured that they took extra care that the lines were strait (no kinks in the hoses), cleaned up right after they finished using the equipment (squeegeed the floor, rolled up the hoses, etc.) makes for a safe working environment. I also want you to know that I very much appreciate the fact that you use hot water when pressure washing the vehicle and the extra time that was spent getting all the dirt off the vehicle prior to using a wash mitt on the vehicle. Again, this is experience that you demonstrated, great job. 4. I thank you for answering all my questions about the services that you offer and I would especially like to thank you for you honesty. You see, I am very educated on the negative effects of using touchless washes over a prolonged period of time. Its still amazes me how misinformed the consumer is. Excellent Job guys, if I had to grade my experience, definitely an A+ on quality and value.

I had my BMW waxed here last year and they did a fantastic job but last week I brought in my 21ft. boat for buffing and wax. I really did not expect it to come out as great as it did. The boat now looks brand new. They were able to buff out some scratches and the paint shines like new. Both the owner and the staff were the best and the price was reasonable too. Highly recommended. I have two husky’s and I have them in my car daily, therefore, my car was covered with fur and dirt and god knows what. I just got my SUV back from Washmaster and I am so impressed. My car looks brand new! And it smells so good. I can’t believe the transformation. To add to that, while I was waiting for my car to be detailed, I waited in a comfortable air conditioned waiting room with complimentary water bottles and Netflix! Time flew by. Will not go back to this place and I have 3 vehicles that I have detailed regularly. Needed to re-vacuum my vehicle. Water marks left on various surfaces. Didn’t pay attention to the details. I think it’s smart to not use your actual name on the internet. It’s a safety thing and perfectly reasonable. I rate a lot of places I visit because it keeps businesses on their toes. If they know they are going to get rated they should be doing their best. I have given out lots of 5 stars to those who provide outstanding service.
