Don't know where to start ... but they came to where I live (20 miles from Barrie), took my old Tundra when it wouldn't start and did a PERFECT JOB. Christopher is owner - top marks for running a pro full service auto business. Aaron is manager - top marks for superb customer service. Vanessa is service advisor - top marks for crystal clear communication and keeping me updated at all times. Corey is detailer - top marks for bringing a dirty ol' pickup back to an immaculate condition with help from Mike. I thought I would have to go to Toyworks in Orangeville for Toyota backseat for this truck but nope - the team found me a backseat (and gas tank) and did a perfect install. And then cleaned the backseat. So now I can fit the family in this truck. Paul is mechanic - top marks for seat install, gas tank refit, brakes, axle seals, oil change and all the the things to get the Tundra goin good for another couple of years. Very good mechanic, very happy. I note that Red Carpet puts the customer first in a way that gives total confidence and they do VERY good work with a full range of services. Highly recommend at all times. Apparently their tire service and prices are good with tire storage offered so will be checking this for family. My sincere thanks to the team, M.

Update 7.20.2021 Took my car in for a front suspension issue, power steering leak and electrical issue. They fixed everything - on time and on budget. Love their honesty and commitment to customer service. I took my tires to be mounted and was so surprised about this shop and so glad that I found them. John and Burke are true car guys who care about the customer and the quality of work they do. They mounted the tires in no time and these tires ride so smooth - they take the extra time to ensure they are 100% balanced. They were willing to talk and I learned a ton about them. They actual spent a lot of years at one of Barrie's biggest dealerships and even worked on all the high performance vehicles there. They do everything big or small! I totally recommend them!

First, I gave my car for full detailing on my friend's advice and was expecting great service from them. However, to my surprise when I inspected my vehicle there were some detailing that was not done. Second, I called the lead and informed her about the service they rendered and the service that was supposed to be provided. She agreed that her coworker forgot to do the external detailing. Morever, I was offered free detailing for some other day which is frustrating. Finally, this is my personal experience and I would suggest you guys to have a thorough look after the work is done. I hope my 193 dollars are not in vain ????

Wanted to share my experience with this business. I purchased a groupon to have my car detailed which expired April 6th. Dropped it off at noon and was told it would be 2-3 hours to complete. I received a call at 215 saying car was ready. Well upon inspection they had not removed a stain in rear seat and I had mentioned it at drop off. When I opened the door there was still dirt on the carpet along seat track on both sides. Their was dirt still on some of the interior panels as well. I opened the hatch and it hadn’t even been vacuumed. As disappointed as I was I went into complain. I waited another 10 minutes for them to take it back in to correct issue, while my daughter had to wait with me. When they finished it again I had a look at it in the shop. Shop is so dark I can understand how they miss detailing of areas. After getting it home I had a better look and the outside had all streaks all over it and inside isn’t up to par. I won’t go on with any more details but totally not worth it. I will have to finish vacuuming what they missed when weather warms up.
