Usually a great place. But got some attitude today when I didn't want to give them my new phone number. I just said no thanks. They pushed a couple times and said: "you really don't want to give us your number?". Also, we used to be able to go for walks and leave them the keys so they could move the car when we were done, but the last couple times, we couldn't as they weren't allowed in the car. Wasn't sure if that was still going on, so I said we were going for a walk and the keys are on the seat if you need them. They said "okay". We got a "talking to" when we got back for leaving. Probably just a miss-communication; but the constant attitude wasn't appreciated. 4-stars cause I've been here for many years without issues.

Sometimes the car wash doesn't get little area on the windows and whatnot and the dryer time could be increased but otherwise I've never experienced scratches or damage. They have a sweet deal right now if you want a winter car wash pass

For warranty coverage, I needed paperwork of my previous oil changes to provide to the dealer. I emailed Oasis on a holiday weekend and Nick was awesome and said no problem. I could come in when they open and pick up printouts no problem. Thanks Nick and thanks Oasis you guys are great!

Used Oasis since the day they opened. Always great service, always a quality wash. Got a brand new 2016 Dodge Ram 2500, and watched in horror as the brush came down hard and dented the hood. No one, including the managers/owners would even give me the time of day. They refused to even take the truck through to see for themselves. It's not the money, it's the principle. If you have a vehicle that you care about, don't use their car wash. I cannot speak for their lube shop.

This is what happens when you get an oil change on you 2017 car and they dont feel the need to tell you they put a zip tie instead of the bolt. It hangs and gets all bent up, apparently they dont have time to tell you this information but have time to tell your you air filter is dirty.

It would be a zero....but limit doesnt get any lower. Just sat in your line up with no line up for 35 minutes. Took your staff longer to stand around an chat. Then to actually do their job. Your service and staff are very slow. It takes 10 mins to change oil not half an hour. ....recommending oil changers or barrie ford for anyone who wants true service an reliable staff an waiting times.

My car was scratched going through the car wash.I bought my car three weeks ago. I was put in directly after a truck and I believe that the brushes picked up something from the truck and my car paid the price.The owner chose to look at the other damage on my car and did not take responsibility for the damages done by his car wash. This was my first time there. The owner was very condescending when I was speaking with him and insisted I wanted a paint job when the scratches can simply be buffed or polished away. I spoke to multiple neighbors and they had various complaints from oil changes to service. I wish I had some with them before I went there.

Have not been happy with other oil change companies in the past.. Thought I would give this place a go first impression was clean and professional the staff was phenomenal and the quality and pricing was excellent aswell. I watched the technician test my antifreeze and check all levels and air filter. Was expecting like most places for them to come and recommended i change something, instead they said everything was looking good. that impressed me that nothing else qas presured on me like othe places The car wash was an added bonus. Definitely would recommend this place to ppl and I will be using them in the future for future oil changes.

I've always had great service until today. The gentleman that worked on my vehicle was as slow as molasses I watched him work on the vehicle ahead of me. He did so much wandering around he could have been checking tire pressure and lights while gentleman underneath was changing the filter and in the end he never did check the gentlemen's tire pressure. When it was my turn I specifically asked to make sure that my tire pressure was checked and he said yes it's part of the package however I watched the entire time and he never did check my tire pressure he works so slow I did not have time to even mention it to him cuz I had to go. I will give you a establishment one more chance cause this is the first time I've had bad service, however if I ever get service like that again I won't be back.

After using the oil and lube service a few times for myself I decided to send my daughter there to do a oil change as we could not get to our mechanic. The mechanic drained all the oil out of the car and did not replace it with the new oil. My daughter being a first time driver didn't know to ask to see the dipstick they sent her on her merry way and not even 9 days later the engine seized as there was not a drop of oil in the engine, When I called and spoke with Nick the owner i was told that he was going to review the tapes and get back to me. When I received a phone call back from Nick i was told that the cameras do not go back that far (if you own a business should you not know how far your cameras go back) Nick knew the date of the incident as you had the invoice in front of him that you pulled up on their system. I was then told that my daughter was told there is a leak in the oil pan. The copy of the invoice that my daughter received that advised of recommendations did not say anything about an oil pan having a leak. Our mechanic also confirmed that their was not a leak in the oil pan, my driveway is clear of any oil leaks. I offered Nick to come and take a look at the driveway and he declined. So my child with her first car and her first oil change was screwed over as they refuse to compensate for any wrong doing.

Like the car wash but that’s too rude I appreciate ur concern for safety but if that’s a sincere apology wow .. maybe you could review the tape to see how many times you looked over and didn’t acknowledge me. I brought my vw in for an oil change. They began the work (I remained in the car). After seeing a car leave who came after me, I asked if there was a problem. After a lot of mumbling, they eventually told me they couldn’t drain the oil because they couldn’t remove the plug. They then alluded to the prior oil change causing the problem. I left and brought it back to the mechanic who’d done the previous oil change. Once on the lift, he called me back to show me the bits of what was probably an Allan key stuck in the plug socket. NOT what you use to remove these plugs. No wonder they couldn’t get it out. Will never go back. Hacks.

Very friendly staff, quick service. However I don't think they actually inspect everything they should. My reciept listed the wipers as "OK" but if they had lifted them up they would have seen they are falling off and in very poor condition. Makes me skeptical that other things were not properly inspected either.

They filled my nitrogen filled tires with air and didn't even bother to ask. Just swapped them without asking when there's a green cap. Then when I called he tried to blame me for not mentioning it. They also didn't even fill my tires to the right pressure. So much for being the professionals. Curious to see if they'll fix their mistake. Update: The manager was really understanding and so i'm giving them 4 stars for taking the time to listen and correct their mistakes. It is clear they care about their customers and thank you for that!

pulling up to the drive thru bay, I was greeted right away and told how long the wait would be. within a few minutes my car was being serviced, at oasis they give you the option to stay in your car or to have a seat in their very clean waiting room with complimentary coffee, tea or water. They are fast, friendly and knowledgeable plus you get a free car wash with any oil change. I recommend them to everyone I know and they deserve nothing less than five stars for their service and staff.
