***AMENDED PER OWNER RESPONSE ** Perhaps a miscommunication or misunderstanding on what was willing to be done if the stereo failed to work. I didn’t get the impression initially. I did amend to the three stars on the assumption this was the result of the cleaner and not the shop in its entirety. I hope this is a little more fair. Spoke with Adam and was given a gift certificate for the issue which arose. Much appreciated. It does appear he wanted to make it right so I’ve amended my response. Good job and thank you for the great customer service. Original Post (with some amendments) The clean was alright as my jeep was dirty. I’ll give them that. BUT my issue was with my stereo not working afterwords (still have the videos). I take it back and the owner asks if it was working when I brought it in. It’s a brand new deck. Question annoyed but fair enough. There was no air of accountability. I’m instructed to bring it back and they’ll use the air hose to spray off the buttons. After a few days it comes back to normal but certain buttons aren’t working. Long story short. The audio shop sends the deck back to Pioneer. Lo and behold. Moisture damage. So obviously the cleaner sprayed enough solvent on the deck or had enough on the rag that it fried the board within the deck. Lucky they covered it under warranty (even though moisture damage is not listed).

I brought my Camaro for a full interior clean, clay bar and wax, the owner even buffed out a scratch that a grocery cart left on my baby for free. The Team at Major Auto Clean did an amazing job, great turnaround time and they are the best priced in the area ( I checked ) . Will definitely be back as I have 2 other vehicles that need to be cleaned after a busy summer.

I got the Full Interior Cleaning and although the small suv was fairly dirty from the winter and two children I was expecting a better job, even with the additional charge for pet hair. Carpets were cleaned well, no problem there, but you could see areas where only half the plastic was cleaned. The trunk sills were not even touched, even though it states it in their interior packaging. Carpet between seat and centre console still dirty. The exterior had some areas that were still dirty.

I drive an audi rs5 so I am hesitant to bring it just anywhere for services however this place deals with all types of cars and I will definitely be returning! THANK YOU!

My wife brought our CRV in for the full detail service. After picking it up, we noted that the cupholders, window buttons, seat belt cover, window visors, the roof panel handles, window frame and trunk walls were all still dirty. After calling the shop and bringing it back the next morning. It was "recleaned" ....but all things noted above remaind dirty, and the makeup stain they weren't able to remove on the visor was removed with armor all wipes. My wife ended up cleaning all the missed areas with armor all wipes. Waste of $230.00. Would recommend looking else where before trying this place. And as an FYI...they dont clean the interior ceilings, but they area really good at vacuuming.

Horrible customer service. Was quoted 3 hrs and was 8.5 hrs and things were missed. Also upcharges to do a pickup truck. Less to clean than a car. NEVER AGAIN. Competition down the road does more for less. Sent an email but did not get a response. Lots of better choices out there.

Recently had just the interior cleaned - no shampoo. They did an excellent job - even cleaned a minor spot on a seat. The gentleman I dealt with was friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Only thing I would say is to not put the finish they are using on the floor mats - makes them extremely slippery when stepping in and out of car and especially when then using the brake pedal - looks good though!

Very disappointed, back seats of van were not cleaned. Claimed my seats were not working, I showed them how to fold them as its a basic van with stow and go seating. Proceeded to try and charge me for extra cleaning because of dog hair, yet missed a row of seating. After arguing about this they did not charge me for the extra cleaning and would vacuum the missed seats. Did not honor the RVH discount. Bottom line I don't appreciate the attitude, aggravation and excuses. Year after year the prices increase and truthfully classic car wash on Anne st does a way better job. Will not be going back, not going to deal with poor customer service for a car detail. Lastly they don't accept Visa gift cards and or they don't know how to use their visa machine.

Stay away. Poor quality and even worse pricing. Don't be surprised when you receive one price and arrive for pick up with a completely different price. Don't dare bring up the discrepancy, you'll get a nasty attitude in return. It’s called Mayor Auto Clean. Recently my car was in for a Royal Treatment ( full interior detail, shampoo, wax ) , I couldn't be happier with the outcome when I went to pick up the car. The work was exceptional and well detailed and I was super impressed with the final clean product. Very reasonable prices and top notch service. You will not be disappointed. Great Place. Car was cleaned to new condition and all the salt (3 years worth) was removed form footwell. The only criticism would be the use of either a cleaning or tire shine product on the floor mats. This made them fairly slippery under the pedals.
