5 stars, sound about right.. this team is VERY PROFESSIONAL.. service was top notch. I brought in my neglected, tired, well used 2008 Kia Sorento. Had years of use and with my attempts to clean it does not compare to the results Georgian Detailing gives. They made this car look almost brand new, carpets so clean, consoles in every nook n cranny cleaned.. I asked for the middle tier package, seasonal .. knowing this old gals condition.. After a previous owner didn't bother to clean his car and left all kinds of gunk and grime I was amazed at how clean the car came back to us. They were able to turn old yellowed rims shiny silver again and the interior was spotless. They also took the time to explain what was worth paying to have detailed and not worth paying for given the age of the car, our intended use and expected life expectancy we wanted out of it. My truck was just not ok, I had actually just given up. Great guys to deal with. Selling my truck and wanted it cleaned up professionally. There were a couple tough spots that I thought would have been impossible to clean up, where my sons car seat was, but Andrew was able to get it back to like new. Another bad area was the break dust on the steer tires, when he was done it was like they just came from the dealership seven years ago. I am very impressed, almost don't want to sell my truck now. My wife will be taking her 750i there for a good clean as well. Good job guys.

I surprised my boyfriend with an interior and exterior detailing package for his birthday - best gift ever! When I picked up the car, I thought they had replaced the floor mats with new ones! The salt stains were gone, the crusty sand from the winter months, NO MORE! I hinestly dont know how they could have so many five stars. If i havea choice give no star, i will do so. To whoever is doing the research, i suggest you turn away from this place. I had my vehicle sent in for cleaning, first quoted me for 140, after a day called me saying need 160 due to lots of materials will be used, i agreed. On the day to pick up my vehicle, they asked me to pay first before taking me to see my vehicle. Never havea second thought, but turned outto be a mistake. When i inspect my vehicle, only DRIVER seat side is cleaned!!!! The guy kept saying it will take so much hours to clean therefore they only cleaned small area!!!!!! This is so dispointing. The reason i wanted give them a try was beacause their story at georgian college. Thet proved me wrong and will prove you wrong.

The positive thing is my car was finished early. However, there was still soap and dirt on the passenger door frame. I still had dog hair in my car and the wind shield was streaked so bad I couldn’t see properly to drive. When I asked about the problems I was told that I only bought the mid range $140.00 package. I will not use them again. I always go to Major car cleaner. I guess I learned my lesson.

I had the Silver interior, the Bronze Exterior and headlight restoration services. The interior cleaning was excellent and especially the salt removal. This package included cleaning of the door jams; the door jam for the hatch back was completely missed which was disappointing. I asked to have the rubber winter mats cleaned. The driver's side winter mat was still very dirty; they were all sprayed with a oily substance, which was sitting on the surface and had to be wiped off so as to not transfer to the shoes of myself or my passengers. The headlight restoration was excellent, and exceeded my expectations.

I visited Georgian detailing in August 2019 to do a Ceramic Coating on my brand new car. I paid close to $1200 to get the silver package with the 5 years warranty. I can not deny, people there are very nice and friendly, and they look professional and they know what they are doing. (This is why they get 2 stars instead of 1, also 2 instead of 3, because in the 2 times I have done interior detailing there, no one cleaned the inside of the rear windshield, or the inside of the sunroof) In May 2020, after 9 months of purchasing the ceramic coating silver package, it was almost as if it wasn't done. I called to ask about that and if this deterioration should be covered by warranty, and I was told no. I was told (for the first time) that this happens because of the winter road salt. and I should re-apply a maintenance product every year, and it costs $100. When I bought the ceramic coating, I have not been told that I will need to do anything every year. Now, In just 4 months after this (maintenance) it disappeared again. So, what is the purpose of the ceramic coating if I have to do something every few months? If I was told about all that, I could have just wax every couple of months and saved my money. the only thing they told me when I applied the ceramic coating, is to always use touchless wash, which I strictly followed. UPDATE: Unfortunately touchless wash is not enough to clean your car, hand wash is required to bring back the hydrophobic properties of ceramic coating.

Not sure how there are so many complaints and 1/5 reviews. Nathan was who I dealt with from start to finish, he was friendly, easy going and fair. He quoted me about $220.00 for a basic exterior but full interior detail, shampoo seats, carpets etc on my WRX. He did a walk around with the vehicle prior to me leaving, called me when it was ready (approx 4 1/2hrs later) and let a friend pick it up as I was unable to make it before close. Im headed to basic training at the end of March and wanted it clean while it sits in storage and as a former car detailer, I was beyond impressed with the timing, and result. I’ve recommended these guys to my folks and a few friends who need a little TLC on their cars and I’m sure they will be going. Cheers for a fantastic job guys!

I brought my 2010 silverado in for the vip interior package and they made the inside look and smell like new! I've had it detailed elsewhere before but my truck always had this musty smell that must have been in the ducts, its gone now and a pleasure to drive again. I have rust on the outside of my truck but the outside still looks way better than it did with a coat of wax on it. Was it expensive? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely yes. I paid for the complete interior reconditioning which also includes a professional exterior wash. Pretty disappointed to say the least... The door jambs were barely half cleaned. The door sills still had mud on them that I could wipe off with my finger. Dog hair still on every surface (Every seat and foot well). Sand and dirt left on back seat that I could brush away. Running my finger between the seat and the cushion left my finger black. The headrests had dirty spots on them and to prove they had not been cleaned I just ran my finger over them and it came off. Interior of the front windshield was not cleaned at the A pillars and around the rear view mirror. Lots of smudges found on the exterior paint (Either wax not buffed in or it wasn't washed very well) My cup holder inserts were put in a box and not cleaned whatsoever. My carpets had dirt and sand still left in them, taking them out and giving it a quick brush with my hand was enough to remove it. The list goes on and I haven't even looked too deep into the truck yet because I was so shocked at the lack of attention to detail. Looks alright from 50 yards away at 50km/h.

This place was rated the best in Barrie, so I brought my SUV here to see for myself. I was not disappointed. They cleaned my vehicle from top to bottom and left it in showroom condition. All the crumbs that my kids left in all the nooks and crannies have been cleaned out. All the salt stains are gone. All the sand and pebbles are nonexistent, and all the fingerprints from greasy little hands have vanished. My only knock on this place is that they don't offer a shuttle service.

$200 for my vehicle to get detailed. Under the trunk liner is still dirty as well as under and beside the middle counsole. I took a clean paper towel to the compartments to see just how clean the van was and the paper towel was filthy. I'll be re-cleaning it myself and never going back to this place.

This place is incredible! I am so impressed and grateful to the staff. I had the full VIP package done on my 5 year old, daily use vehicle. I won't lie, it was crumbed, coffee'd and walked on after hikes. Not exactly the prettiest. The interior looks brand new! Everything that could be cleaned was, and everything was coated, and it smells beautiful! The exterior was coated as well, and it's never looked so good. The staff were kind, patient and worked diligently for the entire appointment time. Their waiting area and washroom were both clean, and they had an interesting stock of products to review while you waited. The staff were also COVID-19 precaution friendly, wearing their masks, and encouraging hand sanitizer for new customers. I will certainly be coming back for any auto body upkeep requirements. Excellent job!

Spent $3000 on ceramic pro with these guys for 3 vehicles and was told it had a 5 year warranty. When I returned a year later to get it touched up they told me about the $150 annual fee to keep up the ceramic pro coating. Why would anyone spend $1000 on this coating if its going to also cost another $150 a year to maintain!? They certainly didn’t tell me about the annual cost upfront! Total scam.. tried to discuss with owner and he threatened to call his lawyer when I told him I’d be submitting this review.. what a joke! Go elsewhere! These guys are dishonest.
