My SUV was really dirty and filled with salt from 2 winters, also lots of dog hair and drool. When I picked up my car it was like it was brand new! Everything was so well done and so clean. They didn't miss a spot! Really happy with there service, definitely going back!

They do a really good job but so busy with appointments you can forget about calling in or dropping in for a wash if that is all you need then find another spot or make an appointment for the $10.00 wash. They should just advertise by appointment only that was customers would not bother for the last minute in and out hand wash

They did a very nice job cleaning up my BMW. I went for executive + engine shampoo service, which I believe is the most comprehensive service in their catalog. They did a very thorough job and it took about 5 hours, so you should plan for that. Totally worth the wait though. Will definitely use them again in the future.

UPDATE: I brought my car back in for a complimentary clean and the end result was MUCH better. Looked great! The customer service is amazing and the staff (especially the guy at the front desk) is very friendly. Like I said originally I think it was just a fluke and didn’t realize how much my car would continue to drip. Would recommend! * Edit: As you can see from the response below their customer service is quite good. I was asleep when they contacted me (night shift) but will contact them tomorrow and update when I get my car re-washed, I have high hopes it will be up to a much better standard* I have a 2018 Tiguan and I paid for the “ classic” treatment. It came to about $66.00 after tax. The customer service was good, and from far away my car looked fine. The interior was vacuumed nicely and the floor mats were clean which was nice. Although I’m quite disappointed in the outside clean. Unfortunately I didn’t notice it at the time as I’m on night shift and haven’t slept in 24 hours so I just wanted to get my car and head home. I stopped to get food then saw my car in the light and I’m pretty bummed. The photos below are taken in the Park Place plaza right after leaving. The front looks filthy and there are streaks coming from every door handle and both mirrors. There is also water collected at the bottom of the rear hatch. The door handles and mirrors are known to drip a lot after being washed so I’m again a little disappointed that the time wasn’t taken to at least make sure it wasn’t dripping anymore. Overall, just a bit sad because this was my first time here and this car is new to me. I had really high hopes based on the reviews. I guess for now I will stick to going to drive-thru washes as at least I’m getting what I pay for (not the best) at $12.00-$15.00 a pop. I thought in paying for a hand wash (among other things) I would be getting a bit of a better result. I would go back to ask about the clean but I am in a pinch for time and am too tired to deal with it at the moment. I wouldn’t say to write them off, because they clearly do good work. I think my car was a fluke and hopefully no one else’s car leaves looking like this.

Top ratings all around! We have brought our cars here for the last two years and have never been disappointed. Our Mazda 3 went in a month ago for a full detail and was perfect in every nook and cranny. When I had it serviced at Mazda 3 days later they couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked and had commented that it looked cleaner than they sold it to us! (Jokingly of course but honestly it was THAT clean) They were impressed, we are simply in love with the results of the services provided! Today my matrix went in for an engine shampoo and exterior wash and came out looking amazing. They even managed to buff out the scratches on the roof of my car I made a few days ago putting up my kayak. I’m overly impressed and highly recommending them to anyone who wants to listen. To boot; I would also like to add their customer service and staff are so wonderful and friendly.

I chose the full interior detail package and I was very happy with the results! I haven't seen my car looking like that since I bought it! VERY happy with the service! And once again, the Executive Detailing team made my car look immaculate - removed all signs of the kids' mess in the back seats and brought back a beautifully cleaned vehicle. They came to the house and detailed the car in the driveway. Used their own water supply and electricity from a generator mounted on their truck. When completed the car looked as if it had come out of the showroom. Exceptionally great work by two man crew. The inside of the car shone. Completley treated the leather interior and removed all salt residue on the carpets. Will have them back to do the second vehicle. Great service and very fair pricing.

I always bring my car to the gang at Executive Detailing. They do a great priced and quick job. the waiting room was clean with comfy couches, and great reading material. When the wash was done an employee went over everything that has been done. I didn't have any issues but if i did it would have been quickly resolved right there. Overall its a great local business that Barrie should be thankful to have. They have my business for as long as i live here.

Service provided: Full interior detail Price: $160(although advertised at $99 didn’t mention extra fees until pick up) Good: • Window/mirrors very clean • Dash looked great • Truck exterior looked good (washed + tire shine) • Carpet was very clean Bad: • Cup holders not cleaned very well • Upholstery was not cleaned very well • Visors were not touched. • Seat belts not touched. Conclusion: Overall not bad could be a lot better though. The upholstery was my main concern and appears it was not cleaned very well if at all. I ended up cleaning it myself once I got home. I was able to remove stains with a $9 bottle of turtle wax upholstery cleaner. I was also told it would take three hours, it instead took five which was an inconvience to plan my day around. In the end, I will probably try another place next time or do it myself for a fraction of the money and likely better results.

Worst car detailing job I’ve ever had. Seats were still dirty, cup holders not done. Some surfaces were dirtier than when I brought it in. It’s like it got washed with dirty water. I took a paper towel to various spots and it was filthy. Backs of the seats were not done, seatbelts not done. I honestly ended up doing the job myself.
