If you’re looking for a car RINSE then you’ve come to the right place, but if you want an actual wash, don’t bother. As someone else mentioned, the under carriage wash is all of 2 seconds, and the regular wash doesn’t have anywhere near enough pressure to wash anything. My car is just as dirty coming out as it was going in. I’ve used other car washes and this one was useless.

I often go here with no issues. One time the drier failed to work, but the store clerk gave me a free wash code for the trouble. Touchless never really gets the grime off like a hand wash does, so there is always dirt leftover. It works in a pinch when it's too cold out to be washing your car or you are just looking to get the light dirt off.

If you want to wash the salt off the underside of your car, find another car wash: Underbody jets are defective and only work for a few seconds essentially washing the front bumper only. Apparently they receive LOTS of complaints about but they can’t fix it. That is what their employee told me. They don’t give customers notice of this defect either. After this happening to me twice, I asked for a refund. They initially denied it but we called the owner and they accepted to refund.

Undercarriage wash is pretty useless compared to others, go elsewhere if you want to get winter driving mess off the bottom of your car.
