Pulled up to center pump and inserted credit card only to find out the machine isn't currently accepting pay at the pump. Though there is no sign or notice of this on the pump itself. Was stuck between two other vehicles refuelling so I decided to grab the squeegee to clean the windows.. The squeegees were all frozen solid. All of this while its -10 and the winds are blowing 50k+ Awesome experience

This CTC Gas+ location has a great car wash, along with good vacuums & a propane refill station. There are many gas pumps, everything is easily accessible from 2 separate entrances off Mapleview Dr., West.

i had a 50$ gift card so i used it ro pre pay for gas expecting that the left over funds not used would be put back on the card so after words i just make sure and then the staff member says " oh ya that only works with cash debit or credit" completely pissing me off because he didnt tell me that before i paid and now ive lost money because he failed to warn me and scammed me out on money i wouldnt have expected a big company like canadian tire to scam me but i got scammed and lost money because i wasnt told which i should have been

I didn't deal with staff used pay at pump feature and didn't go into the store Everything worked lol i got my gas and left it was ok

Really not impressed with Cheyenne, I bought several car washes and was unable to use them. Why? Because on multiple occasions the wash was broken down or under going improvements or the temperature was well below freezing. I went to use them finally only to be told that they expired. I asked for a replacement or refund and was told flat out we dont do that, you had lots of time to use them. However if I buy gas and dont pay thats theft... No effort was made what so ever to reimburse me for my purchase. I became upset when I was told flat out that "we dont want your business" by the attendant Cheyenne. I have been a lotal customer with a fleet of 6 trucks filling up regularly. I pay over 2000 in fuel a month and now I get cheated out of my car washes that I paid for. What bothered me was the lack of effort and the attitude of this employee.

The staff here are always friendly and smiling. Gas pumps work everytime I go. I've never seen a sign on one of them saying it's not working for one reason or another. Easy to get in and out of without having to fight your way around other vehicles.

Supervisor had no idea about products in her dept. I was told they never have sold ac adapters charger I found product 2 shelves away .

Bald large man who I assume is the owner is rude as hell. Twice I have gone here and been treated like trash. Guy has an attitude. Will never return to this place again.

Though I understand that I should have been paying attention I was in line when it was to late to notice I needed a code Clearly wouldn’t have been the only one I was wondering how possible it would be to just have an exit code created so I don’t have to park in the line to run back to grab a code holding things up Or change it so you can pay at the doors

Jorden is a total idiot with no respect for the customers, which is so simple sense it is self serve. Don't waste your time complaining to the owner. She will imply that your freedom of speech is threatening to the staff and will threaten you with a trespassing warrant. I have been going there for gas for four years with never seeing or talking with a person and now will never go to Mapleview gas bar again. We have six big vehicles that fuel every other day, many clients, and friends and family that agree and have also moved there business to any of the many gas stations around Barrie. We believe that "the customer is always right" and that an apology should have been given instead of a threat. I hope that that will make an impact on the year end profit. FYI the store is different owner and have no connection with the gas bar and are no help if you get harassed by the staff at the gas bar.
