My car had not been detailed since I purchased it over 1 year ago. I work with dogs for a living - anywhere from 3 to 10 dogs per day come and go through my vehicle, and it's seen its share of messes. You name it, it's been done in that car. The pet hair alone was just staggering, not to mention my own collection of trash from practically living in my car lol. But that didn't stop Santiago - he made it clear what his rates were, which are exceptionally reasonable! And when he came and saw the vehicle that didn't deter him from doing his job; he was just all the more determined to perform a quality service far beyond what I expected of him.
