Used the touchless wash $12.00 the works wash. Absolutely the worst wash job, the soap barely came out of the spouts. Will never use again and will definitely tell everyone not to use this car wash!

The touchless car wash part of the place has had ongoing issues with the coin and bill dispenser over the years. Recently a debit/credit machine has been installed. I used the debit part of it today but it wouldn't accept my card even though I've used it before without any issues. I put a five dollar bill and two loonies in today and nothing happened. The car wash wouldn't even start. Very disappointed! Drove away with no car wash. The Friday special of seven dollars for the works does not live up to it's name! It would be nice if this machine could get looked at to see why these issues are happening.

Was extremely disappointed with this car wash. First time ever using, churned through 5 dollars and hadn't even removed the bugs yet. My truck wasn't filthy, just needed to wash road grime off. Spent 11 dollars (the only change I had - another issue) and truck wasn't clean. I've used Skogies in Kelowna several times the most I've paid is $9.95 when my truck was very dirty. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the wash has hot water, otherwise 1 star. Won't use again

NEVER go here. My CC was inappropriately charged over $80 for two brief uses of spray wand. I'm trying to contact the owner but they are impossible to get a hold of.

I do NOT recommend going to this car wash EVER. I brought my new car here and came out with scratches all over my entire car. I was completely devastated. I immediately called the Westbank Car & Dog wash and spoke with the owner. He took zero responsibility for the scratches that occurred on my car and didn't even have the courtesy to apologize. He said all his brushes were brand new and claimed he used the best brushes on the market and said there was absolutely no way his brushes scratched my car and said I was lying and had no way to prove what happened . He than had the audacity to invite me back for a free car wash! I had to make an ICBC claim and then asked the owner to help pay my $300 deductible but he refused. After this horrible experience I will never take my car to another car wash ever again.

They dont give you loonies in the cash dispenser and the pressure was horrible even being the only one there
