Attempted to let whoever answered the phone that the facility wasn't in working order when I washed my car. Was hung up on. Edit: Number provided goes straight to voicemail. Initial problem was that the water line above me was spraying water all over the place when using the pressure washer. Switched to the next stall over and while the pressure washer worked, the foam brush didn't. Called the business and was told over the phone: "I can't give out the owner's number." and being hung up on. Strange as I didn't ask for anyone's number. Was simply wanting to relay that their services weren't working properly. Waste of time and money. I'd recommend going somewhere else.

Of all the dirty ways to get an extra buck out of consumers. Two dollars to start, (normal) but to NOT let you load more time in the meter until the orignal time is expired??? Then forcing you to re enter the two dollars to restart every cycle is just dirty! Not going to this place again!

The location is perfect, being on 48th Ave., for locals in the general area and for skiers coming down from the mountain. It's always good to get rid of road salt. There are lots of bays so I very seldom have to wait for one. In addition there is one automatic wash bay for when I don't feel like doing the manual wash. They also have a really good discount if you buy a $100 wash card.

Convenient car wash after you've done the drive up and the hill during a spring storm. I use the soap brush and rise with the wax to protect my car from the road salt. They have a change machine near Bay #3. Also bay #3 seems to have the least amount of water pressure in the wand - great of your a lady that doesn't want to struggle with an over pressured want. Tried other bays and the pressure seems to be better in the last or second last bay. There's also may hangers so your can clean your mats off.

Used to be better. The last few times I have been there there is hardly any soap from the sprayer. We used buy cards from here as we were there a couple times a week. Now the smaller car washes have better equipment even if we have to wait a bit.

Very low water pressure, pretty much just a mist out of the pressure wand. Does not wash the dirt off and takes a person 2-3 times longer to wash costing that much more money and time. I don't recommend.

The credit card reader is curved. So the card bends as you pass it through. As a result, the reader can’t read the card. Twice I had to jump to another bay to get the card reader to work, which still took several pass throughs. What a PITA. Never again.

If could give it a zero I would. It's $2 to start and if you only need another dollar worth you have to make sure the timer doesn't stop. There is no sign stating this. When questioning the guy working there he was very rude. When i said i wouldnt be back he said "good". Not a great way to deal with an unhappy customer.
