Rather slow service and very crowded since it is at a tourist attraction. However the site is rather obscure compared to the main road gas station so it'd be the preferred choice if refuelling. Bathroom is present and offers decent conditions. Convenience store is the usual expensive pricing but does provide a variety of products. Generally recommended.

This place was pretty good. Even though it was pretty small with only 4 stations, but it accepted all kinds of credit cards. The price was also pretty cheap. It's of course cheaper than Vancouver downtown and surrounding areas. One of the most important features of this place was that it had all three kinds of fuel grades. Given a chance I will definitely go back to this place and I will fill up gas there.

I love getting the oil in my car changed here. Its fast and easy and you get a free car wash and the car wash there actually does what its supposed too. Your car is clean when you drive out.

My husband stopped to get gas and our bank card wasn’t working told them to take all our information down I would be there in the morning because I’m pregnant and have 2 little kids in bed I couldn’t leave. And we only pumped 20 in gas. No they called the cops and wouldn’t let him leave.

Pricing here is similar to most other companies in town, but I bank with RBC, and so had the option to link my petro-points account to my bank account, and save $.03 /L on top of any othr savings just for using my debit or credit card. Plus I earn extra points. As for the actual location, staff are friendly, service in the storefront portion is usually quote good, and pricing on food and drink items is fairly good (even better with promotions and points related deals). This os pretty kuch the only place I get gas in town (except if Im on the north end, but then i just go to the other Petro Canada)

The last 2 times I've gotten gas here, I've had to take my car to the mechanic the next day. He said there was either water or alot of sediment in my tank that was mixed in the gas. Very disappointed by this as all the workers here are really friendly, great and the store is very well kept. I will continue to use the store, but will no longer be buying gas here.

I went to change my engine oil, the mechanic suggested me to change filter, and charged me $35 for that. I picked ripped box from bin and took model number of that filter and checked Walmart and Canadian tire website. That same filter were priced for $9 -$12 . When I asked why they charging thrice the price, the mechanic referred me supervisor/manager who had no manners to talk, kept yelling on me that's what it cost and if I dont like , they will take it out and put old one back. I will never go there. They want to loot people money and cant even justify themself when asked question .

It's just outside downtown Banff. But too congested. Only 4 cars at a time. If a big suv or truck gets in, you can't move out until it clears the way ! Pump attendant is good & cooperative.

I went to this location before heading back to Calgary to check my husband scratch tickets and get some gas while my kids were waiting in the car. Seeing that I was in a hurry to get back to my kids, the clerk working there took advantage of the situation and stole 5$ from the winnings. I didn’t notice until I saw my husband on this same evening. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST the employees there and always check your scratch tickets yourself. It is the first time I have this kind of issue and I won’t ever have any business again with petro Canada in Banff. I never heard back from their customer service either.

Couldn’t find anywhere that sold printer paper during lockdown - the owner and staff went out of their way to sell me some of their personal stock at a very reasonable price to accommodate me. Staff always greets with a smile when you enter the store. Great location and extremely wonderful staff. The young female cashier is particularly excellent - always goes above and beyond! Thank you for your wonderful service.
