The touch car wash used to be the best but after the refurbishment of the car wash there is no high power spray to get in the crevices. $14 for a terrible wash. What a rip off!

One of the worst car wash ever. Never had a good experience and always there is a problem with car wash. Complaint so many times but management doesn’t want to take any responsibility and no improvement at all. This is the nearest car wash otherwise we will never come back here!! Even 1star is too much for review, should have negative ratings. Hopefully they improve

4 stars because 2 neighboring stations were cheaper. This is a large shell station with a car wash, BMO atm, vacuum and lots of pumps. Its not too far from the highway and has lots of entrances. They sell ice, firewood and propane. Vacuum starts at $2 for $3 and air inflator is $1. They do sell diesel and they're open 24 hours. They also have a payphone.

Not one to use gas station washrooms but this was the Dirtiest washroom I've ever encountered in my life. Piss, I assume, all over the ground in a puddle. Nasty! Looked worse then some crack hole in Toronto. Seen my doctor for a check up after. Better to use washroom outside at that point.

I have been there 5 times in 4 days to get propane filled and was told they cannot do it because they can't leave the store. This has happened at least 25 times this winter. If you are not able to offer propane all the time get rid of the propane fill up service. It is inconvenient and quite frankly very very frustrating especially when you have a propane stove and live 30 min from town. I work 8 to 6pm so most other times are not possible. I know I'm not the only one annoyed with this.

The car wash here is closed 90% of the time . I have a monthly car wash card but when ever the car needs a car wash after a bad snow or it’s too dirty the car wash is closed . I will not be renewing my card again. I think it’s better they shut down the car wash as it’s of no use to customers when they need it. Very bad service .

I've bought fuel here for decades. I've watched the decline of this station. Steadily. Today it took 14 mins to fill my Diesel truck. It seems they don't change the filters.on the pumps near enough. Time is money. If they don't value my time, I don't want to support them.

Only car wash in town - sadly not as great as expected. Almost better to use the coin operated car wash bays. Attendant was nice enough to refund 1/2 when the car was filthy after going through the car wash. Seems like a busy place for sure.

Went to get gas at shell. The price was $133.9. then I was told to pay inside first. I had no problem with that. Paid $20.00 by debit. Went to the pump lifted the handle to pump the gas and the price was 142.9 They change the price on me. Then they said they processed a refund, so they said but couldn't provide a receipt. Told me it was 3 days to receive the refund. I had no cash on me. My tank was on fumes. I was stuck at the station for an hour. Phoned my bank. No refund. I had $2.00 in my account. They told me I had to repurchase gas at $142.9 in order to get home which was 1 1/2 hours away. I had to go into overdraft protection in order to get home. That's gonna cost me another $5.00. Crooks. The owner threatened me over the phone. They took my money and gave me no gas. Stay away from this station. They will rip you off. I still haven't got my refund yet. And they charged me twice.

My brother was trying to go in to pay for my gas and the door was locked so he knocked but the workers just looked at him and proceeded to ignore him so he kept knocking until I told him that we should just leave and after five minutes they finally opened the door. They weren't closed and they did not not see him, they looked multiple times but just ignored. Never going there again!

It's alright as far as gas bars go, but if you need propane then you half to wait for there to be no customers at the Shell because there is usually only 1 person working behind the counter. I understand waiting your turn but when you have to wait on others to be gone after your request, it becomes rather less understandable. Plus I think insurance wise there should always be 2 people.

We bought a $50 Gas Card at Christmas for a client. Today the client brought the card to us and let us know that there was only 50¢ on it. We took the card, receipt and our mastercard summary showing the $50 purchase to the station and was told he couldnt deal with it we had to call Head Office. We called HO and was given a different number to call. Tried and it didnt even ring...called back and they said to call the number on the back of the card. Called it and was told they didnt deal with that we would have to go back to the station. We called Head Office again and they called the Station to see if they could talk to them about it. The owner said he wanted nothing to do with it and would not honour. So after all that we gave up . We were RIPPED OFF. we will not be going back there and as we give people directions for gas will direct them to the ESSO in town. UNBELIEVABLE

Worst car wash ever! Paid for brushless “Ultimate Wash” on two different occasions and my vehicle came out still dirty. I guess I’m the fool for giving them a second chance. I should add that the first time through that my truck was dirty from unpaved roads and second time through truck was only dirty from highway driving. Neither time was it absolutely filthy. Won’t be back. I’ll stick to hand washing because I have to rewash after going through this car wash anyway. No time or money saved. One star is too many. Should be ZERO.

Pull up to a pump, get out and there's tape over the slot so I can't pay at the pump. I move my vehicle to another pump, get out, pay and pump my gas. I reach for squeegee to clean my windows and there's nothing in the container. I walk to each one and they are all bone dry. Go to print my receipt and I have to go inside to get my receipt...

Heads up! Shell is overcharging 4.8 cents extra per liter tonight. After I filled up I looked across the street to see Canadian tire and Petro Canada were both cheaper. When I told the cashier, he said he knows that they are charging extra and the prices are set from head office. This would be my last time at shell.

4 Ways to get into this gas station so you are pretty much covered unless you have already gone through the N Front/Bell Blvd lights headed north. Then you have to u-turn it. Gas is basically the same price as all others. A lot of parking and big store inside if you have to go inside, plus a lot of pumps. Car wash still has a track.. that is annoying since tracks haven't really been used since the 90's.

Place is ok for gas and convenience store. The car wash is a waste of time it always broke down. Winter is terrible nobody cares. Even in summer most do it yourself bays are down. Wands don’t work, won’t take coins, no soap and this is just the beginning of the problems. The real issue is management or ownership. They use it as a draw to get you in then the frustration begins. Bancroft needs real a good car wash and it would put this one out business.
