I've been going there to wash my cars since it opened.The automatic unit is good,does a good job,but I wish they would slow it down,so it would do a better job.The wand wash is really good in comparison to others in the area,clean,wide bays,with good equipment,which provides printed or emailed receipts.

They used to be awesome. But I think they've had a change of ownership. Washing your car yourself is prepaid now and taking the car through the automatic wash is a hazard. My AC system is completely waterlogged. My AC filter is soaking wet

Went by on a busy Sunday morning with no appointment and despite being booked solid and short staffed they still agreed to detail my altima. They did a really good job and for less then all the other shops I looked into. The wand wash bays are really good and they will definitely be my go to place for detailing (but I'll be smart and actually book an appointment). Customer service was outstanding.

Used to love this car wash, would go in with my Rock N Wash card every week or two and put there $25 deal on witch got me 27$ or so on the card. I’d do about a 10$ wash and then leave remainder on the card. Today I went in and there should have been well over 10$ on my card and the owner claimed that the card had never ever been used and had no money on it. He refused to help in anyway saying I never have used that card. Even tho I’ve boasted this car wash to friends and how great the card is, now being told with a straight face that I’ve never used that card and there is no money on it.. and refuse to help fix the situation in any way... Curious how many customers this man has stole $10+ from by just eraseing there gift card off his computer ... JOKE, will never go back again!

Best car wash in town. I took my dirty truck full of mud and the owner took his time to show me how to use different products to get the mud off quickly. He even washed some of my truck to demonstrate. I highly recommend this place.

I've been looking for a decent place to wash my car. Lots of disappointment paying $15 in an automatic car wash to have my black car come out white with soap scum. So I was looking for a decent place...but what I found was a great place!! It cost me around $20 to take my time, wax, and vacuum. And my car looks great! The staff I dealt with were very friendly. Next time, I will try the automatic wash. Worth driving from the west end.

This is what all car washes should aspire to be. Me and my car enthusiast friends are all firm believers in this place. Staff are on the ball; busy keeping things clean and running smooth. Water pressure is excellent and the soap, wax and conditioner do a great job of getting my car clean. I've never been one to use the brushes on my paint (only glass) and yet I can keep my car very shiny all through the winter until I can hand wash it again in my driveway. I'd also never been a believer in the foam conditioner, clear coat protectant and wax until I tried it here, those things really make a difference and I'm very finicky with my paint, only the best for it! My only gripe, albeit small, is the vacuums aren't as strong as my rigid vac at home but that's fine by me, vacuuming is easy to do at home in the garage and might as well save a few bucks to do it there anyway.

Such a cool place! The merchandise section is basically like walking into a music store in the 70's. Vinyl records from various famous artists cover the walls, rock music plays from the numerous speakers. In the hand wash bays, the same music plays. Lots of pressure at the nozzles. The truck bays are roomy and have great pressure as well. 2 automatic bays for cars as well. Great customer service to boot. The best car wash I've ever been to.

Usually use the self serve bays. Everything is kept clean. Equipment works great. No tokens need to be used. Can simply swipe a credit card at the bay and start washing. You are charged based on time and product used (e.g. 2 min of polish is different from 2 min of high pressure soap). Has a loyalty program too that reduces overall cost.

Excellent, high-quality car wash! Met the owner during my first visit and this guy cares about doing it right! Extra large bays, well maintained equipment, undercarriage wash on entry, hog-hair brushes, drying blowers in bay, dry-shampoo brushes for interior, touch screens, count-down timer, cash or credit in-bay, $0.95/min, itemized emailed receipts. This will be my new regular car-wash.

My first time trying this place out I decided to try the drive thru. Just before going in I realized my car was too low for the guide rails for the wheels. I ran in and got what seemed to be the manager. He was very polite and even offered me a free wash in the bay. Right move on his part as I like to pick a place and stick to it. Tried multiple washes before finding this place as I care a lot about my car. Facility and equipment are clean and the machines take credit. There's also a wider variety of equipment that's up to date. Really not much more you could ask for. Would recommend to a friend

Fun theme, the convenient hands-free bay doors and automatic red/green light system looks great and ends the guessing game, great service, high pressure wands are stronger and more cost effective than Hughes. Unfortunately not a convenient location for me but never closes due to cold weather etc like other car washes.

The only car wash I've been to that I would call exceptional. Super clean, well-maintained, lots of exterior room for post-wash polish and cleanup, great staff. Also- loyalty bonus, birthday bonus (a better gift than you'll get from many of your friends!). It helps that they are close to me, but they are the only local car wash I use.

I visited Rock-N-Wash on Monday Feb. 13. With months of caked on mud and dirt, I was pleasantly surprised with the drive through when it all came off! So just over a week late (today) I went in expecting similar results. I was extremely disappointed! Not only did it not get it all off, it looks like I either didn't get the wash that I paid for (King Wash) of that the bottom sprayers were broken! This is only a weeks worth of driving around and it didn't do a good job at all!! I don't know that I would return or even recommend to others! :(

Love how easy to use this place is. Credit cards can be used for self wash and a touch screen is available to change the various settings. The staff keeps this place much cleaner than any other self wash car wash I've seen. The automatic wash is also good, but could be cheaper. Gas stations are generally cheaper for an auto wash. I've noticed that the vacuums can feel a bit weak at times, but it depends on the bay you're in. Overall a really great car wash destination. I definitely recommend this place for self wash.

I gave up my tried and tested wand wash of choice today to try something new and boy was I impressed! Clean, friendly staff , modern equipment and reasonable prices. What surprised me most was how thick their foam wax was and the quality of the liquid wax is top notch. I will definitely be back.

Excellent car wash facility! Its big, bright, and well planned. Drive in, look for a green light bar for an empty wash bay, clean your vehicle and drive forward to exit. The water pressure was excellent and the bent nozzle makes it easy to spray the undercarriage. Sign up for the loyalty program, its extra savings!

I decided to ask Brittany, if she could get it off with any of their products and we could book in a detailing service. She proceeded to try two options to see if they would make it come off and she succeeded! Not only did she take time to clean ALL of our hinges for us, she did it for free, and with a smile. Not liking new ownership, they stand around and watch you as you clean your vehicle and then tell you to hurry up and leave if you’re “taking too long”. My wife and I have spent a lot of money here and do not appreciate this. Probably will go to Hughes from now on where they don’t stand there and hover over you.

Best self-serve car wash in the city; I'll drive out of my way to visit here. The electronic on-screen options are everything you need and expect in a detail bay and the equipment is much newer and works way better than competitors. The wash bays are always clean and every time I'm in, a staff member is manning the floor. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful, especially the owner Sylvain who's on-site everyday; he's the sort of guy that will take the time to say hey and is very open to feedback. Great place for car clubs as well. I love the Groovy Club membership and optional email receipts.

Place was modern and clean, there are some things I think didn't work well, first there is no pause button when you want to switch between treatments. Secondly have all of your things ready to go right at the beginning because the machine will restart in two minutes with no use. (Hence me having to put in two dollars when all I wanted to do was vacuum) Third since everything is automated the attendant was unable to help me even when I asked. I will not be returning. Lots of space, good equipment and good cleaning products. You have to try the truck bay the next time your trucks really muddy. Those wash guns require 2 hands to hang on to!

Had a great experience, however the pressure rinse didn't really do a great job cutting through the dirt. This could be because of my inexperience with self serve wash bays maybe the presoak is better? Also I tried the vanilla scent and when I pressed the trigger some foam kept spraying out of it causing it to get on the interior which was shocking maybe that's how it works? Overall though it's a great place to wash your car however I think I'll stick to the automated wash since I'm not familiar with self serve that much and don't want to get anymore surprises.

Pretty cool place but went through when auto-wash wasn't functioning properly and there was a large leak you could see one of the hoses spraying the bay window as I was pulled through. I could see it clearly because of the leak there was a 'dead spot' in the wash so all the soap wasn't washed off due to leak. When I went in to tell the front desk they informed me they were aware but didn't offer a discount or anything even though they knew the wash wasn't functioning properly and wasn't getting customers their money worth nor rising the cars properly that went through. If it's not functioning properly, why let people use it and why charge full price?

I had a great experience. Arrived from Vancouver super dirty had my truck go through the automatic wash the king wash and came out with lots of dirt still. I saw an employee named Cody who then asked me to bring it in the self wash and washed my truck himself for free. Truck looked great after.

A little out of the way. Which I guess helps keep the lines down. It's a nice place very easy to get my truck in and out of the bays. I like Ithat I can use my card at the wash bay and not have to go get tokens or keep feeding the timer.
