This Car Wash is classified in the category of Car wash.
Not pleased with my experience at this wash. The machines take both coin and credit card - which is nice. I started with a toonie ($2) to start. I can imagine I got longer than 90seconds of time. Ridiculous. I was using the vacuum and barely finished the driver and passenger seat. I switched over to credit card. I continued to pre-soak, hot soap, foam brush, and rinse. The foam brush did not deliver an adequate amount of foam. Had to wait several times for more foam. Also, the clamps for mats are terrible. Had a hard time pressing down on the clamp to get it to open. Didn’t hold the mat well. And the clamps were too close together. I will not be returning to this car wash. Total cost was $19.50. Unreasonable for wand wash.
Overpriced an really not that amazing. Stalls are kind of crowded.
I like the wand wash and the service is great! Honestly, they had the best auto wash in the city and I'm sad it's gone :(
They have a pay and wash system but seem to tack on extra charges when paying by credit card that are not displayed until after you are done washing. The vacuum and washers worked well.
Used wand wash in a pinch. At first my Mastercard charges came through incorrect (25$ maximum charge) but were soon corrected. Possibly after leaving a note the next day. Thanks!
Pretty good, we continue to go back.
Lots of tools to help you clean. Used $10 to power wash my truck. Well worth the money and it was quick!
Will not use the credit card pay ever again! I can usually wash my car with $6-$8 of coins. This time it was freaking $13. And the high pressure wax is a waste. Waited about a 30 seconds before I gave up. Such low pressure it would take forever for the wax to get down the line.
I go to this car wash once a month atleast. No complaints
11 Wand wash bays. Impressive PSI, Very clean!
Good service; the attendants are always helpful
Use the uhaul at this location religiously All other locations are a real trip
My favorite carwash
Busy but the queue moved fast. It was clean.
Inside there's a mini k mart and you could get smokes and smoking pipes .
First you have to use ATM that charges couple bucks to use get money for change. Then the pressure was pretty low for wash and it was cold water. Most other places I’ve went to use hot/warm water. So it took longer to clean vehicle. Will not be going back.
The car wash was great and in a convenient location on Kingsway. There was an issue with the automatic washer taking my credit card at first, but an attendant came out and helped. Super friendly and a good wash.
Attendant closed early without notice and I wasn't even given a chance to rinse the soap of my paint, which of course, damaged it. I wonder why even let me in in the first place if you know you're closing early. I was also treated rudely and scolded for cleaning out my interior, which the attendant called "detailing"... I've detailed vehicles professionally before and what I was doing was most definitely not detailing by any measure of the word. He also told me the owner would have freaked out on me for this... If so, it's not an owner whose table I wish to put supper on with my money, now or ever. And considering how much I usually spend on a wash, it's their loss. The only reason they're getting two stars is because they have good equipment and are indoors. Which is great if you're allowed to actually use it to finish the job.
Basic car wash. I find that you get less time than other places. Also, they give you loonies for change, but you get "less than half" the time with a $1 than with a $2 coin.
First time I've spent more than $10 on a touchless car wash and had bugs still on the windshield after. This place sucks.
Cheap, clean, and efficient car wash. Have used both touchless and wand car wash and is impressed with both. Great water pressure, nice foam, and high air pressure. Owner also lets you wipe the car down in the car wash. Also has a small kmart in the back.
very good place, courteous staff, convenient,
This has got to be the most expensive hand car wash I’ve ever been to. I typically use another place but decided to stop here on my way home. Since I was out of change I used my credit card and was shocked to see a final charge of $16.75 for just over 10 minutes! This is ridiculous. Any other car wash would cost me $4-$8 with the high end including pre soak, soap, foam brush, rinse and vacuum, and the low end just utilizing a quick soap and rinse. My regular wash place has a screen to tell you how much time you have left and $2 will get you 3 min. If I went there it would have cost me $8 to get 12 min which is half the price I paid here today. I didn’t even use the foam brush because it was completely covered in mud. To be clear, this was for the hand wash that you do yourself and not the automated touch less wash.
Great place to wash your car...
(Translated) Several spaces for washing cars. Clean place. (Original) Plusieurs espaces pour laver les voitures. Lieu propre.
Decent car wash
Loved the foaming wand
Worst car wash .. touchless... Closed the dryer 50 seconds earlier... People from U-Haul are mannerless need to learn how to behave properly. 0 star.
Low pressure. Waste of time
I've been to so many car washes and this is by far the best in the area. The prices are reasonable and the owner is very kind. I have used both the touchless and the self-service. Extremely clean and professional service. FYI there is also a convenience store next door.
Bit pricey but nice and clean and well maintained
Generally all around good place to wash a vehicle. Staff are friendly. I can usually get my truck in and out quickly. I would have rated five stars but the last time I went the credit card machine wasn't working and I didn't want to take the option of taking out cash from the on site machine where you get charged extra to withdraw money. So I left. With that being said, I do plan to go back. They'll just have tho figure out a work around for those withdrawal fees for me to rate them as five stars.
Good car wash. Lots of stalls and they keep them clean too.
My truck loved it
Do NOT waste your money here for auto detailing!! Were slow and did an incomplete job missing obvious things. I sensed an unprofessional disrespectful attitude toward me as a woman. I dont mind immigrant workers at all but they SHOULD be able to speak/understand English.
Affordable and has large bays... No reason to go back to Hughes!
Great car wash, good pressure and the soap they have takes everything off. Kept very clean.
Great facility with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Their touch-less car wash is, in my opinion, the best in Edmonton. I've been to a few touch-less car washes and this one does the job by far. The wash cycles seems to remove even the toughest of dirt & grime and the dryer is very good.
No bucket washing. I think they over charge for the swipe and pay. However the wash bays are clean and bright.
owner is very nice and helpful and the facilities are kept running smoothly
Very clean and well maintain equipment
I have Been to many and carwash bays and this is my new favorite. And it's got a drive through as well. Awesome place very spacious
Not great. Either put your credit card in or have change. The cashier doesn't make change either or let you use your card, instead they have an ATM with ridiculous fees to get bills out. Not worth it
Great equipment and plenty of room in the stalls, but I dislike that it's a $2 minimum to start.
No hot water..... we all know washing with cold water is not the best and it's harder to clean with. I told the attedant and he said it takes time and have to wait....hmmm so basically i have to wait longer which means I have to pay more for something they should've had when I started washing my car. I was there for a while at you can see I paid $26.50, and no hot water came out. High Pressure Hot Soap = COLD High Pressure Hot Wax = COLD
It's a 3 1/2 star. I don't know how to cut the star in half. It's decent.
The Guy was a bit rude ????
Very well maintained with all the vehicle ckeaning products you wish you didnt forget at home right there ready for your purchase
Great carwash with excellent employees/management. The worker on shift got me out of a pickle when I left my car died due to the engine being off but the keys in. My battery died while I was in the carwash, luckily the employee had a battery booster kit and was able to get my car running within minutes and I was on my way. I appreciated the generosity, staff seems friendly and helpful. Only reason for 4 stars is I think the price rates for the self wand-wash should get cheaper after an extended period of time as that is the standard for most washes. I dont particularly enjoy paying $25-$30 for a wash, regardless of how detailed I get.
Quick and easy to use
Best car wash in Edmonton
Best car wash in Edmonton
Very nice experience, a bit cheaper compared to the gas station once and it does a lot more!
Everything you need and lots of bays
Nice, clean, and reliable car wash. However, you don't get a lot of time for your money. Could be worse though, it could be Hughes.
This car wash is a little out of the way for me, however as I managed to run up the bill on my credit card because I failed to press the red button to stop the charges months ago, my fault. I spoke with the person operating the wash at the time, he gave me a gift card to compensate. That was actually nice of him. I used the wash again today, as you can see by the pictures, the place was empty. No surprise as it is minus 24. Many car washes were closed due to the weather. I didn't use the brush as I do at my regular car wash, I was pleased with the result. My car was just as clean. I like all the car wash options but if I was to use them all, it would be very pricey, in which case you may as well use their drive through wash. The total cost for 4 min 51 seconds was $6.00. I wanted to know how much was left on my gift card, the person operating the wash was helpful and polite. If you do use the brush, soap up your car and press stop and restart when ready to rinse. Saves $.
My 16 year niece Chloe was killed by a drunk driving lawyer outside this car wash. The management at Kingsway Car Wash ,who knew her a little from the neighbourhood, were so kind enough to allow us to place a large rip photo of her on their property. They let it stay there for over a year in memory. That says alot about any person. Today i picked up the sign and tried the touchless wash for the first time. Honestly a great job when others always leave a lil dirt behind. Spotless. I will use them everytime from now on. Thanks for everything guys. DONT DRINK AND DRIVE PEOPLE
Facility is well located and sizeable. Wand washes are quite expensive compared with others in Edmonton. There has been inconsistency in the foam brush I used from one visit to the next; last visit the soap-flow was less than previously and worryingly less than other car washes I’ve compared.
Clean and up-to-date facility. Everything about it is quite nice it's a bit more on the expensive side. The one small thing that irked me was there's no grace period for the two minutes for two dollars when you insert a coin it takes 5 to 10 seconds for the washer to start up. Emz car wash on the southside gives you that little bit of grace period which is nice as a courtesy
Reasonable pricing. Opted for the $12 dollar deluxe was, car came out clean. A little odd getting used to the system, it's stationary but I am pleased with the wash and my car is clean.
Place is clean and easy to use. No hot water saving money I guess. Extremely over priced. I live 1 block away and will continue going to a new wash 10 mins away it’s easily 1/2 the price if kit more. Not good Value!
Went to this car wash and washed my small 2 door car. The charge said a total of 4.25. Finished and left. Saw a $25.00 charge on my credit card, called and they refused to refund. Would not return.
Convenient place, reasonable price. You can use Lonnie or now also cc. However, if you are using cc make sure to push stop at the end of your wash or it just keep counting and you will be surprised to see a big charge on your cc statement. It happened to me once, and I fixed next time.
Over priced
Over priced
I like this place cuz it's convenient, it's always clean, the staff are responsive, and you can pay with cash or credit card.
Well equipped.
I love it, I drive an hour just to go clean my baby!!
One of the best in the city for ease, size and the fact everything works.
Not as cheap as it used to be, but a nice clean car wash
A usual ???? wash, with self service
Timer is pretty bad. I can usually spend $4 at Hughes and have my whole car clean. Can't do that here. Also takes the water a few seconds before starting up.
It's a very clean car wash with wide bays. Really good for my SUV. It has the option of cash or credit card payment. Just a little over priced.
Truck ended up clean
The timer starts when you put your coins in but the machine takes like seven seconds to get started. it's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but it's frustrating anyway.
Good car wash, but expensive
Had my car detailed here, it was ready when they said it would be, cleaning job was great and the price was fair. Absolutely would recommend this place.
I used the wand wash to clean my motorcycle. The usual options (high pressure wash, wax, etc.). What I liked was that there is also a credit card payment option so that I don't have to carry a pocketful of loonies.
The facility is fine but the cost of using it is quite high. Expect at least $15 for a wand wash
Great place
Was great and affordable. 36$ for 24 minutes
I used my credit card as payment when washing my car. I found this location to be over priced, as well one of the workers came off as being rude. I didn't think coming to this location was worth my time, energy or money.
This is where we always go to wash the car. Decent prices, I haven't ever experienced a wait, and the car bays are warm in the winter!
Great place to go
Good, clean and not busy at all. Easy to use.
Clean. New equipment.
I have been using this business for over a year. I was charged $40 for a carwash. I called owner, he said come down we will refund you cash. I went down there, he refused to refund me, claiming that "i did not press the red button" and claimed my carwash did indeed cost $40 (it's normally $11 and some change) I cancelled my credit card, reported fraudulent transaction. Does not provide proper customer service, argues with customer, and blatantly lies about refunding me.
Great selection of wash choices, wand or touchless available. High pressure on wand, always a plus Good price for time on wand wash.
Love this car wash. Usually never a wait to get in. Its clean and well maintained. $2 to start the machine is a bit of a cash grab. Would be good if a dollar got it started for when your just gotta finish your wash off. Very visible location.
Expensive Wand wash, compared to Hughes car wash or Davidson Creek Car and Pet wash in Sherwood park (they are best). However, it was not busy they allowed me to dry my car and clean on the inside that was extra hour in their facilities and from that perspective $10.50 was worth while. For same wash in Davidson Creek Car and Pet wash would have been $5. Hughes in Edmonton 107 AV and 116 St. would have been $6. In both of these locations I would be allowed to do same providing they are not busy. Hughes on 107 Av and 116 street in Edmonton is always very busy. Their equipment is in good working condition. Vacuum cleaner perhaps a bit better then same at Hughes at above location. Thus, at -8C drying Car manually, with a cloth, while on inside and cleaning inside without using their equipment was still good deal.
Been coming here for 5 years! My go to carwash! Get a Vicinity rewards card if you plan on coming here often and get free washes. There are loads of options, the guy who's usually here has always been nice and has even given me tips on washing and would even lift my window wipers for me when I forget LOL It would be nice if there was a car dryer, but otherwise this is the best manual car wash I've been to in Edmonton.
Positives: the foam brush doesn't put so much foam out that it takes forever to rinse it off. Negatives: it's a good thing that it doesn't take long to rinse it off because it is really expensive!! There is no drains in the stalls, everything flows to a central drain in the middle of the building. At times you could be standing in a river of water and foam,e wear rubber boots. Normally I pay about $15 to vacuum, rinse, brush, and rinse again. This place cost $27.
Not impressed with the pricing. Most other place still charge a dollar per minute but not this place. Also the water for rinsing is cold so that's another downside.
There’s a problem happening every time I wash my car , foam doesn’t come right way , your money simply waste without using . And even water always doesn’t come and I’ve to call staff .
It has decent equipment, but it your money buys you basically nothing.
Clean well staffed sage Best deal in town twice the bang for the buck compared to hughes
Automated billing instead of fumbling for coins. Foam soap brush heads are worn down.
Big area lots of bay for car wash
Great value for the coins. Seems like a toonie gets you longer than some of the other places I have tried. Lots of stalls and easy access off Kingsway. They even have a traffic director during busy periods
Great place to wash your car
I called for asking some questions if they have certain services I am looking for. They were impolite, and just hung up on me when I was trying to explain what I wanted to ask. I would not even bother calling them again.
(Translated) Well, but when a friend paid with his card they discounted 40 dollars and since then we prefer to pay with coins. (Original) Bien pero a un amigo cuando pagó con su tarjeta le descontaron 40 dólares y desde entonces preferimos pagar con monedas.
Not very expensive
I went yesterday to rinse my car which usually cost $5 but because I was using my Visa they charge $25 for that i dont recommend this place
I am very familiar with how car wash businesses operate, and this place is a complete SCAM. A few months ago I used their wand wash and got change at the change machine, but the change machine short changed me a few dollars by giving 5 quarters instead of 5 loonies. I called the manager out on it, and he pretended he couldn't speak english and didn't understand my problem. Eventually after more customers were lining up for help, he gave in and gave me my $5 back. I decided to give the wash another try this time and used a credit card. I used the car wash for just over 10 minutes and pressed the red stop button, but was charged $23.75!!! I went to the office to speak with the gentleman as there must have been a mistake, and he told me that unless I have a receipt he won't do anything for me. The funniest part about this is the fact that it's literally impossible to get a receipt for a transaction at the car wash bay as there isn't any printer, so the man knew he was scamming me. Avoid this wash at all costs! Very sketchy business practices - will be reported to the BBB.
Nice, clean and well lit so you can make sure your vehicle is clean.
They have hidden charges they add to credit cards. Cost me $40 what I can usually do for $12.
Very clean. Very polite and helpful staff. Very good location too next Canadian tire, if you ever need some extra supplies.
Been coming here for 4 years now. Attendant was an older man who was really helpful and kind. Not sure if he’s retired but there are New attendants who are just as helpful if you need. They did update machines recently, I don’t think you get as much time per dollar as before but it is still cheaper than most touchless washers.
Nice Working
LOVE this car wash!! I go all the time, very helpful owners, even helped me scrub my car once!!!
Paid for wax, no wax and the attendant laughed at me when I asked about. He said it was broken and there was no notice. I asked for a refund and he smiled and laughed more. Come back tomorrow he said. Ya, not likely, not ever. Avoid this business.
Best Car Wash in Edmonton and best staff
Uses coins instead of tokens
1$/50 seconds of water Always leaking handles spark you as you spray. I wash my truck at Hugh's for less than my car here
The guy who works here or owns it is pretty nice. The automatic car wash is actually one of if not the best one I been to in the city!!
Fantastic car wash. If you want to clean you car right, do it here. This place has all the products to use on your car including carpet shampoos, body conditioner and more! The staff are always friendly and the place is kept clean. I have never had to drive into a dirty wash bay because as soon as the guy who washed the 30 pounds of mud off his truck leaves, the staff come and rinse the bay out. Perhaps a little more expensive than most places but its worth it. Rarely is this place full so I can drive right in, wash, and even sometimes dry off inside before leaving.
Alright car wash, newer equipment. Water was cold but pressure was good. Bit pricier than other places... machine charged my card 25 cents for going over 1 sec on the timer so I guess you’ll have to stop :59 on the dot.
Super helpful with renting a uhaul.
Use automatic bays to wash my hotrod.
Use automatic bays to wash my hotrod.
$1 for 1 min
**** Fraud Alert **** This used to be a decent carwash 7+years ago but recently I've went and used it only to find out they over charge and double charge if you use your Visa. 29.60 + 12.50 on same day when I visited?!?! I own a small SUV and have NEVER spent that much washing my vehicle. It was a wash/rinse(brush on driver/passenger sides not front/back) no vacuum etc and the total shown on machine was not that high. I'll also add I do and did set switch to off to stop the charges, infact this visit i remember I did quick wetting of vehicle and noticed brush was worn out and would scratch vehicle so i backed up into a.stall that had a better brush and the rinse cost on machine said 2$. **** Do yourself a favor and avoid this place completely and not support a scammer. ****
I would totally avoid this place at all cost. The employee working in that evening was extremely unprofessional. Yelling and swearing to a fellow customer.
Good carwash but DO NOT use your credit card here! No matter what they’ll charge you $25.00 regardless of how long you use it, I’ve gone twice figuring the mistake was mine the first time. Now it’s happened again and I will not be returning.
Easy to find on net.
Terrible. Washed my truck for maybe 3 minutes and cost $7.50 which is still steep but not bad but later that day got charged $25.00 for no reason!!! Emailed the car wash but no reply! Total scam.
Clean and organized. Water pressure is a little light.
Good4binning
Good car wash, but could use a convince store
Up to date equipments, lots of wash bays. Best to use coins though, because if credit card is used, it preauthorizes $25 minimum irrespective of how much the wash actually cost, and it can take anything up to 3 weeks to get a refund
Prices were not too bad. Happy with my carwash
Nice carwash
Bays are pretty tight for a truck and very expensive
(Translated) Too expensive, good hours of operation, rude staff .. (Original) Trop cher, heures d'ouverture bon respectées, personnel impoli..
Good pricing and generally not a wait
Awesome
Quick helpful card and cash excepted independent bay wash.
Great Clean.
A bit tight for larger vehicles. Spray nozzels need servicing.
Simple and a good car wash. The rinse did leave spots though, even after buying the ultimate version
Disappointing, over priced and hot wash was not even warm. Would not go back.
Disappointing, over priced and hot wash was not even warm. Would not go back.
Washed two cars here this week. Both still aren't clean; not sure what more I could have done other than foam brush, but based on other reviews - that doesn't appear to work well either. Called this establishment twice, speaking to two different employees, in the following days and customer service was extremely unprofessional and abrupt. All I wanted to know was why my MasterCard had two charges of $40 a piece for washes less than 10 minutes. I was informed that the charge was the pre-authorized amount and that I would be refunded in the days to come. Maybe post a sign so you don't receive multiple phone calls in regards to why people appear to be overcharged? Also, work on your phone manners. Super disappointed with this establishment. Stay clear if you value basic quality and respect.
Clean bays Hot water
The automatic car wash is very quick and never seems to have a line-up.
First time there in about 6 months today... new owners.. 20-30 bucks would usually get the job done... now im in it for 40 bucks... the foam is still slop and barely a foam... there are definitly better places to go
$7 for five minutes. $12 to wash a smart car.
It cost me $13.25 just to vacuum my car. So expensive! FYI - every time you swipe your credit card it pre-authorizes $25. I swiped my card twice and then it sat as $50 pending on my card for three days. The guy working tried to rudely explain to me that's how all pre-authorized amounts work - it's not! and I will not be back.
Is open till 10, arrived at 9:30pm and had the rudest attendant tell me to go to the last bay and to clean my truck in 10min. Will not return and did not bother to give this place my money. Too bad, tell your staff they can clean till 10:30pm.
Friendly staff, well kept and equipped wash bays.
very nice service, nicely kept clean, but I spend at most 15 to clean my full sized SUV , but 20 here at that was a quick clean, you need to wait for the water pressure to come through the nozzle like 10+ seconds , that needs addressed asap , because if your timing customers based on how much money you put it , it's only fair to be able to use the full amount of time with a proper working system
AVOID THIS CAR WASH AT ALL COSTS!!! On two separate occasions, I have put money into their machines and it didn't work. When I spoke to the staff, he said I didn't put money in and refused to reimburse me. I had been going to this location for several years. It used to be a good place but I think they changed ownership over a year ago. Since that time I have noticed they have cut back on the time given per dollar spent. There is hardly any soap that comes out of the brush as well. Fool me once, shame on you... fool me twice, shame on me.
Disappointing experience. Poor customer service. Abrupt and aggressive when speaking with clients. When we called to see if something was left behind, they didnt even look.
The best car wash out there and they have a new Tochless car
Not busy when I go, but not as generous with minutes per dollar as some other places, but is fairly convenient.
I went to this car wash on the evening of Friday, March 22/19. After washing my car, I hopped back in to start it and discovered the battery was dead. I went and asked an employee at the car wash if they would be able to give me a boost. The car wash employee admitted to having booster cables, but refused to help. He told me I needed to call someone to come and help me. Then after refusing to help, tells me that they close soon and I need to be gone by the time they closed. Maybe if he had wanted me out of there sooner, he would've helped me boost the car. I realize it's not the car wash's fault that my car died, but it's ridiculous that the car wash attendant admitted to having booster cables and could've helped, but told me that he wouldn't. He said that he didn't want to block the car wash. Instead I had to call my girlfriend to come. It took her about 20 minutes to get there and then about 15 minutes to push the car out of the bay and then boost it. Had the car wash attendant helped when I had asked, we would've maybe spent 5-10 minutes blocking the car wash. Instead, I blocked multiple different bays while boosting the car for close to an hour. The car wash employees here are ignorant. I'd highly recommend avoiding this car wash at all costs. It's also way overpriced. A wand wash costs $15 where most places it costs $7.
Good Car Wash.
I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE PRICE AFTER WASHING MY TRUCK ...LOOKED AT THE RECEIPT AFTER IT WAS FINISHED AND IT CAME OUT TO $25.00 AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF IT WASN'T EVEN CLEANED PROPERLY. I HAVE BEEN TO MANY PLACES IN WESTERN CANADA AND THIS WAS THE MOST EXPENSIVE PLACE...EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE THAN FORT MACMURRAY ....USUALLY A CLEANING COST ME AROUND $16 AT MOST!!!TAKE A STAND AND PLEASE DON'T GO THERE UNTIL THEY COME BACK TO REALITY!!!!
Tried calling to make sure they were open and got no answer. Arrived there 5 hours before they closed and everything was locked up. Tried calling again and found out the owner decided to close five hours early. If you are going to close early take the consideration to notify potential customers that you are closing early.
Love it!
Myself and other customers were asked to leave early because the attendant wanted to go home early on the Sunday night shift.
I dislike people who lie, as the old man did blatantly. Will not be returning here.
Good place. Always wash my truck here
i never been there..
The time given per dollar is way better than 90 % of all others. You get the selection you ask for and they don't cheep out on the soap. Totally recommend
Was in the area and decided to give my vehicle a quick wash. Water pressure and run time is low in comparison to several other wand washes in the city for every dollar you spend. There also seems to be a lot of ridiculous rules posted all over the building such as “no dirty vehicles”. Whats the point of going to a car wash if you vehicle isn’t dirty to begin with? I’ll stick to my regular wand wash which offer 3 minutes of run time for $2 at a very high water pressure, not to mention a much friendlier staff.
What a great car wash. This place has around 10 bays, all in closed under one roof. Fully heated to get your vehicle cleaned in the winter months. All bays are equipped with vacuum cleaners which is nice. There is around 10 wash options that range from soapy high powered wash to a hot wax. The water coming out was always hot and powerful. Each bay is separated by a splash shield, so no getting hosed by your neighbours. The prices are $2 for 4 minutes of vacuuming. And each wash option is $2 for 2 minutes. I rarely spend over $10 getting my car clean. Added bonus the washrooms were spotless which is always a plus in my books.
Best car wash in town!
Best car wash in the city hands down. The lighting is excellent, something many places overlook. Its easy to pay as they accept credit card. Its great
Never have to wait. Friendly staff
Great place to wash your Vehicle nice staff very helpfull.
Very specifically and clearly called ahead to confirm that I can shampoo my interior by myself, and it was clearly reciproted that I can do this myself or pay to have it done on site. I arrived and was given a very strange look and told very clearly that is a ridiculous idea that I would be told this. Insisted on speaking to management and the dark curly haired man walked away. So I am typing this before I leave this carwash in there bay to waste there time in return for wasting mine! I am biege for what it is worth, as not to imply racism.
Old guy manager or owner is walking around inside, smoking; not what you want where you take your car to look and smell nice. Machines don't take cards, only coins. Bays don't have foaming brushes, just pressure wands. The place is clean but i won't be going back.
The touch-less car wash didn't get all of the soap off my vehicle so the owner (I'm guessing) asked us to pull into the car wash where he proceeded to rewash the entire vehicle. He even squeegeed the windows off. The customer service at this place is great.. plus the wand wash accepts credit card and has several options.
It was a good car wash, how ever you need to have cash or credit card on hand. They don't have an ATM on site. The vacuum had good suction. And the hose had high water pressure. Those are to the Two main factors I prefer when at a car wash.
It is a very very very good car wash place. Good facilities, good environment, good price.
This used to be an excellent wand wash and I was a regular customer. This evening, I found all the available bays were not clean, it was very expensive and and it seems to close early quite regularly - tonight being a case in point. Most annoyingly, the attendant was very abrupt and not hospitable after I spent over $15 to wash my car. He seemed more concerned about going home. I normally don't give much weight to one-star reviews, but I can vouch for the other reviewers who complained about the high prices, closing early and rude service. I haven't used the ATM, but I am sure it also is a ripoff. I will take my weekly wash elsewhere as there are plenty of other wand washes in Edmonton.
Tried to get change for the wand wash. They referred me to the ATM machine which charges a 2 dollar service charge. Shameful Shameful. Only when I protested and threatened to leave did they offer to do the transaction with no service charges. Shameful behavior
Their sign boards are not very informative. When you approach the facility, it says touchless with an arrow pointing right but you cannot make out that there is an alley. When we reached there, we were confused for a few seconds till we saw the way in the back. But after that it was smooth. It's self service and fast.
Clean well maintained car wash with about 8 bays. Takes credit card or toonie for payment.
NEW OWNERSHIP, NEW SYSTEM CAR WASH
Little pricey but worth it....
Brutal rip off car cash used soap then brush and rinse and then vaccum interior went to $32.75! Other car washes $15-$18 max usual clean I do. Never coming back.
Love that it has the auto wash and wand wash. Super simple and quick. I can easily run over and wash my car with no hassles
The staff is very helpful and kind, specially the Eritrean guy. Also it is very clean, and they offer cards that come with %50 off . I highly recommend this carwash.
Decent coin car wash. Thumbs up to their late closing time as I often clean my car after work, I wish they have more options on their cleaning tools.
Good
New machine rips you off on time when adding more money. Make sure you wait until your $2 time has expired before putting another $2 or else you'll be burning money.
Best wand wash in Edmonton! Doesn't use tokens. Some reviews complaining about price but I just spent $17 to do a good wash, polish and wax even spending extra attention on the bugs after a road trip. Same price as the gas station wash with those options but my car looks way better. Do the full cycle including the polish and your car will look way better than after hughes.
Hands free was great
Owner is super attentive and passionate about his business. Great setup, lightning is superb. If you want to take care of your brand new whip this might be the place for you.
Don't bother going here. Owner will constantly close the carwash 2+ hours early despite posted hours. When you show up he will tell you he doesn't care if you come back because they are busy enough during the day. I've also been inside and heard him being rude on the phone while I stood there waiting to be helped. ALSO Prices are too high. The yellow curtains they use disguise dirt so it's difficult to tell if your car is clean or not. Don't go somewhere that customers aren't respected.
Decent place to go wash ur car. Everything worked as described.
This carwash offers a lot more options than most self serve carwash in the city, the facility is also better. However, it comes at a premium, it is also 2x more expensive than other self serve car wash. If you choose to pay with credit card, it will be even more expensive. The system will charge based on the time, you cannot pause it.
Awful wash my car not once but twice overpriced they use cold water better go to Hughes not recycle water there I was told
Very clean good water pressure and good service
friken expensive
Horrible customer service, showed up 45 minutes to close for a quick wash and was told they close in 5 minutes
Good equipment but I was not expecting it to be one dollar one minute
((WARNING)) New Asian owners!!! For $2.00 not even enough soap came out of the foaming brush to wash the hood of my vehicle. Been going to this car wash for years, these new owners will be broke in no time. This was so bad it should be illegal. I complained to the owner, he popped in an extra tooney and it wasn’t even close to enough soap to wash a quarter of a car. Not to mention, once you start the timer, there is a 7 second delay before water or the soap starts. Owner didn’t care and said, “It’s good enough”... I drove away without rinsing the vehicle off and finished washing the car at a different car wash. Absolutely disgusted! If you don’t believe me, try for yourself lol.
This place is expensive and no grace period.
Always clean. All bays open most of the time. Helpful staff
I wish I could give -100 stars
An absolutely God awful experience from top to finish. The washers had no pressure, the entire place smells like mould, there was no attendant anywhere to help, the vaccum had barely any suction, the soap left streak lines on my car, and the water was cold. Just horrendous and I have to go to a different place to clean up their bad equipment's work. Oh, and nevermind the obscene price they're charging while simultaneously clearly having designed their equipment to keep you in as long as possible. It's bad and you should not give them your money
Too bad I can't give negative stars because I would. I've always avoided this car wash, but now I'll never go there again. Whoever owns this place is cheaper than I've ever seen. First the ATM was broke, the guy charged me $2 for a $20, Ok, not so bad, but it got worse. They've lowered the pressure on the soap coming out of the brush, I mean really bad, I've never seen a place so cheap with the soap coming out of the brush. I stopped washing the car halfway through because there was so little soap coming out of the brush. So, after spending $15 I had a half washed car and a very bad taste in my mouth. Like I said, I would avoid this car wash in the past, but it's never been as bad as it is now. I can't believe this place is still open with there being so much competition nearby (Hughes on 107 ave and 116 St, Bubbles on Jasper near 117 St, and so on). AVOID THIS PLACE! WHOEVER OWNS AND RUNS THIS PLACE IN INCREDIBLY CHEAP! Whoever is giving this place five stars has either been paid to do so, knows someone who works or owns the place or invests in it, or is hallucinating.
I don't know if there are new owners but I came here recently (Sept 2021) and I put in 6$. The "hot soapy wash" had soap for the first minute then the soap stopped coming out and the water was cold? The mud was not even washed off my vehicle. I used to come here before (from 2019-2020) and the hot soapy wash was amazing. I don't know what happened but a note to the owners, you just lost a long term customer because it appears that you are being cheap with the soap. Or something is wrong with that specific bay. I will go to Hughes now. Super disappointing. 6$ for 6$ mins of cold water did nothing. Zero stars!!
Just washed my car here, machine said $9 when I was done. Credit card is being charged $40.
Highest pressure wands in town.
Super clean professional nice service and lots of options. I have used the drive in and self serve. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. My family loves this car wash.
Wand wash rip off.. DO NOT add coins before time is up!!!! It only gives an additional 1:30 rather than the full 2:00. (other car washes give at least 2:15-2:30 per $2). When I asked manager, he said it’s just a top up! So let it expire before inserting coin. Clean otherwise. Other carwashes give more time per coin.
Getting expensive
Crazy expensive... $2 for 1:15 seconds of cold water, DO NOT RECOMMEND
The Carwash itself was well equipt, but the owner was incredibly rude. I was leaving the carwash, and was saying goodbye to my friend. The owner asked me 'Why are you still here?'. I understand that it is a busy car wash, but this kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I would advise others to think twice before going.
The person who attends is very vulgar and rude, treats clients very badly, The black guy treat myself badly and I saw that he was very rude and he said very bad words to another client. I NEVER NEVER go back to this car wash.
Been coming here for a while and best equipment in town. I sell cars so always in a car wash, iv never been rushed when cleaning inside of vehicles without meter running so that's number 1. And special thanks to Bernie great guy
Bring lots of money if you want a clean vehicle... the place is kept nice and clean...but the stalls are small though...tough to get even a small SUV in the space.
The timer are messed up 1 dollar gives you one minmin Same for a townie only one minmin I will drive across town to a Hugh's next time You seen the last of my money
I have used a lot of self car washes here in the city and this is the worst one by far. Yes, the staff is friendly and the bays are clean however, that is all overshadowed by a very high minimum $2 starting price and that is not the worst. I find the water lacks sufficient soap and the water pressure is so low that it will take at least 10 times around to get it properly cleaned. I guess, no soap, low wash pressure equals more money in the till; I will never go back..I would not recommend this place
The two guys(owners i think) working in the shop part are hilarious and very knowledgeable about products
When the reviews are this low on Google (which usually has inflated ratings for businesses), then you know it's bad. First time I went, paid double what I normally pay elsewhere for the same amount of time. Second time I saw a coupon for $4 and went in showing it on my phone. They said I have to print it out...Who even prints out coupons anymore? I understand that they may have to keep track of the number of people using it, but you can still make a note of it in other ways. Sounds like they just want to prevent people from using the coupon.
It's a good carwash, but it's expensive for what it is.
great car wash . I am regular customer of this car wash . I really like this car wash because of location ,costumer service .
Has everything that a good car wash should have and sell them a lineup
Their bays are a good size, their control systems are excellent and can be run off your credit card (no stupid tokens). Plus they have a foam protectant sprayer that is nice as opposed to the paint finish ruining foam brush (they also have one of those too so all the bases are covered). Overall its the best place around in my opinion. Improvements are it could be a bit easier on the price point, and an undercarriage sprayer wouldnt go amiss but seem to be rare in the city from what I have seen.
