Brutal car wash. Been going here for years and I have no idea why. Hands down the worst pre soak out of any wand wash i've ever used. Paid $10 for a wash and definitely didn't leave with a clean car. Not user error here, thinking that something is wrong with the water filtration they use. Unfortunately mississippi jacks was closed so I had to settle. Next time i'll just wait.

I went there on July 26th and I used the Rv cleaning, just to washed a rental homedepot dump trailer so the time was less than 5 min and they have a minimum of 5 min charge which is fine, but the screen showed me $ 6.00 that's ok but now checking my credit card statement they actually charged me $ 9.95 , I called today Sunday for an explanation but I have to wait untill Monday to talk with the Boss

I usually don't go to Jumbo because of a previous experience I had there. But, this time I needed a quick wash while on my way to a specific destination. I went inside to pay for my premium wash and the girl at the desk was polite and respectful. I paid for my wash, then got some armour all wipes and then left. The chose the touchless carwash and it didn't decent job. It was -30 degrees Celsius but the car wash was still open for business as usual.

Very good experience but the water could have been a bit hotter. I had to wait a good 10 minutes as it was so busy. Perhaps why the water was not so hot? Friendly staff a place to dry off your vehicle with trash cans and outside vacuum cleaners. I have not used them so can't elaborate on them

Seen the management staff of the store actually push a customer after he refused to put on a mask. The customer politely said he would take his business else where after he put his hub caps back on and dried off his front and back so he could see. Extremely unprofessional and unwarranted action taken by the management staff considering there were others not wearing masks in the facility. And no my recollection of the event is not off. That is exactly what happened. It would or been unsafe for me to drive with my windows covered in soap and water and to leave without my hub caps. I did not refuse to leave. I was making it safe to do so for myself. I will be pressing charges for assault when I get back from my business trip.

The wand wash bays are great, but don't waste your money on the automatic wash. Even with an only moderately dirty vehicle, it won't be clean when you come out the other side. The pressure seems great, so it must be poor soap. Took my car to another automatic wash a day later and it removed the dirt that Jumbo's wash left behind. (And it was less money!!)

I visited this business this morning as I usually do at least 4 times a month since they opened, but for the first time I noticed the water wasn't cleaning my vehicle so I called out and asked if there was a problem and was approached in the wash bay by a man claiming to be the owner. He said there was no problem and continued to talk down to me and be condescending and when I said I didnt appreciate it he told me to leave. Beware of this man and this business.

Went through the soft gloss and I am not impressed. There was no undercarriage spray, and worst of all the spinners kept opening my mirror, so I had to open my window and Close the mirror 3 times and each time I got soaked! Plus the dryers didnt even get my vehicle dry, leaving a ton of water spots

I spent $40 on my vehicle today to try and wash the mud off. After sitting there washing and washing my vehicle is hardly clean. The pressure of their wand wash is terrible. Every time I come here i am disappointed. I would rather drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the car wash by the westerner then sit here trying to use Jumbo’s. You might as well pressure wash your vehicles at home because they probably have more pressure then here.

Would give zero stars, if able. Went to wash our 5th wheel, approached by attendant as all bays were full. He said to wait until one came available, which we did for half hour. One bay came available and it was being cleaned, so waited. He then came out and waived another unit in, that came after us. We asked him, he said, oh sorry, thought the other unit was before us, after he talked to us, not even the other RV, because they were not there. Told us, oh well, have to wait. Told them we will take our business to another place, which we did and will never go to Jumbo again.

weather was inclement when I went, so I decided rather than doing a full complete wash, I would just use the Touchless automatic. NEVER AGAIN !!!! I have used these same washes at several different car washes and dealerships, but never has one been so quick. I chose the ultimate wash, and it took less than 2 minutes !!! Most other places the same wash takes more than 5 !!! The sprayer bar went around my car exactly 4 times - once for each cycle. The dryer lasted longer than the whole wash !!! To top it off, I wiped my car down right out of the wash, and the car was dirtier than when I went in - dirt streaks everywhere, water spots - even though it was supposed to be a spot free rinse - didn't clean ANY of the bugs off. Just an over all horrible wash. This experience has made it so I will never go back to that location again - for anything!!!!

Always clean and pretty reliable car wash that I have used 1-2 times a week for 9 years. General Manager was a condescending, unpleasant meathead a few weeks back when I popped in to advise that the touchless spot free rinse wasn’t working. GM asked what my “expectations” were all shouty-like, then completely avoided me when his staff confirmed it wasn’t working. Once in the past the staff shut down the drive-through kiosk as I was entering wash code 10 mins before closing. And the staff will pretty much push you out if you’re in the bays within 15 mins of close. Just because they close at, say 8pm, shouldn’t mean the staff are going home at 8. Maybe the GM should pay them for more than 2 mins past close. Either that or he should have the entrances shut down 15mins before he wants the staff finishing up and change the posted hours.
