It is not a bad place to wash your vehicle, but if there is a problem with the equipment, there is no one to talk too or get a refund, the attendant should be there at all times during business hours

Pretty good for a manual car wash! The system is very straight forward. It does seem pricy for the amount of time you get but has good quality equipment and a lot of stalls to prevent lines. The water pressure for the hose was really good while the vacuum was awkward to hold with less good pressure. Overall satisfied and my car was super clean when I left!

Wayyyy better than Hughes. More pressure, hotter water, more soap, better wash options, the list goes on. Also, I really appreciate being able to pay-by credit card with just a swipe. Will keep coming back! Thanks to the owners for putting a focus on quality and not cheaping out on pressure/temp of the water or the time per dollar. I'll pay more to be able to wash my car properly. Many car washes don't have hot enough water or enough pressure to take off the road-scum, and this one does.

Amazing staff, always friendly, professional and ever an issue it is fixed immediately without questions. The staff are always cleaning, machines never rip you off But..... comparing products to another car wash I drive an extra 20 minutes to and from, the products they use aren't the greatest... I like my car to shine and it's dirty within 2 days. Comparing it to my new spot it will last over a week with no water residue marks as they treat their water for hardness... Frazier definitely needs to step up the game as I would still like it to be convenient and in the neighborhood I will drive that extra 40 minutes for good products elsewhere ????

Nice place with credit card instead of coins and drive in bays. But why no hand washing signs?!?! This place is perfect other than that issue honestly. As someone that would like to use my own wash glove and pail and not some dirty soap wand why is that an Issue? To get as many people in and out of there in a day to max profits? Id go more if it was more welcoming to freely wash my vehicle how I'd like. Nowhere a guy can go properly wash his own vehicle around here and minimize scratches.. Not sure when they put those signs up but big disappointment.

It is a good car wash overall. I gave it 3 stars because I noticed when I hit the pause button the clock kept running and thought that was weird. When I asked after I was done the person working replied "ya it's a flaw with our system and there is nothing I can do about it." Found out that it is also $1 for 1:15 which is ok but I also paused it for 3-5 minute and they didn't seem to care. Also with covid all the vending machines are down and wanted to buy window cleaner and air freshener and they only take cash for them which I didn't have. Need to figure out a way to take debit or email transfer after all it is 2021 and I don't remember the last time I had cash on me.

For the most part it’s a good car wash. Good pressure and and good soap and presoak. The bad sometimes the bays I pull into are dirty and I have to give a bit of a clean on my dollar. I also hate that covering in front of the buttons too but I can deal with it. I still recommend just a 1 in 5 chance you’ll come one day and the bay you pull into will be dirty.

Definitely one of the best. I have tried a couple of coin car washes but undoubtedly this the best. Clean and everything is just there for you plus hot water. Did i mention it's cheap as well?! I would go back again to wash my car again. Thanks Fraser Car wash!!!

This place isn't what it used to be. Went in today at 6 on a Saturday and all the bays on the right side were blocked off and un- usable. The mat clamps are garbage and don't even hold a mat. I had to get my hands all muddy constantly picking up my fallen mats. Not to mention the worker was going on and on about a membership card even though I was very un-interested.. can you please go back to how you were when you first opened.

Hit or miss. It’s like a game of battleship with your car. You make a random selection and hope that you made a good choice. Every time I drive by this car wash I play this game. Is today the day that I’m going to get a good car wash at Fraser car wash? When this car wash first opened it was known for its hot water and being a clean busy wash. Now it’s a random variety of many things. You may have hot water or you may have cold water. All the bays may be open and some of the bays may be closed. One thing I do recommend is not using their card. A couple times now I have a loaded a card with wash Time only to discover that the card does not work. Both times I have seen staff and one time the card was replaced with a free wash the other time my card was taken and I was told I would receive a call. Still waiting for that call. So if you’re looking for adventure and you can’t wait to use another car wash simply flip a coin… Heads use this car wash… Tales, drive on my friend.

Great little car wash that is clean and well lit. Easily accessible and convenient to use. There is about 10 stalls. I remember when this used to be a bowling alley and now seeing it as a car wash is odd to me but the car wash is a good replacement. I have been coming here since it became the car wash and it has always been good. I will continue to come here

I've been through many car washes over the years. Fraser car wash is kept cleaned and maintained on an hourly basis. The employees here are quite friendly which is nice. I really have to emphasize the timer and the high pressure velocity of the wash wands are the best i've seen in Edmonton. You really get your bang for your buck. The timers are priced well enough - I can get my car done with a toonie if it's not too dirty. 10/10 worth your time.

This car wash has seriously become horrible. I came to this car wash after a long time and it was one of the worst experiences I had. The pressure on the spray wand were low especially for the pre soap compared to when the car wash was new. Plus the spray wand was leaking. The car wash is so crowd that their isn't enough room in a bay. This car wash is not "Hi-Tech" that they clam to be, well not anymore.

Was recommended this place after my go to carwash had closed down. There is NO ATM on site, the cover over the buttons is a pain when you are holding a wand-trying to see what you are pressing & putting money in (when it would execpt the coins and not just spit them back out) came in with a dirty car and after $15.00 left with a dirty car(Not even muddy just a film and I used the foam brush to boot) The bay beside the change machine wasnt working correctly and random cycles would turn on. "Oh just finished soap. How about some wax" Literally came home. Looked at my vehicle and went to a different carwash.

This place has gone downhill steadily for the last year. Bays constantly closed. There seems to be a problem every time one goes there. Today the exit doors don't work and the bay I was in had no hot water and you can feel the cavitation in the pump. No pressure. Best memory of this place was last summer there was a guy inside saying pay me $5 and wash you car as long as you want. Someone's credit card got a big charge.....lol.

This place was good when it was new, but it seems to be steadily deteriorating. Some of the spray wands are now in poor condition (with reduced pressure in some cases), the bays are muddy, several bays are out of service at a time, and most recently the exit door was broken causing much confusion. I'm looking for a new place.

One of the owners here: We do have a call number posted at the wash if there is an issue. We have just changed (Jan. 22, 2014) the hours for our staff as well. We are now staffed from 10 am to 10 pm. No staff at site from 7 am to 10 am, but leave your contact information on our phone system and we will make things right for you.

This place is very run down! I had a $10.00 bill that the machine wouldn't take so I asked the worker for change and he said that he can only sell me minutes so we left. Also one of the tarp walls between bays had two huge rips in it and was taped but was still falling apart. This is not the only issue we had with this place, sometimes the sprayers didnt work and the vacume was clogged. I wont be coming back here for a long time.

Went for quick wash, used soap then tried to rinse. Soap continued to come out, we mentioned it to employee. He told us other had same issue earlier in day, just rinse with hot wax? He did give us a credit for next time but we wondered why they didn't have a sign indicating the problem with bay #6? Seems like an easy solution for this problem. Employee was polite but he probably dealt with that problem all shift without communication. Bays clean, well lite, usually no issues maybe one off.

The car wash is usually clean, the staff there are friendly. If there is any issues with coins such as the new $1 coins they have been helpful. I can usually wash my car for under $5 there.
