Great experience ???????? This was my first time, I got help from "Preet". He clarified to me what to do and I did not have enough coins he helped me as well " you may use credit if you want". I may not be the best person to judge soup concentration but I can tell you that it cleared all my car muds and dirt. The space you have per car is great and more than enough for a big guy to move and wash. I used brush,soup,vaccum and water; next time I want to try wax and tires option. Thanks Preet for the help and team to maintain this great place.

Buyer beware! I used to like this car wash. Now the pressure is low. And I couldn't believe they use cold water. Especially in the winter. I asked the worker about it and he wasn't helpful or concerned about the cold water. Not good at all if you have any ice on your vehicle. Will not be going back here again.

Sometimes there is a long lineup but if you avoid busy times you can drive right in. It takes loonies or toonies but they have change machines and will give you change if you don't want to use the machines. Usually a wash will cost you $6.00 but it depends on much cleaning you want to do. Generally it is clean inside.

They have plenty of bays and if there is a line up it moves quickly. The bays are kept clean and if you use your card you can wash uninterrupted. The pressure is good enough for a thorough clean. Expect to use $5 to wash a mid-sized car if you don't dilly-dally.

Good location. It tends to be quite busy on the weekend. Come after 6:30pm and you should have no problem finding a stall and having time for drying your car after. Everything works, and rates are reasonable. Staff is friendly too. You can pay with credit card now too.

It was my first car wash after traveling from Toronto to Edmonton and the car was quite a mess ! With dirt tar and what not that could stick to a car on 3500km of Trans Canada Highway. The car wash was as stated in most reviews. Clean, prompt and very friendly staff, who helped me over and above his assigned duties! At times when there is no rush, they permit bucket wash and also good time to dry the car. I would keep going back. If I have a bad experience, I will get back and change this review! Duggan car wash gets my full points as on date!

It is an absolute complete waste of time to wash your vehicle there. They use cold water which everyone knows does not get rid of so it only makes it become the adhesive to your car. The pressure is horrible I have more pressure from my shower. Go somewhere else.

Awesome place and only place I take every one of my vehicles. Staff are very helpful and quick to make sure you leave satisfied with the outcome of the money you spent. They make sure all the equipment is working and if not they fix promptly. Stalls are always kept clean as soon as they are empty. If that isn't enough the fact that for your 2 dollars you get 15 seconds more then anywhere else which doesn't seem like a lot but think about it in the long run.

Place has coin machine, restrooms,is clean. If I remember correctly there's 10 stalls, each with it's own scrub brush, vacuum. Operates on loonies and twoonies, minimum 2 bucks for 2:20 in time. It cost me 6 bucks for a full wash no vacuum.

Very affordable car wash, I like their pre-paid pass it gives me 10% off also i can use for their automatic. Staff is so friendly and always smiling and willing to help. Pressure is good, soap comes more than other car washes I have noticed. I wish they took debit on the machine but i bought my pre-pay pass with debit.

Wash takes either of coins and card ...and there's a stocked cleaning supplies vending machine. And ...there's also an automatic car wash using the other entrance.

Easy enough to use, takes credit cards, easy location - 2 stars for this. But the water pressure is very poor, the water is cold, and it takes much longer to wash the car, and the end result still isn't very clean unless you spend a long time here. I haven't come here for 2 years and nothing has changed. There is a much better car wash a couple km from here; I will no longer be returning to this car wash.

Im sad about the outcome but felt I had no choice... 2nd update From the updated response from the manager of the car wash I see that there is good reason to never return. He claims that they "offered" me money. They certainly did not! and they accused me of asking for free money. ( Why would I even do that?). I'm disappointed in the attitude of two workers at our Duggan car wash. I wash my car there several times a year and have always had good service and have never had a problem til today. I put my toonies in and was washing my vehicle when the machine stopped before the time was up. I had just about a minute left on credit on the machine. I walked over to the office to ask for help and they sent a young man over to see what happened before the other man came over. He said I would need to put another toonie in to get it going again. I said I only needed the 57 seconds left on my credited amount to finish and dont want to add another toonie. He replied with" our machines dont break like that and you must add a toonie to get it going again" and then he added " we have a huge customer base with no complaints". I was stunned. I just wanted to finish rinsing my car off. I told him I'd rather have my money back for the balance left instead of adding another toonie because at that point I was ready to leave even though I still had soap on my car. I just wanted to get out of there instead of continuing to be yelled at. He then said to the other guy who was with him " Its ok, we dont need her, we'll give her a loonie." I left as fast I could after that. As I said, if you need any help there...dont ask I will NEVER go there again!

Don't like the credit card prepay. There $10 and I usually use $8 or less. Rather use coin machine. Do not like to go back and forth for $2 bucks. They figure they can make more with prepay credit cards. I asked why the coin machine not working and they don't give me a straight answer. It's all a scam to get every loonies or toonie from customers.

I went in to the "touchless" wash with my car just slightly dusty and came out with the car smeared with filth in certain areas, with dirty spots all over the windows. Upon closer inspection, I noticed hundreds of new little scrapes and chips in the paint all over the hood, and hundreds of tiny little chips in the windshield. It was as though my car had been sandblasted by the high pressure spray in the car wash. I did not know until I looked it up that these car washes use recycled water, so I can only assume that there was some sort of malfunction in their system or some problem with a filter and that the sand and rocks off other cars were high pressure blasted at my car along with all the dirty water that left it so dirty after the supposed "wash." I tried contacting the owner, but so far he does not want to claim any responsibility, and does not get back to me on my calls. I and many friends have been to this car wash before many times without a problem, so I think it must have been a malfunction in the equipment. But, I'd say, don't go to this car wash or any other automatic touchless wash because the same could happen to you at any time!

Just popped in here for a wash on our truck, and it was the closest one to our hotel. Our card wouldn't work in the machine and the employee lent us their card, let us pay it back. He even helped back our truck in! Super awesome staff here. Bays are large and have all the necessary things one would use to wash their vehicle. Easy to access on entrance or exit. Decently priced for a wash!! Will recommend to friends that live in the city! Thanks guys!!!! Much appreciated!!

I have gone here a decent amount of times. Workers at the car wash are great people, however a lot of cons. The curtains for the stalls are too short. The pressure is very weak and the soap is of very poor quality. Washed my car and dirt still showed, Water is also cold. Inside it is darker so it is hard to tell if you missed a spot. If the car wash had some better pressure, better filters, better soap, warm water, and bigger curtains it would be much better. The cost for the wash is a little steep as well 10 dollars barley cleans my car.

I quite like this local car wash. Staff are very friendly, always see them doing something like cleaning or checking equipment. I trust this team. They also don't mind if you wipe your car down while washing, AS LONG AS there are empty spaces (they do have a sign up that asks you not to sit in the bay and wipe your vehicle down, which makes sense)

New upgrades must be applauded. I love that I don't walk across to pay with my credit card. The office does not smell like cigarettes. My bay was cleaned right before I entered it. Staff is friendly, and new owner came and said hello and asked for my opinion. I think, this car wash has improved immensely. I think new need to paint their office and get air dryers for each bay and maybe have undercarriage wash because city is putting salt on the road now. Other than that I was very impressed. I and my family will come again.

The old guy is super rude. The other staff is friendly. You don't show the way out, I was in only 15 mins and being winter it takes a while. So, if people are late they wait, its a simple rule. You don't shoo away customers. The business is usually alive because of cutomers. Soap is just water haven't seen foam at all. Not going anymore. You just lost a customer old man !!

Facility looks great ever since new ownership came in! The new equipment is state of the art, not to mention they now offer detailing services! Took my car in and they made it look brand new inside and out! Definitely will be making this my go to car wash!! 5 stars!!!

Best experience yet. The employee came running when I could not figure out how to pay for their auto wash. It was so simple when they taught me. THE BEST AUTOMATIC WASH I have ever been to in my life. My son uses their self wash and loves it so I thought we try. We will come again and I will bring my wife car too! THANK YOU, you guys are doing a great job!

First time using their touch less car wash and I have to say I am very impressed. I have never had a touch less do such a great job. I like how the machine scans the contours of the car and the overhead spray arm comes down and sprays really close to the car for the front and back. The only negative is the price is quite high for the best wash at $18. If they lower it to like $15 to be competitive to the other washes they would probably get a lot more business.

Touchless Car Wash is excellent. Wash bays are spacious and clean. Got my vehicle cleaned/detailed today and I am very happy with the result. Staff are friendly and polite. Owners have done many upgrades and it shows.
