The staff are always friendly however the quality of exterior cleaning is mediocre at best. Too many times I discover areas missed on an exterior wash. I go out of my way to use them as it is 100% hand wash. They need much brighter lighting and to double check their work!

First let me start by saying I sent an e-mail to Cupids and had NO RESPONSE, so here I am. We had many washes done and they were great. But later on a Friday I rook in my new (new to me) volvo to have a quick detail for the weekend. They did a horrible job. Asked for the windows to be cleaned, they came out worse than when they went in. The car wash left streaks and dirt on the rear trunk lip. I wish they had responded because up until that moment they were better than a well known car wash. But there if you have any problems e-mail or otherwise, it is dealt with promptly. Will I go back? Well I know the other place will do a good job. Hummmmmmm

Well- instead of maybe just moving it- 20$ water bottle was thrown out- paid for front and back to be done. Only front was completed and there was a dirt footprint on my rear leather seat. I understand it's cheaper than other places, but sometimes you get what you pay for.

Drove by this place every day and decided to treat my car to a nice wash. Should have kept driving past it. Bad job. Did not even vacuum my front seats but managed to find all my recycles in the back seat which they took. I complained and got a refund but the lady (short with dark hair) must be a reincarnation of hitler. She had the nerve to tell me that my car was too full even after I offered to take my things out before they started. She yelled at the cashier in front of customers yet she is the one who washed my car and helped herself to my bottles. Seems to me this is a drive through shake down. KEEP DRIVING.

My car was a mess when I brought it in, both inside and outside. They did an amazing job detailing my car, the shampoo and inside clean was done perfectly. Also, they found my girlfriends diamond stud earring under a seat and made sure that it was where I could find it afterward. Very professional, very trustworthy and very thorough. Will use again. I am very impressed with the customer service provided by Cupid's. I took our new CR-V here for a basic exterior clean, and a superior interior clean. When I took the vehicle home, I noticed there were lots of spray marks on the dash and seats. I tried to clean them myself but was unable to. I wrote Cupid's and spoke with Jesse who was very empathetic and provided the explanation that the team likely sprayed a sealant for shine but the wind blew it onto other surfaces. He encouraged me to bring the vehicle back and they would make the situation right. I brought the car back yesterday and they cleaned it inside and out free of charge and the spray marks are gone and it looks fantastic. Highly recommend!

First time going to this place and not really happy about the service, I asked for a basic clean in/out and really is a super basic. They said carpet vacuuming but it looks they just wipe the dust in the carpets and the dust in the dash still there, they missed a huge spot. Maybe if they install more lights they’ll see the dirt. Anyway next time is better to follow the google reviews and not trying new places.

Terrible job...didn't get the interior clean at all. As I was driving I was watching my mats dry...and they were still dirty. Paid extra for the rear cargo area...still dirty. Not impressed!

Terrible job. Scratched my brand new truck. Tried removing but still visible. Worst part is the guy wasn't even apologetic. Acting like they didn't do it or something. This never happens he said. OK bud the truck is a month old and can clearly see where the rag was. Even has the big C shape like they use. Worst service ever. Do not recommend. Never going back to this dive

Stopped in, never being there before with my new Jeep. The front lady was nice, and I got a deluxe exterior package. Price is reasonable. I went in, got a coffee sat down for about 10 minutes. I got out and the wash job was not very good. but I could tolerate it. What I noticed when I got home was that they decided to dry my vehicle with steel wool it looks like. 4 enormous scratches on the passenger door! I'm gutted cause now I need to get a paint pen and fix this. I obviously don't have before and after photos so I have no way to prove it. I went back to the store and confronted the manager about the poor quality wash and more importantly the scratches, the woman told me I was wrong, and that they never scratch cars, that I scratched my new vehicle, and that it was my fault for buying a black vehicle.She accused me of not taking care of this vehicle despite being new and despite I went to her store for the sole purpose of taking care of it. I'm definitely not ever coming back.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I wanted to update my review as sometimes things change- in this case yes but for the better. Cupids is an excellent facility, they take the time to get the job right the first time, yes no one can be perfect always but Cupids is pretty damn close. The owners get out there and work just as hard hard as their Frontline staff and it's very impressive. I highly reccomend this business as always. End of update. Cupid's does a great job on my fleet vehicles and are very accommodating. Had both my personal vehicles in and received great service and even got the areas the other carwashs miss. Cup holders, why is it do hard to miss the most likely spot for spills that require cleaning? Cupids gets these areas.

Horrible the only good thing is they were quick. 70$ got me barely anything. My leather was still dirty which is easy to clean and doors weren't wiped down in the back. I felt very ripped off. I will never go again.

Paid $94 to get the interior cleaned and outer body washed with shampooing two carpet mats and trunk vacuumed. It was done quickly with the two front carpet mats still soaked when put back in car. Vacuuming was done poorly - did not vacuum under seats and trunk still needed to be vacuumed when I got home. I am also missing three dollars that I left in the cup holder when I got home... I am not going back.

The worst experience I ever had with this kind of car wash. It takes very long because the guys working there are unmotivated and slow. They not cleaning and vacuuming properly and the windows are still wet. I got my rubber mats wet back and placed back in the car. The prices are very high for the service you receive there. I tried it now twice and never will do it again.

Excellent customer service; I brought a Mercedes CLA250 and was too low to get it on carwash rail but the owner/manager Mr. Jesse helped me ans washed it personally outside of the carwash and took it inside and cleaned by himself and i was very impressed not by only him but by the whole staff. They just won my family and community business. BRING YOUR CAR TODAY YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED AT ALL.

My fault for not checking before I left but for $68 I thought I'd get my rims washed, at the very least wiped down. Scrubbed would have been nice for the money but dirty rims and tires is just bad service. This was a $15 exterior wash, not a supreme package! Unfortunately, unless you're willing to pay for a full detail service no one in this city can consistently give you a good interior/exterior car wash. Stick to a basic exterior wash and don't waste your money on anything else.

Ai have always had great service here. You can sit inside & watch your car going down the line. If you are not satisfied with the results they will gladly run your vehicle through a second time. I used to use bubbles occasionally years ago but when I heard the employees were not being compensated when there were no vehicles to wash, it turned me off.

I wish I could post a picture with my review. I paid for the delux package and it's supposed to be your whole exterior and interior cleaned. Literally the worst cleaning I ever got. There's SO much dirt on my back seat it's unreal. I'll never go here again. What I paid 70 bucks for should of been 15 bucks. Such bad service, avoid at all costs

Yes they are so quick but poor quality. They gave us the car with all the mats still soaking wet and didn't even bother to wipe them down. I called and ask and the answer i got in summary is they are more into quantity over quality. Paid for their superior interior step up-clean with additional row which cost me $77 which i am not satisfied with what i've paid for....not going to do interior cleaning with them ever again. Outer wash is ok since it's $19 but my rating for that is also poor. You can still see alot of dirt and stuff...just hoping to see a good car wash done manually that are more into quality over quantity...

Its a shame owners dont care about the level of service there emplyees put out. I attached a pic of the level of service I received .Went here today Nov 3rd. I have been here in the past and service was good. Today I asked for an in and out clean. The exterior cleaning was good but the interior was terrible. The console in the front is not even wiped and same with rear left seat. All they would need is to use a wet cloth and wipe these areas. I see no reason to use this company again

So I pay $70 to get my truck cleaned inside and out and I will never go back they have the 5 people working in there now I'm 60 years old and could work circles around these duds absolute worst car wash I've been too and it wasn't young kids working there its older people with no work ethic or pride in workmanship. I liked that there is a 'middle option' of $41 for an interior and exterior wash. Most places have a $65 option (which Cupid does too) but the $41 option is good to have mats and vaccum and exterior done and you can do a little bit of wiping of the doors yourself. Nobody gets it a 100% right so I would rather pay the $41 than the $65.

Had to get my dad's truck Don as he had a doubble lung transplant. Truck was a disaster, had been on a farm for over a year with young kids. Stains everywhere and had been smoked in. They did a rushed job and did an amazing job. Got all the stains and smells out completely. Manager was amazing to deal with as well as the staff. Drove by this place so many times wish I had kept driving by asked them if they used a track system due to the over sized rear wheels on my car jesse was quick to say ya no problem I'll even drive it in myself to make sure we don't wreck nottin so super jesse drives my car in and I wait for my wash and after wash I notice they ran my rim on the side of there track system causing my rim to get scratched all up told them of the problem then jesse tells me well bud what u want me to do? They don't care about nottin but money no customer service just like bubbles really nice to your face till they screw something up they back track ( horrible people) sad this society has come to this ????for super jesse
