I’m local to the area and this is definitely my car wash of choice. Even during peak hours the wait is minimal, there are lots of bays and the attendants help keep things moving.

If you're serious about cleaning your own car, you can't go wrong here. They have awesome wash bays, different levels of wax and spot free rinse which is rare in self serve wash bay type of car cleaning. It was $11.00 for the 5 minutes it took me so a bit on the pricey side.

This is a nice place to wash your car generally I go in the weekday evenings and its not too busy, I have a car wash card to make it easier when using the machines compared to coins or a credit card.. bays are always clean and the staff seem nice.. its right by home as well so when I need my BMW washed its nice that its close.

Brand new and very spacious facility, everything works and the price per minute is in line with other wand wash locations. There are enough bays that I have yet to have to wait for a spot to open. Accepts credit cards at each bay, and offers all the usual cleaning options as well as vacuums and wax. A nice touch is the free air available outside of the main entrance, considering that most petrol stations now charge for this service.

I've been going to this place for many times over the past two years, and I really like it, but I just realized it's quite pricey and not sure when it changed. I usually do soap, turtlewax, clearcoat and it takes about 15 minutes (or maybe less, but I'm charged around 15$ every time). Turtlewax gun is slow AF. However for $15 I could go to a touchless car wash that does the same job + dry up the car. Btw, I went to Radium Hot Springs the other weekend, and stopped at their local self serve car wash. They said it's $1/80 seconds, but I managed to soap + clearcoat my car for $4. I was surprised myself... And then I came to Edmonton and spent $15 for the same wash (well, less the turtlewax). It'd be nice if CCW offered discounts for frequent patrons.

Self-serve car wash with many bays. Clean facility. The timer for the pressure wash and etc. is ultra fast compared to other places. So if you're not careful, it can quickly add up. Using coins is recommended over your credit card as you can't really manage your spending as easily with the latter.

Went to wash my car, took the kids inside waited 5 minutes yelled hello no one came to our service or noticed us even though a worker washing one of the bays out watched us walk in. I drove out with my still dirty car and they just waved a good day at me. And no it Wasnt even busy. Maybe 2 cars there.

I was very impressed with this car wash. I know it's still new, but so far the bays are very clean and well-maintained. I stopped in on a weekday so it wasn't busy. I liked being able to pay with my credit card since I'm not very fast at washing my car. I would rather pay a bit more than do a rushed job on a limited amount of coins.

Great place to get a car wash. After driving for almost 13 hours and windshield covered with dead bugs this place did a fine job with cleaning my car. Just make sure to drive really slow while passing through the drying area. Else you might still see a lot of leftover water your car.

1 star. Switching between rinse and soap functions or wax it takes longer than a minute to clear the lines. Wasting time when I switch to rinse soap continues to come out, and the bays are tiny. With a larger vehicle I can barely get far enough back to have a nice spread even spray. I use a lot of different car washes this one is hands down the worst. It’s clean, nice and new but small bays and the soap doesn’t clear the line nearly fast enough.

This is a great wand wash in the SW! Coin and credit accepted, huge, modern facility, tons of roomy bays, well lit and the shop is stocked with a good mix of all sort of detailing products. The wash bays have every option you could want at a carwash. The only downside is the last few times I have tried to use the foam gun, it seems to never build pressure and is quite choppy. It never foams the vehicle up. Other than that, it’s my go to in the SW.

This is my favourite place to take my vehicle and clean it on the south side, the bays are so open and clean, always hot water, the staff is friendly and even on a busy Saturday or Sunday you can get in pretty quickly. I also really like the credit card feature, rather than having coins as I never do. Would definitely recommend!

I went there quarter to 10pm, and they still open, but got kicked out in the middle of the wash. The staff said they don’t get paid over time, so they want to go home at 10pm. I have a truck, 10min or even 20min is no where near enough time to finish my wash, but they don’t careNot going here anymore.

Never had to wait in line and they washed and shampooed my carpets for free which was awesome. Price per min. seems high but cant beat the location. Staff has always been good to deal with. Needed a booster pack last winter and they helped me out.

The car wash itself is good, but I'm a little concerned about credit card security. This was the only location my physical card was used in the last 60 days, and I just got off the phone due to credit card fraud. I can't confirm this is where the compromise happened, but they fact they use magnetic swipe instead of tap , or chip and pin does make me concerned. I'll be going cash only in the future.

The ideal car wash. The facility is very large, definitely over 20 bays, all for self-serve wand wash at a good price (pair just over $10 for my sedan). A huge bonus is that the complimentary carpet and floor mat cleaning - yes it sounds too good to be true but it is exactly what I described, free detailing for your car floor (given there are some bays open at the time). Ali did such a good job with my car that I came right back the same day with my wife’s car! Very happy to have found this place so close to my new house.

EDIT: I was there 10-15 minutes before closing yesterday and found that they had closed early before their actual closing time, so I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get in a quick wash (soap and rinse only). Hope this is not going to be a regular thing. Also, they don't have an undercarriage rinse at the entrance. I've been to many car washes around the city and this is the one I go to in the Southside. Great water pressure. Plenty of bays and very good lighting. I usually hand dry my car afterwards as well and with the amount of bays they have here, it's never a problem. If you don't hand dry, then you can at least use the spot free rinse and just drive at 100km/h to get rid of the water (just kidding, don't do that.) You don't need to pay for tokens. Just swipe your credit card or insert cash.

I enjoy going here to get my vehicle cleaned. The tools are new and maintained. Paying for the service is made easy with credit card processing right at the stations. The store has various car related items such as washer fluid, leather conditioning wipes, car fresheners, etc. My only problem with this place is that their vacuums are not as powerful. Overall, a great place to get your vehicle washed.

They take credit card and coins. Timer could be more fair. E.g. 3 minutes 1 second cost the same as 3 minutes 59 seconds. And they increment $1. If you use card to pay they can probably make it so it goes up every 15 min for 25 cents or something.

This is a super convenient car wash - modern, bright and it has so many bays that are well maintained. I really like how they included a coin machine and a shop that has all the things you could possibly need for detailing your car if you came unprepared (like I generally do). Staff during the day are very attentive to when you enter the store and may need help, however closer in the evening is a bit more difficult to track someone down - possibly only one person working (which in my opinion is weird for a car wash). I’m also questioning the quality of the soaps/waxes they are using because the second time I went (today) I noticed quite a difference compared to other self washes I have been to in my life..... I could just be extremely uneducated when it comes to car detailing so I don’t want to say it’s a for sure negative detail.. I would definitely recommend this place especially since Windermere and Riverbend really lack any kind of car wash in general.

Great facility! Everything is shiny and new. The lights overhead are bright which helps allot. Now let's talk about the brushes...THEY ARE SOFT BRISTLE! I've been going to another well known car wash place and they all had the hard bristle brushes which will scratch your paint and leave swirl marks. Check it out if you're in the neighborhood!

This car wash is hands down the best car wash on the south side! There are numerous bays, enough that I’m hardly ever waiting no matter what time of day, the facility is well lit with clear dividers between bays (this is a great feature that makes me feel safer!) and staff keep it clean between customers. I love the coin-less system, just swipe your credit car and switch freely between all the settings. They also have enough parking outside so that you can hand dry your car when you’re done.

Everything is great except their tire dressing function doesnt work, and I have notified the staff multiple times on separate occasions about this issue over the span of 3 months and it hasnt been resolved. I know it can take time to get the parts and help needed to make the necessary repairs but I was given no indicator of the repairs progress as if it isnt even being addressed.

I had an “Express Detail” done the other day. After completion I walked into the bay and asked what mitt they used to clean the exterior…….. Employee pointed to a brush on the ground (bristles down) on the dirty concrete floor……….They also left over spray all over the interior from Armour All not wiped up (or whatever they sprayed in there). HIGHLY recommend to not have your car detailed here unless you bring your own bucket and mitt and use a bay yourself.

This place is awesome. They have lots of wash bays, and great staff. If you have a dirty vehicle, you can get it super clean here. They take credit cards, and they have a small shop to sell you additional cleaning supplies, and they have a great selection of air fresheners. Today was my first time visiting, when I got inside asked how the car wash worked from a guy who worked there ( with short hair and from the Philippines ) and told costumers which car wash stalls were open, and how he responded really upset me. First of all he yelled at me for not wearing a mask he could've asked me politely but he did not!! Afterwards he did not bring the tone of his voice down and responded to my question very impolitely as if he did not care. Because of this behavior I would not and will not ever return to this location and I don't recommend anyone to go to this location! I would give this location 0 stars instead of 1 star.

This is the best car wash place in the area, I have been going there for almost 2 years, they provide great service and is very clean and has new equipment. Not only that they are providing free tire air from the time they opened, now they are providing free 15 minute steam cleaning. Ali was the gentleman who attended for me and he was more than amazing. Nice looking but very dirty air, I am a ventilation specialist and today when I went there it was horrible to the point I left half ways thru my cleaning. Plus all they have working are Filipinos which is such a shame , I overheard a couple workers speaking in their language and yes I do understand it that they got rid of two white people this week so that the guys from the Bottle Depot can keep their jobs. The owners are Scott Mahar , Pat Chan and Jerry this place is run by a guy named Dave Verge from what I understand who owns a Tim Hortons go figure and now you know why and where they use Filipinos. Avoid this place to all people, I took samples of the chemicals they are using and will notify OOHS this week, its not safe to breath or use on your car.

The wash bays are very clean and well maintained. The attendants are constantly going around cleaning up and rendering assistance to customers. Pressure wash is good but the foam soap brush may be filled with sand or grime so give it a good rinse before using them on your vehicle else you may get scuff marks. Other than that it's top notch!

There is a clear sign upon entry no wiping down when busy. Most generally take over an hour with wiping down - depending on size of vehicle. I’ve timed myself and it takes me 45-50mins with drying and wiping down and I was asked with an attitude; “are you done yet?” when it wasn’t even that busy - nor was there a line up.When others took longer than me. My vehicle ain’t tiny and I get mine done like it was a sedan.This facility will continue to earn my business for as long as there is no repeat of such treatment - if so then I will drop the rating of this business each time.My advise, if you are are an OCD such as I, use this facility during the first opening and last hours.

After 30 mins of cleaning my filthy muddy truck, with constant hot water which is awesome, a kid named Jeremy offered to steam clean the inside of my truck. Great car wash place, one of the best I have visited. Their machines have all the options including pressure wash, wax coatings, tire wash, engine wash, vacuum, all for the same price of $1 per minute. The place is extremely clean and their shop has all the supplies you need. The service is awesome. They even steam clean your interior carpet for free with their steam machine, a service which other places charge up to $100 for! Ali and the team are great, this will be my go to place when in Edmonton. If I could give more than 5 starts I would.

I liked how helpful and friendly the staff were. It was a nice warm and clean place to clean my car. I had lots of advice on which settings to use to get the caked on and now frozen bugs off my car. I spent quite a bit of time and money ($1 per minute) to leave with bugs still on my car because the pressure just didn't get them off. I used the preach before I scrubbed but I am disappointed that I spent $17 to still have all those bugs caked on. I went through a touches carwash today to finish the job.

My go-to self serve wand wash in the southside. Cleaning options (soaps, tools, etc.) are pretty good, water pressure is good, rates are fair. Lots of bays so wait time is rarely an issue. Staff are friendly. You can bucket wash here if it's not busy and staff won't bother you. Highly recommend!

Thought this was a good place been going here for years, but that's changed I was just there a couple days ago washing my car and I gave them my drivers license to get a time card, so I finish up washing my car and go to return the time card to pay and get my license back, but turns out they went ahead and gave my drivers license to someone else, like what kinda person does that do they really have amateur people working there or do they just not care enough to look at the what they are doing, was stuck there well over a hour trying to figure out what to do. Highly recommend that you dont give them your drivers license they dont care they may just give it away to someone else

This is my favourite car wash, I wish every city had a car wash like this place. Sometimes you go to a car wash and it feels like they are skimping out on the chemicals, not here. Everything always works well, it's always clean, and there are always staff available when you need someone. One time they even cleaned my carpets, FOR FREE, because it was a slow day and staff had some free time. They also have a dog wash, I never used it, but I've been told it's nice.

Let me begin by saying that I am what you might call a "Car Wash Connoisseur" and before you question the validity of my statement, let me assure, yes, it's a real thing. I'm rather fond of keeping my car clean and unfortunately my car does not clean itself so you can imagine my delight when I discovered this gem in Windermere. To be frank, I was trying to find some Breakfast Ice Cream but this was a much sweeter surprise. First, you'll note this car wash is incredibly well lit, stupendously clean and what I rather appreciated...luxuriously wide! You can drive in and out without worrying too much about a driver-less Uber backing up (remember people, they're electric and don't make any noise) at 40km/h and exiting in reverse! Upon entering the wash bay, I swiped my credit and was immediately supplied by perfect temperature spa-like warm water. Initially the pressure of the gun threw me back a couple of feet against the wall but once I adjusted the nozzle down from "THOR SETTING" I was able to handle the mighty pressure with ease. The soap setting romanced all the curves of my German carriage and in one area appeared to be removing a dent I put in my car while opening my door into a bright yellow, highly visible yet mildly suspiciously located 10 ft concrete column. (Upon further investigation, I can confirm the dent remains; wishful thinking, I know) I did not quite have the opportunity to test out all the other myriad of settings available to lucky patrons such as myself however I could tell from a mere glance that no detail had been overlooked. I plan to repeat several pilgrimages to this fine establishment over the coming decades and hopefully in the near future find a nearby Ice Cream parlor for breakfast as well.

You have absolute control over the wash process, so your vehicle comes out cleaner, and it's cheaper (if you use coins rather than swipping your credit card). There are lots of bays so even though it gets busy on the weekends, you don't wait too long. There is a change machine (ask the staff), so you can get coins readily from your notes.

Had great service today from Ali. All staff are exceptional and keep that place in tip top shape. The only car wash I go to. I take my bottles in just across and then use the loot to wash my car afterward. They also have free air for tires and a pet wash area too. They also have a good selection of car wash products and I like that they don’t rush you, of course if it’s busy have courtesy, but if not busy they don’t say anything and let you do your thing. The Windermere car wash at 3515 Allen Drive SW went far beyond my expectations !! All the the cycles I made use of - the pre wash, the foam brush and the rinse were exceptional in their quality. The prewash literally ' melted off' the mud, the foam brush had amazing amounts of foam and the rinse left no spots even though I did not choose the no- spot rinse. I have a black car and have just come to expect water spots left on my car based on my experience at other washes. The whole building is clean, the bay's are spacious, there are numerous bays ( I am sure I will never wait in line as I so often have had to do at other washes) and there is also a convenience store attached for essentials. Try the Clean Car Wash. You will be glad you did. Plus there is a bottle depot and registry right across from it so you can include several errands in one fell swoop. ????????

The dog Wash at this place is not at all recommend. The facilities are not adequate, there was no place for you to put personal items, not even a hook to hang your jacket. The shower is not good.

Super clean facility with modern and powerful services (larger selection of specialty wash choices than I have seen elsewhere). Bays are always kept clean when I visit and staff are always willing to help. The lineups are never an issue if they exist. They move quite quickly and get you in and out ASAP. Both of them were so polite and have helping nature. They helped me every possible way they could to give me better and professional customer service. They also offer steam cleaning free. Beautiful, big, clean facility. Not impressed by big shiny things though. Its expensive (took twice as much as what I spend elsewhere), the water was cold and did not rinse the soap off. Also, be aware, that as soon as you swipe your credit card, the timer starts. They really should have a sign stating this as I was not prepared. I was expecting to have to enter my pin, or have a start button, or something. I ended up giving them $2.00 without doing anything, as there is a $2.00 minimum. I went to the front and told them what happened, and that they should have some actual instructions listed, and they didn't acknowledge my concern in any way. I will not be back, I'd much rather make the slightly longer trip to Terwillegar Car Wash.

Booked an appt with Ali, who was awesome - he helped to remove a salt stain from my interior driver's side carpet and was so helpful and thorough! First and last time ever at this place. Plenty of stalls blocked with pylons so not full and not even a busy time of day either, but still told to leave when I was drying my car when the correct response from them should've been to open up many of their unused stalls. Doesn't matter to me, I will NEVER go back and there are plenty of better run car washes around!

This is one of the better car wash facilities in the city. All of the bays are very well lit. Wash bays are spacious enough that you can avoid splash back or accidentally brushing up against a wet, dirty vehicle. Even larger vehicles will have no problem in these bays. The water pressure is good. And, maybe just as importantly, the water temperature is warm enough to remove grime. Much better than places that use cold water. The ventilation system is top notch, meaning no fog issues even on the coldest winter days. It’s a bonus that there are plenty of wash bays. In the dozen or so times that I have visited (mostly in the evenings), I have never run into a lineup—there is always an open bay available. Location in the deep south may be inconvenient for some. Maybe this is part of the reason there are always open wash bays. It would be nice to see facility attendants available in the wash area but they are easy enough to find at the reception desk. Staff are friendly and helpful with any questions. Rates seem to be on par with other car wash facilities in town so all of the superior features here make this a good choice if you are in the area.

One of my favourite places to clean my car!! You don't need cash. You can use visa or MasterCard or coins. There are so many different options so read them carefully so you know what to use to clean your Car. There's a vacuum, brush, spot cleaner, something for your tires and the pressurized water gun. Read what each one is so you don't waste your money!!

Been good here in the past, but for some reason on May 4th, i got charged an extra 9.95 on top of the 2 dollar for the car wash using credit card. Yesterday, at night, i tried using my cc, but it was stuck a pre-authorizing and the failed (this is the first wash stall you see when driving in), so i use coin instead. Just look at my cc statement and i got an 9.95 charge pending. WTF. If you use your credit card here for car wash, i would double check your statement.. Probably be using coin from now on to be safe.

Dog sprayer was plugged and barely sprayed water. The tub was extremely dirty, the time you got for your loonie was terrible. I dont recommend the pet wash unless you have a small dog that isn't very dirty. They need try washing a golden retriever to see how bad their wash station is.

Nice open facility. Lots of options for soap etc. Vacuums are not powerful and require multiple runs to get dirt out. I always end up spending around $20 - $30 if I wash and vacuum. Overall good place. Stalls are always kept clean.

Normally the quality of the wash is excellent but something has changed there. There's barely any soap and what there is doesn't clean the dirt at all. Even with a ceramic coated vehicle I found a heavy dirt film left on the vehicle. Also by time the wash actually starts and soap starts coming you have 35 seconds of your 60 seconds left which costs you a dollar. To bad as they were one of the better washes

By far, best carwash in the city. I used to go to Rock N' Wash but since he sold and the new owners took over and changed it to Wash Factory, it's gone straight downhill. I've never been told I have to dry my truck outside, pressure is good, chemicals are good. Nice job guys!

I come here often. Facility is warm in the winter and has plenty of stalls. Lots of washing options and you can swipe your card and it will keep going until you decide you are done, unlike Hughes where you by time and have to swipe your card more than once.
